Booked for painting service under the advice of the painting consultant from Urban clap. Work was not done. Booked around 25 complaints in the help centre o[censored]rban clap to refund the amount. No response so far. Minshul from the customer care promised to sort out this issue but no update after 2 days of follow up.

Complaint marked as Resolved 30 minutes after raising the complaint here Urban clap representative called and sorted out the issue within 15 mins. If this was doable after a complaint here, could not understand why they could not sort it out while the concern was raised in the help centre of urban clap and even after 3days.
Urban Company customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
