Videocon Industries — change my registered number for videocon d2h

I need to change the registered phone number as its no longer in use. How is it possible? I could not find out the option to change the number. Already registered in the site. Consumer id[protected]. Please do the needful. Old no. Is [protected]. Please change to [protected]. Please do the needful so that i can select our own channels as now our favourite channels are not coming up. This provider provides channel with poor signal. Marathi, Hindi and other channels have no signals simultaneously. Not so good service of self complaint/ consumer care.
