We have booked our kitchen cleanung schedule on 4th of november. But they have rescheduled it on 6th of november. We will not be available on that day. It, s not appropriate to change the date itself. We have booked date according to our convinience. This very unprofessional behaviour....

I booked a service for my parents house before diwali. The employee told he will come but half n hour later I get a message that it has been rescheduled. I try to call him back but they are asking for a 4 digit pin. There is no way to reach out you guys and it is really frustrating.
I had to convince my parents to get service done by you and they receive such response on occasion of diwali. They may not agree again for your service....

I had booked a platinum full home cleaning service for Rs 9500 for a 4 bed room apartment in Mumbai through online mobile App on 23 October 2021.

Hi, I booked Apartment 3bhk platinum Deep Cleaning despite the surcharges during festival season and 3 people came to my house to clean at 12pm while I booked the appointment for 11am.

My complaint is that my flat is not completely cleaned. All they did was the kitchen, a little bit of the 2 washroom and 2 small balconies. They promised they would come tomorrow and that never came. I called their supervisor with the number...

Had booked a house cleaning facility for Monday 25/10/2021, due to nonavailability of people it was rescheduled for next day, Tuesday, 26/10/2021, still no one reached for the service and there was no contact from your side as well.

There is no contact no of the city branch so that you can put forth your complaint.

Please look into it, it's festival time and the delay is becoming a hindrance in my planning....

The person repairing chimney removed chimney by cutting some wire due to which my MCB tripped and stopped working as result I had to purchase new one immediately costing Rs 2400. Now due your technician mistake I had bear loss. Please do reply or contact me .Hope you will take some action on it...
