I have booked an online ticket for 4 passengers and have received the attached confirmation from upsrtc, however, at the time of boarding the bus, i was informed by the bus conductor that the ticket has wrongly been booked for the next day, i. E, 28.06.2017 as the alighting time is also showing for 28.06.2017 but in the ticket it is clearly mentioned as 27.06.2017 at 00:20.
I tried to cancel the ticket on 27.06.2017 morning but when i tried to cancel the ticket, it gave me the option "to cancel", but when i clicked on it, nothing happened.
There were around 15 - 20 more passengers along with me who faced the same issue and were restricted to board the bus.
The issue was also reported on 27.06.2017 to online. [protected]@upsrtc.com, however, i haven't heard anything on it and no action has been taken on it.
Request you to look in to the issue caused due to the discrepancy in the system and process the refund of the booking amount of the attached ticket.
