I have recharged my vodafone account on[protected] of rs.80 and today they have deactivated my mobile number. After calling on customer care and reaching vodafone store at both the place i got one answer that my recharge amount will not get refunded and your phone will not get activated. Also there are not writing my complaint regarding this. So kindly help me regarding this issue.

    I Visted the Vodafone store 2 weeks back regarding an airtel number that i have and i want to port out and change my provider to vodafone. The staff at the CHENNAI store in Nungambakkam is very ineffiecient, incompetant and has a very carefree attitude towards the customers. Two particular staff members, namely Syed and Stalin. I have been visiting the store every alternate day and have been getting reasons one after the other saying it takes 7 days to activate the new sim. I completely understand that it might take 7 working days also but to keep someone misinformed and waiting for that long is unacceptable. To top it, they dont even respond to your request in a timely manner and keep pushing it everytime i visit the store. This has been the most unpleasant experience and probable the worst decision to shift out of airtel to this type of a service provider. I am definately going to warn everybody about the lack of professionalism in an organisation such as yours.

      I have a post paid connection with telephone number [protected] since last 02 yrs.
      I have taken rs 100/ monthy 3g plan too but i work mostly in est delhi mayur vihar, ghazipur, noida, indirapuram, crossing republic, noida sec 61-63 and even at rajiv chowk ur net work is not catching i have got intex aqua moder mobile where 3g reliance connection catches every where in same mobile.When i took it last month it worked but with very poor signals but now not working at all.
      Vodaphone also never send bill at my address once complained then sent for 1-2 month last yrear bug again stopped now.
      Plese either disconnect me from post paid 3g plan immediately as it is not working or make connection good and send bill at my following address every month.

        I'eve done recharge on my prepaid simcard through credit card of Rs.110 at 11:09 pm on 16-april-2014 but I'eve not recieved Balance & didn't go message on my mobile. My prepaid no.is [protected] So I called customer care but first on. CCE told me it is wrong recharge After that he kept me on hold for 12minutes continuesly and disconnected my call. I just want that CCE out of the company And I also want from you to inform me on call send me the screenshot of his termination letter Plz do some quick action to improuve your service not to decrease

          On March 14, 2014, I went to the Vodafone outlet in Sector 5 (Kolkata) to pay the monthly bill of my postpaid connection. I paid them through my SBI debit cum VISA card. But due to some technical fault, the cashier had to punch the card twice on the machine. Within 5 minutes, I received 2 SMS in my mobile, where I found that apart from the scheduled bill of Rs. 730, an additional amount of Rs. 750 has also been deducted from my account. Immediately, I told the cashier about this incident, but he said that it happened due to some kind of link failure and this amount will be automatically refunded. But even after waiting for 3-4 days, I didn't receive the amount and then went to the outlet again to report about the same. But the Vodafone guys kept telling me repeatedly that the amount will be refunded by the bank. But when I went to the bank and updated my pass book, it was clearly showing that Rs. 750 has been deducted by Vodafone. I even had a talk with the branch manager of SBI (Purba Putiary branch) and he told me clearly that until and unless Vodafone is refunding the amount they can't do anything. First I lodged a complaint via Vodafone's customer care and latter even complained the Nodal Officer about this issue. But all of them kept saying me repeatedly that Vodafone hasn't deducted that amount and I should contact my bank. I even submitted the scan copy of my pass book, where it's clearly showing that the amount has been deducted by Vodafone, but till now didn't get any satisfactory response from their end. It's been more than 1 month, but I'm yet to get my money back. Hence, I kindly request you to take this issue on a serious note and do the needful at the earliest.

              I have a Vodafone connection, numbered:[protected]. The number is disabled without any reason. When I spoke with customer care representative, they said this number is disabled and I have to buy a new number. They did not give the reason for disconnection.               I have submitted all my documents for the 3rd time on 15th March 2014 and I have received a notification from Vodafone that all my documents are verified and my number is activated. Now, all of a sudden you have deactivated without giving prior notice for the required document causing nuisance to the customer. If any documents is required for resubmission you should send notification for the same before deactivation. If you have sent any such notification I would request you to present the proof for the same here.

                  I am a Vodafone postpaid customer. Postpaid bills are paid from banks using the unique Relationship number for each mobile. Vodafone has changed my relationship number due to which my bills payment gets failed everytime. regarding which I mailed the customer care, they did not seems to take the matter series. I called the customer care where they treated me like fool saying some wrong information.However I pay all my due in time and I hugely disappointed by their service.

                    I had called Vodafone on 30 March 31 and spoke to Nayna Arvind Tiwari to check on charges that will be charged to me after I exhaust my 5GB data limit. I was told by her that your speed will come down, but there will not be any additional charges. Now I have a bill which approx. Rs 3700 as additional data usage charges. I have called them and explained the situation, to which they say they can’t help as they can’t retrieve the call recording. Need your help to get these charges reversed.

                      I was using a Vodafone postpaid corporate mobile No: [protected]. Account No: 5.17918.00.00.100244 since the last 2 years. I had always paid my bills on time. However, in July 2013 I requested Vodafone to close my connection since I was moving abroad. I was told that this would be done and the outstanding bill amount shall be shared with me. In August 2013, I was shocked to receive the bill which included fixed charges for the complete month of August as well. Although my request clearly stated to close the number in July end. Despite my repeated and multiple reminders to the following ID's: Vodafone.[protected]@vodafone.com, PoornimaShenoy.[protected]@vodafone.com, Vodafonerelations.[protected]@vodafone.com, and vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com, I never got a response, despite my wilingness to pay the correct bill amount. Towards the end of 2013, I started getting the Reminder Notice 1, 2 from Vodafone. I contacted Mr. Ranganath who was mentioned in those emails as the contact emails. I was assured that this would be corrected and I will receive the rectified bill amount by email. However, it is surprising that today I received the Legal Notice. Since my emails have not been responded, and my requests have not been serviced by Vodafone, I am very disappointed. And I will be happy to take up things further if Vodafone still does not assist me with the correct bill amount so I can pay that.

                        The Internet charges in my bill for last 3 months from January 2014 to Mar 2014 have been generated wrongly. I am paying extra money for a service called "mi_cap_750_30d_promo_3g". I already have 3G plan for 1gb data, which is more than sufficient. So when I got the bill for Jan and Feb, I called to customer care and asked to deactivate the service, but it did not happen. Please deactivate the plan asap, otherwise I have to surrender the connection.

                          i have taken 3g service pack of vodafone [protected] on 26 march while travelling some wrong code got pressed and my 1 day 2g service got activated worth rs 5 when i raised issue with company on 111 they are saying your 3g service is lapsed because ur 2g service got activated i asked them to raise a complain and resolve they issue but they have not cooperated and again and again said we are sorry we cannot raise the complain. i have asked then for refund as they are not giving me service but they are not ready to give 1 gb 3g data or refund 249 rs in my account why they are allowed to eat customer money like this i have paid for both 2g and 3g service so why i am not getting 3g service. please help me to get 3g data of 1gb or rs 249 refund in my account.

                            Dear sir, I have a post paid connection of Vodafone in which there was a 199 rental plan with 199 data plan for 2g unlimited still the company has charged me with data charges Rs. 811. When i have a unlimited plan active why is there a charge for data. other than that the executive at their outlet in prabhadevi explained to me a plan which is not in existence at all and lured me into believing that the said plan is better which is till date not in existence. i had gone to the store to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid as i am not able to afford the charged levied on me in post paid connection which are always mysterious.                               dear sir As I have already mentioned that I want my Vodafone number[protected] back. As I went to USA on temporary basis so i didn't used my Vodafone number. I never suggested you to discontinue my services then how can you guys discontinue my services without giving me any prior notice. i am just failed to understand this. Your company is one of the leading mobile networking industry. I have registered my said number in all my C Vs, employment exchanges, education certificates etc So please do the needful I want my number back at any cost. Even if I need to go to Consumer forum I will definitely go. I have full faith in your company so please do the needful and return me my Vodafone number.                                 Sir today at 4.30 pm i went to vodafone centre in ludhiana near Baba than singh chownk for activation of my nano sim of no. [protected]. They told me it will be activated in 30 mins..but it has been 7 hours and it is nt active still. I went twice to centre and called on customer care too but they are not helping me. Tomrrow is sunday and im a final year medical student. I need my number asap. I want justice. -karan pramod

                                  My Vodafone corporate connection was disconnected abruptly without a reason. On calling the customer care, I was initially told that someone sent a mail stating 'personal reason to terminate the number'. I demanded that I be transferred to a supervisor. The call was transferred to Deepak Shelke. He informed that Vodafone has received an email from Capgemini stating that the connection needs to be terminated. This is definitely not true and and such an answer is definitely not expected from an agent manning the Customer Service Desk of a company like Vodafone. The Tariff Plan that I have availed when I signed up for the Vodafone Service(and now I feel it was one big mistake) is a corporate tariff planowned by myself and not company owned and not paid by the company. So why would Capgemini ever send an email to vodafone to terminate my connection. Even if you have received such an email from the company, I should have been called and informed before disconnecting my services. This is a connection that I use for all my work purposes over the weekends and now I am without a phone.

                                    Without any Reason, or Initiation of any of your service, Rupees 30.00, 3 Times on date 02.04.2014 & 04.04.2014 &11.04.2014 debited to my account. Despite frequent request to costumer care no.198 No action is taken to refund my amount Total Rupees 90.00, Nor confirmed to stop such anomaly. Your prompt attention is requested to look in to the mater for compliance. Revert soon.

                                    Please note, Rs.30/- has been deducted on 02/04/14, 04/04/14 and 11/04/14 for Java Games downloaded on the said number via SMS to special number 55435. Hence, the charges are accurate &amp; we are unable to reverse the credit.

                                      The Vodafone Network only works on street level, not in homes or in the building. Not able to hear and lot of call drops. Impossible to use Vodafone network. On the other hand Reliance works great. No one at Vodafone is really interested to solve this Issue since my recurring complaints since last 3 years. Disgusting service. Does Vodafone really care in keeping its customer base ? Mehul Dalal

                                        this complain is about vodafone online recharge and customer care service . i was doing recharge on my phone from vodafone.in of rupees 115 on [protected]. I filled every detail over there and automatically it is converted in to the rs. 1255. once the charges had been deducted then I called to vodafone . There was a operator. I was talking to him, and he said that your service is not activated right now . So once it will activated then I will change it in to the balance . he gave me a complain number that was[protected]. But there was no response from there side . After 1 hour I called them back to customer care and I talked to another tech he said, my senior operator will call you back before 6' 0 clock and then they will refund your money . He had also gave me an complain number that was[protected]. I waited till 6.30 pm . But there was no response from their side . When i called once again i called in customer care, then there was a guy he was saying we can not refund your money and we can not change your plan . I told him many times, but he was saying just go ahead on the web site and give the feedback to us and he didn't do any thing about that case . So I request to you please check all information and then please take the action against of vodafone . thank you Name - Ajay Kumar
