I have complaine videocon customer care 06/01/2020. The problem is motherboard and speaker damaged. My parts is approved 08/01/2020. But it’s not dispatched. Last six month.

        Hi,

        I had raised many complaints my ac is not working last three months. They come take money nothing happened it's is coming happening for last three months. There is pcb issue i already explained them many times. Now they are cancelling my request.
        It's 5 year under warranty. Are they making us fool... Or this is my big mistake to buy videocon products... Omg i learned i never think to buy stupid videocon products.

            I have filed complaint for technician visit two months back but nobody came and the service charge was deducted from my account that too three times i was keep on calling customer care executives they told me to send mail as they can not do much about this.               I have purchased videocon d2h tv lcd 3205 under videocon paisa vasool offer 2010., that says "we undertake to pay a sum of rs13, 000 after 6 years and 11months." (Voucher number 37773 dated 28/5/2010

              After the maturity period, i have dropped an e-mail to videocon industries on following email id ([protected]@vgmail.in, [protected]@vgmail.in, [protected]@videoconmail.com) but mail bounced back.. No response after sending 4 reminders.

              Called the custimer care numbers, and it says number does not exist.

              I have attached the photo of the certificate below.

              Kindly resolve it.

                Hi team,

                I am struggling since last one month to just relocate my d2h connection. I have called multiple time to customer care but no help.
                Later a week ago finally they registered a complain to install the dish but d2h authorized service center has passed on my request to a private service provider (Which is an integrity issue) who came and installed the d2h but it is not working giving me no signal, post asking a query on this he said it takes time to get resolve and charged me hell stating company norms an haven't provided me any invoice for same.
                Now, i am trying to reach them since 4-5 days but no one is answering my call.
                I am really fed-up of this worst customer service.

                Request you to look into this and help me.

                      1. First problem of pannel occurs within 1 year then it took 2-3 month to get repaired

                      2. After getting the repaired tv its work only 3 month and again same pannel problem occurs, we have again done the complainant its take 1 month to service engineer visited our home and then he repired

                      3. And now 3rd time tv not working work since 6-7 month we have done the complainant also given the complaint fees 500 before 6 month but still they have not repired my tv which give the same pannel problem

                      4. This is worst service i ever taken in any product

                      5. Dear concern, i need your help please heelp out from the problem which giving the same problem 3 time within the warranty period of 3 year and not use this tv even one year

                        Reg no-[protected] and got a money back certificate o[censored]niversal digital connect limited for rs. 13000/- to be paid after 6 yr 11 months after,
                        I have tried to contact universal digital connect ltd. Over the number given on the certificate but could contact them

                        Kindly advice me where to contact for redeemption.

                            However no response so far

                              Dear Sir/Madem,

                              Pls note as my refrigerator was not making ice since a week had registered complaint on13-May-2020, ID LP[protected]. your service engineer visited thrice till date it is not repaired as it is in warrantee.On 15 th May your service engineer confirmed that gas needs to be filled as price for same was also confirmed. 18May they came to fill gas then updated compressor needs to be changed as it will take 12-15 days as all gas in removed from compressor during cheking process as refrigerator is not working now.Unable to understand the level of engineer s visited as every time new update was given since beginning.
                              Everytime customer care is updating compressor will come from Aurangabad plant, it has already been more than 20 days still waiting for product to be repaired.

                              Pls look into this on priority as consumer cannot wait in this hot wether for another next 2 weeks where one purchase product of 28k and it has not been 3years also and it is not functional beginning such big brand with this quality of service???

                                Hi. I purchased videocon refridgerator with 10 year warranty. Its compressor is not working now and when i am trying to contact videocon service centre, their number is not available. Nobody is replying on emails.
                                If this will be situation then i will have to file a complaint in court against them. If you cant give services then dont give warranty.

                                  I am facing issues of signal not available on some channels. I called the customer service and they send their engineer to fix. He charged 450 for changing lnb. But on next day the same problem arises again. I again call customer service and registered a complaint. After that the same boy (Their engineer) called me said that he will come in next morning. But he didn't came for next 4 days. So i called again to customer service and they said that their system showed that problem is resolved by engineer. But this was not true. Their engineer even without visiting to resolve the problem marked the problem resolved. He do that because videocon has policies for no service charges till 30 after once visit. He think he will not get money so he didn't visited and marked as resolved.
                                  Videocon just resolve my issue as soon as possible.
                                  And i am not supposed to give to money for a mistake that was not mine. If some channels shows signals not available than its your mistake. You can not charge for that.

                                    My videocon d2h customer id is 83230209, only news channel zee news, aaj tak, ndtv are working and other channels like star plus, zee cinema, sony etc having signal nit available error,. After complaining on helpline no. They said after 10 min all channels will work, but nothing happens, agin i call on helpline no, they said technician visit your home, charges are 200 and if anything things wrong in setup box, then additional charges will be added,,,
                                    But why i pay for technician vist?
                                    Signal problem is not mine fault,,, this is wrong,, videocon look on this matter as soon as posible otherwise i will throw your box

                                        I had by mistake made a payment of rs 3, 000/- on 25th february 2020 by paytm to recharge my d2h connection instead of less than rs 300/- that was due.

                                        Requested customer care to reimburse the balance. But they said that i will need to pay the actual amount due or more, and then the 3000/- would be reimbursed. So on the same day i paid an additional 300/-.

                                        The customer care said on follow up that they had reimbursed the 3000/-, but as i did not receive it, they asked me to send the paytm statement which i did twice as on 7th match & 17th march, where no such reimbursement was made.

                                        In spite of following up multiple times with customer care and the karnataka nodal officer, there is no response whatsoever. I hope that the amount has been conveniently sent to a wrong account.

                                        Will appreciate if this matter can be taken up with d2h.

                                        You should be able to locate my email and registered phone number from the account number: 77058274

                                        Can send it if you give me the correct email as [protected]@d2h.com does not seem to be a valid email address.

                                        Possibly as a response to this complaint I got a message from one Hardol singh from your [email protected] saying that refund is not possible without even looking at the previous extensive correspondence with both [email protected], [email protected] and
                                        [email protected].

                                        Your customercare has said the money was refunded but apparently it has leaked to someone else, if what they said was true.
