    On 29th nov i have recharged 2 times but both recharge was failed and payment was deducted from bank. Details of payment are given below.

    1. Payment gateway used avenues india private limited, amount 661 inr

    2. Payment gateway used bharat business channel l tech_baratb payments, amount 181 inr

    Till now i didn't receive any refund. So plz resolve it.
    Either recharge my d2h account or refund my amount.

      This is regarding panel issue in videocon led tv.
      I raised complaint on[protected]. Technician visited and informed panel needs to be replaced.
      Since product was in warranty period, videocon informed me that new panel will be replaced soon, but even after 10 days there is no confirmation about when panel will be replaced.
      Every time, customer care representative confirms issue will be resolved soon, but no action taken so far.

        My customer ID 45941804 I have Videocon d2h connection since 7-8.my set top box not working properly some channel of my package is not working so I complained to customer care they said they will send engineer to resolve my issue engineer came and installed new settop box and charged me RS 500 for installation after 2 days set top is automatically restart when we switch on set top box after this I complained to customer care they said they will send engineer but engineer was not came I complained for this issue to customer care four time but they not solve my issue they daily told your issue will solved so please help

          I have recharged below videocon d2h account on 26th november 2019 from amount 500inr and waited till 27th november 2019 to get service activated. I have contacted customer case several time for either service activation. They have tried something from their end which couldn't solve the problem and asked if i need to raise a complaint which will cost additional 200inr. I have told them that i cannot pay additional 200inr as there is no fault from my end on the physical connectivity of antenna. Then i have asked them to refund the recharge amount which they cannot do as well.

          I need either the services to get activated without any additional cost or cancel the account and refund the recent recharge amount.

            I purchased videocon led tv (Model – uhd led vnv43q549sam) on 08/11/2017 from vijay sales, ahmedabad. After about 1 year my tv had issue regarding screen and half of my tv screen gone black. So as earliest as possible, on the next i registered complaint regarding earlier mentioned issue to customer care. Then they sent technician to my home to resolve issue and they checked tv and have told me that tv screen need to replace and since it is under warranty period, they will replace screen within 15 days for free of cost. So i waited patiently for 15 days then i contacted to technician 2-3 time but he told me that he didn’t receive part from company and suggested to call and ask to customer care.
            I called up them and they answered that “your part has been approved but yet to be dispatch and we will contact you whenever your part will be dispatched from here”. So again i waited patiently and from that time i called customer care more than 5-6 times but they are answering same matter as said earlier every time.
            I decided to take matter to vijay sale since they are dealer but sadly they had no any answer and didn’t take any responsibility or even they didn’t take any action in this matter.

              My customer id no:2463360, i not get channels from 20/11/2019 to till now beacuse of setup box not working properly. First i complained on 21/11/2019 to costumer care of d2h i. E no[protected] but they dont sent any engineer to resove problem they close complaint directly again i gave complaint on 24/11/2019 that no[protected] again they dont send any one they said this one is also closed. Now i gave another complaint on 25/11/2019 that no is 68882034 today they say that we resolve it with in 24 hours.6 months ago they repeat same problem they wont respond properly and they taken 20 days nearly they dont gave compansation days to me. So now also i told that please solve my problem and compantiate those days from 21/11/2019 to when they wii solve problem date.

                  Dear sir,
                  My son in law Mr. Hari Shankar is using your D2H service
                  Temperorily he wanted to relocate this service to my residence which is in Suchitra, Hyderabad
                  The service for reinstallation was requested on Saturday(16.11.2019) & customer care informed that it will be done within 24 hrs
                  When we checked up Sunday (17.11.2019) around 11am, customer care informed that engineer will complete the work by 7.30 on the same day. Also I got the SMS giving the time as 7.03 Pm. When called the customer care again at around 5.30 pm, they confirmed that work will be completed as per schdule.At 6.45pm, & 7pm the customer care people reversed the statement & informed that it is 8 working hrs from the complaint time, so the will reach you before Monday schedule time. Their lie can be proved in two way
                  1. You can check the conversations in which the customer care person has given the time 7.30pm Sunday
                  2. I have got SMS which I am rec'd from customer care mentioning the time of completion of work. Contents copied below

                  This is the worst experience I ever had with a customer service team I have contacted for giving solution to my issues

                  Today(19.11.2019) till this time 7.45pm I have not rec'd any call from Videocon.

                  I sent a mail to Nodal officer to escalate this issue to the following email ids

                    Please help on this matter, which is pending from 3rd November to till date.

                    One small issue shows in my d2h " Signal Not available". Fo this issue i have following some many time but because of Berhampur distributor till the time I did not get rectification.

                    If you study my case from my Customer ID, then you can understand why there is a 15days delay for rectification.

                    The d2h engineer, Berhampur Distribute doesn't have feelings and they r ignoring our request.

                    I took 33 times to call, 8 times mail, 10 times Tweets, but till date, my issue not fixed bt d2h company.

                    Already they are harassing me last 15days, now they(d2h) are telling change complete setup box with customer pay all the amount.

                    I am ready to pay this device replacement if they asked the 1st day(3rd Nov) when I raised a complaint. starting time your engineer had told this set box doesn't have an issue but After 15 days of harassment, why they are telling to replace box, is it justice .

                      I am not able to watch any channel on videocon d2h. I selected my package from d2h on 20th oct and did a recharge of 269, on 7th november they have stopped my services stating my recharge amount is 339. How can my recharge amount would be 339 when i have selected a package of 269 from d2h infinity app? I have already raised a complaint to team d2h and they said the issue would be resolved by 16th nov 11:00 am... But this is not resolved yet. Can someone look into this on a serious note..

                          I have purchase videocon 50 inch led tv on date 29 oct 2016. And company give 5 years warranty. After 2 years half screen black picture issue occers so i have registered my 50 inch led tv complaint from my mobile number [protected] to your customercare service number [protected] on date 26 july 2019. On same day your engineer has visited and said backlight led bar was not working and take rs 900/-as service charge.
                          Company has approved the spare parts on 30.07.2019 and transferred to aurangabad ware house on 07.09.2019. But it was not shipped from aurangabad warehouse to agra service centre till today date 16 nov 2019. So it was the last update of my tv complaint according to videocon customercare after that no update is provided by your customer care. We are countinously following our complaint from your customer care service center but they are not able to provide any update.
                          I have also send e-mail two times on [protected]@vgmail.com but no response is received by me.

                                  In the last 3 days, i have received 170+ calls from 38 different numbers, and every time, a new person keeps calling. I am tired of blocking so many numbers. I received one call and they are so stupid, they don't care if we ask them to stop. They keep calling. They ensure to start at 10:02 in the morning and do not stop till 19:28 in the evening, daily. Imagine, 170 calls in 3 days and imagine how many calls per day.

                                  They use different numbers to call, every time i block one. I am on dnd, and dnd means dnd.

                                    My d2h was not working from 08/11/2019. I lodged a complaint on 09/11/2019 on videocon d2h call center in this regards on 09/11/2019. The executive promised that within 24 hrs their engineer will visit to resolve the error, but no one visited till 11/11/2019; hence i again called on d2h call center & they promised that within 8 working hours, my problem will be sought out.

                                    I waited till afternoon of 13/11/2019 & than again called to d2h call center but surprisingly the executive reverts that there is no such complaint in their record. I request him to check my call recording but he denied; hence i requested to transferred the call to their senior, after so much time of holding they couldn't transferred the call & disconnected my call. I 2-3 time again called but the same thing happen again.

                                    Till now my d2h is not working for which i have paid advance rental. I have a question, the customer care center of d2h is customer care center or else it is customer harassment center.

                                      We had purchased vdieocon tv from om sai electronics on 26/06/2017 having model no. V3229 and serial no 1948. Since last 5-6 months the tv is not working properly. We had raised issue with the manufacturer and they had taken our tv from our residence for repair, they had kept the tv with them for almost 4 months but the tv is not working properly and we raised the issue again but in no vain and now they are not even entertaining us. We are raising this issue with you to take stern action against them as it has resulted into physical and mental harassment.
