I had done videocon D2h payment of rs. 360/-. Deducted but recharge not done. So, I want back my money which was paid through my allahabad bank debit card. Still money is not showing in recharge account of videocon D2h.

      I am long time customer in d2h. But in that time you are just provide horrible service. I recharge my account on 16 march. Recharge done but chanel not active. Many time i doing process to active chanel's. I call in your customer care services 4 time. But they are fully horrible. I have one call recording also. I have to give it social side. Firstly they not speck. If they speck they are only say call next day. I am request that to give phone to any senior but he give me no respond. I clear you something that i recharge on 16 march. After that i not show any thing only show insufficient balance. But i check in account you deducted every day charge. If i am not using this why you cut the amount. It is really horrible service. I request you please give me my amount of money which i recharge. After that please close the connection i do not want to continue your services. Very bad services from d2h. I give you my all details kindly check and confirm.

        I am getting too many unnecessary phone calls from your end, either from a person who do not speak english or from pre-recorded message which is an advertisement and that too at regular interval and its very disturbing. Please i would request you to kindly stop making these phone calls. By the way i have tried to put a complaint by calling your toll free number but no one is there to answer my call.

            I have purchased videocon's 32' led tv on 31-01-16 with 3 yrs warranty (Total 5 yrs warranty) now my tv is not in working condition, i am trying to search the service centre and customer care no, but i am fail to do so, this is 3rd time am trying to search the service centre this tv has given me lots of problem, in 4 yrs this 3rd time with same issue, what can do pls help me

              I m videocon d2h user, my user id is[protected]. I m facing lot of issues from this service. Last 4 month before i registered the complain for set upbox, then call center executive suggest to me that you need to changed your set upbox bcoz it's out of service, then one of engineer came to my house, he checked everything, then he started processing of change the set upbox, then he said your set upbox is out of service, it's need to be changed, then he said i don't have hd box, he have only old set upbox, he said right now fixed the old model and day after tomorrow once he get new hd box from company, then he again came and replace them, we trusted him bcoz he said everyone knows me of versova's people. But that day onwards he doesn't pick up my call or doesn't reply any msg.
              I complained so many times to call center against him, every executive pick up the call, listening the whole story, then they said we are registered your complain and resolve before 24 hours. So many times i spoke with senior executive, they also doing same, one of said tommorow engineer came to your home for replace product, one of take the call put the phone beside, one of cut the phone.
              Please take grant action against them.

                Hello,
                My customer id is 92044537, i called for engineer visit regarding faulty setup box on 10th march 2020. Next day the engineer called me from this number [protected]. He visited my premises. And he sat on the sofa idle for 20mins and said the d2h box is working fine and when he gone he took 200/- in cash for the visit. I was hesitant but i gave him anyway.

                He did not do a single thing to repair my d2h connection and did not resolve my issue. On the very same day that is 11-march-2020. I got the message saying that 200/- is deducted from my account. And now balance was revised.

                I was charged 200/- in cash and 200/- in my d2h account.in total i was charged 400/- rupees. Why are you guys doing fraud and after raising multiple complaints from d2h customer care, they have cancelled all my complaints. All there senior desk executive are irresponsible and your service engineer is a bigger fraud.

                Kindly refund 200/- in my d2h account. I wont accept this nonsense and i will point out this to all the social media and your company ceo mr. Dhoot who is a fraud and cheat in many ways.

                Again i'm saying my issue was not resolved see the sms i got from them for the same. I filed 3 complaints but none of them gave me any solution. And when i enquired they said your complaint is cancelled. I want resolution.

                  There was a problem with my d2h set top box. So i called d2h customer care and raised a complaint. I was told that there will be min service charge of rs 200 that i need to pay to the engineer.

                  Engineer visited my place and fixed the issue. I paid him rs 200. Later i found that rs 200 were also deducted from my d2h account towards service charges.

                  D2h does not have a clear policy how to receive the charges from customer.

                  I called d2h customer care and explained the issue. The representative assured me that he will file a complaint and charges will be reverted on my account.
                  Despite one hour gone i never received complaint number on my mobile.

                  So after 2 hours i called again and the representative now said that there's no record of the complaint at all. Which means the earlier representative never took down my complaint in the system.

                  I finally filed a new complaint and within 3 hours charges were reverted to my account.
                  The issue is double charging and fooling the customer that a compliant has been recorded by d2h.

                    Hello,
                    I had purchased a refrigerator from rakesh electronics, kolar in march 2017 which i have been using in my hostel in kolar. The refrigerator had some problem and we called the service center for checking it up and the person suggested a change of compressor for about[protected] inr. Now, i do not have the invoice receipt of the refrigerator but have a warranty period card which says that the compressor comes under a warranty period of five years for the model i purchased. I have been asking the seller for the bill but they have been making excuses and delaying the process further. It has been more than a week now and i need to get my fridge repaired without further delay. The fridge was purchased on 3rd/4th march 2017 as per our record in the name of soma das, model no. Vc091 model year 2016. 80litres gross capacity. Kindly help me with this matter in getting a copy of the invoice and getting it repaired as soon as possible.

                      I get daily 2-4 spam calls even after i block all their numbers. I never subscribed to them. I don't know where they've received my number. This level of spamming is downright customer harassment, and i'm not even a customer to them. This is really shameful on the company's part. A potential customer won't end up buying your service if you keep harassing them like this. Instead, now i won't choose videocon at all for any service. Please stop calling and messaging on my number.

                      I have done the videocon d2h recharge. But the recharge is not reflecting on account. Upon followup with customer care they are saying you have to raise a complaint and they suggested to take a loan for 3 days. I think videocon company is making fool of customers.                         My customer ids are[protected] and[protected]. I have been receiving promotional calls for the past 6 months or so which is bringing a lot of stress. I tried to find options to turn it off on the d2h website but could not find. Even after so many people complaining why are you not giving an option to customers to stop your promotional calls? I do not want to receive any promotional calls on the registered mobile numbers for these calls. If you don't stop calling me i will start social campaigning against videocon industries. Also add the option for customers to opt out of your promotional offers.

                            I am hopeless on videocon d2h services and processes they follow on customer service and resolution to their queries and concerns.
                            Big scale fraud is going on, every time videocon is adding additional channels to your package and start charging customers. Even for additional channel they don’t seek customer consent, their representatives are playing with the process and just for some incentive they are adding channels to existing customers pack.
                            Wanted to bring to your notice, even calling their customer care is of no use. They don’t listen and don’t have anything to do with customer service or problems.
                            It’s worse, please help me with my problem and assist how to take this further. I think if you investigate, you will come to know about big fraud.

                              I had subscribed for sony happy india south football pack in my videocon d2h connection having customer id[protected], but out of 10 channels, i'm getting only 8 channels even after paying for 10. When i contacted their customer care, i was told i was supposed to get 10 channels but they don't know why i was not getting the channels...
                              When i asked them how to resolve the issue, they told me that they'll send a technician & for that i'll have to pay rs. 200 as charges. Now i don't understand why should i pay the penalty for their issues. My set top box & tv doesn't have any faults. Whatever the issue, it's in their faulty software.
                              I can't seem to understand what the technician would be going to do. Would he come & pull out those unwilling channels which maybe hiding somewhere behind the set top box or the tv...
                              But is it real incompetency on their part or is it some cheap ploy to extort money from the consumer... First block some channels & then make them pay to get those. It's a clear case o[censored]nfair trade practices.

                                I have requested for a new d2h connection in ongole.. From 7 days, it is not installed and customer care person are disconnecting the call if we ask about installation. They are convincing us to wait for 8working hours and from 7days, they are saying the same... The technician from ongole, told they wont do installation and aksed to request videocon d2h people about the issue...

                                They didn't installed and updated in their system like they have already installed... Which is rediculous behaviour of technician and the staff of customer care service...

                                We are fed up and asked for refund, they are saying they cannot refund the money and asking us to wait for some more days...

But today they had sent an engineer for the repair the engineer before 3 month had charged 450 and even today he charged but the customer care of videocon said us tht it was but free but they have detected amount from our d2h recharge.

                                    As my cable network of videocon d2h was not working properly since 3month, we had given complaint but there was no proper response towards its. But today they had sent an engineer for the repair the engineer before 3 month had charged 450 and even today he charged but the customer care of videocon said us tht it was but free but they have detected amount from our d2h recharge.
                                    (My mobile no:[protected]) engineer has charged extra from us even the customer care of d2h also did the same. Plz take an action against it

                                      On march 28th, 2017, i purchased a videocon 40" television from aditya vision (Gaya). At the time of delivery of the product sales manager forget to told me about integrated d2h system in videocon ddb smart then i called videocon d2h customer care and give them a ddb registration serial number to get the stb activated. But they told me registration serial number is not in list of them

                                      Finally i want to activate my d2h connection

                                        This is to bring to your knowledge on the issue regarding my television which is under warranty.
                                        I had logged a complain on 17th of dec 2019 regarding the same and was been approved for replacement of the damaged part on 18th itself. But its been 2 months from their i have not received any further update on the replacement or repair of the damaged parts.
                                        When ever i am calling at the customer care no they are saying the issue has been forwarded to the concern team & in the workshop (In surat) they are not responding.
                                        Wanted to know, how long does it take to resolve a problem or dispatch a part from noida to surat.
                                        Its were sad to say being such a big company we are not able to provide the solution to a customer on time. Wanted to get an update on the same asap
                                        I would request you to get the resolution done for the same asap. Or else take the television back and refund me accordingly, as i have got very much annoyed by the after sales support provided by videocon.
