I have booked for AC Service in Urban Company on May 11th. A technician named Saif Ahmed Khan has visited my location. He checked the AC and said that the gas has to be filled and charged me 3500 rs for the gas filling. Later when i checked the Urban Company App it is mentioned 2500 rs for gas filling with warranty. He has also not included the gas filling charge in the invoice bill. He has clearly cheated me and charged me more than the company rate card. I have lost warranty and also money for the service. I request you to take action against the technician and not encourage such professionals for the service

    Refund from UC to source account has been pending since 22nd April 2022 wherein technician has been of complete and utter dismay breaking my AC frame, being unable to fit window AC back into frame, replacing components and charging money wherein UC subject matter expert was called and stated that no parts have been changed, this has been of deep concern and dismay.

    I have had to incur expense for a new machine as well as a new frame. Process refund on priority please refrain from stating bank details submitted are incorrect. This is simply put an attempt to not honor your obligations.

      On june 7th, I booked a professional from urban company for party makeup. before they assigned anyone I had already requested to get me a good professional, they assured me.
      Now the professional arrives, pathetic service provided. I had to finish the task on my own. It was booked for 1 and a half hour, she finished it in 50 mins. Took the full payment. Now your pathetic customer support is not letting me escalate this. Rather arguing on the integrity whereas the UC professional has been lying constantly. Do you want the customers to record every movement and conversation once they enter our premises? This is the integrity of your company and empathy towards the customer?

          I had booked a deep cleaning service for my AC on 18th May, 2022. After the service the cooling of my AC started to deteriorate day by day. I asked for a revisit from the same professional on 2nd June, 2022 but he said that he couldn't resolve the problem of gas leakage. I took my problem to the customer care, asking for a senior technician to come visit my place and get the AC fixed free of cost which comes under the insurance provided by urban company in case of any damage to the electrical appliance. It's been 5 days and every time I get a call from the customer care, the only solution they provide is to refund the fees of the original visit.

          I got a call on 7th June, 2022 around 6.30 pm from the company saying that I should book a regular booking with the issue of less cooling and the lady on the call told me that her team will talk to the professional assigned saying that the visit will be done for free. Yesterday I rescheduled the booking 2 times and the third time I was given a slot for today 12pm. I am still waiting for the customer care to convey the message to the professional which hasn't happened yet. every time a new executive answers the call asking what is the issue and I have to explain it to them all over again and yet they cannot convey one simple message. I am putting in this complaint so that they know the communication lag that takes place which harasses the customers so much.

            The mattress after clean has been damaged and we have shown this to the service representative during his revisit on June 5th 2022 in the location within Bengaluru 560078. They didn't take images of before and after service. They were in a hurry in completing the service and very careless and tried to finish the work in 10 minutes. The mattress is brand new around 2 years old and the service guy accepted the mistake and tried to negotiate with us for waiving of service charge and offered to stitch the damaged portion of the bed for free as a temporary workaround. But we are not happy with this as the mattress cost is around 13-14 thousand rupees and we are now worried that stitching will make the mattress worse . Could you escalate this issue to higher management and we are not totally happy with this type of service and it’s not acceptable. We need a claim for this mattress damage.

            We are not getting any calls though we submitted the call back on the Urban company portal many times. and the complaint that we raised was closed within 15 minutes without talking to us. Please give us a call back, For more details we have also sent email to urban company email address.

              Hi,
              I had booked a "{ Hair service") on May 9th on Urban company for hair straightening service. During the process after hair wash and hair cut the professional applied the hair straight cream and covered it with aluminium foil for 30 min ..in mean while he did not test any hair strand for the reaction.
              After hair was i noticed my hair got burned from my 8 inches of hair till scalp on both sides and back of my hair. The burns are pretty bad like acid burn on hair and hair became very rough and curly on these areas.

              The reason professional cited is my hair is colour treated and became weak .

              I need refund and compensation for the damage done to my hair.
              Hope you will resolve the case soon as its almost a month since i raised complaint. I have already submitted photos also.

                I booked a technician from urban company for my front load washing machine repair on 29th may 2022.He said PCB is not working and took my PCB along with him and said he will repair and resolve my issue by 30th May 2022 by 2.30pm.Since then he is not responding to my call, everyday I am calling urban company customer care, they are saying technician will come and resolve my issue. but it is not happening. I am suffering a lot

                  My AC was serviced on 18th May and the unprofessional person sent by UC damaged it causing shot circuit to which revisit was arranged and the new guy Manish Verma has taken the parts for repair. Its been days already for us dying out of harassment without AC working and NO UPDATE by Urban Company.

                    I booked an AC Cleaning service on April 7th 2022 which was carried out on the same day.

                    I recently opened the AC Top cover to clean the filters and found that the upper right corner plug in of the cover is broken. I am feeling so frustrated with the damage caused by your Company partner.

                    There are multiple calls that I receive at the wrong time even after informing that I am available at 5PM IST. The Urban Company Executives who call are INCOMPETENT and Keep Parroting the same policy.

                    If the service partner has damaged the AC and did not inform me then how will I know until and unless I open it again. Your policy mentions that any damage done by UC will be covered.

                    MR. SANTOSH who called me said there is no damage according to the images that you have shared. He is waste to the company who gives his own judgement

                        AC 1 (Lite service booked on 18 MAY2022)
                        Employee Sarfraz Ahmad opened the AC and insisted that I change my service option to Deep Clean.
                        When I said that I had already paid up and would like to continue with the lite option he then threated by saying that the AC would not cool if I continued with the lite option and that I should cancel my booking.
                        He basically gave me 2 options either upgrade to Deep cleaning/cancel existing lite service.
                        When I asked him to cancel from his side as the problem was from his side he grudgingly continued to do the lite service.
                        And as he didn't cancel /report the same from his side I believe that he was using the guise of his professional expertise to increase my bill.

                        AC2.

                        He then came to AC 2, felt the vents and immediately said that as there was no cooling, my AC was old, gas was needed.
                        I informed him that my AC was cooling and asked him to check the precooling of the room for sometime.
                        To which he quickly said there was no need for the same as he had the experience to know about gas leak by just checking vents.
                        I asked him as to why he had not checked the gas pressure as well to which he arrongantly replied that just as a doctor know your well being by checking the pulse, similarly he knows gas leakage issue without checking precooling/gas pressure check.( Audio attached for the same).
                        Thereby airing his arrogance and overconfidence.
                        He then asked me to once again cancel booking which I refused and asked him to cancel from his side. Once again there was no reporting to the company /canceling from his side. He continued with the servicing saying he was doing me a favor.
                        As I stay on the ground floor he finished both the ACS from the inside first and then climbed a ladder outside to service the ACs from outside.
                        No precooling/gas pressure/post cooling checked for both AC 's.

                        After a couple of days AC 2 stopped cooling completely and a sound was comming from it.

                        When called for a revisit Sarfraz first tried to convince me that there was no sound at all, then there was a very minute sound and I should be OK with it and lastly that the sound was always there.
                        He even opined that I was wasting his time by pointing out the sound and not fixing the leak and filling gas. (Amounting to an additional Rs 3000).
                        It appeared that he was only interested in solving problems that had higher bills. (Audio attached)

                        When I asked how come the cooling just disappeared after servicing he said that the force of the jet spray used for servicing enlarges the holes in the coil and so there was a sudden loss of gas pressure.

                        A senior technician was sent. He fixed the noise and said thar he filled up the gas and all should be ok but within a couple of days once again there is complete loss of cooling.

                        I was given another revisit date of 30 MAY 22 (11AM) by Mr Abhijit Pandey o[censored]rban company however at 1120 he called to say that the appointment was canceled by the senior technician as he had some family issues. A revisit day /time was promised
                        by him.
                        And I am waiting for a revert.

                        I believe that unprofessional attitude of Sarfraz Ahmad has led to the sudden loss of cooling of my Ac.
                        Safraz Ahmad's :
                        1) Underconfidence (fear to handle and old AC).
                        2) Fear to cancel a booking from his side if he was unable to handle an old AC.
                        3) Over confidence.
                        No need to check pre cooling and gas pressure to determine gas issues incl leaks.
                        4) No reporting of issues.
                        Why was the issue of gas problem not reported from his end prior to the servicing
                        and thereby booking canceled from his side.
                        5) Does not like to do basic work (lite service /fixing noise) only interested in work that increases the bill.
                        6) Arrogant and ignorant.
                        Comparing himself to a Doctor and doesn't feel the need to follow standard procedures laid down and use equipments provided.

                        All the above reasons, I believe have caused me a lot of inconvenience and damage.

                        I am attaching an audio clipping of his explanations for you information.

                          I booked service for my window AC on 20th May. When technical arrived, the AC was working fine. It was cooling; however, after the service the Compressor stopped working. I raised the complaint for the same. SME visited and he escalated the matter.
                          I am yet to get a proper resolution on this. I have guest at my home. It's really hot here in Gurgaon and it's very difficult to survive with AC.
                          I am a Urban Company user from 4+ years and was using it for multiple purposes since i was having trust in the company. But this experience had me to think otherwise. What is the point of getting appliances serviced if it is only going to get damaged while servicing. We are paying for UC warranty.

                            I I had requested Urban company for repair of my 1.5 Tons split a/c which was not cooling properly. On 03.05.2022, your representative Mr. Hussain visited my residence, after initial inspection they made an estimate for repair and filling of gas, which was transferred to your account. Mr. Hussain informed me that in case of any problem, & he shared his Mob No. as [protected].
                            On switching A/c next time, the same was found not cooling, I informed Mr. Hussain, who visited and after checking told me there is leakage in condenser coils, which can not be repaired and needs replacement. I trusted him and he gave me an estimate of Rs. 4100/-. When, I wanted to transfer the amount, he apprised me that he has to buy the condenser coils from market & if I transfer, it will take 4-5 days for procurement, so I should pay cash as it is one of the options of payment. I agreed & made the payment, Mr. Hussain along with his assistant, brought the coil & fixed the same. It was observed on the following day that the cover of the condenser coil was lying in one corner & one panel was missing. Mr. Hussain was informed, who promised to come 7 rectify the same.
                            Since 18.05.2022, the assignment has not been completed inspite of repeated requests & reminders. Since 26.05.2022, the phone is been barred, forcing me to make the complaint within the warranty period of 30 days from the Job undertake.

                              This company is faking CUSTOMERs. My ac was serviced and they made it shot circuit. In the name of insurance they are harrassing since last 15 days. Manish verma and ashok kumar are the people sent by urban company who made this blunder and taken our spare parts as well, no call back, professional not picking up calls now and my ac is kept open at home and spare parts are with them. I need a fair resolution fixed and each and everyday i am getting harrassed

                              do not ever opt in for urban company- worst ever company and full of ###. Zero response from CUSTOMER support as well

                                The company personal came and quotes a price. Weagreed and paid in advance. WHile doing the work, he asked 8000 Rs extra which we paid in cash too.
                                The work was done terribly wrong and he just painted the terrace floor without cleaning and painted on top of cables lying on terrace. Painting started peeling of the the third day. Submitted pics and response many times. in the first rain the water seepage reocuured.
                                DOllowed and waited for 3 weeks. still no correction done. then called another contrcator and got problems sorted out.
                                COmpany neither refunding, nor responsing

                                  Abhiraj, I took "Full Home Cleaning" service from Urban Clap on 14th May 2022. Please find below issues I faced (FYI, EVEN AFTER 2 WEEKS, THE WORK IS STILL NOT COMPLETED) :

                                  1) The team was not able complete the service on the booking day as THE TEAM WAS LATE (by 3 Hrs), MOREOVER, THE TEAM WAS SICK (NOT WELL, THEY THEMSELF TOLD ME)
                                  2) Next day, since Movers N Packers were shifting my stuff, I requested them to complete the pending task after 2-3 days to which I was promised that they will send the team again whenever I will ask them to complete them. But, Now, Its like 2 weeks, I am continuously following the team (Vendor) but they seem to be no more interested in finishing the pending task. Everyday they give a new Date and Time, but never visit the house to complete the work. FYI, Drawing Room, Hall, Complete House Vaccume Cleaning, Floor Cleaning is still pending (which I clearly communicated to vendor on the same day). You Can check Call recording for (27-May-2022), I had a conference call with your Team (Dhruv) and Vendor, where your vendor confess that the work is STILL PENDING.

                                  How was the Cleaning Made :
                                  1) They just come to my house with a bottle of "Colin" and "Acid" and nothing else. They tried to clean the Bedroom and Toilet using Colin and Acid. NO VACUUM CLEANING AND FLOOR CLEANING WAS DONE. WHEN I ENQUIRED THE SAME WITH TEAM, I WAS TOLD, VACUUM AND FLOOR CLEANING IS NOT GOOD FOR HOME CLEANING.
                                  2) They clean the Washroom and Toilet using just COLIN AND ACID, which is certainly not for which I paid Urban Clap. As per the company booking, they were required to clean the house using more equipment and chemicals (eg - Company graded floor cleaning, Vacuum cleaner etc), BUT, IT WAS NEVER DONE, which I told the vendor as well, but he paid no attention to it.

                                  Since, I was promised by the Vendor, that they will do a revisit for PENDING TASK AND THE OTHER CLEANING (that was not done as per expectation), I didn't raise this concern with Urban Clap last week. But, NOW, SINCE THEY ARE IGNORING MY WORK AND IT SEEMS THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN COMPLETING THIS WORK, I REACHED OUT TO URBAN CLAP YESTERDAY. THERE I HAD A CONFERENCE CALL WITH YOUR REPRESENTATIVE "DHURV" AND VENDOR, AND OVER THE CALL HE HIMSELF ADMITTED THAT THE WORK IS STILL PENDING (Proof you can check on the call recording as well). I can share pics/video as well, which I shared with Vendor as well over the whatsapp

                                    On 18th May, me and my wife decided to get the AC cleaned since it has been 4-5 months that we last got the AC serviced.

                                    We thought let's get it done from Urban Company since they charge less than Hitachi service.

                                    19th May, the professional came and the story of luring and looting customer started...

                                    My AC was working 100% fine, great cooling and everything else was also normal. But he said that there is a problem with gas.

                                    On the trust on urban company and his face value, we agreed and he offered the service at INR 2200 with 3 months warranty. He gave his number and told us to let him know by the evening as he has to go on his next scheduled call.

                                    We called him in the evening to get this fixed and the AC stopped cooling at all even after the service. After calling him 4-5 times he came after 3-4 days and after checking he said sorry you need to replace more items in the AC which will cost you INR 6000.

                                    Are these professionals getting trained to give proper service or looting the customers like this?

                                    I paid a total of INR 2600 and my 40k AC is not working and there is no proper resolution either from Urban company or the professional.

                                        I have a membership o[censored]rban Company, which was supposed to provide me benefits. But now for last two bookings that I've made. One around 13th May and the other for 27th May, THEY KEPT ME WAITING WITHOUT EVEN INFORMING THAT PROFESSIONAL WON'T COME. THIS HAS HAPPENED TWICE, I KEPT WAITING AND PROFESSIONAL DIDN'T CAME. THEY STOP PICKING MY CALLS.
                                        As a customer, i prebook a service because I have availablity in that slot. Am I supposed to wait for hours for the service and do nothing? If I need a service one day, they can't just say at the last moment that they'll arrange another one after a day when I've been left with no backup.

                                        This experience has been extremely disappointing. And I don't think I have received a proper compensation. I never got the service as well.
