As per TRAI mandate D2H should provide us freedom to choice from 100 FTA channels however they have locked allFTA channels.
Look in 'Mera wala plan' Basic Service Tier' option they have locked all other FTA channels alongwith all DD channels.

We should have freedom to choose any FTA or paid channels in remaining 75 channels. D2h locked all 100 channels.

D2H have not provided many companies broadcaster HD bouquets like Zee, Disney, Times, Turner etc. though they are mandatory for you to provide it to end customer.

For Example, In Discovery 'HD BOUQUET 2 INFOTAINMENT + SPORTS HIGH DEFINITION PACK' you are charging Rs. 9 for 5 channels but this original discovery bouquet is of 8 channels'. you are not providing us 3 channels still charging same amount.

    For the last 20 days i have been trying to change channels as per the trai regulations. I submitted the request online. It was not activated.3 days later i contacted them on the customer are number. It was horrible experience to reach them... They did not pick up. After nearly 50 calls i was able to reach them and requested them to activate particular broadcaster plans. But to my surprise they activated different packs. Now i have been trying to reset my password for online website from last 10 days but to no avail. The password they send does not work. I have been able to login with otp 3 times but to my surprise they are showing very less hd broadcaster packs. Today they are showing just 20 hd broadcaster packs even though only sony/star has 20 individual broadcaster packs. And even if you select some of them u are unable to proceed to finish because their website does not respond. I m thinking to change to airtel/tata sky if the problem does nor resolve. Such a horrible service. My videocon id is 88651666

      As per new trai guidelines i am not able to choose my channel for last 5 days. Whenever i am trying to create my own pack using www.d2h.com and infinity app of videocon d2h it's giving error message "your package is not migrated, due to some technical error. Please contact customer care."

      As per the instruction i have called customer care several time in last 4 days but they are not able to help me get my channels active. Whenever i have called customer care they told me application is not working please call after one hour. The same statement i am getting from them for last 4 day. I don't know when this "one hour" will be completed.

      Now i can only view the fta channels which is free. But in my account they are showing, i am using rs. 460 package. Can you please tell me for watching fta channels i have to 460 par month?

      I have recharged my videocon d2h account with 4800/- for one years subscription. As per my plan the end date of my subscription was 20/05/2020. Not it became 23/11/2019. They had reduced my subscription date for showing fta channels. I don't understand what is going on.

      Can you please help???

      The same thing with me...I have created my own pack last month...now I couldn't find my channel with in 15days...customer care service is very worst...they don't respond very uneducated people

      I am facing similar error as I am unable to choose or remove old channels of create your own pack.

      The technical error seems to be from past 2 months and customer care doesn't even respond properly.

      The service is one of the worst .

        As per trai new regulations consumer needs to pay a basic ncf of rs 130 for 100 channels comprising of 25 mandatory dd channels and rest of 75 channels can be selected from fta channels or pay channels. And consumer is free to select these 75 channels. But when i tried to make my own pack on d2h infinity app for customer id[protected], my cart already had 100 channels which i can't delete. And on selecting bst for deletion of channels it showed 187 channels and that too with * mark, which can not be deleted. Hence, i am foced to pay ncf for 100 + channels which is not as per trai regulations.
        Kindly resolve this issue

          Hello team,

          I raised a complaint on 15th jan 2019 about incorrect activation of a channel which i came to know while doing monthly recharge when the system ask me to pay more.

          I did paid more at the moment which was additional rs.50-60 as i was not getting option to pay my regular monthly recharge amount rs.219.

          I contacted customer service raised a complaint about incorrect activation of a channel with complaint number[protected].

          I have tried contacting customer care 3 time thereafter registering the complaint however no resolution provided.

          Today i contacted customer service following up my past complaint, however the call was disconnected saying that they are transferring the call to senior member who will take this up.

          However the call is being disconnected all the time.

          Such a poor customer service, where a customer has to invest lot of time to ask a simple question or just to follow up on a small issue and at the end it is not resolved.

          No courtesy shown by the agents on the call where i did mentioned that i have been disconnected twice, please do not disconnect this time but in vain.

          With such service i felt rejected and this kind of service will leave me to bad word of mouth advertising about this service provider.

          I am still not sure if my issue will be resolved, and also with this new trai rules i have not been informed or given much help to exercise the same.

            I am a customer of videocon d2h, as per the new rules only dd channels are mandatory and rest of the channels we can change among 100 channels, but videocon has given all the channels mandatory, if i chose only 20-25 channels after 100 channels it cost about near 400, there was no change in this. Earlier i have to pay 300 for more than 300-400 channels but now i have to pay 400 for only 120-125 channels, i want to choose my own channels from 100 channels but videocon is not giving option, sir solve this problem, near me so many peoples are using videocon, and they also have same problem.

              I created my own pack using d2h.com portal. Sr No generated by the portal for my selected pack is Sr No[protected] on 06 Feb18.

              My selected pack is still not activated. I have sent 5 emails to [protected]@d2h.com for activation of the package but there is no action as yet.

              I have also made numurous attempts to contact customer care by telephone but could contact only once on 13 Feb 18 at 22:41 hrs. The customer care excutive informed ne that due to application error, he cannot render any help.

              I seek your kind intervention to get my pack Sr No[protected] activated at the earliest.

                  Since Feb 1, 2019 with TRAI coming up with new channnel rates, I am unable to call customer care or log into my account. It seems to be a deliberate attempt on d2h part so that I cannot change my package. Despite of making innumerable calls till date I have been unable to connect my call at all times of the day. earlier also the customer care personnel appear to have strange accents and have poor vocational skills.

                    I am a videocon d2h customer since 4 years having customer ID no.[protected].I am having a severe issue with videocon d2h. On 8th of February I have paid an amount of Rs.404/- as a recharge amount of my Diamond Combo Pack. After recharge my total available balance was Rs.510/-. After that recharge I am unable to watch any of the channels on my d2h and it is showing me that I have not subscribed that channel. And my balance is got decreased day by day. And today it is showing me a message that my account is disconnected because of insufficient balance while I have recharged it with a amount of Rs 404 just five days ago.                         At the time of Creating My Own Channel Pack, it is shown in the website of videocon d2h that the 100 free-to-air channels have been made mandatory for all the customers which is against the new rule.As per TRAI rule only 25 DD channels are mandatory.There is choice for consumers to choose the channels as they wanted from FTA channels (25 DD Channels are compulsary).

                        At the time of channel selection through Family Baquet, they are charging Rs.20 extra for every 25 channels beyond 100 channel, this is only because of 100 mandatory FTA channels forced by videocon d2h.

                        We request you to take the necessary action as early as possible.

                        This is true. videocond2h doesn't allow customer to choose the FTA channels. They say as per TRAI regulations the following channels are mandatory and push 100 FTA channels of their choice to the customer. Wondering how they could do like this. I think TRAI has come up with regulations they dont have proper mechanism to monitor whether its implemented as per their guidelines..

                          Videocon d2h is forcing customers to take free channels for first 100 channels violating the rules of trai. It has been a month and nothing has been done neither on part of videocon d2h nor trai. What is this f^ng matter with all of you.

                          Customer care executive do not respond to our calls. Feeling hopeless. That's why india do not make progress.

                          Pack meine nahi select kiya phir bhi operator ne chalu kar diya our jab maine chaha ki me select kru to nhi ho raha, phone lagta nhi or lagne ke bad bolte he sarve down hai, changal band hai or paise kam ho rhe hai, preshan ho kuch kijiye please sir...
                          Trying to rechage it from morning but they have server issue this not first time i haved faced this issue many time more over call centre people they pick the call and kept on hold for long time and they disconect it i have lost my balace

                            After trai guidelines and continuous notification from videocon d2h on website and app, i created my own package on d2h website (On 11th feb) and got a message that package migrated successfully. Just after this, all channel gone with message that "this channel is not part of subscription" except free channels.

                            Then i recharged with rs. 800 assuming that channels will come after that but in vain. Now i am chasing them via email since last 2 days and still no resolution. I only get one response from them where they ask for cust id/rtn and after that no response even after multiple reminders.

                            It took me 1.5 to 2 hours to create package on their pathetic and badly developed website, and all that time wasted now.

                            They are not responding even though i added nodal officer.

                              Poorest of poor service providers in this field. I am unable to log into their website. Customer call centre is always busy. As i have paid 1 year subscription, i am not able to move out of this service provider. I am waiting eagerly for my subscription date to end to switch over to a better service provider. My simple advise to all is that please do not opt for videocon d2h even in your dreams.

As per discussion with there representatives, after introduction of create my own pack by TRAI, they are not able to add any channel from their side and ask me to do it from their website www, d2h.com, but this website is not working and in spite of so much balance, i am not able to see any channel.                                   On 9th feb, i created my al carte channels on d2h website. After sometime, 42rs had debited from my account.

                                  I had 396rs before 10pm on 9th feb,

                                  Balance reduced to 354rs after 10pm on 9th feb.

                                  And till now, my given plan is not yet activated on subscriber no. 79602097

                                  And their customer care is not being attentive so far, giving me excuses so far since 1st feb..

                                  Help me to get my channels activated, and refund of 42rs too..

                                    Please change my number becoz my old number lost.so I request please change my number.new number [protected].becoz do not change new plan so I request to please change my number
