From 13 march, 19 onwards i am trying ti connect videocon d2h customer care no. But unable contact till date. They are also not giving satisfactory answer on mail. Though i have balance in my account, but unable to see channels from a week. They just fooled customer by providing 1 no. Which was not connecting till date. Hope i will get help/solution to my issue.

    I have purchased videocon ddb smart tv and within 1 year of purchase itself, the tv hangs. I have made handful of complaints. A couple of tine their engineer visited and said that the software is old and soon we will upgrade. Waiting for 2 years the soon never came. My tv just doesnt start by remote or by the buttons on the tv. Everything ooerates after i let my tv switched on for 30 minutes then everything starts working.

    Please. Do not buy this product because videocon does not provide customer service.

      After the new update that each channel needs to be selected or a completely different pack we need to login... I tried logging in to the d2h account but the contact number seems invalid
      I tried contacting customer care which is useless and have no idea what i need n asked me to me online while she was transferring the call to specific team to uodate my contact number which then hung up the call. Wasted my weekend my ruin. Ipl ruined.. Worst service

      Please change my registered contact number from [protected]/[protected] to [protected]

        Hi,

        I have activated south platinum hd pack for my d2h customer id[protected] on 2nd march 2019. I was able to watch all the channel without any issu till today. But from today morning i am not able to watch any channel. Please resolve this as soon as possible.

        I have also refreshed the service as adviced also restarted the stb multiple times but no help.

          Dear team,

          My name is pradeep and my customer id is 93107339. I recharged my account today and also taken 3 days credit from you customer care executive but there is no any services will be active on my d2h. From last friday i am tried so my times to your customer care and also written a mail regarding this but there is no any call received by from your team or neither gives a resolution from your customer care executives. And also your customer care no. Is not reachable and when its reachable its just hold down by ibr and automatically disconnected within 5-7 minutes. If you are not able to provide me the resolution then refund my money i am move to another options or service providers.
          How will you give the resolution to the customer when your customer care and nodal officer number is continuosly going on busy. I need my money otherwise no. Of days when my d2h is not active you will give me the waiver of this.. Give me the proper feedback or resolution of my complaint and if you cn`t do it then tell me i move to other service providers.
          So patheic and poor services

            Do as soon as possible. Since last wk trying to contact customer care no. No response.
            Mobile number and cust id should be confidential. Don't display.
            Since last 1 week trying to contact videocan d2h customer care but all time busy. Why u people have provided such type of number otherwise increase yours cutomer care executives. I want to select family pack of d2h channel which i am unable to do due to not registration of mobile number. Do it immediately.

              This company videocon d2h is the worst, customer service number not working, they do not meet the customers requirements. Even after recharge, the content is not coming from past two days
              Cust[protected] recharged with rs.800, balance rs.806. I've been calling the customer care center for the past two days. I would not recommend to anyone videocon d2h.

                I have requested for my d2h reinstallation on 18th mar with a request that i will be available till 10 am at home and as promised that it will be completed in 24 hrs but no body came till 19th so i again contacted your customer care and i was informed that it will be resolved in 8 hrs but nobody came till 20th mat 12 pm. At 12: 38 i received a call that i have to come for reinstallation but i told him that i will be available till 10 am so come next day but on 21st i again called him at 9 am but no answer so again called cusfomer care, so they logged a complain and again on 22nd i received a call at 11:45 that i have to come from a engineer and again i told the same thing and he told ok i will come next day. I co tacted in afternoon to customer care to inform for the same but i was informed that engineer has closed my call stating that i have refused to pay afer work. So i asked customer care when nobody has came than how come i will refuse and why i will refuse so he again raised a complain but till now nobody came and whenever i am calling engineer he is saying coming in 1 hr but never came also whenever i am calling your customer care for complain since 23rd i am told that due to technical issue will be not able to help you. Is this customer service.

                  From last few days am not able to view the channels which i have subscribed.. If i contact customer care, always they have problem with their system.. And they don't know how to solve the issue.. The money is getting deducted, but we can't watch channels.. Its completely fraud.. This has happened many times within one month.. The problem occurred from their technical issue, and they talk of sending engineers, and we have to pay 200rs.. If it happens again and again why should i pay the money?? Kindly solve the issue as early as possible..

                    Sir my set box complete dead new peace installed but within 2 hour remote is not working somany time complent to viocon d2h company but phone not respond every time rejecting but local solapur office so many times directly complainting but not respond and arrogance the treatment very hopeless

                      Unable to login to videocon d2h website.
                      Despite trying for so many times it refreshes login page again and again. It has been about 2 months now but still the same.
                      Tried to resolve it by complaining to customer care but they took no action after registering complaint.
                      Thus unable to create my own channels pack as par trai guidelines.

                      Kindly resolve the issue as the earliest as possible.

                        I am getting this error in my box and i have also refresh the same your service is very poor because your team member are not responding my calls in proper they debit the request.

                        I am trying from yesterday morning and every time response is please call after 30 minutes and some time response is please i am transfer your call to our executive but within 2 second calls got disconnect.

                        And as per error box is inactive but videocon executives are unable to understand the problems.

                          My new customer id[protected]
                          I also called d2h customer care more time but not clear my satisfaction, custmer care is also active my new package without my permission and charge 29/30 rs per day
                          Then 15 rs per automatically.
                          I have no change my package aur no change monthly charge.
                          Please give me help on my support to my previous plan and my previous monthly charge.

                                    Set up box no is :[protected]. As i was using in hubli, karnataka now my brother-in-law is using in bengaluru for the past one year. Now i want to change the set up box to my brother in law name. But for the three months we are trying in all the corners like sending the sms to 566777. But its not delivering at all to the sms number. And even nodal officer and customer care is not at all working. Requesting concerned authority to solve at earliest.
