I have applied for transferring videocon international limited share (folio no TD 501199 distinctive non [protected] - [protected] ) Shares certificate number[protected] viay Blazeflashi couriers (doc number
5898915 ) dated 28th December 2002 at Videocon international limited autocars compound, Adalat roand Aurangabad 431005 Maharashtra. Till date I have neither recv any transfer Certicate or any communicaiton from Videocon International Limited. about share transferring.

I had sent repeted letter / Mail to know the status, but everytime I did not get any responce from them.
the mail address which I used to communicate are [protected]@videoconmail.com, [protected]@vsnl.com'; '[protected]@eth.net'.

Please help me out on the above or let me know the process which I need to follow.

    Hi,
    I purchased a videocon TV model "Bazoomba" from Maharashtra Finance electronics Gondia.For the last 10 days My new Videocon Bazoomba TV is lying dead and in spite of several reminders no action has yet been taken by company.
    It is reaaly surprising that such an efficient company as that of there name is not heeding to my complaint.
    really a poor company that not solving problems of valuable consumers.

      Videocon Color TV — Dealer asks ransom for early service delivery or wait infinitely for free service depite TV stopped working in just one month

      I had bought Videocon color television Model CTV VID-29 CTVK29 3084 on Aug 30, 2008 from Next retail showroom, Murbad Road, Kalyan(w). It stopped working on October 14, 2008. I registered complaint on the same day at Next retail Showroom.
      my Complaint number is[protected]. Technician had visited on Oct 16, 2008 at my home and had taken Television board to service center. He again came to place that board into my television on Oct 18, 2008 but after attaching board he came to know that problem was not solved and TV was not working even after second visit. He claimed that circuit was burnt because of lightening despite the fact that complaint was lodged on the same day the problem occurred when sky was dry and there was no rains at all.

      Now the Videocon Dealer (Agra Road Kalyan) is saying unethically that if you want this get repaired then pay Rs. 4000 or wait infinitely to get repair for free.

      His technician is not so technically sound to analyze the problem in my TV. If it was lightening case then his technician should have noticed in first visit. Why he took 4 days to come to conclusion that it is a lightening case, Since he was not able to analyze the cause he is just describing it as lightening case without any proper reason. This case is nothing but the faulty TV delivered to me by NEXT outlet

      This is pathetic experience with Videocon on the eve of Diwali.

      one more complaint i have against Next outlet as following up with Videocon is their job as I had bought from them and they had committed for service. Next is not at all helping me in this case.

      One of the Next employee had also commented that why did you buy Videocon these are cheap and that’s why doesn’t work after few days.I don’t have any proof of this but this is dangerous comment I had received over the phone while doing follow ups. If someone just trace my calls from AirTel then one would get its proof.

      Videocon Color TV — Videocon dealer asks ransom for early service delivery or wait infinitely for free service.

      This is complaint against NEXT Retail shop who has delivered me faulty product and against VIDEOCON Service center who is asking ransom for early service delivery.

        Dera Sir,

        I purchased Videocon semi automaticwashing machine from Goregaon West in November 2008 that means my machine is still under warranty period. Even though the machine is only 9 months old I had to call the engineer about 8 times. From the very next month the drain button started giving problem, the engineer used to tell that you must press the button and turn, we have been doing that mbut still the nsame problem.

        The engineer nhas been attending the problem everytime we give complain but they have not found any permanent solution for the same.

        You are requested to look into the matter take necessary action against the same.

          After purchasing the Videocon Refrigerator in September 2008, However after 3 months it has stopped working.

          We have lodged the complaint (THA[protected]) with Videocon and their technician has come and worked on it after rigourous follow up of 15 days, However fridge has not started working properly but the complaint was closed by said technician.
          We lodged a 2nd complaint again (THA[protected]) and their same technician came again and did something and closed the call again.
          After we followed with him, he asked us to lodge 3rd complaint.
          We lodged the 3rd complaint(THA[protected]), and the new engineer has come in 2 days and fridge has started working properly. The engineer asked us to use voltage stabiliser for fridge.

          Even after using Voltage Stabiliser on for the refrigerator, after 2 months refrigerator has again stopped working, We lodged 4th complaint (THA[protected]) with videocon and in 2 days the engineer come and fridge has started working as normal again.

          However next day refrigerator, has stopped working completely again
          We had to lodge a new complaint again (THA[protected]).
          The same fridge facing problem with all the service and repairs
          We need a replacement of the product.

          My videocon refrigerator is under warranty. It is not working properly, it do not cool things. So plz take some actions immediately
          videocon 280lt SR NO DEL [protected] NOT WORKING PROPERLY.IT DOES NOT COOLING, I HAVE COMPAINT IT ON DATED[protected] &[protected] REQUEST COMPLAINT NO [protected] I AM NOT GETTING PROPER RESPONCE TILL DATE.PLEASE TAKE SOME ACTION IMMEDIATELY.
          I am Amit Shanbaug, a consumer of your Videocon double door refrigerater. My experience with both the appliances as well as the after service has left a bad taste.

          We purchased the appliance on 28th of March 2008 from the NEXT retail showroom at Sion. My problems started the day we purchased it. The service centre took more than a month to get the product installed. It was lying at my house in the box pack for that period. Every time we would call, the rep would inform us that the engineer would come to our house the very next day. Finally, it was only installed, when we personally went to the showroom and demanded our money back.

          According to the warranty card the product has a six year warrenty period. On 16th June 2009, that is nearly 14 months of buying it, the product started giving us problems and stopped working. We called the service centre ( Reference no: MUM[protected]) and the representative came to our place on the 23rd of June, we were informed that the compresser needs repairs for the cooling to take place. We were told by the representative that it would cost us Rs 1400/- for the repairs. When we asked the representative if it is not covered by the warrenty period, we were informed that the cost is towards towing the product to the service station and filling gas.

          They took in near 26 days to repair the product and on delivery i found out that the light bulb inside the refrigerator was not working. I refused to pay the balance repair amount and so the next day a representative was send again to collect the money and repair the bulb. I was also told that though not mentioned, the compressor would have a six month garauntee and if anything goes wrong, it would be repaired free of cost.

          Now less than two months later, the product has gone bust again. I have registered a complaint ( Reference: MUM[protected]) with the service centre. My family generally prefers products from companies like LG, but it was on my insistence that they had gone for videocon. The videocon guys have certainly proved my family right.

            Dear Sir,

            We Purchaced a LCD TV of videocon company from Vijay electronics, jaipur now that LCD TV is not working from 25 days we call regularly but they cannot take any action they dont reapir the LCD. On last monay one engg. come from videocon company they take 700 RS of service Charges after that engg. Mr. Rajnish now he dont come and solve our problem now he put his phone swithed off from last two days, we are in very trouble, now we have one more proble we misplace the bill of that LCD TV, we only have one bill were r mentiond we gave tokan money of 500 RS, there r duplicate bill of that TV with vijay electronics, jaipur, Please take some action against them as soon as possible.

                I purchased Videocon colour T.V. (model: CTVK29V) on 12.09.2008 from Electric Enterprises, Lanka, Varanasi-5. I am sorry to say that the visual performance of the set is not at all satisfactory since the date of purchasing. I got the set repaired for 5 to 6 times by the Videocon company technician, but the result is still unsatisfactory.
                I, therefore request you, kindly to get exchanged the above-mentioned set with a new one and oblige.

                  I am facing too much problem in double door refrigerator of videocon purchased on 15/6/2009 from Towri sales, Nagpur. At first instance it gets hot too much then we complaint to the company they have left to fill cooling gas. After two or three days later it gets too much cooled all the things in freeze gets very hard. We have complaint to the company they are not repairing well and the problem persist. I am in great difficulty because this is very costly thing for us and freeze is not functioning well.

                    Washing Machine — cleaning tub of WM not working

                    Sir,
                    This is in reference to above, I have lodged a complaint for my Washing Machine model S-70 covered under your home care plan . Plan validity is upto 2010.
                    I have lodged complaint on 7th aug to your call centre vide complaint no JP[protected]. After followup engineer visited to my home on 8th evening and after examining the WM and seeing the AMC document he assured to come next day i.e on 9th aug to change the part. Next day he came and told your plan is not coming on our computer so please give a photocopy of plan and I will enter the plan in computer and replace the part on next day. Again I have lodged my complaint to your centre vide complaint no JP[protected] on 9th afternoon. They have assured that compaint will be resolved by 9th itself. We have waited but no one came from the company and even no communication have been done from your side for delay. When we have contacted to your customer care on 11th afternoon they told helplessly to contact jaipur office on phone 5125252. We have called to your eng. Mr. Vishnu sharma on his mob.[protected], he told I can not change part unless you talk to office on Ph.2355571/3228813. When we contacted to your office they did'nt give proper reply put down the phone. When we conacted to jaipur Branch no 5125252, they told we will feed data in computer and it will take another one day to resolve the compaint. When I requested to resolve the complaint for same day as I have to go out of the station for a week. They told helplessly we can not do anything because you have taken plan in lucknow and we have to lot of formalities. When I asked a contact no of higher authorities they refused to give it.

                    In this whole episode my submission is that what I my fault as a consumer I have paid on time and want service on time is my fault. Should I leave my important Bank official work and keep following to your call centre whole week?.

                    Please resolve my complaint immediately and also answer to my questions. If the matter is delayed I will be compelled to move to higher authorities including forum for justice.

                        TV not working.No power supply

                        poor quality door rubber gaskets

                        I have purchased Videocon Refrigerator 2 months ago, and the quality of door gaskets is so bad, due which the door opens itself and I have to put a table or chair for support to keep the refrigerator door closed. I am helpless and frustrated very much. I think I have made a big mistake by purchasing Videocon product. The service and service providers are also illeterate people and misbehave with customers....

                        Videocon Air Conditioners — Quality of Product and Service

                        Videocon Airconditioners are of worst quality product in the Indian Market. To add to the woes of the customers their service is also most inefficient. The compressor of my Airconditioner stopped working within few months and was replaced after several complaints. Again the compressor stopped working within few months and even after the complaint no one attended the complaint.
                        Kindly Please help me out. Videocon must clarify that whether I have to go to the Consumer court or my complaints will be entertained or not. Videocon products are worst and their service too.

                          i have purchased the washing machine with a 2 year warranty u its washtub spins very slow after a lot of complaints I have made, then also the customer care guy comes and he changes only the ribbon of motor and afterwards it spins fast. but after 2-3 weeks it spins very slow.
                          please take a note of it.

                          yes... im using Videocon multie 6800 since 3 years... now its spins works very very slow ... it takes hours to wash clothes. ... any idea what would charges to change the motor...??

                            This is to inform you that I had purchased a Videocon 1.5 Ton. A.C. from M/s Bhatia Brothers Civil Lines Roorkee Vide Bill No. 686 Dated 27.5.07 It is a matter of great regret that inspite of my repeated personal requests & visits of my representative to your authorised service centre at Roorkee the complaint has not been rectified as yet.

                            The complaint of my a/c was lodged on 4.07.09 & the service engineer turned up after a gap of 4 days that too after a lot of pursuance & requests & diagnosed that the compressor needs replacement I requested Mr. Nikhil Verma you are authorized service agent & he assured that it would be done soon but nothing been done as yet.

                            I took up the matter with your Deharadun office & spoke to Mr. Sudhir Sharma to which he replied that the complaint has been lodged only on 13/07/09 after a gap of nearly 10 days.

                            It is hard to believe that the after sales service of such a reputed company like Videocon is so poor & the service people have a very careless & casual attitude. However he spoke to Nikhil & has assured me A.C. would be rectified very soon.

                            It is now after a gap of nearly 18 days I am writing this to you as nothing has be done as yet.

                            I request you to please look into the matter personally & direct the service center to rectify the defect & set the A.C in working condition. It is also requested that no charges whatsoever should be charged from me.

                            I shall be much obliged.

                              Dear sir / madam I Bhavesh kalia purchased videocon LCD TV INTEGRA 32 ND (L.29) chasis nos 23700277from vijay sales borivali west on dt 3/9/2007 but now suddenly my TV is not working from remote so I called your customer care no 39404040 on dt 13 july 2009 & complaint no is MUM [protected] after two days your man Mr Ganesh came to my resident & gave the estimate to repair it but he also said that now at present we dont have that part so you call our head Mr Tushar on his cell no [protected] so he will arrange it so next day i called Tushar & asked him about that part so he told me that now we dont have that part & i will order it to videocon company after that i will send my man to your address to install it so i keep patient & now on sunday dt 19 july 2009 again i called Tushar that what happened about that part so he replied me that till now your part has not come from our company but if you want i can do u favour that the cost of that part is Rs 1751/- & i have that part with me i[censored] realy want to install it fast so u pay me extra money for that Rs 2500/- & service charge extra & I will give u bill of Rs 1751/- only
                              So u r requested to look in this matter that why your man are doing corruption & harrassing your customers & also arrange that part to install in my LCD TV as soon as possible

                              Videocon LCD tv — No response.

                              I bought a Videocon LCD TV on 13th of oct and tv is not working properly. I lodged the complaint and was promised to get it solved by 19th. But no action has been taken and no reply has been received from there end. Kindly resolve it.

                                I purchase refrigertors in 2008 from KalkaJi New Delhi .main problem is now is not colling properly.please do the repaire the same on urgent basis.

                                I. V.Ravi kumar, purchased videocon refrigirator in NEXT Shop at Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam-12. in last month. my problem has the piece has not cooling. I complained in online(call centre) my complaint no.VAI[protected]. Here the service is very poor, those persons not respond my problem. plz followup my complaint for immediate rectify. otherwise i will proceed by consumerforum against your service centre.

                                I sincere advise you here u r authorised service centres and engineers are very negligents and indisciplined persons plz change him. peoples are very fear to buy ur videocon products beacuse u r product is good but service is very poor.

                                plz do necessary action to rectify my problem.

                                Good evening,
                                This is second complaint, the same problem of cooling once again (2nd
                                time)we have fetch with our refrigerator. Earlier I was made a
                                complaint on 8th of august 2009. Please solve this problem permanently
                                hence trust is matter.remaining detail is mentioned as followed by
                                last complains(see below). We are feeling very much harassed due to the behavour with in a month. Please replace the Refrigerator or cash back.


                                Refrigerator is very important home appliences in todays scenerio. My
                                refrigerator is not working (cooling) while power is on . I am unable

                                Respected Sir,
                                This letter is meant for getting you into notice about the different Videocon products which I possess presently and the faulty manufacture products.
                                I am Dr. Preetej Macwan, residing at Anand, Gujarat. At present I am using 14 Colour Television, 5 Refrigerators and 2 Airconditioners of Videocon India make. One among these stuff, I had bought a Refrigerator F180 costing 6600/-, on 20th March ’06. From Shakti sales corporation, Anand.
                                This refrigerator worked exactly as assured by the Videocon company, But only for 2 ( Two ) Years. Since it was unable to work properly I sent it for servicing on 11th August ’08, at Yash Services, and it cost me 1285/- Bill no. 204 ( Videocon authorised service station )
                                This refrigerator worked well again for only 6 ( Six ) months and started giving the same old functional problems. Again I gave it for servicing on 3rd february ’09 at Sai Services, which cost me 2450/- Bill no. 26 which hardly worked for 3 ( Three ) months and was sent back for servicing at the same place Sai Services on 26th May ’09, costing me 950/- ( Videocon authorised service station )
                                This mighty Refrigerator delivered its best for another 4 ( Four ) months and today on 12th October ‘09 is having the same old problems.
                                Since I am TIRED with this useless temporary functioning of this refrigerator and Services so WORTHLESS, I am taking an opportunity to complain to the Customer care. I shall also get to your notice Sir, that I have literally thrown away 2 ( Two ) Videocon colour Television for such improper functioning.
                                I Hope and Wish, that you would look into this matter seriously Sir. So that I can also look forward for various other Videocon products in future.

                                    Hello,

                                    I purchased a 21 inch flat screen TV of Videocon from Sneehanjali Showroom (Vasai) in exchange of my old Videocon TV which was a Color Display 24 inch in working condition. The salesman inquired about the old TV. How many channels are there? Is it color? and in working condition? All the answers were positive. The deal was finalised and I placed an order with the Company.
                                    The delivery of the TV took place in the afternoon. Everything was set. The mechanic checked my old TV and thereafter packed it and took it away. When I was still trying to figure out the features of the new TV in the late evening, the executive gives me a call and tells me that our technician have checked ur old TV in the workshop and they say your TV has been converted so you need to pay an extra Rs.1000 to compensate for the same.

                                    I was shocked at this. As far as my knowledge, in an exchange scheme all the checking takes place at the consumer's place and once the product has been picked up from the customer's place no type of research can be charged upon the customer. I argued with him for the same saying that I cannot pay the extra amount you are charging me as the transaction has already taken place(I payed through my debit card the entire amount) The price of the TV was Rs. 6900/- and the exchange rate for my TV was Rs. 3000/-

                                    He said that it is mandatory and I need to pay the extra charge because the TV has been converted and the channels extended, but when we purchased the TV it was an 89 channel, I told him this. He told me you can come over here and check it out. Our engineers will explain you. But I knew it was of no use as I do not have any technical knowledge and they were trying to take advantage of the same. The next day, he directly sent two of his labourers to collect the money. I told them I wouldn't pay them. Those guys told me to speak to the Company again. I called up and told the salesman I won't pay the money as it is none of my business what you people research after the product has been taken from my house, What is the guarantee that you people have not removed the parts and replaced? How will I know of it?

                                    But they seemed to be professional cheaters. My parents were not there around me, but they told me on the phone not to pay him any money as it is going to go in their pockets. After much of discussion, the salesman threatened me saying that"aapke jaise customer se kaise deal karneka, ye hamme achi tarah se aata hai. Mai apne aadmi ko bhej raha hoon. Agar aap paise nahi de rahe ho, toh woh log naya TV le ke jaayenge aur juna Tv aapka rakh ke jaayenge..."

                                    But I was in two minds. If I take back my old TV there was no guarantee that those thugs would keep my original parts and second as to pay the money or no. I was totally confused and devastated. Those labourers were not ready to move unless and until they got their money. After some negotiation, the sales person agreed to make it a full-and-final settlement of Rs. 500/- I consulted my neighbour, she was askin me to bring it more down, but i was in no mood to talk to that arrogant sales man. I gave him 500 bucks and asked him to leave immediately. So its a good lesson for all you guys planning to take any new product on exchange. Do not pay the money. I am just 21 and this was my first learning experience of day light robbery.
