In the name of G.Ravidasan, On 12/12/16 due to cyclone my dish signal had been lost and more than one week i am trying to reaching your customer care but I can't while I am calling on the IVR the voice is coming like(keep the set off box switch on the signal will receive with in 10 mins), but the signal is coming last one I didn't use the service and the payment had been loss for me who will pay the money for my issue, and i am thinking in feature weather i should continue with the Videocon D 2h service

I need the proper and the clear information regrading about my (signal loss) and the issue must be clear with in 48 hrs other wise surely I will disconnect the connection, And i need the call back for my register mobile no.

    मेरा नाम सुमित है और मै गुडगाँव में रहता हूँ | मेरा मोबाइल नंबर [protected], [protected] है | मैं VIDEOCON D2H के दो कनेक्शन अपने घर पर प्रयोग कर रहा हूँ । एक कनेक्शन मेरा सन 2008 से मेरे [protected] से दर्ज है और दूसरा अभी 2016 मैं ही मेरे [protected] से लिया है | जिनका ग्राहक ID नंबर 1913576 और[protected] है |

    जिनका ग्राहक ID नंबर[protected] है | मैंने इसको तक़रीबन आठ-नौ महीने पहले 4500 रूपये में VIDEOCON D2H से ख़रीदा था कि विडयोकॉन एक अच्छा ब्रांड है अच्छी सर्विस मिल जाएगी परंतु मुझे आज पता चला कि इससे घटिया कंपनी तो आज तक भारत में कोई है ही नहीं | जहाँ पर कोई ईमेल कर लो या कॉल कर लो कोई सुनने वाला ही नहीं हैं ।

    दिनांक 21 नवम्बर, 2016 को मैंने VIDEOCON D2H के ग्राहक सेवा अधिकारी[protected] से बात किया जिसमे मैंने उसको बोला कि मेरे D2H का रिमोट काम नहीं कर रहा है जोकि गारंटी के अंदर है आप इसको बदल कर मुझको दूसरा दे दो । उसने मेरी शिकायत दर्ज की| जिसका शिकायत नंबर[protected] है और मुझको बोला कि हमारा इंजीनियर आपके पास अगले 4-5 दिन में आ जायेगा और आपको दूसरा रिमोट दे देगा | परंतु VIDEOCON D2H का कोई भी इंजीनियर अभी तक भी न तो खुद आया और ना ही उसका कोई फ़ोन आया । इस दौरान ( 21 नवम्बर, 2016 से 17 दिसंबर, 2016 ) मै VIDEOCON D2H के ग्राहक सेवा अधिकारी[protected] से कम से कम 7-8 बार फ़ोन कर चूका हूँ मुझको हर बार ये ही सुनने को मिलता है कि हमारा इंजीनियर आपके पास अगले 4-5 दिन में आ जायेगा और आपको दूसरा रिमोट दे देगा | परंतु VIDEOCON D2H का कोई भी इंजीनियर नहीं आता और ना ही उसका कोई फ़ोन आता | अब मैं दिमागी तौर पर बहुत ज्यादा परेशान हो चूका हूँ और मैंने फैसला किया है कि अब मैं VIDEOCON D2H की कंपनी को उपभोक्ता मंच ( Consumer Forum ) मैं ले कर जाऊंगा | क्योंकि पिछले एक साल मैं इन लोगों ने मुझको इतना परेशान कर दिया है कि जिसकी कोई हद नहीं |

    पीछे भी दो महीने पहले इन लोगों ने 20 दिन बाद आ कर फिटिंग किया था उस समय भी मुझको काफी फ़ोन करने पड़े थे जैसे मैं अब कर रहा हूँ |

    इसलिए दोस्तों VIDEOCON D2H का कोई भी प्रोडक्ट ना खरीदें नहीं तो आपके साथ भी ऐसा ही होगा जैसे मेरे साथ हो रहा है |

      Ref.videocon D2h service worst.since I recharged one week before, channels not coming .many times I caldd customer care...f...useless more than 20 mints..audio talks not connected almost I lost 300rs for customer service for few dsys I cald.wen I cald toll free numbers it's very worst...since I recharged one month it's useless...No proper signal also.

      Customer service means they should care...f...

        On Videocon d2h website, they have "Recharge" option.

        When user click on "recharge", there is a page where there is one option "Continue Recharge as guest" having "CustomerID" or "Phone number" as input.

        Now when I enter "CustomerID" and click "Continue" than it will display details o[censored]ser. Full name, Email address, Phone number etc.

        This is big security issue. Anybody have CustomerID (or even anybody can run program/software to guess CustomerIDs), will get my contact details.

        Today I received one uknown call, who seems to get my contact details by above.

        This security issue has to be resolved immediately.

          My D2h Customer ID is 2959000. today when I switch on my STB TV, there is no picture coming and only Audio is coming for channels.

          I called D2h customer care on [protected] and they are not able to answer my question and give me another no for Videocon electronics customer care. But they are just non-technical persons and they are not giving any initial remedy for the issue. Instead they keep asking...

          My account number[protected] is not receiving service for Marathi channels Videocon is brand which provides incomplete service to its customers and the response team is above it. I had word with customercare and they responded saying we have no idea why Marathi channels are not working. shameless products/service has no other option only dustbin...

            My consumer number 88806174. I have been using videcon d2h services for watching cable network.
            On 20/11/2016, I have recharged my videcon d2h by selecting New Sports Gold Pach for subscrioption of Rsd 365/- only. I paid the said charges through debit card.

            As per the subscription amount it wasmonthly charge of Rs 365.- I should have been able to view the cable network for the said channesl till 20/12/2016.

            However on 06/12/2016, they stopped the cable, with insufficient balance left. On calling the Customer Care, they informed that we were given channels such as D2H Cinema online and World Primeir and therefore they have deducted said charges.

            When I have not called the videcon for subscribing me for these channels, How can the videcon charge me for this. The customer care help says you recharge then we will change the plan.

            what plan I have paid only for New Sport Gold pack, and while making online payment I have selected the same and paid the charges, how can they charge me for other channesl which I have not selected or opted for it.

            It is nothing but looting of the people of their money.

            D2h Dhoot is paying crores of money to some people. ny looting such innoncence people.

            I should get back my due what wever it was.

            My mobile nO registrered with the company could be verified, I have not called the videcon d2h anytime after online recharge for subscribing the channes, hence why should I be charged with what I have not asked for and the same has been set up by the videcon d2h itself.

            There is fishy about this videcon d2h, I am ready to stand all investigation to be done and mobile number calls history could be called upon from the MTNL and I request that the company should be pernalised for such robbing of their customers.

              Dear Sir

              One service person visited my home, to attend my complaint of poor video quality
              That person said "this is STB technical problem, it can not be repaired, " changed the STB (The STB is already changed 3rd Time) and insisted on Rs. 400 Cash only.

              My wife paid Rs. 400, he has not issued any Receipt.

              If the STB suddenly giving any Technical problem, why should the customer bear the service charges? I feel this is Extortion by Videocon Person.

                I had submitted a projector with whole kit o[censored]nic company nearest Diwali due to issue( projector giving only white focus or blanks focus) in projector.
                When I received repair projector then I got only projector without any other parts. Means I did not get - remote, line connect lead & adapter.
                That is why I had send same projector once again to company service center.

                Please provide me whole kit of projector which I had send to company service center otherwise return my cash.

                  I have been using Videocon D2H for 2 years. 6 months ago my Set Top Box (STB) developed a snag. I raised a service complaint, the service person who visited my home looked at the box from the outset and said we need to replace it and charged Rs. 400/- for the same. There was a blatant response that it cant be fixed without even opening the box. After 6 months, 2 days back, the same issue happened. Another service person came home n said the same thing that the box has to be replaced and charged Rs. 400/- again. When I mailed Videocon asking why the products have such low life, they give an irresponsible response saying 'the warranty period is 3 months and your product is void of warranty post 3 months. Further your service has been complete and hence closing the incident'. This is not the reply I expect to my question. Some word of assurance that they will look into the issue or if the same issue recurs they will make sure to have some technical expertise to investigate or provide some offer to the customer going through pains o[censored]sing their product - either of this is what is expected by a customer from a Service provider like Videocon. Shows how much they respect and value a customer by their irresponsible and inappropriate response.

                      महोदय,

                      मैं पिछले लगभग पांच साल से एयरटेल D2H का कस्टमर हूँ मैंने एयरटेल की साइट पर पढ़ा की HD BOX Upgrade करने पर 60 days तक 10 HD channels फ्री मिलेंगे सो मैंने 399 रूपए १२-Oct को देकर अपना बॉक्स Upgrade करा लिया और उसके बाद सारे चैनेल HD Channels शुरू भी हो गए। मेरे पहले से चले आ रहे पैक रिचार्ज की लास्ट डेट 11 नवम्बर 2016 है मगर मेरे HD चैनल 04-नवम्बर-2016 को ही बंद हो गए जब मैंने कस्टमर केयर पर 06-नवम्बर को फ़ोन लगाया तो उन्होंने बोला की आपको रिचार्ज करना होगा और जब मैंने बताया की मेरा रिचार्ज 11-नवम्बर को होना है तो उन्होंने मेरा कॉल पूर्वी को ट्रांसफर किया उन्होंने बोला की सर हम आपकी हेल्प करते है और आपके चैनल्स 20 मिनिट्स मैं चालू हो जायँगे। लगभग 1 घंटे के बाद मुझे एयरटेल D2H से फिर कॉल आया की आज संडे होने के कारण आपको लगभग 4 hour वेट करना पड़ेगा. आज दिनाँक 08-नवम्बर को फिर कस्टमर केयर को कॉल किया की मेरी सर्विस अभी तक चालू नहीं हुई है मगर न तो उन्होंने पूर्वी से बात कराई और दोबारा सर्विस चालू करने के लिए असमर्थता जताई मेरे द्वारा ये कहे जाने पर की मेरे पैसे वापस करके अपना HD बॉक्स वापस ले जाये पर भी उन्होंने स्पष्ट मना कर दिया की ऐसा अब नहीं पॉसिबल है इसका मतलब पैसे भी ले लिए और सर्विस भी नहीं दे रहे।

                      मैं airtel को उनकी expectation के according पूरा amount दे चूका हूँ और फिर भी अपना टाइम कस्टमर केयर को कॉल करके waist कर रहा हूँ। मुझे कंप्लेंट के against में reference number दिया गया मगर उस reference Number को resolve करने का कोई TAT Airtel D2H customer care के पास defined नहीं है।

                        My customer id[protected] we use d2h hd box from last year but when we renewal that time delar call to call center replay to delar recharge rs.3660 to renew same packeje for 1 year with hd channel after confirmation to delar we happen rs.3660 recharge but after recharge we not see any hd channel when we check status thru call center told this is not hd channel pakeje renewal so we want on this recharge amount rs.3660 reversal to delar account and please close/terminate my account immediately & on our account credit balance reverse to delar account urgently...

                          More than 1 MONTH over my HD DVR is dead. I have complained repeatedly, every time they have closed it without resolving the problem. Service engineer visited and charged srevicecharge of RS 200/- it worked for one day only. Again I contacted to customer care they said complaint was closed asked me to lodge it again, so I lodged it again, they promised of replacing the DVR which will never available in stock
                          For that we have to wait for long time, My DVR is dead and status of complaint is closed . To get resolved The old complaint which is closed without resolving I should lodge the complaint again. ISN'T IT Ridiculous?
                          But they are very efficient in taking the complaint and closing it without resolving
                          the problem.
                          Nobody cares of customers WHY SHOULD THEY CARE? because we have already recharged balance so they are getting their money without giving services. We should complaint to TRAI about this when services are disturbed how can they charge for the same ? They are cheating customers. We should have option for PORTING of DTH service providers like mobile SIM PORTING.
                          I have sent email to nodal officer also but nobody cares.
                          THEY ARE NUMBER ONE CHEATERS.

I had seen since last 2 years videocon had started mal practice of disturbing services suddenly and then when we complain about signal not available then their executive every time tell us for engineer visit on chargeable basis.

                            This is happening repeatedly after every 4 months since last 2 years. When engineer visit he does not do any thing just go at dish and check frequency at dish and it start automatically.

                            This is a mal practice of taking engineer charge from customer. We had complained this for more than 6 times but still this practice is continue.

                            Presently also suddenly after every 15-20 min the set box light suddenly changed from blue to Red and then TV starts again.

                            Please not this is the 3rd time I had problem in setup box and i if I complain for this then there will be standard answer to change the set up box on chargeable basis. This is your standard practice to loot customer at every 4-6 months.

                            Now I feel there is no alternate but to take up the matter in consumer court only for this intentional harassment and reimbursement of harassment.

                              Sekhar kr. roy, residing j-12, balitikuri govt. housing estate howrah 711113, west bengal, was having fair enough service from the said dth company videocon d2h, bearing account id[protected].

                              I opted for (dated : 21.08.2016 for 3 months. + 4 days[super gold]) super gold pack which is of rs.825 for 3 months + 4 days bonus from the date of recharge which is 21.08.2016 with valid payment receipt and documentation from the company.

                              Transaction status : the recharge transaction was successful.

                              As per my concern my renewal date was to be 21.11.2016 + 4 days more (bonus as per company policy)
                              But all of a sudden the said company is harassing me and forcing me to recharge before due date and is unethically saying, moreover threatening me of disconnecting my entertainment service which i have paid full in advance for three months.

                              On 21.10.2016 at 8:10 p. m i called the customer care of videocon d2h and spoke to mr. susanta nayak and told him about my problem with valid documentation regarding the recharge but to my utter surprise he from his company's behalf denied my saying and even the payment receipt which was provided by videocon d2h itself.
                              And very rudely and very unprofessionally said that i can go to anyone i want and can do whatever i want but if i don't pay the excess amount they will disconnect my dth connection.
                              Is this a company doing a business in indian or a mafia asking for extortion from a citizen.
                              It was my painful duty to inform this matter to the consumer forum of india.
                              I seek your help,

                                Yester day on 19th october my set top box is replaced by the service engineer and i have paid rupees four hundred for set top box replacement and two hundred rupees for service charge but after several complain to customer care still no help. Videocon is leaving their customer cheated by their service engineer. That is pay extra charge to service engineer or else there is no help. Service engineer is directly campaigning for tatasky with tatasky' s campaign materials and pressing to take tatasky's dth service. Gross corporate indiscipline by videocon. Thanks to your service.                                 From feb 8th after creating the own pack, most of the free to air channels are not getting. Made many conversation with customercare over email and telephone. Nothing has worked out. Everytime they told they refreshed the account but no changes has happened.customer id[protected]

                                      My Videocon D2H is not working since 1st october 2016 due to no signal. I called the customer care to complain about the concerm there is some girl i forgot to ask the name, i told her that on TV screen message is coming that due to signal issues it is not working and she mentioned that it will get resolved, to whichi accepted and disconnected my phone call. I waited for full day & night it was not resolved. Hence Sunday morning i again called the customer care and Mr. Bharat Singh Yadav mentioned that we can not resolve the issues as it is out of warrenty period .
                                      I was surprised how a signal problem is realated to warrenty period and he asked me that i have to pay Rs. 200 for the services engineer to get the signal issues reolved. When we buy any sim card for mobile say Idea or airtel and we complain that there is signal problem they never asked us to pay any amount and they try to reolsve the issues.
                                      When i asked the customer care person to give me the complaint number he denied saying it is out of policy and constantly saying about the policy . What the bullsheet & crap policy it is ? They are just harraessing the customer. Strick action should be taken against them.

                                      A straing message for Mr. Anil Khear, please resolve the issues of customer first and then talk about the 4Kand all. your people are incapabale of doing business and pathetic in providing services. Mr. Anil please stop cheating customer . Remember one thing its a univers law whatever go it comes back so just make sure that you do good job !
