Venus Hospitality Services — I was charged services charge @10% in the bill.

I went to a pub/bar/restaurant named "Barsoom" with address: 26, 3rd Floor, Hauz Khas Village, New Delhi and the Company name which is displayed on bill is "Venus Hospitality Services", on 11/01/2023, I ordered a few items and then got the bill. The bill also included the 10% Service Charge on the total bill & when I asked them to remove it, they refused and tried to threaten me by saying that "we will charge it, no one can do anything". I didn't want to be included in any type of argument, so I just paid it and moved out.
As per the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Government of India, no. J-24/9/2014-CPU(pt.) dated: 21st April 2017, Service Charge was made voluntary and on the choice of the customer.
