Videocon Industries — not able to change plan and not able to contact customer care

I recharged my accnt on 1st march... Silver marathi combo i selected.. But i m nt able to see zee marathi and colors marathi.. And also i want to chsnge this plan... Bt videovon d2h customer service is nt recieving phone?... Nobody is helping out... I did mail also... Continuosly calling customer care whole dat. Waiting for 10 n more mins... Still nobody recieving

Videocon d2h not providing broadcaster banquet as released by broadcaster. I done channel selection through TRAI but they r not providing that. Instead of that they created their own packages and ala cart

I have been trying to select channels of my choice on Videocn D2H website.But their website is not responding. It's more than 20 days neither the toll free desk is resolving our issue nor the website.

I am your very old customer but since last January, 2019 my channels as requested by TRI rules are not working and entire amount is debited.
Kindly refund my amount and regularize the account after proper intimation.

Poor customer service. i am Videocon d2h customer since last five year. as per direction of customer care. i was chhosen channe, submit thereafter recharge TV on 23 Feb 19. however channel not yet started by the company also not attended phone.
