    Gave work order on 3rd march, 2019 for re-nstallation of stb but till date, no reply from their end. No reply of mail, only one reply from customer care executive - "please call afrer 30 minutes, server is down" and it is for last one week. But they are deducting amount from d2h balance without providing any service. Frustrated with their service and planning to switch to other service provider.

Since last week in there official site there is a option called request call that also i have put request.

          I have d2h connection in the name jayaprakash cus id is[[protected]]. On 01.03.2019 because of my mistake i recharged with my mobile number ([protected]) instead of customer id[[protected]] for rs 360 through payzapp app of hdfc bank

          Please reverse the amt. Into my

          I have called to customer care number so many times. I am not getting better reply from them.

          Kindly please help on this or atleast reply the status. I have called to hdfc customer care, they are clearly saying money is detected to videocon.

          I never expect this kind of irresponsible reply from videocon.

              I have multiple problems with d2h but none of them getting resolved as the customer care number is always busy. I have been trying for last 4 days.
              1. First their hdmi setup not working in setup box. They blamed on tv but my other hdmi setup is working except videocone d2h
              2. I selected the channels as trai direction. I received acknowledgement stating they will get back. Its been 2 months but the expected channels are not reflecting. I did receive a email confirming so on my complaint but still not activated.
              3. I am getting black screen with the message ""from dss, persistent message, from dss, bpcl account has ran out of balance, please recharge the account." in almost every channel that was working earlier. But i have good amount balance in the account.

              The service is moving from best to worse in last 6 months after the trai has announced to pick selected channels. Let me know if i need to change the provider if d2h cannot address my complaint.

                                  My set up box is not working from last 10 days, i am unable to reach their customer care number, it is always busy. When i mail them, i get reply after 5 emails and that too copy paste one.
                                  What should i do now, i have paid them till october 2019 for the services which i am not able to view, will they compensate me for that

                                    We are using videocon d2h but from last two days we are not getting some of the channels like all asianet channels (Asianet hd, asianet movies, asianet news etc), flowers tv, surya tv etc which we used to put for watching our favourite programs. We have been recharging promptly. We tried to contact customer care but no one is responding. We are very much disappointed with this service and expect a quality service from videocon.                                       I am also facing the same issue, did call to Customer care they are charging 200rs for technical support to visit technical person to my home. Basically, If I have already paid for the service and I am facing the issue then isn't it service provider responsibility to provide service.

                                        I have selected my plan according to the new system it's almost 15 days I am calling the customer service they are not helping they tell me it would get started in 10 min or 2hrs everytime they tell me this reason my Money is getting wasted I want it to get start as soon as possible
