Videocon D2H — charging issues

According new TRAI rules. D2h tariff plans are changed . Our nearest authorized recharge center person recharged base pack with some channels .but iI was not receiving channels . he also tried in many ways and suggested me to call toll free number. since a 15 days i am trying costumer care, my call has been received on Saturday and they give me a smart reply application error. Since 15 days services are not activated, but account balance is reducing. yesterday again i connected to customer care number they couldn't be able to solve and raised a repair query. till now nobody turned up. since 15 days my family members will not be able to watch TV . whom has to be held responsible for this ?

Need to change dth rtn asi dont know the number given initially. We are not able to contact customer care through phone.
My D2H not working proper and I have complain and call logged but not solve my problem,

I have recharged my d2h with id[protected] in November 2018 with a validity for 6 months. Now it shows that 'you have insufficient balance '.The worst thing is customer care no is not working.
Change my RTN videocon D2h to other number
As that previous number gone
Videocon d2h a/c no[protected].january month i have 200 rs recharged, but till now 16days completed. tv not playing any activity.present[protected] again 200rs recharged but tv not playing. what is the problem videocon d2h excutive was irresponsibility respone.
I am a customer of Videocon d2h vide my customer Id 71720290. I have been harashed time and again and unable to watch my TV in spite of availability of sufficient balance.

The Videocon customer care is not responding my call or SMS.
Early action is requested.
