I recharged my d2h account on 26.03.2019 but till date my tv is not connected error massage reflected e-107-4 how ever i contact lots of time to customer care but very rude and irresponsible behave not attend call so many time even i email my complaint to their nodal officer, customer care but till date no reply even ask them to refund my recharge amount but they said there is no procedure to refund amount i

Videocon satellite lcd tv other functionality is working good. D2h only not working. I will try to contact customer care last one month. that tv is 3 yrs warranty and I also saw a tag of 3 years warranty.
