      Hi,
      I am using videocon d2h for quite long.
      But last month web after recharging, I am not able see any of the channels. Only the Home videocon d2h is visible.I tried to contact customer care but it seems their no. are not reachable .In this circumstances what can be done.please suggest.

        videocon d2h smart card not inserted properly e04 error

        I have raised a complaint in d2h customer care regarding "smart card not inserted properly e04 error".

        Their service engineer visited and remove smart card (Sim like mobile sim) from back of my smart led tv.

        Then he rub that card from an ordinary rubber to clean it, and insert that card again in tv.

        Now my smart tv works fine...

        Hope this problem will not continue in future and i...

          In fact i bought the product as new. Also the shopkeeper asked me for rs. 1600/- which i was paid. The entire seal product is installed at my home. Because of that, i don't know if i am the second owner of the product. Also, i don't know who was the first owner of the product i bought was. Currently, the product is installed in my house and i am doing all the recharges. Therefore, the product should be mentioned in my name and on my address.

          So plz made correction as per documents provided by me to the videocon d2h on their email [protected]@d2h.com

            As i am trying to switch on the setup box. It’s not responding. I call to videocon customer service. An engineer has visited and he also told that setup box should be replaced but the videocon customer service totally ignored the problem and giving 3-4 days for service of setup box. Actually setup box needs replacement. So please try to solve my problem and replace the setup box as soon as possible..

              I recharged my d2h account on 14th may 2020, it was done successful still it is not reflected on d2h account. Your customer care executives are giving reasons that they have not received payment. Phone pe support say that the payment is done and they gave a reference id too. 48 hours have passed still the recharge is not done yet. The customer service and nodal officer are not replying.

                Channels were came before 15minuts ago. But at present all Telugu channels not come. I call to customers care. But they are disconnect my phone calls with my knowledge.

                  My d2h videocon id is[protected]. I have done two recharges of rs. 400 on 22 april through phone pay and second of rs 450 on 23 april through d2h infinity application. My recharge of 400 updated on same day and being shown in account. But recharge of rs. 450 has not been updated and not being shown in account.in my account total recharge should be shown rs. 850. I approached many time to customer care even dropped many mail regarding this issue but as usual as customer care executives do, they are repeatedly telling me that recharge of 450 has been updated and showing in your account wihtout doing investigation. I have told them many time that recharge which is being currently shown in my account is of rs. 400, not of rs. 450 but they do not want to understand & replying same standard answer. Please either refund rs. 450 or update it in my d2h account.

                    Msy stb is stuck on scanning satellite st2 from today morning. The scanning process complete to 100 but no progress after that and there is no problem in stb itself
                    I called customer support and talked to mr. Amey the technical supervisor but he said the engineer will visit and it will cost me rs200 for the same.
                    Why should i pay i already done recharge then for what u r asking money.

                        All channels are not working from today 4 pm till now,
                        Then i call to videocon d2h customer care they not receiving the call, after many tries suddenly they receiving the call then i said my problem but they can't take my complaints and cut my call when i am asking her name.

                        The problem is not seeing any details about any channels on my tv screen only 2 green dot and 1 blue dots are showing and channels are totally stopped.

                              Hello trai,

                              I am vijayalakshmi, aged 61 located at siva garden, thirumulaivoyil, chennai.
                              I am using videocon d2h, my customer id is[protected].
                              I am facing "loss of signal" error in d2h from 26-april-2020. To solve this issue i tried contacting the videocon d2h consumer helpline more than 10 times and i have logged a complaint (Docket number[protected] online, still now i did not receive any response.

                              As a senior citizen, i am mentally stressed without any entertainment during this lockdown and my money is getting deducted for the subscribed channels.

                              I kindly request to take strict action on the irresponsible service provider and i want the money deducted from 26-april-2020 to be refunded.

                                There was one plan we opted for. Untill lockdown due to corona virus it was going fine. But after that in same plan they reduced the validity period from 29days to 20 days unilaterally. And after contacting them, they are giving silly answers. And said that you have added channels but its not true

                                    [protected] Availed credit of 3 days and then recharged for one month by paying additional amount.
                                    [protected] Sent mail to Mr. Sandip, Nodal officer. No response till date. Not even acknowledgement.

                                    Inspite of paying Rs.1100/- towards recharge amount, I had to recharge twice for continueing the service.

                                    Amount paid may be refunded with interest.
