I am buy refrigerator from videocon 0n 2017, after 2 years compressor is foulty.
I am register complaint under warranty (Compressor).

Videocon not sent new compressor upto 3 months. When recieved product under warranty technicians ask to pay below,

Service charge -531/-
Compressor gas - 1000/-
Fitting charge - 600/-
Total - 2131/-

What rubish my compressor is under warranty why i m paying 2131/- please see the matter because this is completely wrong and against consumer.

On 7/12/19 I got sms from videocon d2h regarding recharge that if I will recharge with rs.1003.flat 30% I will got in my account but till I had not received cash back from them.

      Dear trai,

      I have videocon d2h connection my customer id 81344569, i called for replacement of my old setup box to hd box for which there customer care executive couldn't able to help me also they don't have any way how to solve issue of a customer making them angry and then usse inappropriate words... Being a customer how to get our service done if the customer care don't have proper knowledge and way to talk with client... I m attaching one of the call records there are there call records also fir which i m not getting option request u to contact videocon and ask them to listen call my conversation and there solution provide by there excutive... If this is the way they help us then it will be very deficult for us...

Son name shailesh himanshu shaw jo इस videocon tv को खरीदा था। बेटे का नम्बर [protected] receipt upload नहीं हो पा रहा हैं।sir मैने 17/09/2019 को complain दर्ज कराया था vedeocon tv का motherboard का जो खराब निकली जो टेक्नीशियन बॉय ले गये बोले कि वापस कंपनी के तरफ से मोथेरबोर्ड भेजा जाएगा पेर मुझे अभी तक प्राप्त नही नही हुआ हैं जिसका मुझे बहुत खेद है आपकी सुविधा के लिए ग्राहक के प्रति कस्टमर अधिकारी सिर्फ एक ही बात बोलते हैं प्रोडक्ट को वेयरहाउस भेज दिया गया हैं पर हमे अभी तक प्राप्त नही हुआ कब dispech होगा mothborad और कब मिलेगा हमे sir कृपया सहायता करें ।मेरा complain नम्बर lp[protected].           Hi... This is parthipan from coimbatore district, tamil nadu. After registering complaint to the authorized service centre, they have responded that "because of liquidation of the company we are unable to get any parts from the warehouse. So you can't utilize your warranty even though it is much within the due date". This is completely ridiculous and i demand proper response from the company side.

          I am getting a promotional call every 30 min i dont need any promotional offers then also you guys keep calling from various numbers plz stop it

            I have complaint on 29th august 2019 as my videocon led tv is not showing display on screen a guy came after a week after complain and told me that i have raised complain for detective part and as soon as part will come to us through warehouse i will come to repair it... From that its almost 4 months and no one came i have called approx 50+ times their customer care service their area manager pradeep sharma and part incharge of all india vinay shrivastav they first said we will resolve it asap but now not picking up calls when they pick they said that there is no comitemnet from us that we will resolve your complain as we dont have part in stock... As our compony is not this model anyomore so buy new led or do anything you want we dont know when will we have part in stock.

              I raised the complaint number[protected] "no power in the product" on 22nd december, technician came on 23rd december and went n a minute of time with out giving a proper response and again i raised a complaint on 23rd december. The other technician cheated me. I raised a complaint number[protected] on miss behavior complaint on technician. The other technician came and told product cost is very high.

                I have raised a relocation request for my videocon d2h end of november to shift from bangalore to chennai on 6th december 2019 (Friday) i received a call from engineer (Jaikumar: +91 [protected]) on 2nd december 2019 (Monday), he asked me if he can come on 2nd december for disconnection i told him disconnection request was placed for 6th december, i told him i will be shifting on 6th december 2019 (Friday) afternoon, so please come on 6th december 2019 (Friday) morning for disconnection.
                I called this videocon d2h engineer on 6th december 2019 (Friday) morning 09:02 a. M., reminded him that i will be shifting from bangalore to chennai on 6th december afternoon, so please come soon for disconnection. He said he is in btm and he will come. He did not call me back or cam to my house on 6th december 2019 (Friday). Since engineer did not come i paid packers and movers extra amount to disconnect my d2h and pack it
                On 7th december 2019 (Saturday) i received a message from videocon d2h saying that disconnection is completed and service charge of rs.400 is posted to my account. The videocon d2h engineer did not call me, did not come to my house and how can you guys post a service charge of rs.400 when no work has been done.
                I raised a complaint in videocon d2h customer care on 8th december 2019 (Sunday) for the same. Complaint number:[protected]. As per trai the provisions in the qos regulations complaints need to be rectified within 3 to 7 days max.
                But the customer care did not provide any resolution for this complaint, did not call me but closed the complaint without any resolutions this is a violation as per regulations.
                I have called customer care today again to raise a complaint again for the same (Complaint number:[protected]
                Since raising initial complaint on 8th december 2019 (Sunday) it has been 16 days this is a violation as per qos regulations
                So as per regulations since i have not received any resolution for my complaint i am raising complaint to nodal officer in this email. As per sla nodal officer should provide resolution within 3 to 10 days. Since i am raising complaint today to nodal officer 10 days time limit comes to 3rd january 2020 (Friday).
                If i do not get any response from nodal officers on my complaint by 3rd january 2020 (Friday), i will be appeal to the appellate authority.
                If i do not receive resolution on this complaint from appellate authority in 3 months time which will be by 3rd april 2020 (Friday). As per the regulations and as per my right i will raise a consumer court case.
                Kindly please provide resolution for this complaint

                  My id number is[protected] i would like to inform you i was called custmer care on 8/12/2019 about no signal from there i was told we would send the engineer to you within 24 hours the engineer arrived within two hours of making the call he first checked my setup box power connection point by the tongue and said the setup box is bad have to take a new one after that, the engineer and i went over our terrace there i saw a videocon dish stand broken then the engineer said that the dish had to be replaced but simply changing the dish is not beneficial because the setup box is bad he said i have the setup box to 2500 rupees. I requested that temporarily set me set up the set signal. I don't have so much money now it's not the advantage of setting the signal your setup box is bad it will have to change
                  I didn't have another way to the end purchased a new setup box by taking the money from the other
                  After buying he put a new dish but held the camera older
                  After the purchase of engineers said you will be recharged in 2 hours you can see a free channel for a month after 4 hours gone but did not get recharge so i looked up the old setup box see what setup box was going on i realized that engineer had gone through cheating with me
                  I had to pay only rs 200 but videocon d2h engineer cheated me for 2500 rupees i was email to videocon customer care about this cheating but they saying we can't give any solution because that is your mistake when our engineer come and checked your setup box that was defective after he gone your setup box on automatically because our engineer's tounge is testing multimeter he decided setup box is defective i request you please take action to this videocon d2h company

                    Hi team

                    I have registered the request of temporary deactivation of my videocon d2h having customer id 61461987 on july 24, 2019 with request id[protected]. My videocon d2h balance was rs. 1151.49 on that day.

                    I have requested to extend the deactivation further for 90 days on aug. 05, 2019 with request id[protected].

                    But my videocon d2h balance was rs. 393.24 on oct. 31, 2019. I have registered the complaint regarding this on oct. 31, 2019 with complaint id[protected] and requested for the refund of rs. 758.25. The customer care executive supervisor has accepted this the mistake of agent and promised the refund.

                    Now, it's almost 52 days. But i didn't get the refund. The last two follow up request ids regarding this are[protected] and[protected] for nov. 30, 2019 and nov. 24, 2019 respectively. I am always getting the answer from them that the investigation is going on.

                    I have escalated this issue to the up nodal officer deepak sharma on nov. 30, 2019 and further send a reminder email on dec. 05, 2019 also. But i didn't get and response from him and unable to reach him on his mobile also.

                    I am not able to understand to whom i should reach now. Please help me to resolve this issue.

                      Hello team,

                      This is regarding the subjected issue. My name is dattatreya ghodake. I have purchased a videocon television on[protected] from vijay sales pune for 57000 rupees including 3 years extended warranty.

                      On 17-sept-2019 i had a screen problem with my television. Later on the same day i contacted videocon customer care and reported the issue. After two days enginner visited and confirmed that back light is damaged and we have to replace it and part needs to be ordered.

                      Since then i am still chasing with videocon customer care team but they kept on saying that part is ordered and the team will get it replaced. Now it's been almost 4 months.

                      Spending 57000 and getting such services is not expected. I am really frustrated with this kind of service. I feel i made a big mistake choosing videocon. Since last four month my entire family is without television. I wasted lot of lot of time calling and chasing with videocon customer care. Feeling depressed and mentally harassed. Hence i request you to please look into my issues and get it resolved asap. Below are my details.

                          I want to cancel my subscriprion since i'm not happy with the sound quality. They sent 2 service engineers, claims nothing wrong with the settings or tv. When i say i would like to disconnect the service, videocon is not ready to refund the 5000 rupees in my account. Please let's know what to do. No reply for my emails. They even closed my first ticket without resolving the issue.

                            Zee marathi is not working, rest channels of star and others are working flawlessly and customer care is charging rs.200 for technical support, they are saying they are not responsible for such issue you pay and get it checked.
                            Service provider should be responsible for such issue why should i pay for such issue. Its service provider responsibility to fix it.

                              I did recharge of 374 from andhra bank debit card in official videocon d2h website but it showed transaction failed and amount was deducted from my bank account... Please help me refund my amount and if possible recharge my d2h account... After failing of transaction when i switched on tv all channels were working for 5 mins after that it showed that i had insufficient balance... Please solve this issue

                                I have purchased videocon d2h. My customer id is[protected] & my name is mayank raj but instead of my correct name your data shows shubash kumar. So please correct my name in your records. I feel very uncomfortable due to this. So please make this correction otherwise i have to change the operator from vediocon d2h to airtel or tata sky.                                   I have a videocon fully automatic washing machine and it is under warranty. I raised a complain on 01 nov 19. Engineer came and told me its pressure sensor is defective. After that no one came. I contacted to many personnel but neither still solution came yet nor a proper reply.

                                      I am using Videocon d2h on which i was not getting a marathi channel Jay Maharashtra which is a free to Air channel anc for that i called customer care of videocon d2h on 4th Dec 2019 but they have confirmed mr that they have removed the channel from there platform. But on my first call i asked the question how come a free channel is not been given to customer there team leader told me that give me a minute and she hold the call for 30 min but no one responded so i dropped the call and called ahain and told them i need to talk with you team leader but no one was ready to vome on the call i have recorded some calls which clearly shows that they dont have proper answers for the querry.

                                      I also need to complaint against the call center as they are not supporting there customer and not responding the call.

                                        Videocon smart ddb led purchased on 6th feb 2017 has a warranty of 3 years, trying to reach out your customer service but they are ignoring my complaint, which is highly unprofessional of them. Again i had to register a new complain for the same issue today which i did on 23rd nov 2019. I need your help as they are continuously ignoring my complaint.
