This mail is with reference to my first and last service availed from URBAN COMPANY on 28th Sep 2021 for my showroom AC service. Will try to raise my concern date wise and as short as possible

BOOKING SCHEDULED 28/09/2021 02:30 PM
For this booking received call from Mr MOIN SHAKH saying if he could come early and came bit early then scheduled. Within few mins (10-15 mins) he informed me that AC gas pressure in lower then required (220 compared to 240 also showed the same on some gauge) and needs to be refilled and would cost Rs2500/- for which I declined as my AC was cooling pretty good. On this Mr Moin asked me to CANCELL the booking and reschedule the call. I did as discussed with him. He spoke to some one else over phone and requested him to attended my call. In next 15-20 mins received another call form Mr KETAN PUROHIT for my AC service, AFTER finishing his job our team as that my AC gas needs to refilled as its very very low. Same day evening we observed water leakage in outdoor unit and indoor unit was literally throwing ICE CHUNKS. Immediately I booked another call with UC, available slot was on 30/09/2021 11:00 am. But received call from Mr Ketan on 29/09/2021 for early visit and on his visit I was told the same thing about low AC gas pressure. Here I got bit suspicious and called another service engineer for second opinion wherein I was showed that ONE nut was missing and was informed that until gas is being deliberately released from unit AC gas pressure cannot go so low just in one day. Then we got our CCTV footage checked and found out that MR MOIN was fiddling with our outdoor unit for almost 10 mins before calling me to showing low pressure of AC gas.

On this I logged a complaint with UC (01/10/2021) regarding the same with all the above details but to my highest level of disappointment till date (07/10/2021 04:40 pm) it has not been resolved. We have just received calls from back office assuring us resolution

    Before the start of painting we discussed with Surveyor and he agreed that they will supply Royal Luxury Shyne variant but post that they supply normal variant of Royal Luxury when I raised issue then they agreed to send Shyne version and on last day again they have send normal variant, also very bad response from them

      I have been writing on emails for a call back and provide me the final resolution since its 32 days now that my machine is damaged.
      I need to do something to fix the damage and for which i need the company to contact me back.

      From last 6 days i have been continuously writing emails everyday and making requests but all i get a reply is this

      “ Hi Ankur,

      We're extremely sorry to learn of this and are working on a call back immediately. Our team will work closely to understand what went wrong and help you with the same.“

      but no one calls me back at all..

      I need to be contacted back so that i can find a solution.. If the company is adamantly not replying back to me what should I do ?

          I had booked for 3bhk home deep cleaning services and the service was not done properly and after continuous complaints also I am not getting any call back from you guys.

          Date of service: 30th Sept 2021
          I don't want any service from you guys now can you please refund me the entire amount and at least have courtesy to give a call back.

            Hello Urban company,

            since my matter is a month old now, i have posted complaints at various places about how the professionals have damaged the machine and scammed me with fake charges for spare sparts,

            the professional Mr.Mohd Ali along with one helper ( name unknown to me ) has tried to enter my gated society, lying to my guards that “ I owe them money”, so that they get to meet me in person and enter my house..
            Twice they tried to come to my house, entered my society, and both the times i stopped their entry at my gate.
            I dont know why and for what the professional Md ali hussain is trying to enter my premises, lying to my security guards?

            my case is unresolved from 31 days, i am out of my Air condition and already under a loss of 53000 rupees + additional 4047 rupees this Md ali Hussain took from me..

            I really have to take a strict action against this person if i see him ever again loitering around my property or premises .

              awaiting a call from Abhishek kumar from the social media team -

              as promised on 30th september - the above said person was supposed to call me and inform me the same day about the proceedings of my issue.

              Since 6 days i’m awaiting a call back from him but theres no sign on how to trace this person.

              Would really be nice if i get a call back at the earliest since I am on day 31 with my damaged Air Condition machine and the company is not available for help even after being told the issue numerous times..

                Mr. FARMAN was alloted by UC for repairing.
                He came home repaired AC. I paid him on Google pay.
                Now, my account is still showing payment pending.

                  Hi,

                  its been one week since the technician has last visited our house and removed the geyser, dismantled it. he was supposed to come back next day. either the technician nor the urban company are picking up calls. very bad service and disrespectful to customer.

                  no help from the customer support representative. No proper means to escalate a complaint. its such a bad working culture

                  Geyser repair not done yet. its just pending and not fixed yet.

                    Today Marks A month when urban company professionals came to my premises, charged me fraudulently and scammed me in the name of spare parts and deliberately damaged my Air Conditioner.
                    The damages were as such that they incur charges of more than 20000 rupees.
                    From 4th of september 2021, i have been constantly chasing the company on emails and calls and finally the company is so shameless that they do not call me back, i cannot reach them since they dont have a phoneline service where one can call and talk, they deny to provide me a solution and just telling me on the email politely that they cannot do anything anymore to fix my machine that has been damaged my their professional.

                    I urge to the reader of this post, kindly make sure that the devices used by you in your houses should be touched by the original brand service provider and not urban company. this is a bogus and a fake company who is conducting such a business model that is so harassing if their professionals behave in an unprofessional manner..

                    i have gone under a loss of my AC worth 53000 rupees and 4047 rupees that i paid to the Urban Clap in the name of service, and a month of full mental harassment that i took chasing the company for fixing the damage and starting my machine.

                    Urban company is a fraud company who takes money from the customer by not providing proper service & I faced the same situation just a month back...i booked a request for my window act less cooling issue & the technician who came for the service is not a technician itself...he said there will be a gas leak & he will not do the service at my house because of the safety factor & he charged me Rs.3000 for gas charging...then after a week he brought the ac & installed it & within 3 days there was new problem in the vent occurred & I gave a request for the same & the same guy took the ac for a week & brought it back saying your ac is fine..again after 3 days the same problem araised...i told the customer care not to send that fellow because of poor service & they send me another senior technician where he said need to do a chemical wash & again after 3 days the same problem persist...now no body from customer care nor the technician is responding...the ac is 3 years old & still I have company warranty...pls don't use this nonsense company service my humble request..i already raising this complaint to the consumer court

                      Urban Company Pathetic experience with AC servicing. It seems the technicians are being trained to loot people.
                      I had no issues with my AC cooling still decided to get a servicing done for maintenance. The technician has loosened the nut bolt to cause gas leakage so that I will have to pay him more for gas which was clearly pointed out by tge authorized service centre repair person who I had to call. Within 1 day my fully functional AC completely stopped working. I put multiple requests for revisit and asked that this technician not be sent back. On all requests, Urban Company was not able to assign anyone else than this guy. I had to get the repair done by Authorized service centre.
                      Now, I am not even able to get a response to claim the insurance for damages and repair that they so clearly have written on the booking page for servicing.
                      For a customer wanting to merely service the AC, these guys have caused an expense of 4.6k repair.

                        This is a demand notice to the urban company.

                        In the last 29 days of the problem that occured, the AC machine was damaged by the company professional deliberately, and company professionals charged me money towards the spare parts which were faulty and of cheap quality,
                        all the issues are told to the company and yet company is just not doing anything about it .

                        I plea to the Urban Company to tell me a final decision that whether they will help me fix all the damages caused by their professionals on my machine and return me my money back which was charged fraudulently in the name of spare parts and installation by the professional.

                        Just tell me a yes or a no and do not make me run and chase you guys back on emails and on complaints forum . Every second day i get a new person who calls me from your company, i give all the details clearly and then i am asked to wait for sometime and someone will get back to me and resolve the problem, and then no body gets back . The same has been happening from 16th sept 2021. All my efforts after explaining so much on the call and waiting as per told to me, goes for a waste.

                        My machine is damaged from 29 days .
                        But i never got a call who informs me that whether the company is going to fix the problems or no.

                        Well i guess there is a huge trail of people to surpass my case to the company..
                        From 16th september 2021 until today, around 24 emails and several submit request for call backs have been made by me to your company, and today marks 31 days of this issue where my machine is kept damaged and matter is unresolved.

                        Urban Company just doesn’t work on serving as per commitments. Hoax hopes have been given to me.
                        As of now last person I spoke to was on 30th septemeber 2021, from the social media team - named- Abhishek Kumar . The said person promised to call me back in a minute and today its the 6th day from that commitment and I’m just waiting for a resolution.

                        its been already 31 days, and your company has neither insured me and given me a correct resolution towards the damages done by the urban clap professional.
                        I wil wait for two more days post which i will be bound to buy a New Air conditioner.. I will mail you the invoice of the new air conditioner by the speed post and send the damaged machine via courier to your company address..

                            Whenever I book any service from Urban Company such as Hair cut/ waxing etc., Urban company takes booking and takes payment but even after regular follow-ups they do not send any person for service. After 3 days they tell they wouldn't be able to send person. This is a personal loss to us as we have to wait for the service. In case o[censored]rgency purpose is not met many times.

                            Today also same has happened and I am feeling harassed a lot.

                            Details of booking are mentioned in snapshot.

                            Please help and it is my concern that i[censored]rban Company is not able to provide service at my location then why they take bookings?
                            Many of the times service person had come earlier but not always. Maximum times they provide just excuses.

                              I had booked a repair request for the washing machine which was first attended and serviced on 17th July, after that the problem resurfaced and a second technician was sent to resolve the issue.
                              Issue got resolved on 18th Aug and washing machine was working fine till now.
                              But now the issue has resurfaced and I registered the complaint on 26th Oct'21, after which I received the call instantly and customer care assured me that they will arrange a visit from senior technician basis my availability.

                              But since than I am constantly trying to get in touch with urban company through "help" option under "my bookings" but no response since the last 7 days.

                              Need a full refund i[censored]rban company is not able to even get in touch with me to attend and resolve it.

                                Slipshod service and unresolved problems despite assurances

Being the first time we did have high expectations however our experience with the workman assigned has been most disappointing. At the outset, on first contact Suraj Sharma(Mobile [protected]) the designated cleaner, attempted to negotiate the day and timing of his visit. However he was firmly told that he was required to visit us as per our convenience...

                                I have brought painting services with urban clap on 3rd Sept 21, Mr. Kuldeep singh chauhan came to me and gave me the planning of whole painting. I have 2 bhk flat and it's already had asian royal and he committed to maintain the quality and he will take care all things.

                                He said i'll take care the whole planning and execution, so you don't worry and mentioned everything and quoted me via the app. i paid the services initially with advance amount and painter started working.. after one day he said please pay the rest of the amount so painter can proceed the work without showing the material and he said you should have to believe me i am taking care.

                                Unfortunately, after two days when i visited and i shocked when i see the quality of work, painters are doing painting without putty finish or primer work, i discussed with Mr. kuldeep and surendra and both told me sir you don't worry we will take care and then they shouted to their painters to correct the work. After a day i again checked and they still working on same style and then i escalated again to mr. kuldeep and he told me i am busy on another visit but i'll see.

                                There is no results after discussion and finally painter has been changed after a day and another painters started working on the site. They did some good job which i personally feel they will achieve the work i continuously watching even my home is far from that flat it is approx. 18 kms. from my residence. yesterday they messaged me that our work has been finished and you can check it. I told mr. kuldeep to check the work first and validate so i can review and advise. but he told me i am unavailable due to week holiday. i told him i am going there and update you.

                                Finally i checked and there are lot of glitches everywhere in the home, i discussed and told mr. surendra to sort it out before asking one time password. he shouting me that i need otp i don't want further discussion after completed the work, even there is no cleaning and finishing touch and colours are different in some of the areas. i told him and he told me to finish the work today anyhow.

                                Yesterday (29/09) again checked the flat and called again to mr. kuldeep and he denied that i am busy on another meeting sir, i am unable to come now, please see and advise surendra for further work.
                                I told mr. surendra that still there are lot of problems like :

                                1. Painting is unfinished on some areas
                                2. Balcony have wrong colours
                                3. Cleaning is not done,
                                4. Modular kitchen doors are broken
                                5. Italian marble have lot of colours spread so everywhere spotted and showing blots on marble.
                                6. Almira mica has been broken which is big one.

                                This was really a bad idea to choose urban clap in my point of view and i'll never recommend to anyone as there is a bad experience, i have new flat and it's massy now.

                                  Washing machine repair

                                  In my washing maichine water is not stoping from out let while machine is stilling water from in let.

                                  A service person came to fix the issue and said it the board issue and took the board for service saying that he will come tomorrow. Next day he fixed the board and clean the out let drum and charged 3600+300 for service fee but when we started the machin we notice that water is still leaking from out let. We complain to him...

                                  I had requested for a service of a Samsung Front Load Washing Machine. Professional visited and diagnosed that the PCB had failed. He bought a PCB to our place and found that it was still not working. He then said that the Motor had failed and Promoted a used Motor for Rs 2000/- or a new Motors for Rs 4800/-. I realized that the Motor had 10 Years of Warranty and called upon Samsung service centre guy. He inspected our Machine and diagnosed that the PCB needed replacement. We insisted that the PCB was just replaced yesterday. He checked the PCB and quoted that it was a faulty one and an old one too. When he replaced it with a new PCB, the wachine started working finely. I was duped of Rs 3000/- by the UC Professional. I want my money back

                                    My request for a home painter getting reschedule every day when I raise complain regarding professionals does not arrive at a scheduled time.
                                    Call Center commit the different time but again the same issue.

                                    UC should stop calling their executives as Professional as they are not at all professional.
                                    I have been calling for the last 3 days and the funny part is Call center asking for my convenient time to align professionals, Ideally, they should tell us to give us an appointment with their professional.

                                    I guess I expected much from UC but this is a disaster.
