Hi i am suresh sabale, i have already recharged my videocon d2h customer
Id at 15th march 2020 with rs.300 but after 6 days later service is completely shutdown from videocon d2h server between 21th march 2020 to till date in this peroid i'm trying to more than 20 times to customer service support team but customer service support is stopped from their end.in this situation what i am do.

    I have been the subscriber of videocon d2h from 2012. Despite my regular complaints my account name has not been changed. It's in the name of nadisha mohammed who i don't know itself. When we contact customer care they lodge a complaint but no action is taken as of now. Please change the account name to ravi rao k. My d2h customer id is 68600266.           I have recharged an amount of rs 300/ on 15.04.20 but the amount shown as 234/- only.
          The channels are not showing and deduction continues.
          The customer care not responding stating there is technical issue and could be resolve only after lockdown.
          I could not get even news channel during this period.
          The d2h website and d2h ifinity also not working for the addition of channels.
          Please look into the matter as it seems they are willfully doing this to harass me.

          Also they are very rude and not responding,

                                    मेरे फोन पर videocon d2h की तरफ से बार बार कॉल आ रहीं हैं। एक दिन में 7-8 बार कॉल आती हैं। मैंने मेरे नंबर मेरी कस्टमर आईडी से हटवा दिए हैं फिर भी मेरे पास दिन और रात में कॉल आ रहे है। रात को 2:00 बजे तक कॉल आती है। मैं इससे परेशान हो गया हूं। कृपया इसका समाधान करें ।
