I have tried calling customer care and also nodal officer from past three days there is no proper response not picking up the call and I have balance in my account then also no channel is coming to my d2h. And I tried so many times to call the customer care they picking the call and telling server problem.
Pls check this problem.

    Respected sir,
    I am Mojidor Ali, a D2H customer. My Videocon D2H id is 60318306. My olp phone number has been deactivated. Therefore I'm getting too much troubles in recharging and changing new channel pack also. Therefore i want to add my new number as RTN and my new number is [protected].
    Please solve my problem as soon as possible. I'll be very glad and thankful to you.

        This is Ranjan Roy from Bangalore and I am using Videocon d2h from last 2 years and suddenly from Maqrch 2018 I am getting an error message on my screen saying signal not available. When I called your customer service, first he asked me to wait for 2 hrs to resolve this problem, but its not fixed. Then when I called today your agent told me that I need to pay Rs 150 to your service enginner for his visit. This is absolutely not acceptable from you guys. I caled a multiple times to customer care number but it is not at all connected .Please revert me back asap, before I throw away your box and dish from my house. My cust id is[protected] and my phone number is [protected].

          I need to change my pack as per new selection policy. I am not able access the content either through website or app provided by videocon. Customer care always busy, not able connect to get resolve my issues. Now i want to get some of channels but not able access it. One of my friend also suffereing with same issue. I am helpless. Either they should give more representatives for customer care or they provide valid app, so i can enable my self. pathetic service. My customer id:[protected]. in the name of Sankar.

            Change my rtn
            Old - [protected]
            New - [protected]
            I have lost my rtn and i want to update the new trai pack. Because of lost rtn i cant do anything. And videocon customer care is so bad. I cant even connect to them, the route is always busy. And if it connects by mistake and i enter my customer id it says invalid. When you can't handle the customers then you should close your company..
            Change my rtn asap otherwise i am gonna change my service provider..

              Hi Team,

              Please change the registered mobile number of d2h account[protected] from [protected] to [protected]. I have tried contacting customer care number which is [protected] more than 50 times but no luck. Always says all lines are busy.

              Coming to your website, I feel very pathetic. There is no option to change registered mobile number via email/ with my d2h account details. Even after providing email id the password reset will go to registered mobile number only.

                I am using videocon from last two year. There is an issue of message coming on tv again and again shown in subject. On calling customer care they are asking for visiting charges of rupees 200. It seems like they are trying to fool customers by asking so much of visiting charge, as this was not informed earlier that you will have to pay visiting charges.

                  I have recharged and subscribed the channels but still it has not been updated. The customer care number ([protected]) is also not working. It always says the number is busy. I haven't got any reply to the email ([protected]@d2h.com). I have also sent several sms regarding the above issue but haven't got any reply nor was the issue resolved ([protected]). Kindly update the same.

                        I have just installed the d2h decorder but its showing c06: smart card not authorised. Do help me on how to move about. They asked me to refresh the account i tried to refresh and technical issue message came out. Tried to refresh the same thing appeared again where there an error of c06 smart card not authorised. Please advise me i have been going through this for the past 3 hours.

                            I have purchased videocon d2h. My customer id is 40206569. Please change my registered mobile number from [protected] to [protected] and please change the name from damrudhar baghel to samuel baghel. I have recharged last month with my monthly package but only zee tv is available while other channels are not showing. On the tv screen it is showing please contact customer care.                               Hi,
                              I started using Videocon d2h at my home just 2-3 months back and i have never received satisfactory service in return and this can be concluded in terms of their customer service or their website server.

                              But recently since 10-15 days, few of the channels are not available on my television and 'Service not available' is the error message that is displayed. I have tried contacting customer service for like 15 times min. and out of that many attempts just 3 of my calls were answered. For every answered call i just received a single reply that "Our servers are down and we can not process your request for now please call back after 30-45 mins".

                              I am paying too much money for the service and in return i am receiving the worst experience. I plan on to change the service and switch on to some other service provider.

                                    Now i apply new videocon d2h customer id[protected]. So for this i given my same number. Now i am trying to login using otp. I able to login. But my account is displaying old customer id. So i unable setup my package for my new connection. I am not using old connection

                                      We selected plan as per customer care executive suggestions but didn't get as per validity ..
                                      Even selected channels didn't come till 4 days.. what a worst service.
                                      We called them 5 times they have not response properly finaly we told to disconnect our services they he transferred call to supervisor .
                                      I think that supervisor drunk on duty he spoke same drinker at duty .
                                      Really such a big company do not put like that negligence supervisor.
                                      If you cannot improve your customer service system please help us to disconnect.

                                        I have videocon d2h set top box having customer id:57261464.
                                        As per TRAI regulation I have selected my channel pack on videocon website. I try to select my plan more than 3 time but every time pack was not activated. Due to worst website service random plan is activated on my account. I try to complaint about it on there customer care no:[protected] and [protected], but This number are not in service so I mail about this issue on email id: [protected]@dishd2h.com
                                        I got reply from Mr.Amarjit that your entertainment will continue uninterrupted.
                                        after more than 10 days still I have random selected plan on my account. I again write a mail to [protected]@dishd2h.com but now this time I didnt getting any reply.
