Having Purchased a Videocon LED 65'' almost around a year back with a warranty of 3 years from Pushpa Sales Agency, Nanpura SURAT.

The Display of the Television is not working properly and having complained multiple times, there has not been a single effort from the customer care team to reach us regarding the same.
They Give us numbers of persons in the field that are assigned with the repairs work and on calling them, the calls go unanswered.

The complaint had been filed on the 27th of july 2018 under complaint number 0078 and since then the status just shows PENDING/PARTS OUT OF STOCK.
The service centre guy had come down to my place to check the matter during the initial days and charged me Rs 800/- for just coming to the place for repairs work. Having received the money they now havent done anything regarding the matter and are very careless with the work.

I would surely not recommend anyone for the videocon products.
Pathetic is the state of the companies products and the company as well.

They think that a customer is worthless with his/her time and money.

They are taking the complaints for granted and making fun o[censored]s.

    I'm getting way too many promotional phone calls and text messages for my videocon d2h connection. They start from as early as 9am and i get multiple calls throughout the day. Sometimes its automated calls and sometimes it's an actual person. They always peddle some channel or some vod service for the dth that i'm absolutely not interested in. This is straight up harassment. I emailed the customer service about the issue and they actually increased the number of calls per day. Earlier i used to get 2-3 calls a day but after i sent the email telling them to stop calling me, i started getting upwards of 6-7 calls everyday.

    Please for the love of god, stop calling and texting me. I'm not interested in any of these promotions and i'll never ever buy them. I don't want to get even a single call from this company harassing me.

    This is my final attempt to plead to them. If the calls doesn't stop, i'll have no other option than to disconnect the dth.

      Dear sir/madam, i purchased a videocon led tv in oct 2014 from radio house, lucknow with 5 yrs warranty for rs 33, 800. Last year in oct 2017 my tv was not functioning so it was sent for repair which i got back in jan 2018 without proper repairing and was sent again for repair in march 2018 which i got back in april 2018. Again in june 2018 it was sent for repair but till now we haven't received it back. It's almost a year we are suffering because of this company, they promised for 5 yrs warranty but they are not fullfilling the promise. Pls help us out in getting our tv after proper repairing as soon as possible or they should compensate with either a new tv or the amount of purchase of tv.

          Dear mam/sir,
          Kindly note that i have a videocon led tv installed at my residence during oct-2017, as per above details.

          The tv has become defective and non-functional w. E. F. 1st july 2018, within warranty period of one year.

          I have personally contacted the servicing branch at videocon center - jajpurtown (Contact person mr. Sanjay having mobile no. [protected], landline contact - +[protected].
          He collected invoice copy and other details from my residence on 1st week of july 2018. He checked and informed that the defect is irreparable and the tv would be replaced free of cost from videocon side within maximum 10 days of time.

          However, from last 45 days i am waiting to receive any information about my replacement order. The above contact person is also not picking up my repeated phone calls creating doubt in my mind about any hidden intentions. I also observe that the service center at above location always remains locked from last 30 days.

          This kind of irresponsibility was not expected from representative of a reputed company like yours.

          Could you pl. Investigate and expedite the process of rectification of above defect and confirm at the earliest.

          I had bought q VM VT80C41-CBL VIDEOCON W.M a few months ago. Lately the spin function isn't working at all. The timer changes by itself. There are a few cases of Electric shocks from the body of the washing machine.
          Sir, I have purchased Videocon led on 15/06/17. With extended warranty of 1+2 years.
          Complaint is being given but unfortunately no action is being taken so far..
          No Response from Deoria, Utter Pradesh, videocon care
          Office.
          Service Engineer took 300 rs for LNB replacement and 200 rs for Service charge whereas as per company policy LNB cost is 175 rs. Then how he took extra money from me?? He also took away my old LNB. Additionally they didn't give you any receipt for the same.

            I have been behind Vijay Sales Chembur for last 6 months, but there is no one who can resolve this issue. The Manager has been trying his best to co-ordinate with the Videocon guys to solve my problem, but they have been turning a deaf ear to it. My TV was bought in march 2016, and has a guarantee of 3 yrs.

            After making a lot of complaints and going every second day to Vijay Sales, chembur, the Manager managed to call the Videocon service station - Aspire Electronics, and they picked up my TV, after charging me Rs. 2000/- as service chgs. They said they will repair and get in back in 1 weeks time.
            After a week theTV was brought back and as the guys were about to leave the house, I asked hem to put it on and show me the pic qulaity. To my horror, the TV was not repaired and the problem still existed.
            I called up the service incharge and was given vague answers. after this one more service person called me up and said not to worry, and that he will send the technician to my house to get the problem resolved.
            Its been 3 weeks now and every time they have some excuse or the other to postpone the repair.

            Its Horrible and frustrating now... pls help

              Girish Negi - I want to change my plan, subsequently over customer care no. matter has been requested to service provider and they guided me to put some more money in my account to change the plan as per my requirement. Later I tried to connect with them and they have diverted the call to some out side party who harass me over phone, this is the way they are treating the valued customer. If things are continued and I have not get the Justice then should no option will be left but to complain to consumer forum/court and local police regarding that matter.
              Very upset and irritated with your service.

                I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[protected]. Since from last 4 to 5 months, i am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions, smart card errors. I have to lodge complaints & it follows a mammoth follow-up. I have wasted my precious time in lodging complaints & they are just checking my patience.

                Recently they have provided 28 days of service against 30 days of recharge. Also i have come across smart card errors several times, but they are avoiding to replace the same in warranty period. It's a loss to the common man like me. Already their packages are costly & if they are giving such a pathetic services then how can be tv viewing enjoyable?
                As it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration (30 min-1hr). Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back. If we write email, they simply avoid to reply it.

                Nodal officer no's mentioned on their website are fake/not working.

                Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their products. I want my money back for the investment done on their useless products.

                I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                  I am using videocon d2h service (customer id[protected] from very long time. I do recharge of every month from other payment sites like freecharge, paytm in advance and after that I check the balance on videocond2h.com website by filling basic information. Last month, an add-on (KIDS ACTIVE) was automatically got activated. I thought may be accidentally someone has done it. I filed a complaint to deactivate the same. They told me that it is having locking period of 30 days after that it can be deactivated. So, I waited till 22st of september, 2018. Again, I checked on videocond2h.com website and it showed that the addon was still active. I called customer care and asked to deactivate, then he deactivated the addon instantly. Then I told him that it should have deactivated automatically on 21st september. So, I told him to credit two days balance of the activated addon in my account. He didn't answer and disconnect the phone. I again called and told to register the complaint. He gave me a complaint no[protected] and told me that the issue will be resolved on 23, september, 2018. I didn't get any message regarding my issue from videocond2h. Today, I again checked the website and it says one addon is active now (cook active). This time I am certain nobody has activated. I called the care and asked to deactivate then she told me it has 30 days locking period after that only it can be deactivated. I explained her the whole matter and then she registered a complaint (complaint no[protected] and she said it will be resolved by tomorrow(24, september, 2018) which I know nothing will happen. I never faced such scam. I request you that please look into this matter.

                  I have already explained all the issues. Next month when this add-on expires then you will certainly activate another add-on and deduct my money. Do whatever DND you want to apply. I don't want to see your ### explanation. I want my money back otherwise I will have to go to higher authorities for all grievances I am facing. Because this is the second time, you have deducted my money on the name of add-on. Please see my record, I haven't a single time requested for any type of add-on. If my issue is not resolved then I will certainly not recommend anyone for videocon services and I will have to switch to other D2H service provider.

                      I am still in wait today is 23.08.18 please answer when I would be got an an satisfactory answer from you.

                      I have made several call in Videocon electronics and the call was attended by Mr kamal in service depptt, this person is given fake commitment to me from last two week s that the part is on the way . More than one and half month has passed I am mentally disturbed from this task.

                      I have requested him to replacement of the TV and they said clearly no to me and again given me time to wait for a week.

                      Every time they are just forward the date only and do not want to attend the complaint. They just left the local company far beyond in the line in terms of fake commitment.

                      Kindly take them a penalty for the miscommitment for which they are charging more money from the customer.

                      This in regards of Videocon DDB smart tv purchased from vijaya sales crown plaza Faridabad on dated 14.10.17. I got signal problem with the this tv and logged complaints against it on 9th of july 18. The engineer attended the complaint after one day and confirm the data card problem with the tv and told the resolve this problem within 48 hours.

                      After that today is 21 st no any update i got from the customer service team as of now. I have called many times to the customer care but they reply that the part is not available with them. and every day I am getting some new problem with the product I got the signal problem first and after that I am starting on smart tv mode then now the speaker of the tv is not working now. some time signal comes and some times lost in the clear weather.

                      if this product is defected then why they are not changing it or therwise repair it timely. almost 12 days passed sir there is too big problem for me which I am facing now. every day the family member remembered me to resolve the problem but I have no any answer to give them and no any update that how much times it takes to resolve.

                      This is really a worst services structure made by the most world famous company. No any support till now I am getting from the company. worst product and worst services.

                      Kindly help me to resolve the issue.

                            During the last service of videocon d2h hd set top box, the technician took almost 2 hrs and still could only get half the channels to work. Midway he asked for change of a part for which he charged 250 extra and then after replacing the part and several attempts to configure, only few channels started working with only india news channel working in whole news category. None of movie channels working, 2-3 music channels only working even with maxigold pack. On telling him why is he not able to get all channels he was very unsure and said... Maybe ur set top box needs to be replaced hence to write to company and they will charge and send you a replacement. On hearing the unsure tone and charges involved of replacement... I have not written so far bcoz he himself was not confident if box really needs replacement. But now, i want to voice this as i feel, why should a customer suffer if the technician is not able to fix complete faults during his visit while charging full amount for it. Company should atleast ensure fixing of issues during such visits and i am not even sure if the part was at all replaced for which i was charged extra since the damaged part was not shown or returned to me. A redressal needs to be done by videocon.

                              My videocon tv was not working and it was under extended warranty. The tv was sent to repair and was said that it will be done within 7 days. I am trying to contact the repairer and the numbers are switched off. I tried contacting to vgservices and they said that the they are awaiting for a part. It has been more than 15 days now and the tv is still missing with no updates.

                                I have been using Videocon D2H connection for some time. Earlier they had a great feature called Mosaic PIP whereby it acted like a menu and allowed me to quickly jump to a channel of my choice. I could pick the category from various sub groups like Music, English Movies, Hindi, Lifestyle, Regional then within regional various languages and so on.

                                Recently they upgraded the software and now I have only 8 items to choose from and many of the earlier menu options have been removed.

                                In addition I had a very disappointing experience with customer care. The representative said the Mosaiv has been totally removed, then he said only 5 options are there then he fumbled. When I insisted that I want to talk to their superior, he kept on keeping me on hold for extended duration and kept on telling me that no one is available. Finally after a long wait I got a chance to speak to the senior.

                                I would like to see all menu options under Mosaic PIP so that the interface is more usefrindly. Many of the competitors of D2H like Tata Sky have implemented far better menus. I don't understand why D2H has even removed what it earlier offered and there's no alternative.

                                The representative said if I want to know a particular channel number I can call customer care and they will let me know the number. How ridiculous!!

                                  checked with my friends every one said always issue with video con dth this frequent issue videocon dth called customer down grade plan they tell we cannot downgrade you need pay 400 inr for basic pack and if call nodal team drop mail they never reply all costly no use, kind request pls do not take cheating videocon dth pls go with other airtel dth, sun dth, tata sky dth upcoming jio dth, airtel dth, sun dth, tata sky dth my friends saying this dth very good also videocon dth all dealers saying do not take videocon dth worst very costly no channels and nobody care pls do not vidocon dth

                                      I have given my 50" LED TV for service on July 14th, can someone help me resolving this asap -- Job No : BAN[protected]

                                      My issue is still not resolved
                                      Service center guys asks me to call customer support
                                      Customer support asks me to call service center

                                      I got few numbers from Customer Care Center

                                      1. Ramesh - Bangalore service manager, never picks up the phone, left him multiple whatsapp messages, he reads the whatsapp message but never responds
                                      2. Abishek- they say he is the top service head person, he never picks his phone, left him multiple whatsapp messages he reads but never responds

                                      3. Service Center guy says, we will give you some date, if that date crosses we wont respond properly, he also says, we wil take some times 3 to 4 months to service a TV
                                      4. One of your call center agent suggests me to book a legal complaint

                                      I called customer support 50 times atleast
                                      I appreciate if someone looks at this issue from top level and resolves this asap

                                        I have request to relocate my dth on 17/8/18 and it's not been done after 4 days and 3 complaints. My videocon d2h id is[protected]... I didn't get a call from any regarding the same... Services in sivagangai are the worst... I spoke to supervisor and everytime they say i'll escalate the issue to concern department and wait for 8 hours... I[censored] can't resolve, please take back my d2h...
