Below said laptop has been given for service 9th october 2018, till now i have not get back my laptop - whenever we enquire your service centre is telling "we are yet to get spare from hp" - my laptop is lying at your service centre for the past 20 days - no improvement and you people did not have the courtesy to make a call to me for taking time delay.

Very worst customer service. My d2h connection problem happens from last 20 days. Service engineer rajkishor Sahu not coming. Daily complaining at customer care. No results. Customer I'd 39108434.

So many times I am complaining, but customer care service not responding. I am recharged my account for three months.

Dear videocon d2h service provider can you tell me that from which date I am able to watch live match on dd sports... It was really sad that every-One was less than us but they are watching match on TV but we are not capable of watching match on TV because you blocked channel during live stream of match...
