Videocon — Videocon d2h setup box h6666 not giving recording facility | |||||
My cust id is :[protected]Videocon d2h) I have upgraded basic hd to hd with rf remote @1299 for getting recording facility on 20 april 2016. I need recording option so i payed for hd digital box with recording option in online. I have also inr 100 and activated recording option also. But i cant record using it so i called customer care back. This time they asked me the model no in the set of box's pack and it is h6666-rf. They replied that this box won't have recording option in it. I got shocked. Even in its pack it printed clearly it having recording option I have not got the the features mentioned in the pack of it. So i asked them give me a correct set of box with recorder feature for what i have paid but they refused my request. I have called online sales department multiple time after i got this issue. More than 4 executives said me that they we check it. But no one solved this my problem. I am very disappointed with this cheap attitude of videocon d2h. Recharge amount increasing
My customer id is[protected], I bought vediocone d2h in july 2014 and that time monthly rebt was 600 for platinum package, in september it was increased to 625 and now for march 2015 it is 640. Why it is increasing so frequentlysim card(8269214289) masg not sent
