An AC repairing service was scheduled on 5 oct 2021 at 1 p.m. Extra payment of Rs 2645/- is paid to vendor ALOK KUMAR via online or also in cash as online payment was not successful, or vendor is requesting to pay in cash as online payment is in pending status, but after sometime money deducts from my account, payment transaction id is[protected], kindly reverse double paid amount .

    They wasted my time by making false commitments. After took full amount they start the service and leave it in middle. Their supervisor saying he will not start service until company will not pay him his wages. They leave my house in a mess from last 2 weeks. No customer support. Material they are using is third class with the name of renowned brand like tractor and Asian.

      Gentlemen

      Pest control (cockroaches) was done on 12th Aug 2021 and follow up on 26th August 2021.
      We found cockroaches on 29th August we sent an image to the service personnel. He informed that they will die in Domino effect .

      Again we found cockroaches on 19 th September and 11th October 2021 images sent through WhatsApp to service personnel.

      There is no response . I think the chemical used is not much effective

        I have requested ac repair service from urban company on 17 july 2021 but right on last 3 days ac gradually lose its cooling yesterday i checked it is now not cooling. I tried to call the service person who visited at service time he is saying he cant do anything. Pl. look into the matter i have paid for whatever they suggested me to chance its only 6 year old AC.

          I had paid Rs. 1898 for an Urban Company beauty service on the 10th of October through GPay. The amount got debited but the service didn't get booked. So I had to book once again. I received a message stating the amount that initially got debited shall be refunded. But I still haven't received it.

          Urban Company doesn't have an official customer care number either and so I have no idea how to solve this issue.

          Please help.

            As we booked the slot of Bathroom Cleaning for today at 12pm. But your service provider didn't connect. On top of that he called once at 2:30pm after that I called him 4 times but didn't get any response. Is this the sort of services are you providing? Now you are not giving me a single reason to trust you.

                  Cheating on painting services

                  I had taken the service from them for my 2bhk flat painting work. Their sales person had come & by observing flat, he had given the Quatation. Due to lack of knowledge we agreed and they started painting. But later, we realise they have charged us for premium material and have delivered low grade material as per quatation they gave us.

                  Misuse of personal identification and badly done paint job

                  They cancel and reschedule booking according to their convenience without even discussing with the customer, at the last minute when customer don't have any other option and urgently require their service.
                  Even after taking full advance payment and accepting booking, even when all is finalized with the consent of both party, at the last hour they cancel .

                  They give options, to exploit the customer, that if you want your time slab then take detan service or other extra useless service instead of your choosen service. Or worse they even say we can give only half service and can't even refund money

                  They are exploiting customer to the maximum and have no dedicated consumer redressal number.

                  Booking has been done for 7 am by you ( third time reschedule from you) without any option to reschedule.

                  Pathetic service and resolution
                  Is this Company just to harass customers.

                  Even being a UC plus customer such treatment.

                  I can see the same thing has happened with many other customers so it is normal practice by Urban Company.

                    Technician installed parts and charged ₹4900 and after that Aquaguard started giving more problems. He visited twice after that but again more issues were there in a month.
                    So I consulted with the brand Eureka Forbes and when they checked there were duplicate parts installed which was provided by the technician from Urban Company.
                    This is a very bad experience, I feel like fraud has happened with me.
                    I want my money to be refunded.

I had booked in a revisit for 28th, no one turned up. Since then i am following up and have sent numerous mails but to no solution. Everyday i am getting a call that we are sending someone to inspect buy no one has visited till
                      Now. Mr Lalit called and said you can get it cleaned yourself and we will reimburse the amount but he was not ready to give that in writing. I have written to the founders as well but seems they are enjoying with the money and have no time to look into their emails

                      I had received an email on 16th that i will receive the amount in 5-7 days but it has already exceeded. I have sent the email twice but no response has been received so far. Had logged in the request for a call back on help center and your prompt that you will receive a call back in an hour but its more than 24hrs. Would suggest you to either hire more staff so customers query can be responded on time or train the existing ones to more effecient.
