I have been using videocon sim & [protected] is my no, from last few month they are activating midnight fantacy service (which was not willing by me) and deducting my balance.i have contacted customer care but they do not provide any response.now a days so many people are facing such problems and don't know where to find solution about it.

      I had very bad experience with fake sales strategy by D2h, they subscribed me without my permission d2h cinema a pathetic chanel, and asking who give permission they says there is call done etc.. and they dont even had proof for this crap my id is[protected] and i want to complaint about this fraud company .

          I recharged my videocon d2h on http://www.videocond2h.com/ using my credit card. When I tried to recharge for the next time I found that they have saved my credit card information. I want them to delete my credit card information so I called there customer care but they don't have any idea about how to delete the credit card information.

            Please refer to my complaint no. 1601D[protected] registered by me to your customer care no. In spite of my regular follow-up from last one month my 40" LED has been taken to your service centre. But it is again hold by your service centre from more than a week.

            I talked many times to your ZM - Mr Prabhakar (Delhi Region). Action is still pending in absence of some part from your company. Very sorry to say, my experience with your officer mr Prabhakar and also with other executives are not good. In spite of holdging responsible post he never picks the phone from me. Every time he made wrong commitment to me for resolution of my complaint.

            If your company is not able to produce the part of the TV within one year purchased, you replace it immediately as i was told by mr Prabhakar.

            AS my complaint is pending with you more than one month, I again request you to please do the needful very soon at your end.

            I dont want to take help of consumer court or some media channel against you but your irresponsible behaviour instigate me to do so. This is my first experience with your company and you can understand my experience with you people.

            Hope you will take this seriously and will resolve it.

              The set top box not working and called customer support no service person has come and the call center representative calling to recharge the non working set top box.They just need money no service and they charge heavy for service.
              So i shifted to other service provider.not satified with video and audio quality.no clearity at all. BAd service.

                VSG s5222 model AC is not working and not supported by Videocon

                VSG 5222 model AC is a failure model from Videocon, no service or replacement from Videocon.
                service engineer says its a board problem and Videocon does not have the part anymore !

                So consumer is left in gutter !

                1.They are charging visiting fee for engineer visit, even in case of their fault, .
                2.After paying cash, Rs, 175 /- to their Engineer, he did not provided any receipt of money.
                3. there was telephonic conversation and i confirm their telephonic represntative on payment of services and services resume.
                4. my account balance was Rs. 65 as on 28.02.2016, company disconnected my services claiming for non payment of Rs.25 for engineer visit.
                5. My services was not resumed even after spontaneous payment of Rs.400 to Videocon D2H
                6. services was not resumed for 3 hours and when I called their company shamelessly they inform me that my services are disconnected as i have no Rs.25 for Rs.175 bill they charge me for engineer visit . they have received only payment of Rs.150.

                7. Unprofessional approach, lack of support and untrained staff are true face of this company.

                  Poor and pathatic staff on the phone and no seriousness to resolve my request till now.

                    I have been facing issues with videocon service for the last 3 months, that's from the time I have taken this connection... And I must service has been very bad ... I get a standard answer then telling the local cable operator in the apartment is carrying issue by not letting enter the apartment.. Which I understand.
                    Every time an engineer calls tells us to pick him up from and point, post which they will fix the problem... We have agreed to that as well ... But all in vain... Next time you call the engineer he never picks the ph...
                    Again the story continues ... Call the customer service, raise a compliant, engineer calls, repeats the same thing and stops picking the ph
                    In these 3 months I have called a million times on a daily basis...
                    Asked them to atleast cancel the service and give me a refund, no response on that aswell
                    Request the concerned authority to take proper action videocon for making their customer run around ( wasting our valuable time and money)
                    My sincere request to people who get to read this... Pls dnt opt for videocon .. Worst service ... The so called nodal officer also doesn't respond to mails...

                      As we are are a regular user of your services, we should get free maintenance. I have opted for your platinum pack and also have taken 222 channel( a very pathetic channel with movies 3 months old and shown already on other channels.) Now your signal problem should be solved by you. Why should i pay for that.

                          I am fedup with the calls I get from the customer care services of Videocon D2H. I know when I need to recharge. Why they have to call every day and ask me when will you recharge and unnecessarily taking my time on calls.
                          The company should seriously review their process and stop calling the customers and they can save their money also.

                            I am totally disappointed by your service.I got to inform through my parents that d2h is not working.When I called customer care they inform me that your service is disconnected.I asked about my service expire period they said its for 1 year .I took connection on July 2015 so ho you people can disconnect service before expiry.Customer care response that due to some other addons your subscription period get reduced.I told them that i have not request for any other addon service as they said service li smart service hd cinema is activated but i didn't request for any such service without my approval they activated these services and even they didn't inform me befire disconnecting my d2h disconnection.They called 100 times for addon service facility every time i denied that i dont want any service.Their back end team had activated these addon service without any intimation.My parents used d2h they don't need any such services .I am requesting to connect my d2h service asap I want my subscription period till my 1 year complete after that I will remove your Videocon d2h and will take some other operator service those provide a nice service to customers.

                            When I have 1 year subscription period from 12 july 2015 to 12th july 2016 so why i should recharge again

                            Back end team activated some services hd cinema and smart service without any approval from me .We didnt used that services and neither we requested for such service

                            Experience using videocon: pathetic fraud company who make fools of customers

                            If my problem will not solve I will take way of consumer forum and will take action against your fraud company

                              Issue is still not resolved customer care gave me time 8.15 pm but till now my parents are facing problem d2H is still not working .Worst customer experience.

                              We would like to inform you that as a goodwill gesture we have waived off Rs. Rs 1, 009.38/- against D2H CINEMA and SMART SERVICES add-on. Please note that your current base pack is SUPER GOLD with monthly subscription of Rs. 254, and current account balance is of Rs. 1, 255.10 as on Feb 25, 2016 with next recharge date Jul 24, 2016. Please be informed that any changes in base package or add-on pack will affect the due date.

                              Further we would like to inform you that both the Add On’s D2H CINEMA and SMART SERVICES has been cancelled from your account & we have activated DND for promotional calls going from our end on your RTN & same will be implemented from Feb 26th 2016.

                                  I got the new connection[protected]. Installation was promised to be free and cable was also free upto 10 meters. There was no other charges were ever mentioned.
                                  As I am staying in a building with very standard construction and facilities. I was expecting a Standard Installation with some extra cable price.(as talked with customer care people)
                                  I am fine with paying for extra cable cost, but I was charged Rs. 600 additionally for connector/joiner.
                                  1. Building is standard, so this is a standard installation which is free.
                                  2. It was never mentioned anywhere about any connector/joiner cost.
                                  3. I got annual platinum + multiroom. It is better for you, that I am a customer having 2 connections. And you should have anticipated any hardware requirement earlier.
                                  4. Now, it is your responsibility to take on the cost. Ethically you better take up the responsibility.

                                  Please refund my money.

                                      Address: Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400706

                                      We have lodged complains to Videocon service center Arshi Electricals, Mumbai for water dripping in our fridge no D312DX in 2nd week of Feb '16. Technician visited twice and everytime, he enlarged the problem.

                                      Now, they are not picking up the phone.

                                      We are at risk as water dripping is heavy.

                                      No proper desk at Videocon is attanding now.
