Not able lovin into videocon site. Getting wring credentials error. Same problem with otp based login also. I am not able to select my channels due to this issue. Waste fellow videoconn. Cal alos not connecting to cc. Resolve this on priority waste service fello videocon. Fasing issue from last 10 days. What can i do without communication. Pls do resolve yaar.

I have selected my plan according to the new system it's almost 15 days I am calling the customer service they are not helping they tell me it would get started in 10 min or 2hrs everytime they tell me this reason my Money is getting wasted I want it to get start as soon as possible

      How to change my rtn number as it should be changed to new rtn number.
      Where in i have got changed to new mobile number. Since my old rtn number is deactivated could not receive any messages in it. Tried reaching vediocon dth customer service desk. Didn't got proper response. So it is quite frustrating when service desk don't give proper update to users

        Videocon cheats cheap

        only 25 channels of DD is mandatory.. But Videocon forces useless channels as FTA in pack and cheats.

        Thereby making required channel selction after 100 at high cost

        As per the latest TRAI regulations Videocon d2h is not working. Their customer care number is not working. I have given my choices on their website but the channel list, which was accepted has not been applied.           Dear sir/madam,
          I have installed videocon d2h having customer id[protected]. As per trai rules consumers have to select the channels as per our choice up to 31.01.2019 but at the last of january its period was extended up to 31.03.2019. So i continued my regular diamond pack of rs.450 and also recharged it on 7th february, but meanwhile due to some reason my d2h antenna on top moved and tv was showing 'no signal' error, after contacting to customer care and i agreed to give rs.200 as service charge to videocon d2h, videocon sent a engineer and set the antenna after that my d2h service was started, i gave rs.200 to videocon engineer; but on 23.02.2019 my service was stop with a message of insufficient balance but in fact it should last up to 08.03.19 as per monthly regular recharge. Then i have called on [protected] this number many many times, initially i have told that videocon has deducted rs.200 as a service charge though i have given it to videocon engineer mr. Mahesh. Then videocon also agreed that it was debited falsely from my d2h account and will be credited to my d2h account after some time but after calling on above number to videocon they told me many reasons specially 'due to some technical issue we can not help you'. On 08.03.2019 i received call from videocon telling that by mistake videocon has deducted rs.200 from my d2h account to recover that i should recharge with rs.100 then my service will restart and we will credit rs.200 to your d2h account on the same day after some time, but still i did not received any message of account credit and when i have checked my balance it was about rs.87.
          My tv was off more than 12 days due to videocon d2h fault and still they have not assured me what they have promised me. I also told them that i will wait till tomorrow for your action otherwise on next day i will register your complaint to trai, but they have not taken any action. Today videocon have stopped my service.
          Sir due to videocon i have suffered a lot so i want a penalty of rs. 5000 from them as mentally harassing me, though i have done all recharges time to time.

              Yesterday i have recharged my account with 250 rs and some money already there but yesterday night no channels was coming then i have checked my account and there is showing zero balance and no package because you have migrated my account as new trai regalation. But i have selected your recommneded package gold combo rs 250 and same time i rechraged with 250 rs but still not effected same into my account and my d2h is not working since yesterday, even i recieve the message from company for recharging your account while i also got the confirmation from videocon for succsfull recharge yesterday.

              I have tried many times to call at customercare since yesterday but not able to reach, always showing busy and auto disconnected. It is very embrassing, how level of your customer services.. Please looking forward support to activate my package and show my balance into my account, please refer screen shot for recharge with transactions ids.

When i call the customer care & spoke with paramjeet singh as a representative & ask him about the details of my plan, he replied that we are facing technical issue so please call us back later hence i requested him to transfer the call to supervisor but he repeatedly said that i cannot transfer the call because of technical issue.                         On 27th feb 2019, i registered the complaint with complaint id[protected].
                        The complaint was regarding the setup boxes (2 nos.) are not working.

                        On 28th feb, d2h engineer visited the place. Suggested to replace both setup
                        Boxes (I am holding family pack account) along with the transmitter device
                        Installed at dish tv.
                        I suggested him to replace all faulty devices and deduct the charges /amount from my videocon account (Available balance rs. 6000/-)
                        On 1st march come to know that the complaint id was closed by videocon engineer with out any resolution. On request they registered another complaint with id[protected].
                        However, no response / resolution from videocon d2h team yet.
                        I requested them to discontinue the d2h service and refund back my amount. Still, no update received from them.
                        Pathetic service from videocon d2h team. Very disappointed.

                                I have bought the TV @2016, the TV i recieved is fault .So reported on the firstday itself and replaced with new one. For the past 8 months, i have been trying to repair the defect which arised @ 2017.I complained many a time to Videocon service. Total amount is 51000, i couldn't a proper response and value from the Sharptronics and Videocon I have facing mental stress due to this.Me and my family following them for almost 8 months.                                       I am able to select my own channel pack as per trai new rules. Since 10 feb2019 i am visiting the videocon d2h website and trying to select my own channels pack and every time it shows your d2h pack has updated as per your selection however in reality i cannot view the channels i have selected and my available balance is reducing everyday.
