Hi team,

For cooking services, first i have started with trial
It was mentioned that trial amount will be adjusted in monthly package.
Now my trial is completed, so i wanted to take take dinner monthly subscription, but trial amount is not adjusted as you said.

What is this? I dont undesrtand.
Can you make me undesrtand what is happening

    A service request for double door refregerator service for excessive frost formation in freezer and no cooling in refrigerator was raised on 4th January 2022 with customer phone number [protected].

    Company technical Imran/Sayed (phone number [protected] ) was assigned the task and he attended this request on afternoon of 4th January and after inspection gave an estimate of 5800 rs plus another 1300 for condenser fan replacement. We agreed to pay it after repair is done.

    The problem he explained to us were:
    1. Freezer fan replacement required
    2. IC replacement in circuit board on top
    3. Sensor replacement inside freezer
    4. Condenser fan replacement

    While explaining the issue he informed us that there will be guarantee of 1 year on parts serviced

    He serviced the refrigerator after explaining these problem. He took PCB for IC replacement to service center and later again fixed it.

    We paid service charges amount as agreed initially. It was a bit surprising to know that he didn't agree for any digital payment and insisted on cash payment.

    Also the technician didn't give any company cash bill for it on pretext of not having bill book with him and assuring us that the bill will be sent to you via email (yogesh.[protected]@gmail.com) which we provided to your technician.

    To our surprise we found that the refrigerator is not serviced at all and the same problem still persist till date (frost formation in freezer and no cooling in refrigerator)

    Also after service that fully functional front display is non-operational and it has stopped working, for which he gave excuse that some water would have entered there, we don't know how it would have happened? It looks sort of carelessness or missed connections while assembly.

    Technical even after many reminders has not sent any bill for the payment done and now he is avoiding attending calls on pretext of his family member having medical issue and later infected with COVID19 and assured that replacement technician will attend to it. But we never heard from him or other technician.

    It is highly unprofessional and inappropriate on part o[censored]rban clap / urban company. We are greatly unsatisfied with the behaviour of technician.

    I am sure urban clap will stick to standards of its services and amicably resolve this issue by right servicing of my equipment.

      I booked full house cleaning service on 3.1.2022 and paid rs.5197/- for the service on 8.1.2022. On 8.1.2022 i received a call from urban company stating that professionals are not available, you have to change the date. I told that i have already prepared for the cleaning process and it is not correct in the last moment. I insisted for service immediately. After some time i received a message that the service was cancelled and refund of 4898/- was processed. I raised a complaint that i paid for the service but your people failed to provide service. I raised a complaint to refund the amount of rs.5197/- . Due to failure of providing the service you have to pay the amount whatever paid by me.
      They are telling that 299/- was deducted towards membership. You have failed to provide service, you have no right to deduct membership fees. I do not want any service anything from your end. Refund the amout which was deducted. If you have not settle the amout immediate i will proceed against you in the court of law.

      i gave complaint on 17.1.2022, still no response from your end. It is fair on your part. I am not interested to enroll in your company. You are requested to refund the balance amount. I am not interested to enroll as a member in your company. I am awaiting as early possible to refund the amount as well as penalty for non providing the service to me.

        I am a regular customer o[censored]rban clap spa services. I have taken a pack of 4 but due to COVID restrictions in my area and curfew and a CoVid patient at home, I could not avail the service and requested them to extend it by a month.

        But customer executive was rude and simply rejected my request.

        COVID is a global pandemonium, all organisations are making special effort to deal in such scenario and urban company is not considertate enough to cater such menial request.

          REGRET REGRET REGRET

          I am really shocked & surprise to listen your resolution towards your failure to repair my Hitachi fridge.

          They have collected huge amount towards repair my original Japan made Hitachi fridge., amount of Rs.8500/-.
          They have replaced very vital parts of the fridge and replaced with inferior and second-hand part, COMPRESSOR.
          They took three months but failed to repair it.
          They sent two technicians several times, all the time they did some trial & error with the fridge but completely failed to repair it.
          Their all the attempts of repair lasted not more than a week and cooling come down to almost zero.
          They have converted my fridge into a junk piece.
          Now, they told me to contact HITACHI. I called them by paying Rs.500/- as their visiting charges, I sent them the bill for the same.
          Hitachi technician clearly told me, the company will not fit PCB in duplicate, sub-standard, other co's parts, if we want to repair it, it will cost huge amount, equivalent to cost of new fridge of any good brand like LG, SAMSUNG, WHILPOOL etc.
          Though, since they wanted to the quotation, I told Hitachi repairer to send the actual cost of repair with necessary replace of original parts of HITACHI.
          Hitachi sent me the repair estimate of Rs.25, 370/- under the email that I have forwarded to them.
          Yesterday, a lady from URBAN COMPANY called me and gave surprising and shocking solution:
          I should repair the fridge with whopping cost of Rs.25, 370/- plus Rs.500/- already spent for their visit.
          When I get the invoice for the payment from them after the repair, I should sent them a request so that they will take decision to refund the amount paid to them by me or Rs.10, 000/- at most would be refunded to me!!!
          what a shocking decision... they failed to repair my fridge, now they are dictating their term that if i want my money back, i should spend another 25, 370/- compulsorily so they will consider the refund of amount paid to them!!! there is a big uncertainty that they may find some other fault loophole and won't refund at all. so i am compelled to spend whopping 35, 000/- to repair a decade old fridge!!! wow what a mockery!!!
          secondly, how can they compel me to spend huge amount first to get refund of failed repair by them and faulty parts replaced???
          now, since they made my original japan made fridge into junk piece, they miserably failed to repair it after multiple attempts taking long three months and its my own fridge, what right they have to dictate me to get it repair, if i want refund from them ???
          here, they presume that i am having all money at my disposable that i keep spending in the manner they like!!!
          legally, morally, ethically they have absolute no right to hold on my money given to them for repair or dictate any terms to refund me the same, when they totally and miserably failed to repair rather made it a mess!!!
          hope they are being company with sensible person must be at helm, put oneself at my place and think twice how far they are right in your this absurd, irrational decision??
          please get refund of my amount at the earliest, nothing else i want from them, not an advice nor help to repair.
          it is my fridge and it is my prerogative to decide now what i should do with the said fridge that they have made a junk piece.
          lastly, if they fail to refund, i will expose them in all social medias, news papers for their dirty policy and ethics and also reserve my right to sue them to recover with compensation for such a long harassment mooted to a senior citizen like me who may be older than their father. needless to add that will be entire at their cost as to the consequences that piece note very seriously.
          i either fight long battle or settle, it is their call, hope better sense prevail.

            The technician damaged my geyser. The damage was verified by another technician o[censored]rban Company and was confirmed to be genuine. When I raised the issue, Urban company refunded me the service fee of technician visit (Rs 299) instead of the damage cost of Rs 2000 and claimed since the service cost has been refunded, insurance is not applicable now! It's a big fraud to avoid making damage payments covered under insurance.

              I had booked sofa and carpet cleaning services for 11:00 AM, 11th of January, 2022. I was assigned a technician who called me in the morning asking if he could come by 10 or 10:30 instead of 11 AM. I told him I would call him back confirming with my family. I called him back in about 5 mins requesting if he could come a little late by around 12 PM. He did not give any straight answer and kept saying 'I'll see'. I told him that it's okay if you can't come late, just come on time as I need to get the work done today to which he agreed. He dropped in at 11 and looked around the place. I had booked services for 10 sofas and 1 small carpet cleaning. He simply denied the work after inspecting the area and asked us to reschedule the service for tomorrow. He walked out of the house promising he'd get another technician with him the next day. I registered a complaint with Urban company and a customer care executive was assigned to the complaint I had raised. He called up in the evening asking about the whole issue but had absolutely no patience to hear what was being said. He instead started asking justification from me. Even after explaining the scenario to him he kept accusing me of things that had never happened as the technician had clearly lied to him. At the end of the conversation, he reassured that there will a conference call arranged between me, the technician and someone from the company who'll look into the matter. After a few mins a receive a message from the company saying my issue has been resolved. This executive with taking any efforts and to probably save himself from the job he is assigned for, market the unresolved query as resolved. This highly unprofessional and naive behaviour of the technician and the executive really surprises me. I wish to escalate the matter to an authority that answer me queries and resolve my issues.

                    Had booked for a washroom cleaning service on Urban Company for today January 8th 2022 at 2:30 PM. Assigned professional's name : Jabir Hussain Barbhuiya

                    Issues Faced:
                    1. The professional didn't do his job well, and completed his work within 30 mins.
                    2. Upon raising issues, he spoke rudely and didn't serve the request.
                    3. He didn't mark the task as completed and left, upon calling him and asking him to close the task, he again spoke rudely and didn't close the task.
                    4. Have reached out to Urban Company Customer care team multiple times during the day but of no help.
                    5. Every time the team assured to call back and they never called back.

                      I took services on 9th August 2021 by Navita and on 22nd June 2021 by Neeraj Rani. I reside in Vasundhara Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Immediately after my services I made cash payment. Today I checked that app is showing payment pending for these two services. It's been months and why the app has not updated my payment details? Could not find any customer care number on the app. Called the professionals who did the services and they do not seem to have any idea. How can I get my bookings showing the status that the work got completed and payment done by cash??

                          I have a tv which developed a defect in its display. 20% of the screen was not working (as in screenshot). I decided to book a service with Urban Clap Company to get it repaired. An engineer visited my place and after a thorough examination, he informed us that the TV needed to be repaired at the workshop under a machine. I agreed and allowed him to take the tv with himself. All was well until the engineer turned up two days later, with the TV and declared that he was unable to repair the TV. I was a bit disappointed, but when i turned on the TV, more than 75% of the screen was dead. Aghast, I quickly messaged the situation to urban clap customer care, and got a call back from there. But the delivery agent, instead of sympathizing with my loss, started forcing me to pay to book a visit with another engineer.
                          If the reply is so poor and unprofessional from such a reputed company, I would prefer to get my issue resolved by some local technician who is much more reliable. I am one of the oldest members on your app, right from when it was released, as you can see on my profile, but I am sorry to say, I am highly disappointed by the actions of the company, and my trust in its services has been left in shambles

                            I made a transaction of INR 548 through Amazon pay on 19th Dec with merchant Urban company. I had to cancel this order due to some reason and Urban company confirmed that they will process the refund. But it has been more than 15 days now and I have not received my refund.

                            Urban company says that they have refunded the amount, but I have not received the refund. I tried contacting urban company multiple times but no response. Each time they tell me that the refund is processed, but I think they are lying since the money is not refunded in my amazon pay balance.

                            Hi Team Urban company, I have provided the screenshot of the transactions multiple time to you guys at the email id: [protected]@urbancompany.com. Please check your mail box rather than calling me every day and asking for the same screenshots. It is like harassing a customer.
                            Everyday someone calls from your company and says to provide the screenshot, when I send that they say that they have received it and the matter will be resolved in next 24 hrs. But I don't get any refund.
                            And the very next day you again call asking for screenshot and the same response that it will be resolved in next 24 hrs.
                            I have sent you at least 5 times the screenshots and your representative received the email. So please stop calling and harassing me rather you check your email and get this sorted.

                            I don't think you guys have an intention to pay and that's why you keep calling and harassing. Fine I give up, I want my mental piece you have that 548 INR and be rich. but stop calling and harassing everyday.

                              Geyser was serviced on 20th oct 2021 and it started giving the issues like current shock on taps and not heating properly within 2months. i see its completely fraud people. i took the service twice in year 2021 for geyser and did not realize their fraudulent actions. pathetic service. too costly and problem is temporarily resolved.

                                Dear Team urban company,

                                I have availed your Bathroom cleaning services from your online portal by paying in advance.

                                Surpricingly i got that my Jaquar bathroom fittings chrome platting is getting black i shown it to your proffessional he taken it lightly.when i connected to your customer care they ask me to upload pics i have uploaded and they ask profession to revisit and use some other chemicals on fittings but after using other chemical to damaged fitting complain has not resolved.

                                Your escallation team trying to give me advise to buy fittings and rais GST bill to us we will reimburse.

                                My question here is that why did i choose your service...answer is to save time and get assured services.Now i dont get anything.

                                Also your team asking me to go to market buy the fittings and pay the money again to jaquar and then only they will reimburse upto Rs.10000 as per your insurance policy.

                                My concern is why me go to market...is i am free??, why me pay to jaquar...is it my mistake??why i have to behind UC when you people have no idea of pain i am undergoing and totally fail to understand customers feeling qith new deeam bathrooms ruined situation.

                                  Hi, i have booked a covid pcr test in which they mentioned that professional will reach in 60minutes and now its 7:30pm and nobody came and not even responding my calls. I have a time to submit my covid test report in office it usually come before 14hours but they want to do in 48 hours only. I have already paid for my service. I need strict action on this.

                                    My son had a PCR test done on Saturday morning at about 10:30am. The nurse came to our hotel in Abu Dhabi. She said after our visit she was going straight to the lab and we should receive the
                                    Result in the afternoon. We paid for the 12 hour timeline. Our flight was at 11:30 pm on Saturday . It is now Monday and we have still not received any result and it is now too late for the
                                    Purpose of a pcr for travel purpose.

                                    You took our money yet did not deliver a service to us.

                                    Please advise urgently why no results was given. We are not happy with your service.

                                      Greetings..!!

                                      This is reference to one of the TV repair service I requested from Urban Company on 15th October 2021. My TV do no not have any concern earlier and trusting on the Service o[censored]rban Company I call on customer care and request the service. This my 1st time service from UC, I think this is the biggest Mistake on my life that I have not trust on the local repair company who are known to me and also are available near to my house.
                                      Here is the details of the Service and mean the time I have called to the customer Care many times and even the Service manage on the personal mobile number and WhatsApp what he given to me during the repair Service.
                                      15/10/2021 - Service requested on Urban Company for Home Service
                                      15/10/2021 – Call booked by UC in the name of Mr. Randhir Singh
                                      15/10/2021 – Technician Came to home, do some minor checkup and taken the TV to his Service center. Assuring to return on 16th Oct. 2021
                                      17/10/2021 – I personally visited the Service Centre to know the status, as there is no response from the Technician / delay in TV delivery
                                      21/10/2021 – TV delivered @my home, not connected /verified by the technician @ my home, just asked to check and report if any concern.
                                      21/10/2021 – I have connected the tv and checked not connecting but the display was there, I connected my laptop also no response on screen
                                      21/10/2021 – Technician called up and reported on the concern over pictures on WhatsApp. (Attached for your reference)
                                      21/10/2021 – Technician confirmed to visit and re-solve the minor issue in next few days as he was busy somewhere.
                                      25/10 /2021 – feedback on UC site, Rating 1 so that I can get a support on the concern.
                                      25/12/2021 – On each call the technician report some reason that he was in trouble in legal matter, his bike has some problem/ he is Out of Station, So finally I call Urban Clap for support, And came to know that I can request for re-visit and if the technician not came than they can arrange someone from UC.
                                      25/12/2021 – Finally the Technical came to my House who repaired earlier and taken the TV after doing some preliminary I/O check, he assured delivery in Next Two hour as there is some minor concern.
                                      26/12/2021 – I Personally visited the Service Centre to check and the Technician told me there is some sound is and he will check and deliver by evening.
                                      26/12/2021 & 27/12/2021– Called to Urban Company Customer care for immediate help / assign someone else might be the Technician have not enough experience and he may damage my TV after so many hit and trial / experiment .
                                      28/12/2021 – UC executive called my expecting two days delay as the technical is out of station and ready to provide a TV as a backup / standby.

                                      Since than the TV is not repaired and return to me, I called many times the UC customer care, reported many times over WhatsApp Chart, Visited the local Service Company on 26/12, call the technician on personal mobile no given to me as he is not responding on the number over Urban Company Android App.

                                      The TV is not repaired yet and on UC App it is showing the warranty is valid till 15th January, How this is possible? Might be the Technician is looking for an opportunity to somehow extend this scenario till 15th Jan 2022 then he will through the TV @ my home and that time I have nothing to claim and if asked for a second service might be the TV was not serviceable as he had done many experiment on the same.

                                      Requested to look into the matter to arrange a quick support on this matter.
