Hello, With reference to below mails and long chained process which Is going on since 3 months, please waive off the 777/- net charges shown in the attached bill. I have written mail proof from Vodafone that my net pack has been activated since 29th November 2013, so I don’t understand the logic behind this 777/- If you are honest enough please waive off and send me the correct bill which I need to pay. Your Vodafone Care people are everyday calling and talking rudely to me to pay the bill whereas the fault lies at your side. Kindly reply on this immediately. If you accept and correct your mistake I don’t have any issue in paying the correct amount bill, please inform your operators not to call me regarding bill until it is resolved. However we are currently unable to process the activation of said data pack, since the outgoing service on your Vodafone number has been restricted as your billed amount of Rs. 892.77 has crossed the set credit limit of Rs. 500 on your Vodafone number. 4. We request you to make an appropriate interim bill payment to restore the outgoing service and confirm us via return e-mail so that we can activate the GPRS pack of Rs. 98 with 2GB free data on your Vodafone number. 5. Also as mentioned earlier in order to process the revivification and increase the credit limit on your Vodafone number, we request you to submit the current local address proof (MSEB Bill along with NOC from the house owner, rent agreement registered) at our nearest Vodafone Store. Nothing happened in 24 hours, again when I called they said they will resolve this issue by 24/1/2014, I don’t think any individual will wait for that time to use a mobile service. I have repeatedly asked them to give me in writing that you have registered a high priority issue and will resolve in given time frame, they said we can’t give you anything in writing. You can’t give me anything in writing, you have consumed my money, you have created inconvenience in my life since 10 days, who is responsible for all this, me or Vodafone. On what basis I can register my complain if I don’t have things in writing, luckily I have the data activation email otherwise Vodafone would have asked me to pay whole bill. I really don’t understand what’s wrong, a high priority issue that too a mistake from your side and I am paying for it? I asked the customer care that I have requested for activation of data plan, he said a BIG LIE immediately that I haven’t requested for any data plan, it shows in his system. Below is the mail which I got when I requested for the data activation plan, which clearly says my data pack has been activated since 29/11/2013. With everything on my side, I am still handicap and can’t do anything, I paid the extra bill, I am unable to use the service and at the same time I am getting cheated. I have been told that this thing cannot be sorted on call, I need to write a mail for this, but your mail service generally reply within 2 days, again I became the biggest fool by choosing Vodafone service. Kindly check as how this happened, I will not pay any single penny now, and will definitely file a case in consumer court for the cheating and will circulate this issue in my office so that each and every employee should get aware of this fooling system. This is a funny logic that if my credit limit is set to Rs. 500, how can my unbilled amount reach Rs. 800. You can also say that my unbilled amount is Rs.10, 000 and end of month after discount my bill is Rs. 400. STOP GIVING ILLOGICAL EXCUSES AND ACTIVATE MY SERVICES WITHIN 2 HOURS AT MAX. And definitely I will take refund of the bill I paid last week. Kindly send me the last two bills which I paid ( one amounts to 188 and other 337), on my registered email ID immediately, I will check the data charges that has been applied and will file a case for refund as well as for the inconvenience caused to me. With lots of reluctance and a heavy heart, I am writing this letter to you as a final resort. This letter is regarding a formal complaint against one of our employees named Jibbi joseph working at KORAMANAGALA STORE. Am really surprise to see such behavior& his attitude has been dismissive, he was very RUDE to me when I approached him for help & he claimed that he is manager.
His work ethics seem to be poor as he has paid no heed to the query that I had. Inappropriate behavior On the 15th of May 2014.Such incidents make the company prone to carry bad name in the market.
I suggest, If possible have a personal meeting with him, and please find out if he is suffering from any personal issue.
I wish your urgent attention in this matter as efforts from my side should not go in vain.

    Dear Concern, Vodafone numbers [protected]. • Local number of my brother ( [protected] ) for which I have been charged as per ISD charges of messages. This happens to me second time one in Jan and another is in Feb month. Customer care informed me that due to double zero before number make it ISD however I never use double zero. Something is wrong with your system kindly check and revert incorrect deductions. • And also incorrectly charge in the month of Feb for Internet download whereas I am not using any paid application. Same was discussed with Deepa (Nodal Officer) in the month Dec 2013 and confirmed by her that these charges will not be coming in my bill in future and reverted me Rs.350 which was wrongly deducted in dec bill. However I was wrongly charged by Vodafone services . Kindly assist me and get my bill collected. I m not getting any positive response from Vodafone Team as I m follow with since long time.     Vodafone Ltd — disconnection of mobile phone service without prior notice

    I am Gunjan Bhattacharya, I was previously working with Claris Lifesciences and was using vodaphone cug sim card provided by the company. On 27th January I resigned from the job and suddenly without any prior notice or message vodaphone disconnected by phone services. On asking on the same vodaphone executive said that the company said them to close the account.
    and now they are continuously threatening me on bill payments.
    My questions is why didn't they informed me in advance about disconnection of mobile services isn't it their due to inform 24 hours before the disconnection.

      I got call from Vodafone executive on 13th March 2014 and as per the conversation they are suppose to send me the soft copy and hard copy on the same day but till now they didn't send be any of them, but even if they send me the same that will not make any sense to me because last date of reimbursement in my office is 14th March 2014.

        Sir, my mobile number is [protected].., past a month i had bought a new vodafone sim and im not getting proper network in normal and 3g im getting only 1 point tower in my phone in my area due to this i cant able to receive calls and even internet is working slow in my area so i have contacted customer care before few days and i have asked them to raise a complaint over it and resolve this network problem and they said they wil do it within a week and so on i have been waiting for a week though it dint got solved so i called 198 customer care again after a week but it was not connecting a recorded tone saying that " SORRY WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS YOUR CALL PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER" and call get disconnected. I called from another number and asked why this happen they are saying that they had blocked my number because i spoke something wrong.. But sir i dint spoke wrong. So i kindly request u to take action over them amd unblock my number so i could able to contact them and please help me in resolving network issue.. But vodafone people are blocking unwantedly so take action over them.. Please do contact me in this number [protected] and give me my status.. Thank you

          Hello, I have raised request for MNP (from Vodafone to Airtel) last 15 days back. And cleared all dues of Vodafone but Vodafone has rejected my MNP request two times without any valid reason . I am really upset with this behaviour of Vodafone. I am not getting any proper response from Customer Care. They are making fool and making false commitment to customer. have raised request to Nodal officer and customer care but didn't get ahny response except autode mail. . Customer care didn't proper response of MNP cases (Vodafone to other network). They hold my calls for 15-20 min and making money to charge customer care calls If I will not get any response by tomorrow then I will publish this complaint in paper media with evidence.             Hello Sir, I want Justice. I paid 200rs for m-Paisa account in Vodafone. after opening my Service for m Paisa they closed my account and says it is corrupted. They give reason that my documents is not complete. so I give it again after 1 weak I ask for my Vodafone mpaisa account detail they said wait for 1 day more. then I go again to ofice next day they said again to wait for 1 day... then after some days they said your document still not confirmed by company then I resubmitted it. but still they not giveing me the proper response. even Vodafone asistent is aslo argues with me and other customers. please help me Sir to solve my problem.                 Currently I have taken E_Connect_499 plan, as per plan must get 1.5GB 3G service free and after this 2G data would be free for per month (unlimited), but still company has billed me for Internet usage, and the worst thing I went there in Vodafone Store they even don't have any clarification for this and till 1 GB data only I got 3G service and it stopped .

                  It is with great mental agony that I am lodging this email. You are the worst, unprofessional, senseless service providers I have ever come across. I have ported my number [protected] from Docomo to your network. The worst thing that I have ever done in my life. After the initial address verification failure, I have resubmitted the docs (passport, PAN card, address proof, company ID card, passport photo ) for a re-verification. After this, again my number was suspended stating multiple connections reason. This reason was conveyed a week later and no proper response to any of the calls I have made to customer care. A stereotypical response - our backend team is working on it. On 1-March, I have personally gone to the store and resubmitted all the documents all over again with photocopies of my credit card and SI form duly signed by me. My number still stands suspended. I have revisited the store again on 5-March and the response I got was, it will be done in 30 mins. Today is 10-Mar and looks like the 30 mins is not yet over for Himayat Nagar Vodafone store team in Andhra Pradesh. Now when I make a call to remind him of the status, the executive makes his colleague answer my call and tells me that the concerned person is on leave. Can anyone tell me how can an executive be on leave with his personal mobile lying in office? You guys should be really ashamed for working in such unprofessional manner and unsure of what you want to do to the customer.

                    I am contacting the customer care to close my connection. every time retention team will not update anything and they will close the ticket without any action . Last time when I threatened to raise legal suit against them, retention team update to close the connection in the Complain number [protected]. Now again they are saying back end team did not respond they will raise the another request. What is going on in Vodafone. They are herracing. If we don't pay bill they will send legal notice to pay bill but when we are asking to close the connection they are not doing it. One of the worst post paid service i have ever used.

                      I took THREE Vodafone Postpaid plans in my name "Tarun Sharma" under corporate plan with Ienergizer Company, Now I left that job, so I wanted to Convert my All Numbers Into another Corporate plan, with Different Customer (my father name, who working in Delhi Police) under corporate plan of Delhi Police.(Plan Talk 99 OR SC_CR_MV_E_TALK_99)

Plan), By this process our all no. has free call between same corporate plan.
                      But your executive change the Name from Tarun Sharma to Balvir Sharma for [protected] & [protected] but still no Corporate plan attach with this numbers. I went to vodafone kiosk on Saturday and they told me to that they will attach a above mention plan in bold letters with these no's before 12:00 night but still my request is pending and they sent this request in Sunday on 2:30 and give me a wrong information and hide the reality.

                      If i talk about the no. [protected] which is running under my name Tarun Sharma under corporate plan of Ienergizer company, I request him with same procedure to convert into my father name under corporate plan of Delhi Police (Plan Talk 99 OR SC_CR_MV_E_TALK_99 Or You can check the plan which is already running in No. [protected]), they told me that there is some hardware and network problem with this no. and our request is already sent to sr. deptt for it and i given complaint on 26Feb and no action taken by him, I am already submitted all documents of My father ID proof of Delhi Police, Address Proof, NOC of my Father, Photogrphs, My own NOC, My ID proof and address proof and still my request is pending. EVEN I COMPLAINT TO THE POLICE BUT DUE TO REQUEST OF VODAFONE EXECUTIVE, I AM TAKEN THIS COMPLAINT BACK. They totally Mentally Harrasment to me, Please take some proper steps against him and do the needful a.s.a.p.

                      Name of Executives who entertained me from last 14-15 days are Mr. Kamal, Ms.Aishwarya. I went to vodafone kiosk about 7-8 times, please take some strict action against both and they give fake/ wrong info to their customer, they hide the info from customer. Waiting for your reply, else i file a mentally Harassment case or RTI against your company and your vodafone care executives.

                          Dear Sir, with due respect I would like to say that the Customer Care no. 111 (or any other customer care nos. like 116, 198 etc) is not transferring my call to customer care executive from both of my mobile phones. Whenever I call to 111 and try to direct the voice machine to customer care executive as per the instructions, the machine always instantly redirect me to the main menu of the 111 number without any notification.                               I have been charged Rs 564 for Vodafone Internet above of my internet pack in my bill. (Period 7th Jan to 6th Feb)
                              But when i enquired about my data balance from their customer care executive on 1st Feb (call transaction number[protected], they told me that
                              "your are still having 100mbs of data balance in your account"

                              But later on seeing my bill, i came to know that they have charged me Internet usage since 17th January stating that you have crossed the maximum usage allowed in the pack.


                              Also i have been charged Rs 60 as roaming call forwarding, which they activated without my concern.

                                i converted my prepaid vodafone number to postpaid and it got converted on 2 march 2014 and tele verification was done successfully.After a day usage of postpaid number i got a call that my address is written wrong in their records, it is written B-268 instead of B-260, but in documents i had gave photocopy of my voter id on which my address is written as B-260, but yet they had written wrong address, so its the fault of vodafone guys and i had to suffer. But yet i went to vodafone store and told them to correct my address and shown my voter id and asked him to resubmit so that my reverification can be done, but he told me that i need not required to submit the document as it is there in their records, he told me that he had made the request for reverification on B-260 and my physical verification done on very next day(4 march 2014) and it is positive as well but my outgoing call barred by vodafone on 5 march 2014. I called vodafone care and they told me that i need to resubmit my documents again, then i again went to vodafone store on 6 march 2014, 1:30 pm to submit my document but again they refused to submit and she told me that she sent an e-mail to change the address and i will be able to make outgoing calls after 24 hours.i went to vodafone store two times in two days and my problem is still persisit Now on 7 march, 2014, 6:16 pm even after 24 hours my outgoing call are barred. today is the third day that i am unable to make any outgoing call please look in to the matter as soon as possible my number is [protected] my name is rahul rastogi

                                  Respected sir, my name is vikram rathore i have been using vodafone postpaid mobile and 2G data connection they provide me 1GB data, my bill generation date is 23rd. on 03/03/2104 i have received a sms that i have consumed 200MB then after in 4 hour i have received one more sms that i have consumed 400 MB, as per them i have consumed 1000MB in 2 days, but that is not possible, i called to customer care but didn't give me any answer and disconnect the call. so please sir help me what should i do for this please help me.                                     Hi, My name is Dinesh Kumar Yadav, resident of Musanagar, Asti Road, Bakshi Ka Talaab, Lucknow and I have purchased Vodafone postpaid sim number [protected] almost 3 months back. I am facing major network issue from the day one. I have filed the complain several times to customer care but all in vain. In reply, i got an answer from the vodafone customer care that this is the best network we can provide. Further i contacted vodafone on Facebok (Social Networking site) where i mentioned the connectivity problem. After raising the issue several times there, they sent a network engineer for survey who visited my place and surveyed the area. He updated me about the bad network and confirmed that the problem will be solved soon as he has forwarded d report. He told me that some device will be installed near my house and problem will be solved permanently. Its been over 20 days and nothing have been done. On further probing, and sending messages to vodafone India, i was given reply that outdoor network issue has been resolved but indoor network problem would remain as it is. I would like to bring in to your kind notice that nothing has changed from the day one the sim was activated to till date. The problem is same. Vodafone network is to bad. They have a 3G licence in UP-East circle and that too doesn't work in my locality. I was provided with (Service Request number:[protected] intially but every week i was given new service request number to buy time by vodafone. Now its been almost a month and nothing has been done on my complain.                                         Had not activated any services from my mobile through WAP and were get message for activation of such VAS and if deactivated the services immediately within the same day gets a message for activation of some other services and like wise had been charged for approxiately 4-5 downloads/activation of such services for which i had never given any request through my mobile using WAP. The company has to say that the services were activated through my mobile using WAP. I don't know how to use WAP and no one else uses my phone. Had asked the company to give me a proof which states that the services were activated from my mobile. Such services were activated and were charged even in previous bills. But it was my neglegence that i had not checked the bill and was making the payment regularly. Also there were calls which were wrongly dialled like using # and which could not be completed at all but, also charged for such calls. Had made a complaint to the company twice but the company has to say that the services were activated from my mobile and they gave me the dates when they were activated. But, when asked for the proof to show that my mobile was used for the same, they had nothing to say on this kept me answering the same thing as mentioning the dates when the services were activated. Also, they had not answered me anything for the calls that were worngly charged and the wrongly dialled number could not be completed at all. And now, they are always sending me the sms and emails to pay the bill, which i am not going to pay until the things get solved for the bill of January month 2014 and the previously paid bills where VAS has been activated without my concern. Hence, needs a refund for the bills paid and the current bill. Till the matter gets solved, the company should also not charge me late payment fee. My mobile no. - [protected] Regards, Customer

                                        Vodafone has to say that i had downloaded VAS from my mobile which i had not. Had complaint manier times and each time Vodafone customer agent had to say that it has dowloaded from my mobile. When asked to show the proof like ip address and the other data usage or websites used they had to say that they don't have such tracking system and due to privacy reasons won't be able to provide it. If they are not going to provide it, how it can be proved that i had used it. And always the status gets closed saying that informed the customer that the data usage had been done from your side and need to pay the bill. But they are not trying to understand the customer greivance where, the customer is saying that he don't know how to use the internet and had not downloaded any services if vodafone is saying so.. need a proof of it mentioning not only the date when it has been done but mentioning the ip address which states that my mobile has been used for the download.

                                        Also, once the agent had said that you must have activated the auto download option. How the auto download option works.. I guess for downloading anything you need to visit the website and download the things manually. I had not activated any auto download option.

                                        There is a fraud going on...

                                        Would request you to kindly look into the matter and tell me the next step where to apply against vodafone if they are not going to show me the proof or not going to reverse the charges.

                                        They are in a process of barring my services.
