This is reference to one of the TV repair service I requested from Urban Company on 15th October 2021. My TV do no not have any concern earlier and trusting on the Service o[censored]rban Company I call on customer care and request the service. This my 1st time service from UC, I think this is the biggest Mistake on my life that I have not trust on the local repair company who are known to me and also...

I had booked a service for January 2. 3 pm service. I had paid the amount in advance.
Now you have rescheduled my appointment without prior information.

I have lodged several complaints about this issue and uploaded photos too. I have booked a service for 31st December 2021 but the service has been rescheduled to 2 jan 2022 without any prior intimation....

We have booked an appointment in urban company on 27.12.2021 with Rs 99/- for painting consultation. A person Mohammed came and given estimation of Rs 7640/- .and my husband paid that amount. I have been following up with Urban team from past 48 hours to get the correct invoice pdf of my cleaning service of amount 2393 Rs. The issue is when I download the invoice its only gives me 1 page document mentioned only the convenience fee of 339 RS. I have been asking...

I've booked a deep kitchen cleaning service, scheduled at 3 pm today (27th December 2021). Once the professional arrived, he simply mentioned that he won't be able to do the service and left. Urban company professional came here and took the washing machine parts and now he is not reachable but company is not taking any responsibility of this incident. Its one week but Company is not providing any support.
I called customer care multiple times and also sent email....

Urban Company person took a TV for repair promised me to deliver in 2 days even after 10 days not even response for calls and raised 3 compalint in Urban Company Customer service care no response from them also.

UrbanCompany Lucknow is probably the shoddiest operations active. In just two separate sessions, I have dealt with the same below par work, irresponsible workers and clueless agents.

First, the work done was more damaging than unsatisfactory.

The URBAN Company, personnel have spoiled my Jaguar Fittings and tiles using Acid and Glass Paper+Knif type of things. As per the specification and commitment by the URBAN Company, these personnel are professionals and equipped with all tiles cleaning Machine...
