I paid 23000 in good faith in February for a personal training package. The trainer came once, then failed to show every other time. I raised this many times to Urbsn Clap. They keep sending a holding response that someone will contact me and noone does.
The trainer has given the money owed to urban clap but they wont give me my money back nor will they give me the credit value in my account
They are illegally keeping 23000...

Without wasting anytime, I will directly like to inform the comapny, your staff has shown totally irresponsible behaviour, he didn't do his job on time, and then he damaged my property, I am tired of explaining my situation to each of your staff member, they want me to settle my loss on a compromising basis but I don't feel I am getting a right claim for my loss, approximate damage to my property is about 3000INR, I as rational and understanding...

I had asked for normal service of two split acs and the service person made money by showing faults and charging me rs.8237/-. After one day again both acs were not working. They visit thrice and finally said that my acs cannot be repaired. My complaint is why they asked me to get it repaired in first place when he knew it cannot be repaired. I need refund of money charged by them for their advice. I had only requested for normal service....

I have booked a girl for waxing. she is fully untrained girl who send by a company. I told her very clearly that please do it carefully because my skin is sensitive she said no issue i am experienced mam but after the waxing my whole skin got rashed, infected my whole arms. Worst service by urban clap company. I need my money back and proper treatment of my arms because whole texture has been changed of my arms...

Urban company or urban clap has cheated me in gas recharging. Said there is a 90 days guarentee.ac worked only for 10 days and coated me 3500.

Worst or no response after many complaints. Please do not go for ac servicing in uc...

AC Technician did the AC service and fill the GAS. I paid 3600 rs but my AC is not cooling. I am feeling sweating inside the AC Room.
I raised so many time request in customer portal but no response from customer care, AC Technician is not picking my phone as well.

AC Technician did service on 26 May 2020, I am really frustrated with Urban company service.

Worst situation....

I booked a water purifier servicing from uc. The person was not wearing mask. He took photos of sanitiser but didn’t use them. After replacing one of the part of the filter there was leakage issues. For which i called him back again. He fixed something and left. Water again started leaking and i had to clean the floor constantly. He came again and fixed something but water started leaking again. He cane strain and tried fixed something...

I have booked 2 window ac installation from you and you send mr alishan for same today at mahagun mywoods.

First he was very unprofessional and working style was pathetic
Second he cut my grill like ripping a sugarcane and hang my ac in grill without proper support
Third, after doubting by me about safety concern, he ignore it and leave it hanging
Fourth my ac dropped from upside breaking my grill and doorbr...

I booked for ac servicing on urban company for 3 acs, and the serviceman mishandle one of my ac and after few days my ac stop cooling, i called the samsung and there serviceman told me that this might be due to mishandling of the outdoor unit which causes the gas leakage, i called the urban company people again and the same person visited again on 10th june and he checked the unit and ask me to pay for fixing the gas leak, which i declined...

My ac is not coiling after gas filling and servicing by an urban clap technician. I requested to send again the technician, but no update from the technician....

Dear sir, i self and my family is suffering due to ac problem in this hot whether. Many times i follow up with you and your engg. Even and after problem not resolved yet. Your engg. Is totally failed to resolve the issue and damaged my ac. He had checked and do the work accordingly and i have also pay acording the quatation after that my ac become fail in few days the same procedure two three times happened. Now he is making hollow excuse...

The technician gurmeet singh with mobile number [protected], has arrived at my house on 22 may 2020 for which i have booked the ac repair. The technician took my mobile to check the service registered and canceled the service. And then the technician asked me that he will directly assist the service at a lesser cost. He told me that 400/- is the urban clap cut in the whole amount and due to covid-19 we are trying to resolve it directly so...

The uv lamp of my kent ro got fused during lockdown. Everything else was working fine. Unfortunately kent ro was customer service lines were not working during that period. So i called urban company. They sent somebody to fix the ro. He changed 9 parts instead of just the uv lamp. I now have a ro machine that says kent ro from the outside, but the technician has removed all the original parts and replaced them with duplicate parts. And i...

On may 20th, i filed a request with urban company (Also called urban clap) for general service & sound correction of my perfectly working washing machine.
The technician, mr. Nooruddin who was assigned to me, told me that the pcb board, the motor, capacitor all needed repair.
2 days later, he came back saying parts have been procured. He charged me rs. 4698/-, for parts and labour, which i paid.
For your information,...

The electrician charged me the full installation fees for the ac whereas he should have charged only the reinstallation fees for the indoor unit... He blades me of 1300 by this way... The company was insensitive and dint respond...

I booked a deep home clean slot for 10:00 am - 10:30 am on 29th of may 2020 at around 8:00 am.
My slot request for 10:00 am was accepted but i didn’t receive any service.
I waited till 11:00 am and cancelled the request,
But i didn’t receive the refund.br...

I bóoked services of urban company for repair and maintenance and gas filling of my 4 acs last week.. Within 24 hours after serving, all the 4 acs are not giving cool air. I have paid rs 16390/ but i have been fooled by urban clap and nobody listening my complain. They hire local inefficient mechanic who does not know their job. No mechanism for redressal of customer service....

Iam a resident of apex golf avenue sec 1 greater noida west (B 2205) gautam budh nagar we have invited urban clap people for ac servicing and installation of service i guess they have done more then 40 flats they have refilled my gas twice and collected the payment but the gas would not lasted for more then 1 week as per my information at least the company give guarantee of one season in case of likage
