I have taken 5 sittings for dandruff treatment.. Another 1 is left.. But till now I did not notice any changes in my dandruff... Daily it was increasing and hair loss is very high...

Respected Sir/ Madam,

I have spent Rs.2065 for Hair Mineral Analysis Test on April 30th in the Prabas VCare Health Clinic but still now [July 30th] I didn't get the report. And the totally I have spent Rs.56, 172 for Hair therapy and their products but I didn't see any result by using their product and therapy.. I feel it is totally waste. My Hair fall and the dandruff is still there and there is no any tiny changes. They are selling their product at the high rate in the name of treatment but they are totally waste products. I request others not to go and fall in VCares Treatments. You must refund my amount as I didn't get my HMA report still now. Dr Praha Reddy you will definitely go to Hell.

Already filed a complaint on june 16th 2022. But till now not received any call and not solved my problem. Still I am having pending sittings with Vcare. But due to non result and loss of existing hair I am not interested. Hence I request you to kindly solve my problem or refund of amount as early as possible.

the doctor said in advance have to pay 3000rs if i was not able to continue they will return products worth of that money but presently i was not able to continue
i have called many times to v care center and i have raised complaint on costumers care also you guys are neglecting hence how can i trust u to continue the treatment you guys are cheated on 3000rs how can i continue the treatment. don't trust v care center.

I am taking unwanted hair treatment for my upper and lower chin and upper lip, Since 1 year 6 months. I'm not getting a result on this treatment and every month I'm taking this treatment but there is no result on this treatment. When I ask a doctor how much time does it takes to cure the doctor stay silent and she doesn't respond properly and management in this vcare branch is very careless. When we ask some thing regarding treatment timing complait etc... the reception people tell very careless response is directly complaint to management of vcare if you hve any problem in timing of appointment booking. So please take a concern regarding this issue which I complaint and i want a solution for my problem .

They are not doctors...they are selling the kit.once the kit is sold their work is done...never bother about the customers... totally waste of money

After 2 years, I was received my refund money ₹60000 by vcare as on[protected].

But I spend more then ₹100000

I raised the complaint against your staff renish. Before Receiving my money he speaking rudely and used disrespectful words .

I think He don't know how Speak to client .
He asked "who approved your refund". Then I said " your CEO sir,
Then He reply "I can’t process your refund, Go to court We have ligel department, so We will face ligely. This ### say like that.
He IS BEST jocker in vcare and mental also, I'm requesting "Please admit some mental hospital.
Then again I CONTACT RSM preethi, and Rs puram branch .

After 1 hours conversation between RSM preethi, I got my money ₹60000

Kindly take the action against your staff renish.

I want to known the what type of actions taken against my complaint .

Myself Pandiyaraj.i have already checked v care clinic for hair problem (Tricho scan and hma) and also paid 3000 rupees for trico scan (850rs), Hma (2100rs).bill attached for your reference.i asked many times Vcare clinic Coimbatore branch... Not proper reply and not proper response... First visited time 15 days given that report.but now tell 20 days.plaese hma report immediate arrange me.

I'm Durga Pooli, I have acne problem so I visited Vcare clinic in Tirupathi. They suggested we have offer on both skin & hair so I chose to take treatment for skin as well as hair.

I have taken stem cell acne therapy and Bio cell advance treatment for hair. But my skin started to get reaction and my acne has become worse than before. I have sent the images of my face to the consulted doctor in Vcare she said it is not because of our products. Then we went to a dermatologist in chittoor when she saw my issue and said immediately stop taking treatments and products as your skin got reaction. Then the dermatologist suggested meto go to CMC hospital so we consulted the doctor in CMC hospital it took me 4 months to cure my skin issue but still it is not completely cured. So I have stopped taking the treatment in Vcare.

As I have stopped the treatment but amount I have paid was not refunded. I have paid the products cost of Rs. 15, 000 and treatment cost Rs. 32, 000 the total cost Rs. 47, 000. Kindly refund my amount I have paid. They said it is not possible to refund so we thought to approach it legally but I saw this portal where our issues are resolved so I'm mentioning my issue here kindly resolve the issue immediately.

I have already submitted letter stating that I want to cancel the loan process as there is urgent assignment for me where in I am not free during the weekends as well ... Hence I requested the representatives of Gachibowli branch to cancel the loan process. I am highly delighted to use your services but I am not finding my time now ... Please understand my situation and consider the request... In future i will look up to utilise ur services in the treatment of hair growth for sure 😊.

Iam taking treatment for the past 3 months from chrompet branch. After selling the kit, their job is done..they don't care about the results.no improvement in hair fall...

Very first I have issue with the manager and and raised the complaint here, and I have done with the full session but still I didn't find any growth I have tolerate the pain for treatment and took 3 times tablets in a day but I don't fine the results I asked to the doctor many times she said I will get growth from 4 session I have done with 6 session but no results I wen the the clinic I don't find the same doctor she is not there manager also moved itseems another doctor told me you will get the results still will give you the 2 session but and need to pay some amount for other treatments when went for the treatment they said like no other treatments required I have already paid 80k for this I don't find the results still they ask me to pay the again how I can pay without anything I ask to doctor change the treatment but there intention I need to pay there are telling still buy the package and kit like that, i don't know why should I need to pay when I don't see any results

There is no result, hair growth is same as before, even after taking 12 sittings o[censored]pperlip laser treatment from vcare.waste of money now they are they are not responding even for maintainence sessions.Really I didn't see any difference after treatment also.

I got three yellow peel at that treatment time skin is food.once treatment completed my skin got scars and dark..so I called vcare but that company not taking my suggestion and complaint

I bought medicines and advanced kit for 4 months for Rs. 62, 000/-, first they gave me the correct bill but later cancelled my bill and watsapp me the bill of the items Rs 1, 770/-
Total fraud happening in VCARE hospital visakhapatnam.

I take just one maintenance session after that doctor provide lot of tablets those are creating problem like skin allergy problems while using the tablets also so hair falls 10 times extra too much when I use oil and shampoo and tablets this is not suitable for my health please give my refund and offices staff also not really helpful with their services is very bad.

NOTE: because of this treatment I was two weeks continuously on hospital my health is very destroyed every I submitted that medication details

Below mentioned those reasons I can’t continue my treatment
Poor management and customer services they have provided few Vcare customer care support numbers but those never pick up, if they pick up also they never talk anything, even though if pick up they said all busy with clients with other work like all are speaking still they were not respond anything on my issue.

I called to Tirupathi branch manager as well all are not responding and some word, I heard about they are denning to give refund

Note: I paid money but wasnot taken any treatment I don’t understand why they are denied to give refund my money back

Kindly please help to get refund Asap.

Staff and doctors not have knowledge and experience and didn’t know the package details, what type of treatment

They always looking for money and interest me to buy more vcare products, and push to take skin treatment during sittings.

They do not follow the treatment procedure and safety guidelines
They didn’t give my diet chart and hair density report till to date
Above mentioned those reasons I have more depression and stress, sleepless problems
