I have try to book a ticket form upsrtc website on 14/10/2017 at 9.45 pm

With user id: amitranger but after payment amount if 1558 is debited from

When i coordinate with customer care then they inform that transaction was failed and money will be credited back with in 5 days but after 9 days has been
Passed but money is not credited back in my account

Please help be regarding the same

    I had called so many times on all the phone numbers o[censored]psrtc. There's no response from the refund team. Also, i have mailed to the online support o[censored]psrtc. There is no response again. 28 days have passed since the amount was deducted. If refund team wanted to consider the problem, it would have responded. I think by delaying the issue they want to plunder the money.

    I tried to book a ticket online on 27th NOV 2017 for Lucknow to Delhi through UPSRTC.The money was deducted twice from my account but ticket could not be booked. Since then I am following up the refund but it has been 7 days and refund has not been done. My transaction ID THROUGH UPI are[protected],[protected].

      We the student of iit bhilai were travelling in group as on 21 oct 2017 by generath ac bus from lucknow to allahabad by ticket no 9029851 pnr no xald[protected]. 1. Aikata ([protected]) 2. Sristi 3. Pallavi 4. Akash 5. Ayush 6. Utkarsh no of seats 06 under email id [protected]@gmail.com by bus of depot name avadh depot time of commencement of journey was 0900 am for which we paid rs 2292.
      The bus was departed in scheduled time and got punchered near bachhrawa after then again got trouble in engine and got stopped near raibarely. There we shifted to non ac bus (Gen bus) and we travelled in standing upto allahabad as the seats were not available. Which caused unestimated physical and mental harrasment and not facilitated as we paid for the mode of journey.

      Hence we request for your kind consideration for refund of difference in fare for the above travel for which we have been not provided the mode of travel for which we have paid.

          The road are all full of holes due to which accident are taking place and street light not working due to which roads are foggy and it also causing loop hole in security. Please do the needful for smooth flow of roads and visibility issues during fogg so please do the needful as there is naala in between the road which are emphasizing disease so necessary action is required for safety and hygienic society.

            This is bring to your kind information that while trying to book the ticket on 16th october, 2017 in volvo from kathgodam to lucknow travel date 17th october, 2017 through
            My user id : ashusrhythm

            The money amounting to rs 1130 was debited however the ticket could not be booked for the first time. Again i tried to book the ticket, second time the payment and ticket both were processed. The reference number for the payment generated while doing the transaction for the first time was[protected] through hdfc bank. The bank has confirmed that from their end the transaction was successful and the failure has happened at the vendors end. It has been nearly 26 days but till now upsrtc has not process the refund. Moreover they do not have active complaining system through which we can escalate our issues.

            So, i request you to kindly look into the matter and help me to get the refund at the earliest.

              Dear team,
              I have canceled 2 ticket on 9th oct. As per policy it will refund within 10 days but still i have not received cancellation amount. I have sent 3-4 mail in their email id but no single mail response received from their end. I have call in customer care also they did not pick up call, busy most of the time & disconnect call after half discussion along with this only 1 customer care num mentioned in site.

              What's the status of below tickets . As you know it's already too late (more than 1.5 month has been gone ). I'm not getting a single response from your end Along with this customer care not giving me correct status, after giving details they are doing hold my call/ disconnect . More than 25 mailed send to in that email ID . I have also raised this issue in National consumer helpline .Please find the attached file for better understanding

              Both Ticket num is 8978836, 8967005.

                I was booking ticket on upsrtc site and on payment page i payed through bhim the money was deducted from my account but no ticket was generated and i was forward to home page.
                I have called so many times on your complaint numbers but not got any satisfactory response.
                I mailed on your complaint id but they said they dont have any information regarding my booking

                  I have booked an online ticket for 4 passengers and have received the attached confirmation from upsrtc, however, at the time of boarding the bus, i was informed by the bus conductor that the ticket has wrongly been booked for the next day, i. E, 28.06.2017 as the alighting time is also showing for 28.06.2017 but in the ticket it is clearly mentioned as 27.06.2017 at 00:20.

                  I tried to cancel the ticket on 27.06.2017 morning but when i tried to cancel the ticket, it gave me the option "to cancel", but when i clicked on it, nothing happened.

                  There were around 15 - 20 more passengers along with me who faced the same issue and were restricted to board the bus.

                  The issue was also reported on 27.06.2017 to online. [protected]@upsrtc.com, however, i haven't heard anything on it and no action has been taken on it.

                  Request you to look in to the issue caused due to the discrepancy in the system and process the refund of the booking amount of the attached ticket.

                      I had an online ticket booking from lucknow to gorakhpur at 17:30 on[protected] in ac bus from charbagh lucknow bus station. When i reached bus station, firstly enquiry counter was totally closed and ticket booking was closed with a board displaying "no connectivity, ticket will be booked in bus itself". Though my ticket was already booked, so i was happy that digitization works and sucks for upsrtc. But no help was their for enquiry. I waited and got information that buses are standing behind bus stand. I reached there and got a bus for gorakhpur standing. Conductor told that its an offline bus, we usually operate on other route. Today we are diverted on this route. I told about my online ticket. He immediately responded that we don't have any information and you can board by buying a ticket. I said what i would do with this online booking. He told to inform a person standing at ground named mr. A k singh. I told everything to him. Firstly, he misguided me that its not that bus. Then told that your bus is cancelled and information would have being given to me along with refund. I dont know his designation but all bus drivers operate on his saying at charbagh lucknow bus station. He even misbehaved with me. Even i tried to call 100 for police assistance. But thanks they too disconnected call. I was moved to rm' s cabin. The situation in rm's cabin is even pathetic. Firstly he was not ready tilo disclose his name. Picking salary of rm is so good, but displaying that worth salaried duty sucks that rm. He immediately misguided me. Said that your bus is online. Go to enquiry and get status. That enquiry which was shut. He was even not knowing or become neglectant that enquiry was shut. I have still not got any information about that bus, my refund. Upsrtc is government body. Not that a k singh or rm's. I want strict actions against these two fellows. This is the situation of state capital, so what can i think of other places. Please revert to me immediately or i would proceed to court in these 2 peoples name. My ticket details are - pnr - xgkp[protected], doj[protected]. Lets see what u can do.

                        Refer to account on mail id [protected]@yahoo.com and mobile number [protected], i had booked one ticked on 16.10.2017 for allahabad to agra dated 20.10.2017. I call custmer care they said wait 7-10 working days. Today 15 days gone till nor they picking call on number given on website neither they response the mail i send on mail id.                               I had a booked a ticket from lucknow to anand vihar, volvo for 4 persons online from usernamr: aradhya7321 but coincidently their was an error in the website and the ticket was not booked, but the entire amount got debited from my account.

                              Iam trying to call their customer but they are fools sitting their and even i got they have given me this number [protected] to check the status of my refund but nobody picks up their.

                                Please see the trailing mail. I was supposed to travel to etawah from agra isbt on[protected] with bearing pnr number xetw[protected]. But the bus service was cancelled. Refund amount not recieved. I am not sure what else i might be missing toget amount refunded.                                   I was travelling with my mother from agra to lucknow in bus no up84 t 5159. Early morning at 5.30 am we reached lucknow unfortunately my mothers's hand bag was let in the bus. I called on toll free number and took enquiry number of shikohabad and when i made a call to shikhobad depo that person is not responding on the complaint and saying that i am on leave.
                                  Kindly help in getting my handbag on time....

                                    This is to bring your kind attention that i was travelling via volvo from sarai kale kham isbt new delhi to agra isbt on 28.09.2017 (13:30) i bought ticket in bus which was for 604 rs but ticket given to me was of date 27.09.2017 and time printed on it was 21:2 0 but my journey time was 13:30. It was a fake ticket given to me. Bus number u. P 32 dn 4572
                                    On asking for water bottle from the staff in the bus they refused to provide the same
                                    I felt i was robbed for 604 rs so i request you to please take care of your services and i also request you to please revert me back as soon as possible
