I am amit kumar, had purchased a 55" led tv on 07th feb, 2017 from great eastern appliances pvt. Ltd, asansol, west bengal.
After few days i found some problems, so reported to customer care.
Very soon they arranged a service man to our premises on 24th september, 2019.
Since this tv is more than 2 years old but still under warranty, however service man demanded service charge i. E 1, 290 rs. Which i paid immediately.
They checked tv and said that there is some problem inside the tv so we have to complain to main branch. When your parts will come, we will come again and will repair your tv.
This incident was happened exactly 4 months before but still i didn't get any solution.
Till now more than 20 times i have called to customer care and many times i have written e-mail to the company but no one solved the problem.
Even now they don't reply my e-mail.
This is my worst experience about the as service of a branded company.
Personally i will suggest to everyone, please don't purchase any videocon product. Their as service is very poor.
Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
