This is to bring to your knowledge on the issue regarding my television which is under warranty.
I had logged a complain on 17th of dec 2019 regarding the same and was been approved for replacement of the damaged part on 18th itself. But its been 2 months from their i have not received any further update on the replacement or repair of the damaged parts.
When ever i am calling at the customer care no they are saying the issue has been forwarded to the concern team & in the workshop (In surat) they are not responding.
Wanted to know, how long does it take to resolve a problem or dispatch a part from noida to surat.
Its were sad to say being such a big company we are not able to provide the solution to a customer on time. Wanted to get an update on the same asap
I would request you to get the resolution done for the same asap. Or else take the television back and refund me accordingly, as i have got very much annoyed by the after sales support provided by videocon.

    मेरा नाम संजय गौतम हैं मैंने दिनांक : 05/12/2015 को videocon का 32” led tv (Model no. : ledtviv32f2-a) 18500/ रु का खरिदा था जिसकी display मे 3 साल बाद ही vertical lines (One or more) आनी शुरू हो गई जिसकी सिकायत मैने दिनांक 09/09/2018 को videocon coustmer care पर कि थी जिसके बाद कम्पनी से एक इंजिनियर द्वारा मेरे घर पर led को देखा और 600/रु visiting charge भी लिया और मुझे बताया कि मेरी led का display चैन्ज किया जायेगा जिसमे लग-भग 30 दिन का समय लग सकता है साल 28/जुलाई/2019 को मेरी शिकायत पर कार्यवाई हुई जिसमे videocon company ने मेरी शिकायत को videocon के new service provider (247 around service) को दे दि गई जिन्होने आगे कि कार्यवाई पर कार्य किया जिसका booking id no. Lp[protected] था जिसके बाद दुबारा इंजिनियर मेरे घर पर मेरी led को देखा गया और पैनल के आने का समय लगने कि बात कही और 2-3 महिने के बाद कम्पनी द्वारा 247 around service के बुध विहार center को नया led पैनल कम्पनी द्वारा भेज दिया गया मगर सर्विस सेन्टर के समय और मेरे द्वारा अपना led ले जानेके समय पर असुविधा बनी जिस पर सर्विस सेन्टर ने बिना मुझे बताये मेरे led के display पैनल को वापिस कम्पनी भेज दिया जैसा सर्विस सेन्टर वालो का मुझे phone पर कहना था जो कि मुझे सर्विस सेन्टर के [protected] फोन नम्बर पर फोन करके पता चला और फिर उन्होने कहा कि आप दुबारा से शिकायत करो हम जल्दी बदल देंगे फिर मैने दिनांक sep./2019 को दुबारा शिकार्यत दर्ज कि जिसका booking id no. Lp[protected] हैं मगर उस शिकारय्त पर अभी तक कोई कार्यवाई नही हो रही हैं मे जब भी videocon coustmer care पर फोन करता हुँ तो मुझे बताया जाता है कि आपके led का display पैनल approved हो गया है मगर अभी videocon company के warehouse से videocon company के authorised 247 around service centre को नही भेजा गया हैं और कुछ समय इंत्जार करने को कहा जाता है मगर कोई सही जानकारी नही मिलती है मैं हर हफ्ते फोन कर रहा हुँ मगर एक ही जवाब मिलता है कि आपकी शिकायत आगे अधिकारी को मेल भेज रहे है जल्दी आप के led का display पैनल बदल दिया जाएगा मगर फिर कुछ नही होता आज दिनांक 18/02/2020 को फिर मैने दुबारा videocon coustmer care के इस no ([protected]) पर फोन किया और जब कोई उचित जानकारी नही मिली तब मैने उन्हे किसी अपने से बडे अधिकारी से बात कराने को बोला तो उन्होने मेरी कोल को transffar किया मगर उन सज्ज्न ने भी मुझे यही जवाब दिया और कहा हमारे पास आप के लिये यही जानकारी उप्लब्ध हैं
    मान्यवर जी अत: आप से नम्र निवेदन है कि आप मेरी परेशानी को समझे और इस पर जल्द से जल्द कुछ करे ताकि भविष्य मे कम्पनी से और लोगो का विशवास ना उठे मुझे आप के निर्णय का इंतजार है आशा करता हुँ कि आप मुझे हो रही परेशानी को समझ जल्द कोई निषकर्श निकालेगें

      This is to herby inform you that i am a user videocon for more the last 7 years. This time when i registered a complain regarding no visual. Engineer came and told that our set top box is not working. He took 1750 rupees for the set top box which include a rf remote adapter and set top box and created a new id with 1 month recharge of 300. But now i got to know that this much cost only 925 rupees. So plz help me out.

        Have requested to Videocon TV (Customer care) for service which is there in under warranty, even though have raise complaint on 12th Dec 2019, since there is response from customer care, they have given fake information like "product got approved we will delivered the product soon please wait for some time, we have waited 2 month plus til today...( 17th Feb 2020).

          I had complained regarding my washing machine spinner on january 15, 2020 and their service agent came on january 18, 2020 and he said that your spinner motor is not working properly, so it will replace. Same day spinner motor complaint raised and approved on january 20, 2020 for dispatch. After that they said wait for few days, this will be delivered to your city service provider as soon as possible. We waited a week but no response from any side. I called again then they said it is approved but not dispatched yet. I called number of times and they said same thing again and again. Today february 15, 2020 and i called again and same status motor is not dispatched yet. We are facing this problem past one month and i want its solution at the earliest. So i request you take neccessary action against them.

            Hi sir,

            This is in reference to one product which i have purchased on 4/12/2016 from kundan electronics having branch at rajaji nagar bangalore-560010. It was a 32”inch videocon led tv,

            I have registered a complaint for display issue of my videocon tv and the service executive came and verfy the tv and mentioned as there is some circuit board related issue currently spares not available now, after receiving the spare we will replace it with no cost during the warranty period. We paid service charge to the person 500/-

            After this visit we try to call for the status of my complaint but no response from videocon customer care center as well as bangalore service center.

            They told the problem is in videocon tv screen and assured us for replacement of screen within a month. Even after no response within a month. I again visited the service center and that time they said that it will take time around 1 month.

            For the past 3 months my complaint has not been resolved still now many times i have contacted the customer care people but there is no response from any one.

            The below mentioned videcon service center cum service person mobile numbers always in switched off status.

            Problem - there is no/minimum visibility in videocon 32 inch led tv.

            Hope you understand that videocon led tv is in warranty period, so please don't force me to go to consumer court and take action against you.

            So i want to know that how much time you need to give this above-mentioned item because since last 3 months.
            I can’t see my problem is resolving. I am unable to watch my tv and dish tv charges are also going in vein.

            Immediate action will be highly appreciated.

            I have enclosed my scan copy of my purchased bill and warranty card for your reference.

            I have received SMS Message on 22/2/2020.still my problem not yet resolved.I contact the dealer
            and they can't provide any solution for this issue.They won't even take any response for this issue.

            My question is if the product have some defect, why Videocon allow Dealer to sale the defective product in Market.The Local Service Center also Closed in Bangalore.

            I kindly request you to let me know the status of my complaint.Kindly suggest me to do the Next
            Step or Level any Legal action require to take against Dealer or Videocon Industries.

            Screen Shot enclosed for your reference.I already paid Service Charge fee of 500/- during
            the first Visit to the Service Engineer.I can't able to pay each and every time for Videocon Service
            Engineer.

              I want to file a complaint against videocon d2h. I have recharged about one and half months back. All of a sudden i would say after about one month they deactivated star plus hd channel. I called 50 times to ask them why they deactivated, one of them ended up telling me that they accidentally deactivated it. So i asked them to file a complaint against that. Now literally i have called so many times to get my problem solved but they are continuously hanging up on me. Please help me getting my channel back without any charges because i already have paid for star plus hd channel.
              Customer service provided by d2h is getting worse day by day.
              I heard about the rule that you can not hang up on customer unless and until their problems get solved but i think it's changing now.
              If these continues surely videocon d2h will loose the faith of their customers one day.

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  I put request om 3rd of feb 2020 for re-installing videocon dish on another place engineer visited on 4th, and done the installtion and we paid him 450 of charges, than i have recharged my account to continue service of 230, but thy have deducted my all recharged amount, than i have called to customer case, that one of the worst customer service, they say we have deducted amount of last engineer visit, for information no one engineer visited before that than how they will deduct my recharge money they are lying.

                  I am requesting please take the strictly action on this complain.

                    मेरी वीडियोकॉन d2h आईडी नंबर[protected] है मेरे सेट टॉप बॉक्स में कुछ दिक्कत होने के कारण इंजीनियर द्वारा उसे ठीक किया गया वह ₹450 नगद ले लिए गए उसके बाद अगले दिन वापस सेटअप बॉक्स में दिक्कत है तो इंजीनियर द्वारा विजिट कर कर अगले दिन वापस ₹200 मेरे अकाउंट से काट लिए गए जिसकी कंप्लेंट मैंने वीडियोकॉन d2h कस्टमर केयर में 28 को की थी जिनके द्वारा बोला गया था कि 30 तारीख को आपकी प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व हो जाएगी लेकिन 30 तारीख को भी प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व नहीं हुई उसके बाद वापस कंप्लेंट लिखाई गई बोला गया 3 तारीख को प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व हो जाएगी लेकिन 3 को भी प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व नहीं हुई और मेरे अकाउंट से जो इन्होंने पैसा काटा है वह अभी तक मेरे अकाउंट में वापस नहीं भेजा गया है 28 के बाद में करीब 10 बार फोनकर बता चुका हूं बार-बार वही प्रोसेस करते हैं कि बैलेंस आ जाएगा बैलेंस आ जाएगा लेकिन आज तक भी बैलेंस वापस नहीं आ पाया है कंपनी द्वारा बिना कस्टमर को बोले उसके खाते में से राशि काटने से मुझे बड़ा बेकार लगा श्रीमान से निवेदन है कि तुरंत इसके ऊपर एक्शन लेकर मेरे खाते में राशि ट्रांसफर की जाए और कुछ ऐसा नियम बनाए जाए जिससे यह लोग कस्टमर के खाते में से किसी भी प्रकार का बैलेंस नहीं काट सके वह मेरी समस्या को जल्द से जल्द निपटाया जाए

                      Not able to watch channel no. 857 news 18 bihar jharkhand. Whereas it is already included in package and account has balance also. I have already registered so many complain on customer care numbers, but they are not able to solve this.
                      Since it's already more than 3 days this is not visible. We are getting error channel not subscribed.
                      Your customers care are asking for charge to visit the engineer at home. But there is no issue from our side then we pay such amount unnecessary. This is very humiliating.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I am Anup Roy from Nuntia, Bagnan, West Bengal. I had lodged a complaint through my mob no as my videocon LED tv's display went bad. One of your technician made the visit on 27 th October'2019 and collected 1240/- as service charge without any bill/invoice. Till date no service is provided and whenever I call the customer care they say it is being processed and as soon as the parts arrive a technician will be sent. It's been over three months and nothing had happened.                             I have videocon d2h connection at home. Since three days my tv hangs at start with logo on screen. I tried every possible solution, but problem still exists. I asked customer care but they ask me to raise a complaint and one person would come and solve the problem with some service charge.
                            Why should i pay extra charges? And even my subscription days are charged regular. This is problem of d2h service while updating. So i want my issue resolved smoothly and charge free.

                              videocon led tv - automatic on/off, dark screen

                              Hi

                              I am using videocon led tv - vnb43q519sa which falls under warranty of three years.

                              From 1 month i am facing two issues
                              A) automatic on/off - reboots automatically multiple times
                              B) dark shades on the lower part of the screen

                              The videocon technician reinstalled the software 3 times for the on/off issue but the problem still exists. For dark screen also he has replaced back light...

                                I am the subscriber of videocon d2h. The customer id is[protected]. The subscription is registered under the name of keerapash while installation. I don't have any contact with that person.
                                I successfully changed the registered phone number from my account by logging into it, but i am not able to change the name.
                                So, i request you to change the name to c n padmini which is my name as my mother is using and i am paying for above mentioned customer id. I am mentioning it below again.

                                Correct name:c n padmini

                                I am not comfortable to use with another name. Kindly call on the registered phone number if needed and change the name.

                                  I am amit kumar, had purchased a 55" led tv on 07th feb, 2017 from great eastern appliances pvt. Ltd, asansol, west bengal.

                                  After few days i found some problems, so reported to customer care.
                                  Very soon they arranged a service man to our premises on 24th september, 2019.
                                  Since this tv is more than 2 years old but still under warranty, however service man demanded service charge i. E 1, 290 rs. Which i paid immediately.

                                  They checked tv and said that there is some problem inside the tv so we have to complain to main branch. When your parts will come, we will come again and will repair your tv.

                                  This incident was happened exactly 4 months before but still i didn't get any solution.
                                  Till now more than 20 times i have called to customer care and many times i have written e-mail to the company but no one solved the problem.
                                  Even now they don't reply my e-mail.

                                  This is my worst experience about the as service of a branded company.
                                  Personally i will suggest to everyone, please don't purchase any videocon product. Their as service is very poor.

                                    Around 7 months has been passed that our tv has stoped working and no action has been taken by the shop from which we bought this tv, as it the warrenty period. They are giving useless answers. They are saying that this part we couldn't found. Even though they are saying that videocon company is now closed so we are not able to find the parts of this product.
