I had called Vodafone on 30 March 31 and spoke to Nayna Arvind Tiwari to check on charges that will be charged to me after I exhaust my 5GB data limit. I was told by her that your speed will come down, but there will not be any additional charges. Now I have a bill which approx. Rs 3700 as additional data usage charges. I have called them and explained the situation, to which they say they can’t help as they can’t retrieve the call recording. Need your help to get these charges reversed.

    I was using a Vodafone postpaid corporate mobile No: [protected]. Account No: 5.17918.00.00.100244 since the last 2 years. I had always paid my bills on time. However, in July 2013 I requested Vodafone to close my connection since I was moving abroad. I was told that this would be done and the outstanding bill amount shall be shared with me. In August 2013, I was shocked to receive the bill which included fixed charges for the complete month of August as well. Although my request clearly stated to close the number in July end. Despite my repeated and multiple reminders to the following ID's: Vodafone.[protected]@vodafone.com, PoornimaShenoy.[protected]@vodafone.com, Vodafonerelations.[protected]@vodafone.com, and vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com, I never got a response, despite my wilingness to pay the correct bill amount. Towards the end of 2013, I started getting the Reminder Notice 1, 2 from Vodafone. I contacted Mr. Ranganath who was mentioned in those emails as the contact emails. I was assured that this would be corrected and I will receive the rectified bill amount by email. However, it is surprising that today I received the Legal Notice. Since my emails have not been responded, and my requests have not been serviced by Vodafone, I am very disappointed. And I will be happy to take up things further if Vodafone still does not assist me with the correct bill amount so I can pay that.

      The Internet charges in my bill for last 3 months from January 2014 to Mar 2014 have been generated wrongly. I am paying extra money for a service called "mi_cap_750_30d_promo_3g". I already have 3G plan for 1gb data, which is more than sufficient. So when I got the bill for Jan and Feb, I called to customer care and asked to deactivate the service, but it did not happen. Please deactivate the plan asap, otherwise I have to surrender the connection.

        i have taken 3g service pack of vodafone [protected] on 26 march while travelling some wrong code got pressed and my 1 day 2g service got activated worth rs 5 when i raised issue with company on 111 they are saying your 3g service is lapsed because ur 2g service got activated i asked them to raise a complain and resolve they issue but they have not cooperated and again and again said we are sorry we cannot raise the complain. i have asked then for refund as they are not giving me service but they are not ready to give 1 gb 3g data or refund 249 rs in my account why they are allowed to eat customer money like this i have paid for both 2g and 3g service so why i am not getting 3g service. please help me to get 3g data of 1gb or rs 249 refund in my account.

        We've checked & see that as you had activated the 2G data pack of [protected]@5 your 3G data pack [protected]@249 has been deactivated on the same date. Further, you would not be able to activate both 2G and 3G services simultaneously on your Vodafone number.           Dear sir, I have a post paid connection of Vodafone in which there was a 199 rental plan with 199 data plan for 2g unlimited still the company has charged me with data charges Rs. 811. When i have a unlimited plan active why is there a charge for data. other than that the executive at their outlet in prabhadevi explained to me a plan which is not in existence at all and lured me into believing that the said plan is better which is till date not in existence. i had gone to the store to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid as i am not able to afford the charged levied on me in post paid connection which are always mysterious.             dear sir As I have already mentioned that I want my Vodafone number[protected] back. As I went to USA on temporary basis so i didn't used my Vodafone number. I never suggested you to discontinue my services then how can you guys discontinue my services without giving me any prior notice. i am just failed to understand this. Your company is one of the leading mobile networking industry. I have registered my said number in all my C Vs, employment exchanges, education certificates etc So please do the needful I want my number back at any cost. Even if I need to go to Consumer forum I will definitely go. I have full faith in your company so please do the needful and return me my Vodafone number.               Sir today at 4.30 pm i went to vodafone centre in ludhiana near Baba than singh chownk for activation of my nano sim of no. [protected]. They told me it will be activated in 30 mins..but it has been 7 hours and it is nt active still. I went twice to centre and called on customer care too but they are not helping me. Tomrrow is sunday and im a final year medical student. I need my number asap. I want justice. -karan pramod

                My Vodafone corporate connection was disconnected abruptly without a reason. On calling the customer care, I was initially told that someone sent a mail stating 'personal reason to terminate the number'. I demanded that I be transferred to a supervisor. The call was transferred to Deepak Shelke. He informed that Vodafone has received an email from Capgemini stating that the connection needs to be terminated. This is definitely not true and and such an answer is definitely not expected from an agent manning the Customer Service Desk of a company like Vodafone. The Tariff Plan that I have availed when I signed up for the Vodafone Service(and now I feel it was one big mistake) is a corporate tariff planowned by myself and not company owned and not paid by the company. So why would Capgemini ever send an email to vodafone to terminate my connection. Even if you have received such an email from the company, I should have been called and informed before disconnecting my services. This is a connection that I use for all my work purposes over the weekends and now I am without a phone.

Despite frequent request to costumer care no.198 No action is taken to refund my amount Total Rupees 90.00, Nor confirmed to stop such anomaly.                     The Vodafone Network only works on street level, not in homes or in the building. Not able to hear and lot of call drops. Impossible to use Vodafone network. On the other hand Reliance works great. No one at Vodafone is really interested to solve this Issue since my recurring complaints since last 3 years. Disgusting service.                       this complain is about vodafone online recharge and customer care service . i was doing recharge on my phone from vodafone.in of rupees 115 on [protected]. I filled every detail over there and automatically it is converted in to the rs. 1255. once the charges had been deducted then I called to vodafone . There was a operator. I was talking to him, and he said that your service is not activated right now . So once it will activated then I will change it in to the balance . he gave me a complain number that was[protected]. But there was no response from there side . After 1 hour I called them back to customer care and I talked to another tech he said, my senior operator will call you back before 6' 0 clock and then they will refund your money . He had also gave me an complain number that was[protected]. I waited till 6.30 pm . But there was no response from their side . When i called once again i called in customer care, then there was a guy he was saying we can not refund your money and we can not change your plan . I told him many times, but he was saying just go ahead on the web site and give the feedback to us and he didn't do any thing about that case .                         I applied for MNP from Airtel to Vodafone. A Vodafone executive ([protected]) came and collected all supporting documents on 7 Apr. No response from them since then for almost a week. The executive does not answer the calls neither does he responds to SMS. Vodafone customer care does not have any information about the porting request when called. Who would choose Vodafone if they function this way?

                        MNP usually takes a week.
                        I hope you have raised the request after minimu usage of 3 months at previous service provider.

                        MNP charge is 19Rs and these executives may charge some 50rs max.
                        dont pay much.

                        Call current service provider for status and also verification should be proper ( the friend's number you give while port request) otherwise it fails

                        I had used the link and submitted another application at the vodafone store on 12 Apr to give it another try. But, it's again the same experience. The no. has not been ported and now I too have my doubts to move to Vodafone at all. With the experience so far; I think it's better to continue with the current operator Airtel.

                        Current Status:
                        Airtel has disconnected my number and Vodafone is yet to activate it after a month of request. As of now I do not have any cellular service.

                        I hope Vodafone service shall be better and prompt than experienced so far!
                        Turns out the Vodafone partner who collected the original application is the main reason for all this mess.

                        They did not deliver the SIM they activated, slept on the application until last day of validity.

                        They should be penalize for such a lousy service.
                        I visited the Vodafone store and found out the reason for my no not being active: They activated my number on a different SIM that has never been given to me!

                        Vodafone should take action against whoever is doing such a pathetic work.

                        It's the second day without the connection getting active; let's see how many days Vodafone takes to activate it.

                        Resubmission of the application: 12 Apr

                        Vodafone yet to activate and give me the correct SIM card.

                          Hi all My vodefone number:[protected].I am using 3g plan of 441rs yesterday somebody unexpectly rechareged my number with 2g plan of 17rs then vodefone deactivated my 3g plan of 441rs and activated 17rs plan.I called to the customer care then i shocked myself you deactivated your 3g connection again if you want you have to recharge 441rs then i asked them any body on the planted deactivate a service of 441rs to 17rs.what is this it doesn't make any common sense.i asked them regarding this i want to write a mail but they didnt provide.The are saying their system is perfectly already that means the developers of the system don't have any common sense.If anyone knows the complaints Mai id of vodefone plz let me know .

                            Few days back, I had port my number([protected]) from Airtel to Vodafone and applied for corporate plan whose monthly rental is 99INR.(MNP_ST_MV_STANDARD flat199) (having 150 local and 150 std free calls).My STD calls are higher then Local for that reason I had chosen this corporate plan.
                            On 8th March my Sim was activated, but the plan that was activated on it was not I had applied for. Plan that was activated was(VG_KN_MV_ACC49) having monthly rental 49INR (having higher STD call rate).
                            On the same date I registered a complained against it but still my problem is unsolved.


                            I got a call from your MNP call center, they said that problem will be solved by 24th or 25th March if not I can take any action against them.

                              Im using a Vodafone Number [protected] for the past ten years and never crossed a bill amount of 300 per month. However in Jan 14 they charged me Rs3300 for SMS service stating that i have used around 9000 SMS. I mailed them about false charges and also went to their stores many times but they are not ready for disclosing the information which i ask. So i decided not to pay the bill and now after 3 months they have send a legal notice. Also all my mails sent to them were not replied with proper justification by Vodafone.

Further, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process the waiver as SMS charges mentioned in the bill dated 05/01/2014 are levied accurately.                               The was the statement given by all your Vodafone representatives, I will accept this only if i used your so mentioned SMS's but the fact is i have not sent SMS more than 300. You can take my last 2 yrs billing statement and check the count of SMS sent. And moreover my company is not paying me for sending SMS sitting at the office. You can reach me at [protected].

                                Pathetic vodafone services.. I am corporate postpaid user. And I received the worst service. Their customer care representative dont know how to talk. They are least bothered about people’s time. Their representaive made me visit attheir counter twice or sometimes thrice a day just to submit some stupid documents for verification. I have to submit these kind of docs for three times and still my verification is not done. And each month they deactivate my GPRS service just bcoz my number is not verified. When I asked them about my GPRS services / verification or even what about my documents they ask me to visit again tomorrow. From last three months my number get barded as my credit limit exeeds, I cannot use internet and yet I am charged with extra money. I cannot increase credit limit as my number is not verified. When I call to customer service they tell me to pay 3000 Rs. I don't know for what I have to pay this money when I am a postpaid user. Guys and Girls Please check their policies before enrolling to Vodafone network.

                                When I tried to port out they are not ready to let me port out from their network. This is seriously a monopoly. I have to sacrifice my number which I have been using from last 10years.
                                I already did this twice, no response from anybody. Thank you.

So i contacted customer care number for asking the status but these block BLOCKED my number now i cant able to contact customer care.. Sir if i ask them to resolve any problem, thus it block customer care., then why providing service.. Worst service and worst network i ever seen.. Sir please relive me from this problem..                                     Dear Sir / Madam, This is in reference to the Excess Bill Amount INR 60, 000 + being charged to my mobile no. [protected]. CLARIFY on the following :- 1. Why the number was not blocked / services were barred the moment it had reached its set credit limit, when similar actions were duly taken in past, kindly refer to the past records for your easy reference. 2. Credit Limit are there for a reason to stop the customer from overusing his / her account . When the credit limit set on subject mentioned number is only INR 21, 200/- how can you charge customer to pay bill amount exceeding the given credit limit, further there was NO Intimations received from Vodafone regarding exceeding the limit. Several emails to respective authorities (On 4/6/2014 12:16 AM; vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com; nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com; appellate.[protected]@vodafone.com) have been sent in this regard, but till date no action has been taken by Vodafone.                                       hi, i have changed my plan on 13th March on my mobile # [protected] and having 1GB 3G data. but on the day or next day of change of plan, how come i be levied of Rs. 156 as GPRS charges and that too for only 90MB ? is it really possible? this is really pathetic. Was I punished by these charges since I changed it in the middle? can you please rectify this?

                                        Hi, I have already opted for the disconnection of my postpaid number "[protected]" 3 months back itself through the vodafone store in Maharashtra. I have already relocated to my Native place. So I disconnected it by going to the vodafone store in Maharashtra. But you people are still sending me bills. please disconnect it. And asking me to send this mail from my registered email ID. This is my registered email ID and vodafone people are sending bills to this ID itself. vodafone people have wrongly entered my email ID as "[protected]@gmail.com" in your records instead of "d.[protected]@gmail.com". That is your mistake.
