Bad behavior from service and cheated reg friends & family plan

I’m using Vodafone# [protected] from the year 2012 and I have added two numbers in friends and family plan. They have removed two numbers also from this option with out any prior information and I called compliant number (198) and spoke with two person who is from support team [Jeganathan & Hasim (2nt name not sure exact)] they given wrong information and behaved very badly....

Moreover your Customer Care People have no courtesy of picking up my call, I am not fool to call you people thousands times, Nor you people are entertaining me...
