Sansui TV (In warranty) speakers not working

I had bought sansui tv-contvs5017a on 13th feb 2016 under the jdul offer. A 5 years warranty was given on this tv. I request you to get my tv repaired as per the terms of warranty.

I have just installed the d2h decorder but its showing c06: smart card not authorised. Do help me on how to move about. They asked me to refresh the account i tried to refresh and technical issue message came out. Tried to refresh the same thing appeared again where there an error of c06 smart card not authorised. Please advise me i have been going through this for the past 3 hours.

      On18/6/17 we have purchased sansui led model :32hb12xaf tv from jain trader, samta nagar thane, maharashtra for rs.18500. B. No.75435. Dt. 18/6/17. It has inbuilt videocon d2h. We are facing lot of issue with this tv as one by one every part of the tv giving issues. Last week we have replaced speaker for which we have been charged rs.4000/- (2 speaker). Now we are facing some issue with inbuilt videocon set top box.
      Many complaints has been raised but both videocon d2h & sansui service centre is responding to our queries.
      Even service of sansui tv is managed by videocon.
      Request your help to resolve the same.

          I have videocon dth connections last 5 years, i was subscribed tamil package, customer i'd[protected],
          Display shows no signal, i was check all cable, and switched off dth 10 mins and restart 3 times, spoke with ur customer care also, no problem in kannada channels, when i change to tamil it shows no signal, when i call customer care they are not give any solution and disconnect the call suddenly last 2 hours i was do this follow up only, please solve my problem as soon as possible

            Thus unable to create my own channels pack as par trai guidelines.

              For my washing machine, washer not working. Have raised the complaint on 2 june. Executive visited and informed that the motor is not working and it will replaced as it is within the warranty.

              It more than 50 days no progress on complaint.

              Request urgent intervention.

                Videocon lcd tv 43" not working since last 1 month.. I have complaint about that customer care number.. And raised the complaint after next day technician came and checked lcd tv... He said have to replace motherboard... Within 15 days motherboard part will be receive... And i paid ₹563 for visiting charge.. Till after 25 days no any part received yet...

                We had raised complaint before 3 months but still our complaint are not closed due to the reason of part not available.

                We request you to please close the issue otherwise replace the product on top priority.

                  Hi Team,

                  I'm facing an issue with a few channels like ZEE marathi, Colors marathi,
                  ABP Mazha which are giving 'No signal available' on screen whereas all
                  other channels are working absolutely fine. I called the customer care and
                  they said they will send a technician and I pay Rs 200 extra. But why should I pay the technician when I have already recharged my d2h with the pack and channels I want and all other channels are working fine.

                  After I mailed d2h on their email id, I got a response with a service ticket Service Request No.[protected] . I was able to see channels after it without any technician coming home. But later the next day morning again I was getting the same error, I tried mailing them again, but my email was blocked this time.

                      I had purchased Videocon's side by side refrigerator on 02/10/2017.. The fridge stopped working, the warranty of the fridge is 5yrs so I called up customer care team in the month of March 2020, a technician was sent to our house, he told us the fridge's compressor is not working & told us to show the bill.. I provided all the documents required.. customer care team assured me that the compressor will be replaced very soon for free but I didn't get any calls from them, when I tried to call them some of the customer care executives tried to avoid my calls by keeping my call on hold for too long & some of them disconnected my calls on purpose.. Despite all these I didn't loose hope, I kept calling them & finally one of them attended my call & again assured me that the compressor will be replaced, soon due to lock down all the help centers of Videocon were closed, I kept waiting but in vain, finally after the lock down when I again called them they said my complaint is in process, till now I haven't received any calls or messages from their end, whenever I call them they keep giving me the same reasons..
                      I really don't know what to do, whom to contact, kindly help me on this please, it's a humble request.. Kindly mail me on the below id:

                              I purchased a tv in united arab emirates as it have international warranty of 1year & in india the authorized dealer is saying that the tv model (E40sm2200) is stopped which i purchased.. My question is why are you selling the stopped model & giving international warranty... We are struggling to change a single part on a tv...

                                I have registered complain for the repair of my led tv. To videocon helpline number. It has been 62 days my problem has not been solved yet. When ever we call to tollfree number the call executives did not respond in appropriate manner nor they give any reasonable reason for the delay in repair.                                   I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[protected]. Since from last 2 & 3 months, i am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions.

                                  Fresh incident is regarding my recharge of rs. Yesterday or more than 100 earlier which i should get services for 7 days but they have deducted 1 day for no reason. When i asked to cce team and they said due to loan facility has been already activated while i requested them more than 10 time for deactivating and even they did but over and over they deducted my amounts.

                                  As it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration (30 min). Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back.

                                  Now i'm so furious, that even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & umbrella.

                                  I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

                                    I hav videocon television bazooka model, it has some issues for pictures so i call customer care no. [protected] and requested a technician visit and on call she confirmed the tv detail and model. After the technician visited he denied to repair and said to me that he will repair only the led tv. He also took visiting charge rs 350.00so please help me regarding this issue asap.
