I booked two appointments for beauty salon one in the morning (10 AM) and evening (6 PM) today, i.e,[protected]. But nobody showed up at both of the times and when we try to call them nobody is lifting up.

    I booked for hair cut for 26th Dec 9am. I made the payment of Rs. 598. Someone named Gopal was assigned to the service. He did not turn up. He did not even call to inform that he would not come. His phone numbers were unregistered. I tried the HELP button -- no one called me back even though I got a message that someone will call me back in 15 mins. I called up Urban company to complain. The call was getting disconnected and no one bothered to call back. After sometime someone from urban called from [protected]. He kept disconnecting the call, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He said he cannot check for any record and did not bother to check my booking or refund it back.

    My experience with Urban Company has been horrible. Please take care of the issue at the earliest.

      Urban company professional came here and took the washing machine parts and now he is not reachable but company is not taking any responsibility of this incident. Its one week but Company is not providing any support.

      The same lines of comments I'm getting for the last 4 days but no service. If you are not able to find your professional who took the machine parts then install the new parts at the earliest and fix the problem.

          I booked my appointment with urban company for 20th December, 2021 timings-8 AM
          As they were not able to allot any professional they asked me the alternative timings and I told them to book the same for 3 in the evening but they were not able to allot any professional for 3 in the evening. They again asked me to co-operate and shift my appointment to tuesday, I told them to book for 4 in the evening but no one turned out neither the professional nor there was any call from the company.

            UrbanCompany Lucknow is probably the shoddiest operations active. In just two separate sessions, I have dealt with the same below par work, irresponsible workers and clueless agents.

            First, the work done was more damaging than unsatisfactory.
            When we expressed disappointment, we were assured of a resolution.
            When the follow-up appointment was cancelled without notice, we connected with the "help centre".
            The agent was unaware of what had transpired and was uninformed on even the whereabouts of his service providers.
            After setting a second follow-up appointment and a confirmation call with the worker, we have again a "no-show".
            Not only has nobody shown up to finish the job they messed up, UrbanCompany has updated our app profile with an "issue resolved".
            With such serious misbehaviour on their part, I expect a prompt response.
            For an "established" enterprise like UrbanCompany, isn't this flawed functioning rather embarrassing?

              This is the fact finding o[censored]rban Company/Clap;
              I opted for options
              1: Intense Deep Cleaning for 2 bathrooms and
              2: Move in Cleaning for 1 bathroom.

              The URBAN Company, personnel have spoiled my Jaguar Fittings and tiles using Acid and Glass Paper+Knif type of things. As per the specification and commitment by the URBAN Company, these personnel are professionals and equipped with all tiles cleaning Machine and proper defined liquid. Unfortunately, these personnel were local labour type of persons having neither such defined necessary liquid nor machine. And took 3 hrs and spoiled all bathrooms fittings and tiles.

              I called up URBAN Company Customer care executive, Mr. Rishab has come on line whom I reported all such incidents and asked him to immediately replace all spoiled jaguar fittings and tiles etc. He ignored and said will talk to cleaning personnel and get back to you. They never ever called me nor taken any action for replacing etc. For their sack they give only miss calls which is not recalled.

              I strongly request your goodselves to take proper actions on so called URBAN Company and delist as well as cancel license to ensure such things should not repeated with other customer(s)

                Carpenter charge 1900 for the service...
                Crap!!!
                All the materials bought worth 2720 rupee . And then 1900...
                Holy ###...
                This should not happen to any one.. and more over... When job started the carpenter didn't tell the price and refuse to provide invoice breakup..

                  We had booked today deep cleaning service today for our flat where weare currently living in from urban company. People who were sent were so arrogant and rude, they said for beginning only that we can not do it for almost everything, like kitchen loft is having stuff inside so it will take time to clean, single 2 beds are there in bedroom we cannot do cleaning. And the cleaning which they did was just a facewash with just a wet cloth and we could find stains still there on all the places they moved that cloth and skipped many areas of each door or kitchen almirah.
                  Lastly they called there people and they cancelled our booking with any intimation and these people harased us and left. Now we are seeing few things are missing and some cash is also missing.

                  This is just a facewash that it has been notified. They are just calling and saying we will book service for another time, as if we are having just time for them, they will cancell and keep waiting for another time from them.

                  Their so called professionals who have done everything unprofessional, they will just tell we have sent your complaint to concerned team and they will do whatever they have to and no information about that will be given to us.

                  All fake. I am afraid whether I will get my refund or not.

                      Professional technician not arrived and this is second time I am complaining with the issue.. Which urban company technician resolved one month ago.. Now I raised request because I am facing same issue in my tv but there is no response from technical support and technician

                        Booked for painting service under the advice of the painting consultant from Urban clap. Work was not done. Booked around 25 complaints in the help centre o[censored]rban clap to refund the amount. No response so far. Minshul from the customer care promised to sort out this issue but no update after 2 days of follow up.

                        30 minutes after raising the complaint here Urban clap representative called and sorted out the issue within 15 mins. If this was doable after a complaint here, could not understand why they could not sort it out while the concern was raised in the help centre of urban clap and even after 3days.

                        Thanks team and to Mr. Jibin who called and sorted out the issue after waiting for 3 days. Thanks to this consumer complaints forum to have this provision which was really helpful after days of frustration.

                          I took Annual Package of Saloon Services thru Urban company App in June 2021. However so far I have used just 2 services and trying to book the third service but it's not allowing to book. I have sent almost 8-10 emails so far to their customer service help desk and no response until now it's been 4 days I am trying to reach someone but there is no response. Never had such a worst experience with urban company. It's really very frustrating to beg for the services though I have already paid for it.

                              I had raised a request for fan repair.
                              For which the technician came without proper covid protocol, charged me higher money for the fan repair without any bill.

                              Blackmailed me, if you want the fan repaired you need to pay the money on spot. Took the money and fan was not reachable for 10 days even the urban company staff couldn't connect him.

                              Then appears one day fits the fan and again charges extra money saying company policy and you will get the bill.

                              But after fitting I got no bill and now the fan is again not working.

                              In the whole process customer service says we are trying trying and are closing my ticket.

                              I'm fed up of these things and so I want to file a legal complaint against the company and the technician for all these.

                                My slot was for 4 pm, I was to leave home at 6 pm which was well informed to your beautician beforehand previous day as she was to pay visit twice for both days occasion. But she arrived at 6p.m. Therefore, I had no chance to reschedule .
                                She was constantly telling lies that she would reach in 5 minutes over more than 10 times having called her over phone. I was so helpless that i had to unwillingly forced to wait for your beautician to come and provide the services .
                                Due to the intentional delay made from her end of over 2.5 hrs and me missing my occasion of attending the barat ceremony of my family. I had to perform an important ritual at barat ceremony which got missed by just one person. Who is going to bare such irresponsible behaviour ? Such situation god forbiddingly may have raised to be a big feud and problem for me and my family and your worthless beautician. One has to be on time to provide for the advance booked services. It was me who handled the situation calmly as it was my priority to keep calm on such an important occasion for my family. But your beautician was so casual about the delay as if nothing happened and being late for over 2.5 hrs is normal for her.
                                I strictly want a written apology from the company as well as your beautician. And do state within the mail the actions taken over the beautician. As all our conversations here have ben documented for further course of action if my ask of you is not answered to my full satisfaction.

                                Lastly after the receipt of the mail and an hand written apology from your beautician. I would want the complete refund of the services.

                                Kindly take my unsatisfaction towards the services provided
                                by your company seriously. And amend your ways by taking suitable action. Awaiting for a quick response in hope this doesn't gets repeated with other clients.

                                  Urban Clap Booking Detail-Classic Deep Cleaning. I had engaged Urban Clap to clean Barhroom and Toliet at my residence on 29 November 2021.
                                  The Urban Clap personnel did a deprecated job; I was mortified after seeing their quality of service. The customer care did contact me to redress the compalint. They suggested re-doing the cleaning.

                                  Notwithstanding this offer they have cancelled the re-scheduled job two times unilaterally.br...

                                    This is Preety jain from bangalore. I had a booking for television repair on 19th october. The assigned technician was not certified and took my television to his shop due to the urban company call center team assurance. He was not skilled enough to repair the television and had to call his senior to resolve the same without informing the urban company team. It is more than a month and my television is still not resolved. The urban company team is just trying to buy time and not resolving the issue.
