    I have purchased the videocon d2h hd set-top box connection on 16 march 2019. While buying the connection the dealer said that all channels will be visible and free for one month so i have bought this connection on the basis of that. But now most of the important channels like star plus, colors, ndtv, aajtak, music channels etc.. Which should be part of the package are not visible.
    When me and my wife went to the dealer to talk about this, he directly refused on his statement that he didnt tell all channels will be visible. This is a direct fraud this dealer is doing with us which is not at all acceptable from a videocon dealer. Also the dealer was very rude. He misbehaved with us and faught with us very badly. We need a resolution to this asap.

      I purchased Videocon LED TV (Model: VMD 55 FH OZ FA, Serial No.[protected] from M/s New Berco Electronics (Regd.), A-1, Rajrani Market Najafgarh road, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi 110059 vide invoice no HO/17-18/3956, dated 11/06/2017, under extended warranty up to 10/06/2020.
      On 3/12/2018, I logged a complaint for partially darkness in display to customer care no.[protected], with reference no. DEL/[protected] and response code: 21712. Following day i.e. 4/12/2018, Mr Sandeep (Mobile no. [protected]) from authorised service center (M/s Mukesh Electronics, B-235, Inder enclave - 2, Shani bazar road, Kirari, New Delhi 110086) visited onsite and reported lighting board fault and has to be replaced under warranty and charged us Rs 1300/- and I paid the same vide cash Memo receipt no. 311 dated 4/12/2018.
      It has been 3 months and several follow-ups with service engineer and customer care, I have not seen any update and actions.

        I am videocon d2h customer. Customer id is[protected]

        I have recharged rs 250 to my d2h service on 18-march-2019, 10:00 am. After which i was unable to see any channel and when i ask customer support they simply get the complaint and ask me for one day. Till they are taken 2 complaints but there is no solution.

          I own a videocon d2h connection and i applied for a migration to new trai guidelines on feb 29th. And i got migrated before 7 days (Approximately). I also own a second connection of videocon.

          The service for the primary connection was totally disrupted during migration and the second connection works very well though both are in mirror plans.

          I called customer care nearly 10 times and everytime they have reasons and say it will work in 10mins. I even spoke to their supervisors. They assigned a technician and said it will be resolved in a day. But the technician closed the call without any intimation. They assigned 3 technicians and made me wait for 3 days and everytime i was disconencted.

          When i spoke again they said it will be resolved in 8 hours and nothing happened. I called again the next day and the customer care deliberately cut my cal twice saying it was network issue.

          I tried complaining the nodal officer and below is mail copy. There was not even a acknowledgement mail from them and nobody cared.

          I was forced to contact you for this. Please look into the issue.

          I am not planning to continue with videocon. But still i want to know why the quality is so dull with such big service provider.

                I am an subscriber of videocon d2h (Customer id[protected] and having problem in receiving channels as per subscription. I have been following up with the call center since feb 21 and the set up box was changed twice. The call center number is not reachable or busy most of the time. Even if the call connects, it is on hold for a very long time and sometimes disconnected.

                I think some other customer's id is configured into our system as i am seeing other customer id[protected] on my tv instead of mine. I have reported this multiple times to the call center but the issue has not been resolved even after almost a month.

                  Sir i am using videocon d2h service. This company is in very worst cuatomer services helpline no is also very useless. Nobody care of customer in this company. Always did as per his own rules and force to customer as per there's own term and conditions. I made my channal package as per my choice at the website successfully, but repeated request on helpline and also e-mail. It is not started since last 20 days. Automatically started basic package without my permission and now when i request for change, company force me to choose much higher amount channel package. Stop showing all paid channels without my permission. After several complaints over helpline and e email, never responded. I can only say about this company, is so careless towards customer service. Rang more than 100 times at customer care, but every time got the same message "all executive are busy, your call is important to us please wait" and after completion of 6 min the call disconnected with the worlds "thank you for calling".

                                  My customer id is[protected] for past 2 3 weeks all channels are missing that were listed in my pack.. I had sent so many mails and complaints till now but none of them are effective these # don't listen and now i am furious over this. All the channels in gold pack are missing majority of it i mean. The main channels are missing and it is showing not subscribed. I had done recharge of 450 and still i am getting this # service from this pathetic company.

He is no longer in our contact. I successfully however changed the registered phone number from my account by logging into it, but i am not able to change the name. So i request you to change the name to sateshwari chandani, which is my father's name as he is using and paying for this customer id. I am mentioning it below again.
