Complaint marked as Resolved First you need to call and follow up with UPSRTC customer care 18001802877, 8756888110 (Please use landline phone) email id
[email protected] and take a number of any senior person of UPSRTC from them and frequently call him until your problem sorted out. Definitely, he will help you till last.
Please remember one thing, don't forget to mention the payment gateway ...UPSRTC has two gateways
i.HDFC payment gateway
ii. Atom payment gateway
Note: Always use HDFC payment gateway and please don't try to book your tickets from guest mode. It's better to book your tickets from counter not online.

This is regarding ticket booked on dated 19 july 2018 around 12:49:59 pm as I booked a ticket from Alambagh, Lucknow to Anand vihar, New Delhi and money was deducted from my Bank of Baroda account (screenshot is attached in this mail), ticket was not booked for the bus at 10:30 PM.

I had called so many times on all the phone numbers o[censored]PSRTC but unfortunately no one had received my calls. Even, I went to Alambagh Bus Station in order to get the information, they told me no such ticket booked for the above passengers on 19 July 2018 at 12:49:59 PM and if there was amount deduction happened through online then money will suppose to be credited into your account soon.Now, 04 days have been passed since the amount was deducted. Would request you to please do the needful and refund my money back into my account.

I had called so many times on all the phone numbers o[censored]psrtc. There's no response from the refund team. Also, i have mailed to the online support o[censored]psrtc. There is no response again. 12 days have passed since the amount was deducted. If refund team wanted to consider the problem, it would have responded. I think by delaying the issue they want to plunder the money.

Such a pathetic services they provide to their customers. I urge to all consumers, Please be cautious while booking the tickets through online because once your money deducted then you'll have to do the follow up with them for a long.
