I facing many problems of channel subscription. Always see massage on screen please subscribe the channel. I can't select my own choice channel package. And my registered mobile is not work properly dut to network problem.

    I complained just now ...i got the same email as i got in for 2 times before in this same day, also there email id option is not giving any help nor the phone numbers ...even the phone numbers provided on this website are not working, check them n then provide them, mentioned website is also not working .all their executives are always busy . when we call on the customer care number the answer is number is incorrect.if this are ur services wht is the use of your consumer forum?

      I m the user of videocon d2h. today i have recharged my account (customer id[protected]of rs 300 with the selected channels but the channels are not yet activated .i have recharged d account at almost 4pm n now its 6:51 yet the channels r not activated.i tried all d available customer care numbers, i have also email ed my complaint at the given email id on the website of d2h but there is no response . they every time send the same email n there is no solution to my problem.the numbers they provide in the email r either busy or they do not answer .what the customer should do in this situation?

      infact all the numbers provided ion website and in the email r not working and they are sending the same emails again i think they dont read only

        From 15 March 2019 I am getting "No channel found error"
        I have been trying to videocon customer care no[protected] /[protected] everyday . Every time they say that issue will be resolved within 30 min., At times executive told me to switch on my set top box and TV for 15 min. Then issue will be fixed. But till date I have not got any solution.
        I don't know what to do and where to complain.

          I get connection was nov'18 & one year validity plan upto nov'19, but my plan was automatically changed without my knowledge & customer car said plan was changed as per new trai rules,
          But equal amount was credited to your account shortly
          Till date i'm waiting & yet not respond to d2h (Mean time i recharge 2 times with my own money)

          Totally dispoint with their service

          Poor response from customer care (I'm telling same problem but customer care told me deference deference reason for delay)
          Around 20+ time called to customer care regarding this issue

            Dear Sir,
            Myself Deepnarayan Mishra, a customer of Videocon d2h, As discussed with customer service representative i had Recharged my package with Rs:-354/- but unable to find any paid channel. Only getting the Free Dth channels.
            And the unfortunate thing is after calling again n again no any representative is resolving the problem. Also unable to generate OTP.

            The worst experience ever I have with this.

            You are requested to kindly Resolve the Issues, as I had Recharged the same as per their instructions.

              Videocon DTH activated by own choice & pay only for the same (A-La-Carte )From the last three month service provide disconnect my plan before its expire & when we request last month by mail service is active. Know same thing repeated by the service provider service is suspended from 17.03.2019 again service suspended & we view only free channels.More than 5 mails & 15 cal in[protected]/1800xxxxx..

              Huge time waste in phone complaints & mail.

                My customer id is[protected]. My previous rtn number has been discontinued.
                We are trying to contact with your customer care number of delhi region but there is no respose from you. I want to change my previous number :[protected] to [protected]. I am not able to choose my pack due to this.
                I have no access to your trai feature. Kindly contact us or pick our call and change our rtn number as soon as possible.

                      The desired telugu channels stopped showing abruptly since the last 10 days, when i call customer care, i get to hear the same monotonous response that the servers are down and please call after 1 hour.
                      From the last 10 days, i am hearing the same response.
                      I tried mailing the customercare email address. There is no response to my query.
                      Later, i came to know that the channels have to be choosen from the website.
                      I followed the steps and selected my desired channels to watch. Nobody called till now.
                      There is no way, i can throw away or get out of this trouble caused by videocon d2h.
                      I am loosing my money, no channels are seen, and on top it the customer service response is very very disappointing.
                      If someone from the team is reading my problem, please respond at the earliest.

                          Two days back i have got recharged my customer id no.55120570 at buchpora srinagar j&k state, but the dashboard asks to recharge besides completing other alternative formalities. We have been put to a lot of inconveniences and have got disgusted with your services. This attitude of yours may force us to switch over to other services like tata sky etc.

                            I am customer of d2h, i have pay monthly recharge but last 10 days not a single channel was shown by d2h. I have call customer care lot of time but this was worst customer service in the world. My money was lost because they not showing a single free channel but after subscription plan was ended they stop the service. Please take legal action on those because of it was very big scam to looted indian consumer.

                                Unable to login to videocon d2h since yesterday for Cust Id :[protected]
                                Despite putting OTP for so many times it shows a blank black page of d2h.com.
                                Tried to resolve it through password but i am unable to reset the password.
                                Thus unable to create my own channels pack as par trai guidelines.
                                contact customer care guys were not helping at all.
                                Kindly resolve the issue as the earliest.

                                    Hi,
                                    I am having videocon d2h connection (Customer id:[protected], i am being overcharged.

                                    My monthly charge is rs 589 i recharged rs 599 on 17th mar 2019, total balance was rs 834, and they say 19th apr 2019 it will get over, ideally it should be 42 days (That is 28th apr 2019).
                                    (Basically they are charging rs. 26 instead of 19.63)

                                    I have sent email to [protected]@d2h.com on 17/3, no response.

                                    I have lodged 2 complaints (Complaint no.[protected] and[protected] still in open state which they said will be resolved first in 24 hours, second in 12 hours.

                                    Getting connection to the phone number itself big problem. Once connected it takes more than 10 mins to talk to exec, i have repeat the problem

Details:- customer id[protected], satellite box no-1011 sr no[protected] and registration (Card) no-[protected]. So please do needful as early as possible because i want to recharge and maintains by the name of my self.
                                      Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Not able to login to videocon d2h website since last 1 month. Neither by using OTP nor by using password. Hence unable to create my own pack as per TRAI guidelines. Complained to customer care many times but no response till date.

                                      2days back in our d2h 1by 1 channels are stopped we can recharge our d2h full amount but no channel coming till this date there is no signal can please send your repair person to my home otherwise i will take strict action

                                        I am extremely unhappy with pathetic service from the Videocon d2h. I am very very angry with vague customer care replies. i am following them from the date of 27th February, 2019 to till date but they are not responding.
                                        I would like to request to you kindly help to get resolve this.
