Hi, As i'm using Vodafone services since 8 years upgraded to Post paid from past 4 years. All a sudden they have changed the monthly plan and removed my data plan services and charged me for using the data services. As i was not aware that the plan has been changed, all a sudden i was billed for Rs. 1026/- Can anyone help me out to raise the issue regarding the services. Thanks Girish Varma

    Please block number used by some person impersonating as Philip Roskamp +91-[protected]. He is trying to get money out of people for the sake of fake work visas and job offers to USA. Upon calling the company he appears to represent, they said there are no jobs or sponsorships being offered right now. so please take strict against this person. Regards

      i was using vodafone 3g dongle post paid connection. i was getting my bills very late. i used to get my bill only on the due date. i made several complaints to their customer care but no action has been taken against my complaint. i even wrote a mail to them regarding the same. now they are troubling me for bill payments

        Dear Sir,

        I have one vodafone post paid sim for data use whose number is [protected]. Since last 4 months I was not use this sim for any data uses. But they are showing in my bill my usages charges download charges apart from monthly rental. Although I got 2 GB Data free for every month. I was giving many complain to them over telephone as well as directly to their MINI stores but they are ignoring it. Kindly help me.

          this is jeevan agarwal. my contact no. is [protected]. i called customer care of vodafone for special plan enquiry. he inforned me about 84 plan of 90 days. so he said sir you font have sufficient balance so do rechare and call us back we will proceed it further. so i recharged of 320 rs. than again i calld bck dey said me we cannot do from here . u need to get 84 rs recharge done again so as to activate this service. out of this i was nt planning to recharge of 320. but tgey said we will deduct from your main balance and start your service. so i was ok and did 320 recharge or else i would hv opt for smaller recharge pack. but than total recharge i made was 320+84 extra and i did 403. which was out of my capacity. is ut there way to juz mke consumer fool by making them do extra amount reacharge so that they can make nd increase there revenue. i request u to please take a serious note against mr. arvind the one with whom i had a talk. so that they dont make other customers fool who dos not have option to sue them through consumer media forum. you can call me on[protected] for further enquiry. my email ismd is jeevan.[protected]@gmail.com. thank you

            I am current vodafone IN postpaid customer, In my bill this company including many charges which i never used. So I did register complaint to vodafone but still they are including those charges. Worst network support and unacceptable charges in bills I am totally frustrated to this things.

              i got simply scrap and pathetic answer on my below query. Despite of being told to VF not to have any data plan activated since more than 6 months, it was still there and charged. Simply absurd and pathetic of vodafone. =========== Hi, I have been using this # since long and in this month I am seeing below charges, wherein I has already requested multiple times to “DEACTIVATE” all web/GPRS related services on this number. But still seeing below charges. Request you to kindly reverse these charges as appropriate. I DO NOT EXPECT any proactive enablement of any services until I give a confirmation for that.

              Please note, Vodafone live service is a zero rental service, which is active on every Vodafone number also we confirm that same will be charged only when you use it. Further, we have deactivated the Vodafone live service w.e.f. 11/03/2014 as per your request. Basis the same an amount of Rs.70.36 has been correctly levied in the bill towards the GPRS at 2ps/10kb and downloads as per the content in bill dated 05-MAR-14.

              also, i am seeing heavy GPRS charges despite of having corporate plans of 1GB data against my # [protected]. if I see the bill, it doesn't accounted even for 1GB, but seeing charges levied on the date/next day of change of my plan. how can this be possible. this charge of 156 Rs is against only 90MB data despite of free limit.

              moreover, none of your associate/CSR is courteous enough to call for clarifidation. this really sucks... can you look into this new discrepany along with old ones?

                I am a HCL Corporate customer Issue for the no [protected] I have raised an issue last month regarding unknown internet downloaded charges. Where I am not downloading anything and still I am getting charges 1. Last month itself I told. Don’t make any company charge my vodaphone account. 2. There is no intimation from vodaphone that you are going to deduct amt for so and so company. 3. There is no direct no or customer care no for the downloaded company. I am repeatedly telling you to stop charging my mobile bill for any download charges. This month I am charged 297rs(3 downloads within 30 sec). If you see my record I never download these kind of stuff and If I need to I use my credit card or net banking. This look like a spam and vodaphone also supporting it by adding into my bill. Where I haven’t not authorized these kind of transaction. So plz lookinto this and make sure this charges are reversed and in future pit a restriction that no one can with deduct any amt through my mobile bill Issue for [protected] When I got jan14 bill on feb, I called your customer service on 8th feb to check my month datausage rent, which is 199rs for 2GB but I am using and 1 to 1.5 gb and I got only 123 rs. I asked your cust service rep if my usage charge is less than the rent paid why should I go for the rental plan rather than I go without the rental I will be paying less. He said as the internet prices are come down as per your usage you can go without the rental plan. So I asked to remove the datausage rental and I surprised to my datacharge for the month going upto 1800rs. I have asked you people then only changed the plan. Plz check and reverse the charges for last month data usage. Note: I have spoken to 198 cust complaint where they said they can’t take these complaint as they don’t have rights and asked to send mail to you. I also activated datausage 199 plan this month for the no [protected]. Plz call me if you need any further details. I am a vodaphone customer using [protected] for more than 5 yrs.                 I havent got any update from vodafone after the intial callup to know the issue. my bill due date falls tomorrow.

I have written mail proof from Vodafone that my net pack has been activated since 29th November 2013, so I don’t understand the logic behind this 777/- If you are honest enough please waive off and send me the correct bill which I need to pay. You can’t give me anything in writing, you have consumed my money, you have created inconvenience in my life since 10 days, who is responsible for all this, me or Vodafone. On what basis I can register my complain if I don’t have things in writing, luckily I have the data activation email otherwise Vodafone would have asked me to pay whole bill. I really don’t understand what’s wrong, a high priority issue that too a mistake from your side and I am paying for it? I have been told that this thing cannot be sorted on call, I need to write a mail for this, but your mail service generally reply within 2 days, again I became the biggest fool by choosing Vodafone service. Kindly check as how this happened, I will not pay any single penny now, and will definitely file a case in consumer court for the cheating and will circulate this issue in my office so that each and every employee should get aware of this fooling system. This is a funny logic that if my credit limit is set to Rs. 500, how can my unbilled amount reach Rs. 800. This happens to me second time one in Jan and another is in Feb month. Customer care informed me that due to double zero before number make it ISD however I never use double zero. Something is wrong with your system kindly check and revert incorrect deductions. • And also incorrectly charge in the month of Feb for Internet download whereas I am not using any paid application. Same was discussed with Deepa (Nodal Officer) in the month Dec 2013 and confirmed by her that these charges will not be coming in my bill in future and reverted me Rs.350 which was wrongly deducted in dec bill. However I was wrongly charged by Vodafone services . Kindly assist me and get my bill collected. I m not getting any positive response from Vodafone Team as I m follow with since long time.                     Vodafone Ltd — disconnection of mobile phone service without prior notice

                    I am Gunjan Bhattacharya, I was previously working with Claris Lifesciences and was using vodaphone cug sim card provided by the company. On 27th January I resigned from the job and suddenly without any prior notice or message vodaphone disconnected by phone services. On asking on the same vodaphone executive said that the company said them to close the account.
                    and now they are continuously threatening me on bill payments.
                    My questions is why didn't they informed me in advance about disconnection of mobile services isn't it their due to inform 24 hours before the disconnection.

                        Sir, my mobile number is [protected].., past a month i had bought a new vodafone sim and im not getting proper network in normal and 3g im getting only 1 point tower in my phone in my area due to this i cant able to receive calls and even internet is working slow in my area so i have contacted customer care before few days and i have asked them to raise a complaint over it and resolve this network problem and they said they wil do it within a week and so on i have been waiting for a week though it dint got solved so i called 198 customer care again after a week but it was not connecting a recorded tone saying that " SORRY WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS YOUR CALL PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER" and call get disconnected. I called from another number and asked why this happen they are saying that they had blocked my number because i spoke something wrong.. But sir i dint spoke wrong. So i kindly request u to take action over them amd unblock my number so i could able to contact them and please help me in resolving network issue..                           Hello, I have raised request for MNP (from Vodafone to Airtel) last 15 days back. And cleared all dues of Vodafone but Vodafone has rejected my MNP request two times without any valid reason . I am really upset with this behaviour of Vodafone. I am not getting any proper response from Customer Care. They are making fool and making false commitment to customer. have raised request to Nodal officer and customer care but didn't get ahny response except autode mail. . Customer care didn't proper response of MNP cases (Vodafone to other network). They hold my calls for 15-20 min and making money to charge customer care calls If I will not get any response by tomorrow then I will publish this complaint in paper media with evidence.                                 Currently I have taken E_Connect_499 plan, as per plan must get 1.5GB 3G service free and after this 2G data would be free for per month (unlimited), but still company has billed me for Internet usage, and the worst thing I went there in Vodafone Store they even don't have any clarification for this and till 1 GB data only I got 3G service and it stopped .

                                  It is with great mental agony that I am lodging this email. You are the worst, unprofessional, senseless service providers I have ever come across. I have ported my number [protected] from Docomo to your network. The worst thing that I have ever done in my life. After the initial address verification failure, I have resubmitted the docs (passport, PAN card, address proof, company ID card, passport photo ) for a re-verification. After this, again my number was suspended stating multiple connections reason. This reason was conveyed a week later and no proper response to any of the calls I have made to customer care. A stereotypical response - our backend team is working on it. On 1-March, I have personally gone to the store and resubmitted all the documents all over again with photocopies of my credit card and SI form duly signed by me. My number still stands suspended. I have revisited the store again on 5-March and the response I got was, it will be done in 30 mins. Today is 10-Mar and looks like the 30 mins is not yet over for Himayat Nagar Vodafone store team in Andhra Pradesh. Now when I make a call to remind him of the status, the executive makes his colleague answer my call and tells me that the concerned person is on leave. Can anyone tell me how can an executive be on leave with his personal mobile lying in office? You guys should be really ashamed for working in such unprofessional manner and unsure of what you want to do to the customer.

                                    I am contacting the customer care to close my connection. every time retention team will not update anything and they will close the ticket without any action . Last time when I threatened to raise legal suit against them, retention team update to close the connection in the Complain number [protected]. Now again they are saying back end team did not respond they will raise the another request. What is going on in Vodafone. They are herracing. If we don't pay bill they will send legal notice to pay bill but when we are asking to close the connection they are not doing it. One of the worst post paid service i have ever used.

                                      With the reference of Vodafone Telephonic CCE, I am sending you my complaint regarding inconvenience due toVodafone Care Executive in Vodafone Kiosk in South Ext. I (Near Flyover)(Under Kotla Mubarakpur Thana).

                                      I took THREE Vodafone Postpaid plans in my name "Tarun Sharma" under corporate plan with Ienergizer Company, Now I left that job, so I wanted to Convert my All Numbers Into another Corporate plan, with Different Customer (my father name, who working in Delhi Police) under corporate plan of Delhi Police.(Plan Talk 99 OR SC_CR_MV_E_TALK_99)

                                      Now I wanted to change above three no. from my name (Tarun Sharma) into my father name (Mr. Balvir Sharma), with under Delhi Police Corporate Talk 99 plan Or SC_CR_MV_E_TALK_99 Or You can check the plan which is already running in No. [protected] (Mr. Balvir Sharma Under DP Corp. Plan), By this process our all no. has free call between same corporate plan.
                                      But your executive change the Name from Tarun Sharma to Balvir Sharma for [protected] & [protected] but still no Corporate plan attach with this numbers. I went to vodafone kiosk on Saturday and they told me to that they will attach a above mention plan in bold letters with these no's before 12:00 night but still my request is pending and they sent this request in Sunday on 2:30 and give me a wrong information and hide the reality.

                                      If i talk about the no. [protected] which is running under my name Tarun Sharma under corporate plan of Ienergizer company, I request him with same procedure to convert into my father name under corporate plan of Delhi Police (Plan Talk 99 OR SC_CR_MV_E_TALK_99 Or You can check the plan which is already running in No. [protected]), they told me that there is some hardware and network problem with this no. and our request is already sent to sr. deptt for it and i given complaint on 26Feb and no action taken by him, I am already submitted all documents of My father ID proof of Delhi Police, Address Proof, NOC of my Father, Photogrphs, My own NOC, My ID proof and address proof and still my request is pending. EVEN I COMPLAINT TO THE POLICE BUT DUE TO REQUEST OF VODAFONE EXECUTIVE, I AM TAKEN THIS COMPLAINT BACK. They totally Mentally Harrasment to me, Please take some proper steps against him and do the needful a.s.a.p.

                                      In short I want to convert the no's ([protected], [protected], [protected]) into the name of Mr. Balvir Sharma (My Father) under Corporate Plan Of Delhi Police which has Rs. 99 Monthly Rent and plan name is:- (Plan Talk 99 OR SC_CR_MV_E_TALK_99 Or You can check the plan which is already running in No. [protected] and use by my father Balvir Sharma)

                                      Name of Executives who entertained me from last 14-15 days are Mr. Kamal, Ms.Aishwarya. I went to vodafone kiosk about 7-8 times, please take some strict action against both and they give fake/ wrong info to their customer, they hide the info from customer. Waiting for your reply, else i file a mentally Harassment case or RTI against your company and your vodafone care executives.
