Forceful 'cancellation' by professional assigned

I had raised a request for fan repair.
For which the technician came without proper covid protocol, charged me higher money for the fan repair without any bill.

Blackmailed me, if you want the fan repaired you need to pay the money on spot. Took the money and fan was not reachable for 10 days even the urban company staff couldn't connect him.

Then appears one day fits the fan and again charges extra money saying company policy and you will get the bill.

But after fitting I got no bill and now the fan is again not working.

In the whole process customer service says we are trying trying and are closing my ticket.

I'm fed up of these things and so I want to file a legal complaint against the company and the technician for all these.

Please help in knowing the procedure to file a legal complaint

    My slot was for 4 pm, I was to leave home at 6 pm which was well informed to your beautician beforehand previous day as she was to pay visit twice for both days occasion. But she arrived at 6p.m. Therefore, I had no chance to reschedule .
    She was constantly telling lies that she would reach in 5 minutes over more than 10 times having called her over phone. I was so helpless that i had to unwillingly forced to wait for your beautician to come and provide the services .
    Due to the intentional delay made from her end of over 2.5 hrs and me missing my occasion of attending the barat ceremony of my family. I had to perform an important ritual at barat ceremony which got missed by just one person. Who is going to bare such irresponsible behaviour ? Such situation god forbiddingly may have raised to be a big feud and problem for me and my family and your worthless beautician. One has to be on time to provide for the advance booked services. It was me who handled the situation calmly as it was my priority to keep calm on such an important occasion for my family. But your beautician was so casual about the delay as if nothing happened and being late for over 2.5 hrs is normal for her.
    I strictly want a written apology from the company as well as your beautician. And do state within the mail the actions taken over the beautician. As all our conversations here have ben documented for further course of action if my ask of you is not answered to my full satisfaction.

    Lastly after the receipt of the mail and an hand written apology from your beautician. I would want the complete refund of the services.

    Kindly take my unsatisfaction towards the services provided
    by your company seriously. And amend your ways by taking suitable action. Awaiting for a quick response in hope this doesn't gets repeated with other clients.

      Bathroom and Toilet Cleaning

      Urban Clap Booking Detail-Classic Deep Cleaning. I had engaged Urban Clap to clean Barhroom and Toliet at my residence on 29 November 2021.
      The Urban Clap personnel did a deprecated job; I was mortified after seeing their quality of service. The customer care did contact me to redress the compalint. They suggested re-doing the cleaning.

      Notwithstanding this offer they have cancelled the re-scheduled job two times unilaterally.br...

        This is Preety jain from bangalore. I had a booking for television repair on 19th october. The assigned technician was not certified and took my television to his shop due to the urban company call center team assurance. He was not skilled enough to repair the television and had to call his senior to resolve the same without informing the urban company team. It is more than a month and my television is still not resolved. The urban company team is just trying to buy time and not resolving the issue.

          The technician first cleaned up the scaling and said it is cleared and closed the Service. But once we run the machine, the drain didn't work. He later said the drain valve is blocked and it must be replaced and the cost will be Rs. 900. I said ok but I couldn't purchase from the app since the service was closed. Later he said he shall bring the part and install tomorrow for Rs. 900. Next day I called him and he said that the part was not available. All this took 2 hours of my time. This service costed me Rs. 224.

          Then I booked a service from LG and he came, cleaned up drain valve and done. It took hardly 10 minutes for him to complete. He charged my Rs. 590

          This technician might be good with other type of washing machines but not this. He is in-experienced and very slow to do such activities.

          What is the value of the money for the service I have paid?

            We have opted painting service from Urban company. They had done the work for 2 days and discontinued all of a sudden without intimation. They tool the full payment for the service and not completed the work.

                I had booked for bathroom cleaning (in Aug), which included 2 Bathroom, 1 washbasin, 2 Fans. but for the same package now (in Nov) it included only 1 Bathroom and 1 washbasin. Even the 2 fans I ordered separately.

                  On 20th October 2021, an urban company partner (Zeeshan Anshari) was here at my place and while Servicing my AC, he said that gas refilling is required for my AC. He noted that urban company does not offer this service and if I ask for it to the company, I'll have to pay the initial charge of 649 and no solution will be offered.

                  He offered me an alternative option to cancel the booking and that he would get the gas refilling on his own. He charged me 3000 for it (I have payment proof. Attached below) and refilled the gas on the same day itself.

                  Noe, my AC is not working again and is back to the same terrible condition. It is a clear case of fraud. I can note this because he has blocked me on Google Pay when I tried to connect with him. (image shared)

                  I have relied on urban clap for my needs in the past and have trusted Urban company partners. If this is how Urban company partners cheat, I'll have to stop using the fraud service.

                  I hope a resolution will be found and the urban company partner will be punished for cheating. I also want him to connect back with me and get me a solution as promised initially.

                  I trust in Urban company that they would not let cheats and frauds serve for them.

                    I ordered a sofa cleaning service on monday 22nov 2021 and that person destroyed the leatger sofa by using harsh chemicals. Since then I have been raising a call request but nobody is answering.. I have emailed on their customer care email and they just tell me that they will contact in 24 hours but it has been 5 days. I have got no response whatsoever.

                      Recently i had registered a complaint here to which i got a call from their social media handler and she agreed to return my money back and also give me 300 odd rs as US credits to wallet(half my booking amt). Which itself wasn't convincing as it was like as if we went to a hotel and ordered and waited for 2 long hours and the manager apologises with some reason and says they return your bill amount and give you voucher or discount usuable for next time.
                      Now is the best part...
                      The voucher isnt valid.
                      As in my case iam not able to use the UC credits for a service.
                      It allows to proceed only if i pick a much higher amount service which means i pay much more over the credits in my wallet.
                      This is rubbish.
                      Iam really frustrated over this.
                      I have screenshot evidence as proof to this rubbish happening in my UC app today.
                      How many times will you take your customer for a ride. Heights... dot.

                        Repair Quote ; Front load LG washing machine -PCB board

                        Due to repaired on pcb board, professional person mohammed alli came to myhome on 23 nov 2002
                        and taken the pcb board and repaired for the same.
                        Yesterday he fixed the pcb board in my washing machine and
                        i paid cash to him for the quote for the repaired pcb board amount Rs.2450 .
                        he left from my home. within 5 minutes i smelled washing machine burning and immediately i called him.
                        He came to my home and he said that washing machine motor got fired and asked to me to that call urban customer care.
                        Fyi before this incident i never smelled washing machine burning and once he fixed the pcb board i smelled for the same.
                        i hope he is not repaired properly and now he saying that change washing machine motor
                        i called up the customer care and kajol (urbn) has spoken to me and she asked me to raised new booking for this issue.
                        I booked for the same and today professional person sulaiman has came to home and
                        i told the issue but he did not checked and he said that he will check with his manager and he will inform me either he will check or not.
                        still i did not get any response from him

                        Fyi just 6month before only on 23 may i changed drum bearing of my washing mechine in urban company only

                        So i request to you please resolve this issue ASAP either you have to change motor or i need the washing mechine with good working condition.

                          I took services from urban clap on 16/11/2021 for painting of my house few rooms but it has become night mare for me . first they took full payment in advance of rs38500 asfter that there proff took 6680 additional and from 22/11 till date neither there proff is coming nor Urban clap is reponding to my query. i had written sevral mails to them and asked help via there app also but till date no response.
                          need my full payment back 38500+6680 and they should be penalised for mental trauma i am going thru. they have damaged my furniture and walls

                            I booked a beautician for 23rd November 2021 evening at 6pm. Yesterday beautician called me and suggested me to cancel the booking and do the booking personally, which I denied.

                            Today she is calling me at the last moment and giving excuse that she cannot come. She even cancelled the booking.

                            Now UC should suggest me what should I do further, because 25th November 2021 I am going somewhere and 24th November 2021 I am busy whole day that is why I booked for 23rd November 2021 evening.

                            Moreover now I cannot do the booking for today, I am stuck because of this irresponsible and unprofessional behavior your beauticians

                            Even if somehow I arrange time for tomorrow, how should I pay for that because the money which I already paid for the service will be refund by UC in next 5-7 working days.

                            This is so tiring process now. It was better that I should have gone to near by saloon.

                                I booked the Intense Deep Cleaning Bathrooms (2) service for 19th Nov'21 7:30PM despite slots being available UC Failed to assign professional and asked me to I rescheduled so I did for 20thNOV'21 7:30PM, Unprofessional MUNISH KUMAR who was assigned the duty who was least interested to come on scheduled time and called me several times during the day saying it's too late for him and asking questions like how much time I take to reach home from office, how far is my office and kept persisting to come early giving excuses. UC cancelled my booking for 20th Nov without intimation and again my booking was rescheduled without my consent for 2PM, Sunday 21 Nov. Extremely Poor Show by UC. I have Cancelled my booking refund my full amount ASAP.

                                  I requested the service of a carpenter on 28 October. The carpenter said he could not fix my issue and so cancelled my request, saying that my money would be refunded to me.

                                  I have written to the company on several occasions but they have still not refunded my money.
