I was recharge my videocon d2h before 12 hours and still setup box not working. And when i call service center they told me to wait for 2 hour... I am waiting last 8 hours...
Service center person told me again again for wait 2 hours..
Its toooo irritating me as a customer..
If this issues still not resolved then 8 recommend to other people for not go with videocon d2h... Its fake service

    Hello trai,

    I am writing this as i am very disappointed about the services and the assistance provided by videocon d2h.

    N2001172336083361462198 is the transaction id for the recharge i have done on 17th jan 2020. I have been chasing up the customer care but it has been more than 12 hours now i do not see my channels yet.

    I have called up the customer care many times but they do not talk properly and seem to be ignoring me for the issue.

    Kindly look into the issue as the customer care service is very very bad here. Kindly get my issue resolved.

      Team,

      I am facing panel issue with my led tv 40inch. Its been more than 25 days and no resolution to it. No one even bother to respond on email. While calling customer care get only one response, it is pending. They are not sure about the eta as well.
      Even tried contacting vijay sales to help priotizing the complain but these guys are not responding. Feeling helpless being so loyal customer.
      Registered complain twice with customer care also drafting an email but no response.
      Request you to get this addressed appropriately.

        I Have recharged my account on 11 Jan 2020. And the recharge amount is reflected in my account. Still the service is not being resumed. We have interacted with the Customer care who put me on hold for several minuties and then hangup on the call. After several attempts on calling to customer care the service person has visited the house but still the service is not resumed. The service center person who visited the house said that as your set of box has being replaced earlier thus you need to again recharge your account. As new set of box is linked to some other user account. What nonsense is this. Due to companies default at back-end why does the customer pay twice.

        Seems the company have adopted the policy of looting there OLD and valuable customer.

        What nonsense is this. How many times you people will ask to share the payment details. I have noticed during the day you will only call to ask for the payment details and at the end of the day will drop a mail to share the same. Repetitively this is the process the company is following for the past two days. Justify your work by refunding the amount in full.

        A new method of holding there costumer money. Such a disgrace.

          Since one and half month i have complaint nearly 100 times, complaining them some channels are not coming. Whenever i call, they say technician will visit... It is one and half month, i don't understand from which planet he has to land to visit my house for recitifying the issue.

          Previously, i had complaint 8 months ago, regard my second tv setup not working, they have registered the complaint, but not resolved both the issues.

          I have spoken already to supervisor mr. Rajesh, ms. Roshino and ms. Ramya regarding this, and also area manager mr. Pradeep, but it is of no use...

            I will stop using videocon d2h because i never knew that your ivr will call me this frequently.

                My d2h balance 400 rs deducted twice on 26th december from that day i’m raising complaints and they are saying 8working hours but till now it is not resolved and they suggested me to do recharge i spoke with more than 15 different people every time they are putting me on hold for for more than 45 min and call disconnecting
                Abhishek, govind are given wrong information to even though they are managers they don’t know how to talk and many people disconnected my call. They don’t know how much time i spent to reach them
                Finally after 17 days they are saying complaint close we had to raise again
                Is this the comedy to them
                I want tou people to take action an them
                Actually i had to pay 400 to them for relocation but the deducted 400 rs twice
                Till now i don’t have balance to recharge
                And they are not giving my money back
                Now customer care people are put my call on hold for hour and call was disconnected
                I don’t have choice to reach them
                So please take action on them
                When customer feels frustrated he may abuses i’m also done but didn’t used very dangerous words talking in a smooth way but manager also abused and challenged with me that how u can get your refund it will be late i can do that these words he used
                I hope you can rake siviour action on this

                  Manager abhishek using abuses with the customer when customer feels frustrated he abuse it’s quite common but the way he spoke is very irrespective and he is challenged me that how i can get refund

                            No reception even after payment of subscription fee,
                            The my account details on videocon dth shows i have rs. 714.16 in my account but i am not getting any signal, even after complaining several times no response, they just say 2 things 1. We have refreshed your account and 2. We will send the technician which will be charged rs. 200/-.

                            They charge rs. 200/- for the technician to solve the problem which they them selves have created.

                            When i have payed for the subscription should not i get my reception of channels, but no they stop the subscription for 5-6 days and when the customers call them they charge rs. 200 to solve the issue which they have created. Nice scam.

                              About 3 days we are not able to see. Our videocon dth connected tv. Because there is situated the the ' signal not available' and when we complain them on their costumer service about refund of that three days. They end our call... And not listen to us. These signal is not available by them and why we paid for this. This act is not fair them. And now they are not pickuping our calls also. Help us!

                                    I'm a Videocon d2h subscriber, as of now i have have to pay for channels i don't want. I have accidentally subscribed one of their channels and now i can't unsubscribe it. It has been locked out and I'm forced to pay more by the company, so kindly resolve this issue . It is a blunt and blatant violation of TRAI norms.
                                    It seems that the company is holding its customers hostage .This an unethical business model and i have contacted their customer care and they responded by saying that there is nothing they can do untill the lock period.
                                    Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I am buy refrigerator from videocon 0n 2017, after 2 years compressor is foulty.
                                        I am register complaint under warranty (Compressor).

                                        Videocon not sent new compressor upto 3 months. When recieved product under warranty technicians ask to pay below,

                                        Service charge -531/-
                                        Compressor gas - 1000/-
                                        Fitting charge - 600/-
                                        Total - 2131/-

                                        What rubish my compressor is under warranty why i m paying 2131/- please see the matter because this is completely wrong and against consumer.
                                        Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        On 7/12/19 I got sms from videocon d2h regarding recharge that if I will recharge with rs.1003.flat 30% I will got in my account but till I had not received cash back from them.
