Unable to view tv since 2 weeks due to no signal available...
I have been complaining for about 2 weeks now but still no solution.. Everytime call centre executives assure of assigning an engineer but none has been assigned..
Last message i got:

    I have recharged account. D2H started for 2 min then it stopped. I restarted setup box. It started again but when I checked my account balance form Account Status, it shows 0 Balance. I refreshed account from website but still recharge is not updated.

      My set- top box is not working from 3 months.
      I think some hardware issue, it stops frequently and again it starts from starting . It takes lot of time to start the set-top again it stops .
      So Now I want upgrade my STB SD to HD . Pl do it fast to solve this issue,

                    I want to informed you that while recharging through debit card i have put my account no.[protected] instead of customer id.[protected].
                    So i immediately called videocon d2h customer care and informed them the matter
                    It is wrongly credited in to wrong account. I request you to kindly give credit of amount rs. 230/- in my account immediately.

                              I have raised 3 complaints for new remote
                              First complaint on 3/05/[protected]
                              Second complaint on 9/05/[protected]
                              Third complaint on 21/05/[protected]
                              None of them got resolved. Since there is very much importance of tv on
                              Covid-19 pandemic... I bought rf remote by myself on amazon... (Attached a
                              Screenshot of the bought remote).
                              But today ie on 31/05/2020 i came to know that rs 200 has been debited from
                              My account the customer care gave me the reason engineer has visited to my
                              Place and my problem has been solved.
                              Since whenever i raised the complaint the specificly said that the remote
                              Price is rs 275 and i have to give by hand cash.. How come the money has
                              Been debited from my account..
                              My matter is resolved by d2h nodal officer mumbai mr amol
                              On 16 june 2020.
                              But on 19 june 2020 again the credited amount of rs 200 got debited.
                              On june 24th 2020 i got the creditet amount of 200rs and again the credited amount got debited on june 27th 2020
                              Please take the matter seriously or otherwise i will discconnet ur
                              Connection. There is screenshot of revert mail and bought remote.
                              Please take into the matter for the same or otherwise
                              "and ill complaint to the consumer court forum last intimation from me ill not tolerate the injustice happen to me"

                                        Worst possible d2h customer support. I have raised a request for relocation installation. I have raised close to 50 requests so far and no use at all. When i check the status it says closed as i was not reachable. How could i not be reachable for 50 times.. Do not fool people around. The engineer just doesn't want to come and install and puts the same reason every time. Please stop calling me to ask my experience. I can't repeat the same thing to everyone everytime. Either do the installation or get lost. I will take some other connection. Worst possible service. Fed of calling again and again. If you can't take the installation request seriously, what other service can anyone expect from you

                                        But no progress on that. I haven't received any call/message regarding this complaint from d2h. Their service really sucks. So no matter from where you raise a complaint, they make sure they don't address it.
