Have AC repaired through UC. Technician filled gas, cleaned in-door and out-door units. After using it for a night, the indoor unit malfunctioning. It is powering on/off on its own and could not use the AC from next day. Have raised issue with booking on app, but no response from UC.

UC turns up for new booking. After that if any issues with service, we have to leave it to god. Local help is much better than UC.

      Urban company had completed a painting project for me, but there were quality issues in the paint. There were small bubbles that had appeared in all the walls. This was raised with them, they sent a technician who checked it and confirmed that rework is required. I have been following up with them almost everyday to schedule the rework, but they just call and promise a call back. There is never a call back, and there is nobody trying to solve my issue. I've paid a lot of money to get this done, and there is no formal escalation channel. I'm extremely frustrated and angry with the way urban company is ignoring my issue. I really need somebody to take responsibility and solve this.

        We returned to out flat on 20th Feb 2022 after 2 years due to pandemic and found that my refrigerator was not cooling upon switched on.
        I looked for refrigerator technician from Urban company on 21st Feb 2022. Technician visited and made couple of more subsequent visits in Feb 2022 to replace fan motor and...

        Appliance aquaguard was damaged by the technician. When raised a complaint, it was said that a senior professional will come and verify the damage before refund. Since 31st March no one has come and I'm reaching out to customer care and they have scheduled a revisit with the same technician again as SME visit. Again and again in the name of protocol it is being said SME has to come then when will you send the SME.I'm an urban plus member and this is how I get treated. VERY DISAPPOINTING . WANT MY REFUND. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE.

          I had a bad waxing experience.
          I’ve always waxed my legs I have never faced any issue.
          This time I chose rica rolls on wax and J got a realllyyyy bad allergy because of it .
          I filed complaint. They asked me to see a doctor. I did and doctor said that it’s very bad. Now they’re not refunding the amount I paid for waxing.

            UC=Urban Company (or popularly known as Urban scammers),

            ac=Air Conditioner

            Well my air conditioner was leaking (and is still cause UC suks), So I contacted UC repair services,
            they charged me 348 inr for the ac repair service (i have attached a screen shot of the receipt). My ac never got fixed it was still leaking so I called urban company for a refund but on UC support team told me that the charges were visiting charges and diagnosis of the problem and that i will have to take up their ac deep clean services as diagnosed by their technichian.

            I have deep cleaned my ac 3 months ago from a local technician so I knew that wasnt the problem, it was a wrong diagnosis but still since UC support team forced me, I have also purchased your deep clean services worth 648 (I have attached a copy of the receipt)

            Even now my air conditioner is still leaking (I have attached a picture of the leak as well as a proof) so i called your support team they said they have escalated my case or something and that I will get a call for refund, its been more than 24 hours i still havent received any refund

            This is the mail that i had sent them but I still havent received any refunds and ofcourse my ac is still leaking I also have pics of it and ofcourse the ac itself as a physical evidence.

              I went for interview Green Park got me recharge of Rs 3960 and after that failed me in interview. After that I was not even told that I have failed. When I went there after 15 days, I came to know that I have failed and in the interview I said that give me a refund. One or two days refund will come. But i haven't got any refund till 15 to 20 days.plz help my register mobile number is [protected].

              Went to Green Park's office in Dear Urban Company.There I met Shivam sir.Shivam sir told me that your refund will come in 15 days. After 15 days i called sivyam sir, that he said me your refund will be pass Diksha madam. When I called Diksha madam, she put my number in the blacklist. And no one is responding.sivyam sir who is speaking to deeksha madam and whoever deeksha madam is, she is speaking to sabhya madam. Now tell me what should I do?

                Yesterday I booked a slot of servicing my AC ... but the tech who came he asked for outdoor unit... I followed him there he did sometime ..I saw the Air getting leak with huge sound ... I asked him the air is going out ... then he realised there is bush inside the connector is missing that reason of gas leak then he added it and checked the gas level is low ...
                so he is claiming that gas is low u have to replace with 2500 / and also he asked for 3500bto change coil I never asked for ... it's been a year that reason I booked for AC service ...but now he made my day really sick ... try to replace orelse give ur customer care number or email where I can reach a person directly ... orelse only way I have to reach is consumer court regarding this to file a complaint

                  We had the TV repaired by Urban Company. The service was under warranty but the problem kept on. We tried to complain to UC and its technician. The technician tried to fool and pass on the warranty period by giving false and silly solutions. The warranty is expired and the problem unresolved. We have been cheated by UC and its technician.

                    Our service request for deep cleaning &chech noise while running ac. But uc service personnel damaged the contol board & it effected the cooling. No cooling presently. The 2nd service within warranty period was offered on free of cost, but the service staff collected ₹528+. For 1st service we paid 1100/- approx. Refund of service charges was asked for.                       I had job request for 14th March 2022 for my AC no cooling.
                      Technician came and started AC, kept AC on for 10 -15 mins
                      Technician examined the entire AC, fixed the leakage part and checked it along with his 15 year old assistant. He asked his assistant to fill the gas.After fixing everything back in place they started the AC for checking cooling, but as it started, the burning smell came. Technician checked it immediately and told that compressor got shot.
                      AC was in working condition, Technician also checked it initially.
                      I have escalated it immediately, Technician from escalation team had visited, but no further action taken.
                      Now my AC is left open for last 15 days,
                      I am unable to contact any UC help team. I expect ethical behavior from UC.

                        I registered for Urbanclap services 4-5 years back with Rs 300 annual membership to avail a 10% discount on all my bookings. My Plus Membership expires on 21st May 2022. The first few services were offered well. But, since April 2021, the time I have relocated to Hyderabad, I am constantly facing issues in making bookings and getting professionals of my choice.                         The Worst app I have ever Seen. Customer Care is almost Nil. No resolution till now for any complaints. If something goes wrong, there is no customer Care system where you can raise complaints.                           I booked an AC service on 7th March, but during cleaning the UC professional damaged my Diakin AC blower. Also during inspection revisit, I was told that UC professional had left gas pressure screw loose due to which gas leakage had occurred.
                          This is so irresponsible on part o[censored]C prof. It has been more than 15days, I have not been provided any resolution. My AC is left open, the damaged blower is taken away by UC. I am suffering in this scorching heat since almost 20 days. And recieving calls from UC, it feels like a mental harassment.

                                On 22nd Mar 2022 morning Urban company team came for Bathroom cleaning. While cleaning they broke the wash basin. Now I need to replace it. It will cost around 3.5k. I have raised complaint immediately. The cleaning person also accepted his mistake and informed it to Urban company. But no one responded or called me back. I have followed up with app as well as email. Till now not even an apologies.

                                Solution expected:
                                Either replace it or else provide the cash for broken item.

                                Note: I am staying for rent, So Owner wants me to fix the same wash basin.

                                  Professional fit Motor, Capacitor, Done deep cleaning services (Total of 2800) where Warranty is included but

                                  Invoice doesn't reflect Warranty and charges for service.
                                  (Invoice only reflect 349rs only, minor repairs and no warranty)

                                  Professional said it's system error. So need correct invoice with full details of repair parts and warranty covered so that we get assurance of right repair work.
                                  Neither fitted part (Capacitor and Motor) were sealed or have company logo details. There are very likely 2nds or local parts.
                                  In this case who will take parts genuine working accountability even after 2 months warranty that UC offers.
                                  How can we trust if these are original as No invoice, Sealed parts and warranty.

                                  It's pure questions on genuinity of spare parts. This will simply spoil UC name if not addressed properly.

                                  Do not expect this mistake from reputed firm like Urban company.

                                    I have booked Split AC service for Sunday 20th March 2022 at 4.30 pm. As per your app the professional will be assigned by 3.30 pm but there is no communication from your side and after repeating complain on your app there is no communication from there side. The booking was done 3 days prior and amount was paid in advance. I have canceled all my appointments for this and still no show from there side. Now they have assigned professional different date and time without consent and asking penalty for cancellation.
