I purchased videocon TV on 21 /6/2009 And i am Facing problam from 20/7/2009 to till Date.
Customer care team and shopkeeper not give the proper response....

I purchased Videocon semi automaticwashing machine from Goregaon West in November 2008 that means my machine is still under warranty period. Even though the machine is only 9 months old I had to call the engineer about 8 times. After purchasing the Videocon Refrigerator in September 2008, However after 3 months it has stopped working.

We have lodged the complaint (THA[protected]) with Videocon and their technician has come and worked on it after rigourous follow up of 15 days, However fridge has not started working properly but the complaint was closed by said technician.
