I had booked your service for mirror installation. The person who had been sent for the installation was extremely unprofessional, and shattered the mirror he was meant to hang. Kindly replace the mirror. It’s dimensions are 4 feet by 3 feet

    I have booked hair cut from urban company. I have paid 298 using google pay. Money was deducted but booking was not done. Still now I didn't get my refund. My upi transaction id is[protected].

    Please do the needful as early as possible.

      This is to bring to u r kind notice that mr. Abdul Kareem m urban clap did service of chimney on 30th October 2020 . he brought back the unit on 31st night and placed it back, on 1st of November there was a sound coming from the unit, i again registered a complaint on 1st and they took back the unit on 2nd and came back on 4th, again the sound started coming on 5th, so again i raised the complaint on 5th. the person came on 6th and toke the unit and came back on 10th. 11th again the sound started coming again i raised the complaint. till date no one from urdan clap has responded nor they have assigned a technician. kindly register my complaint and do the needful thanking u urs faithfully

        On registering a repair for my Bosch washing machine(washing cycle not working) on 4 August 2020, a service repair person called Ajay Garg came to check on the complaint. But instead of repairing, he said that if I waited for Urban Company to replace the drum, it will take more than a week. So he asked me to close the complaint and said that I must report to Urban Company that I have got it repaired from outside and so he downloaded the app and even closed the complaint with the OTP sent saying let the the complaint get resolved.
        I feel I was fooled into believing the two executives( Ajay Garg and Amit) and above all I was fooled into giving 6500 for the drum when the issue was never with the drum. Not only that, in the matter of these 2 months, I would have called atleast 50 times and as they are incompetent workers and till now have not resolved the issue saying it is now heater fault and even removed it saying, they will bring the rod and fit it back. Now despite three months, they are postponing the visit citing various reasons and have not able to clear the issue. On top of it, the water now leaks from the front door. I know I have no right even to complaint against Urban Company as I was fooled by these executives and did not realize the mistake until now when they are unable to clear it. My only request is to set these executives right so that nobody should be fooled into getting the work done outside the company. But more than that, what kind of repair service people are hired by urban company? Under their very nose, they go about fooling and cheating people. Just to save a week's time, now I have lost 3 months in agony. I would also appreciate if I could get my refund of 6500(drum cost) from them.
        I would be grateful if my complaint is resolved properly and the heater rod replaced along with the washing cycle and water leaking repaired.

              Dilip the painting consultant - I'm awaiting for my painting refund amount since Nov 6th... The painting job was cancelled by urban company people, I will not label them Professionals because there's not an inch of professionalism that they carry... My painting job was majorly dis- coordinated, where I interacted with diff sets of people and they were not known to each other...from wrong quotation in terms of amount, to no. Of days of job to wrong promises till my painting job got cancelled from urban and leaving me stranded with my diwali plans... All I expected from them after this blunder was to hurry up on my refund, the way they made me hurried for advance booking... Its been 7 days and no clue, calls or email from urban about my refund... Sad that I don't even have anyone's number except the request that I keep sending for call center to revert... They have standard reply, we feel. Sorry, we know your case. We will try to resolve, we are there to help you and next thing, nothing moves frwd and u end up again asking for help and explaining your case to every random call center executives... I know most of their names by now...all of them just symphathising with me but failed to make me speak to someone from urban office... AM I DUPED? WILL THE MONEY BE REFUNDED OR I WILL JUST PLAY THIS GAME EVERYDAY OF CALLING EXECUTIVES... PLZ HELP... The consultant Mr Dilip whose mobile number I had, refuses to answer my calls...

                  Sofa cleaning was initially scheduled for 10th November 2020, which was delayed and postponed to 11th November 2020.
                  The representative who walked in for sofa cleaning, was sent forcibly to complete the call at my home, he was in fact not scheduled for the same, and it is not his mistake as well.
                  The representative claimed that the sofas would be dry and ready to use after 4 hours.
                  However, when any one sits on the sofa, the water squeeze's out and spoils the clothes, which is very embarrassing and annoying.
                  I personally found Urban Company unprofessional, and even after raising the complain, someone has yet to revert.

                    I am customer o[censored]rban clap. I have booked tv repair service on June month. Technician came on June 5 th 2020 and resolved issue. I have paid 12500/- for that service. Now after that again same issue. I raised complaint and he took back my tv and as of now, no response from them . Its around 2 months. Not getting any response. After 2 months, again demanding money even it is in warranty period. Urban ompany customer care is not responding for our queries. Very irresponsible. Please do not trust urbancompany. They all are cheating customers.

                      I had booked a hair cut and trimming service on 8th November around 8 pm but the professional came around 7pm, after my hair cut was done i saw blood in my cheeks then I asked him how it happened he told he had by mistakenly cut the pimple but I told its a straight cut and its around 2 cm and another cut below the lips, i have a marriage to attend, this is highly unacceptable

                        With reference to my booking Hair cut a pack of 2 with registered mobile [protected], & paid the required amount. However, the assigned person not turned in as per the time slot of 7.30 AM on 7th Nov, when checked at 7.50 AM it was communicated the person yet to start to reach my address in this situation I canceled the appointment due to not meeting the appointment by Urban, However, noticed the refund is only for Rs398 with deductions, which is not correct and acceptable as the cancellation is due to error from Urban. do needful and refund full amount to my.

                          I got a message from urban company saying that the first payment was unsuccessful.
                          So I paid again.
                          But both times my mony got debited from my account.
                          For the SAME booking.

                            I was being cheated by urban company. My concern was microwave Repair due to lockdown i opted for urban company they charged me 2400 approx amout and guess what my problem still remains same instead they damaged my microwave. I am chasing them from past 3 months. They do sent new technician who says there is no issues in microwave it is perfectly fine and on day of my free warranty completion he called me and explain the issue of my microwave and said to pay another 5000. I raised complaint to the app but no response or action from their side. I literally wasted my time and money. I earn 16k a month in this crisis time urban company looted my money for nothing. A man will come and sanitize your device nothing else will be done by urban company.

                              on 28th July when i have Booked UC professional for my RO repair. Mr. Amar Sigh ( professional name) .He visited and done the service. he changed my both filter.
                              I have also taken warranty for 3 month provide by UC. My machine got shut down again on 2nd oct . i lodged complaint to UC team and they assigned a professional (Not the older one). the next guys refused to come as he told it is a warranty case so he will not do. I raised this issue with UC team and they have assigned a new professional Mr. Abhijit Thakur.
                              since 7th Oct my RO has not been repaired and i am calling everyday UC team everyday i get assurance to rectify in 24/48 hr. but not done yet.
                              Everyday they are giving new excuses and alibies. I am taking to Neha Aggarwal case manager from UC team.

                              I am foretasted and disappointed totally I don't no How to reach the Company Owner or senior management to address the my issue.

                              Please help

                                I raised a request with Urban Company for a technician visit for refridgerator repair along with cover that covers me with a revisit of technician should the same issue recur within next 90 days. Technician visited on 20th September, 2020 and replaced few parts on additional cost.

                                The same issue started reoccurring since 22nd of October and I was assigned with a technician for a revisit. However, technician declined to offer service stating that since it is a revisit he won't provide any service for free. Someone by the name of Nikhil from customer service team assured that he will assign a senior technician and there should be no charges if the issue with refrigerator is same. Unfortunately, this time too your 'senior technician' declined on giving any service since it is a revisit.

                                After futile attempts to have a technician visit to my place I requested your customer service team several times on the app to give a callback as the issue remains unresolved due to no show of your technician. I have not received any calls from your team.

                                This is a commitment that you make to attend any issue should they reoccur within 90 days of first visit and I am just asking for what I am entitled to. Request someone from your team to look into this unresolved issue since it has been more than a week now that I am chasing the customer care and technicians for a revisit.

In spite of trying to contact customer care several times, no one from your team even bothered to call me back over the last one week with a resolution.

                                Ridiculous, no one bothers to contact from customer care. Their technician is still 'on the way' from 25th of Oct, 2020.

                                    Urban company is a gang of cheaters. I used their chimney repair service. The technician took the motor for rewinding, billed for shaft and bearing replacement but actually did nothing except cleaning. Charged Rs 2500/-
                                    Problem repeated within one month. When Called for within warranty repair, he told me that now this is a new problem and blower is broken.
                                    I was not convinced with his arguments and called the other local technician. He dismantled everything in front of me and I was shocked to see that the blower was perfectly alright and only cleaning work was done where as billing was done for shaft and bearing replacement. I sent all the images to urban company but till today no response.
                                    I want my money back.

                                        I was been charged 3000 for pcb replacement for lg washing machine in last order on Dec 2020 and been told that the new board is been replaced and 2 years guarantee told by Saddam Hussein but we had got same issue and today booked new service and guy told it is not new instead of old machine board.kindy do the needful get repaired without extra charge or the refund of amount charged for pcb board which is not new

                                        We would like to inform you that the warranty for the services under the repair category is of 90 days from the date of delivery( the same has been mentioned in the company's application/website) and any unsatisfactory experience in this regard needed to be reported within the same timeline.

                                        Since the warranty is over, we would not be able to take any complaint in this regard.

                                        You may place a fresh booking where a new professional could be assigned to your requirement wherein the service will be delivered on a chargeable basis.
