From a few days back my videocon d2h hd settop box gives very loud cracking like sound in all the channels. I have replaced the hdmi cable, then switch to the component sets but the problem remains same. Complained it several times but did not receive any response till date. So kindly let me know whether it will be solved or i will have to switch to other provider? My d2h id is[protected]

Now this is my last attempt to contact you after that i will be bound to go to the competent court for justice for torturing me, my kids and my entire family during this complete lockdown period.in hope of quick response...

      Dear sir,

      I am pavan jayantilal contractor, son of jayantilal contractor having videocon d2h (Customer id[protected] since many years.

      Last week on 19 march 2020 d2h started creating an issue. It was showing weak signal and our settopbox restarted automatically 2 to 3 times so we called customer care and follow their instructions. It worked for half an hour and again getting same weak signal issue so called customer care and registered complain so engineer can visit our home and fix it.

      Engineer rajesh bhai came from d2h distributor parth's request. On 20 march 2020 from and told it's a problem in settopbox and he changed. He took 450 rupees charge but d2h didn't get start. He told system has some issue at that time so in 2 hours it will get resolved and he went. After that it never got resolved and whenever we call parth (Contact number [protected]) he told system is shutdown and from 23 march 2020 onwards he did not pick up my phone and if we call from different number he told shop is not opened so we can't do anything.

      Our daily amount is already cutting down and we paid for settopbox replacement but still nothing works and we are helpless from your side. It is very disappointing service. If they could not solve the problem why did they charge us on same day when replace settopbox? Our account balance is also reducing day by day without using it. I am thinking to tell my relatives, friends and neighbor to avoid d2h but will wait for your action for few days.
      My dth recharge due date is 27-nov-2020.

      I request you to look into it urgently as now no one is picking up our phone and we are very disappointed. Kindly do needful.

      I sent this mail to nodal officer tushar sagar 2 days ago but he is not responding yet.

                Hi my registered mobile phone is [protected] customer id is[protected]. Videocon has addedd a rang manch "rangmanch active"channel (Costing rs.75) to my account without my permission and when is asked them to remove it they said they have a lock in period so they cannot remove it. They can check my viewing history i have never even watched that channel i want this channel removed and even the money to be credited back to me.

                  Eroor04-0 has been flashing from past 4 days i contacted their team mates from facebook and instagram., but no action has been taken i told then to give me the refund or else the solution but they are just apologizing and telling that our team will contact you. I have recharged the stb for one month and from the day i recharged the problem is going on they asked for the (I'd) and (Ph. No). But no action has been taken.

                    I have customer id[protected] and i re havd recharged with an amount of rs 1047.00just 4 days before, but unfortunately i have received another message to recharge d2h and my service has been interrupted. Is it the weight way? For a customer to provide the service. I think d2h has forgotten there are many other service provider in our state. Please resume the service otherwise i will compel to take the shelter of justice in proper forum

                      Hello, my videocon d2h dish showing error e100-4 from past 30 hrs. I called CC for many times but every times it seems to be busy. So I request d2h to resolve my issue as soon as possible because it a curfew time. If you will not resolve my issue quickly then I will complaint about a service in a consumer court so resolve it as quick as possible

The subscription is registered under the name of IBRAHIM BADUSHA.He is no longer in our contact. I successfully however changed the registered phone number from my account by logging into it, but i am not able to change the name. So i request you to change the name to PRADEEP KUMAR, which is my father's name as he is using and paying for this customer id. I am mentioning it below again.

                                I have dth connection with videcon and i recharged around 7.45 am to 8.00 am. Recharge amount - 235/- after recharge my tv screen seems to be blank more than 5 hours. (21/03/2020) dth service will be resumed around 2.00 pm on 21/03/2020.

                                I have contacted dth customer number which they have been mentioned in tv screen & sent sms also. No response from videcon
                                Dth team.

                                Yesterday again my videcon dth connection was disconnected. (8. Pm ist)
                                Message displayed in tv like "in sufficient balance account & kindly recharge" i try to contact videcon customer care call center by using my register mobile number, but unable to reach them or line busy.

                                I have sent a mail to videcon care also. But no response from videcon call center executives and customer support team.

                                I have enclose my recharge transactions and sms details fro your
                                Reference.

                                We can't able to know the latest events in our world due to this
                                Videcon dth connection disconnected issue.

                                So kindly solve this issue asap.

Since 4 days i'm trying to reactivate my paused d2h account everytime customer service representative says will be done in 8 hours and sometime they say will be done in 4 hours still my account has not reactivated and we are going through a tough time with ur services very poor service. Things are not done as promised spoke to senior executive and they did not connect me to manger they directly disconnected the call. Very very very poor customer service i would rate 0 and 0 stars for customer service

It was supposed to be recharged to my d2h account bearing no.[protected] but recharged another account bearing no.[protected] instead. Kindly recharge the amount to my said account or please provide refund to my bank account at the earliest. Your earliest action will be highly appreciated.
