    dear sir my cell no is [protected](vodafone rajasthan). sir there are unauthorised deduction of balance of rs 169.00 in between 16.5.14 to 19.5.14. when i complaint in regard of this company represantative said u have download some wallpapers, animation, software etc. we cant refund ur balance. before 6-8 monthes they also deducted my balance and give same reasons. when i complaint to u they refund it. plz take action. i want my refund. the deduction s are as followes 16.5.14---99.00 17.5.14---15.00 18.5.14--35.00 19.5.14---10.00+10.00 visha somani vishal industries neem ka thana rajasthan [protected]

    sir after registering this complaint after 2 minuts i just received a call from no.[protected].
    the person on other side telles that he is calling from vodafone.
    they are asking me my account no. and asking me is my a.c no. have net banking.
    i want my balance refund in my vodafone a.c.

    the behaviour of company employee is very rud. they are still not excepting their fault.

      My company required 2 new postpaid connections. We called up the vodafone customer care on may 13, 2014 and they sent us their representative mr. Raj kumar on wednesday, april 14, 2014. He came and gave us 2 sim cards and we chose our numbers. We also paid rs. 500/- only as security deposit money and all the documents for the connections, receiipt no. Scce 40308. From thursday, april 15, 2014 till monday april 19, 2014 we constantly followed up but no action was taken. Thereafter, mr raj bhatia called up on tuesday, may 20, 2014 and assured us that the numbers will get activated by wednesday, may 21, 2014 but those numbers are still not working till date.

        sir i am not a telemarketer, i usually do chat with my friends through sms only. but for the passed 2 days my out going sms was blocked by vodafone server. when i contacked the customer care they are teling me to register in trai . in trai they are asking Rs.5000 as registration fees.i swear i am not a tele marketer then whythey blocked my out going sms .i have consulted my advocate and he told me to book a complaint in online complaint.if vodafone not taking a proper action on this and solve my problem with in a day i will file a complaint legally

          I am ram from hyderabad, andhrapradesh.i was recharged with 40 rupees on 17th may twisly but i got 32 rupees only.in this(*121#)there is 40=40tt that is the main reason I was prefers 40 recharge but I get 32 only.after 1 day I was called to customer care and talk with executive but there is no use he is help less immidiatly I talk with his superior she don't give proper information also.i asked her why this happens, there is no answer.finally I lost 16rupees.what the hell is doing there.why they give these type of fake offers.i am the loyal custemer for this company since 7 years.but now when this happens to me I am going to change my net work.finally my word for company is the most worst company In the world is Vodafone only thank you

            respected sir, This is regarding activation of 3G Data Plan without my permission in respect of my Vodafone Mobile No.[protected]. On 15/04/14, i.e., on Bengali New Year’s Day ‘Poila Boisakhe’, at 7.50PM one Text Message was sent to me from VK611112. The exact message is reproduced hereafter, “POILA BOISAKHE 3G internet OFFER Only For You. 300MB 3G data at only Rs.100/month. To know & activate dial *121# NOW!!”. As stated in the said message to know the details of the offer I dialled *121# soon after on 15.4.14, but no one responded. 15th May’14 was a National Holiday and on that day I was at my residence where there is no Vodafone 3G Internet service. On 17th May’14 when I came to my office at Howrah, where there is Vodafone 3G Internet Service, the mobile internet indicator sign changed to ‘H’ from, ‘E’. I immediately contacted Vodafone Customer Care Service, and they told me that a 3G Pack has been activated on 16.4.14, and the 2G Pack has been discontinued. I was also told that the pack had been activated as per my request as I have responded to the message by dialing *121#. It was clearly mentioned in the offer message that “To know & activate dial *121#”. The phrase itself is very ambiguious. The same number to ‘know’ and to ‘activate’? The paradox in the phrase gave birth to the misunderstanding in me. But as the word ‘know’ comes first and then comes the word ‘activate’, because without knowing how can one take a decision whether to activate or not, I dialled *121#, to know about the plan, but Vodafone directly activated the plan without detailing the pos & cons of the offer to me. I requested the Customer Care Executive to immediately deactivate the 3G Pack which had been activated without my explicit permission and to activate my subscribed 2G Pack, as there was no such request from my side and I only responded to the message to know about the offer in details as was stated in the message. Soon after the 3G Pack was deactivated on 17.4.14. On receipt of the above bill I noticed with great surprise that an amount of Rs.395.50/- has been charged being 3G internet usage charge, over and above my subscribed Data Plan Charge. I have contacted The manager, Customer Service, Vodafone East Ltd, DLF IT Park, Block AF, 15th Floor, 08 Major Arterial Road, New Town, Rajarhat, Kolkata-700156, through email, detailing the fact on 15/5/14. The reply received from their end is given below: “... Dear Mr. Kar, We have received your email dated 15/05/14 for your Vodafone Mobile Number [protected]. Based on your email below, we would like to inform you that for the above number 3G plan at Rs.100 was activated on 16/04/14 as per your consent received on *121#. Hence, on activation of the 3G plan, the previous 2G plan of MI_C_V_155_30d_D1GB_MO_2G was deactivated. Again post your request at the helpline, the 3G plan was deactivated and the previous 2G plan was activated on 17/04/14. As the data plans were activated and deactivated in mid bill cycle, prorated rentals have been charged and prorated discounts have been levied accordingly. Please note that usage beyond free permissible limit is charged at 2p/10KB, downloads are charged as per content and website, while MMS is charged at Rs.3. There is no inconsistency in the charges levied and data pack activations as it was clearly mentioned in the SMS “to know & activate dial *121#”. We thus regret our inability to process any reversal towards genuine charges levied. The service registration number assigned for this correspondence is[protected]. In case you need further assistance, please do call or email us. We'll do our best to help you. Happy to help, Tanumoy Banik Contact Numbers ...” It is clear from their reply that they are not agreed to waive the 3G charge, but how can they activate a different plan in my mobile connection without my explicit permission, based on such a ambiguous message. I have sent another email to Vodafone in reply to their response above. But they have reiterated the same reply on 20-5-14. The due date for payment is 24/5/14, after which I have to pay penalty.                   Sir I Rajesh Awasthi resident of Air Force Station Agra SNCOs Mess 164/3, purchased a prepaid sim mob no [protected] on 12 may 14 from Arjuna Nagar west, Agara Vodafone mini store from Mr Soyeb a vadafone employ and he assured that sim will be activated within 48 hrs. But till today sim is not activated and he is not able to tell me that after how many days my sim will be activated. So pls do the needful else I have to knock the doors of consumer court. If Vodafone is not able to activate my sim I may be returned my money back & I will submit the sim back. Thanking you

                    Hi, I have been using Vodafone services for so long. Last year I moved to Bangalore and took a Vodafone number (+91-[protected]) with Corporate plan. I was moving to Delhi permanently and wanted to continue with services of Vodafone, so I contacted customer care and requested them to retain my number (i.e. [protected]) in Delhi as well and change my circle to Delhi. I got the response that since circle is being changed, so full number can not be retained in Delhi . however, they gave me offer to have my last 5 digits of my number retained with a Delhi circle number. They made a false promise and now they are not ready to give me my last five digits of my mobile number with my new number of Vodafone, Delhi: (+91-[protected]). I am highly dissatisfied with the services of Vodafone, Karnataka who gave me a false promise and misguided me. I want to have last 5 digits of my old mobile number, i.e, (88851) with this new number.                       Sir, I got a call from vodafone on[protected] for coverting my prepaid number to postpaid. They gave me the sim next day & i gave them all the documents required for activation. Now my prepaid sim is stopped & postpaid sim is wrongly activated. They have entered some other name & address in my mob. No-[protected]. They are so careless & irresponsible. Therefore, my number is not activated. I am calling again n again to them but nothing has happened.                         I stay at Pune, Maharashtra. I was having Idea connection, but I decided to move to Vodafone because of company's corporate plan. I decided to port three idea numbers to Vodafone. Vodafone representative Mr. Balaji (Swarget store, Pune) came to my office and collected documents and given me 3 vodafone sim cards. He told me that porting will take around 6-7 days. Meanwhile, I got some calls and sms from Idea regarding porting. After 8 days, I got sms from Idea and they stopped their service for my number. Then I inserted my Vodafone sim card into mobile. There was no network for my mobile. Mr. Balaji told me to go to nearest Vodafone store. When I went to nearest Vodafone store, they told me that this is invalid sim card and your number is mapped with some different sim card. All the three sim cards which Mr. Balaji given were invalid. I bought 2 sim cards for my parents and parents were out of town. They could not do anything as both sim cards were not working. I request Vodafone, please stop cheating with people. Your mistakes are creating big trouble for people.

                          Sir myself is Deepak Kumar from Sitalpur babutola which is in Saran district of Bihyar. I am facing a lot problem due to vodafone network fluctuation and poor speed of internet. Even right now I am in New Delhi area named Dallupura, pin code is 110096.Here also i am not being able to use the proper speed of internet, usually it hangs while using internet.Instead of living in New Delhi, I am using twko Vodafone no.of Bihar here.Please solve this issue of network in these stated area so that i can use my no.smoothly.                             Hello I have subscribe 124rs 1 GB pack but received only 650mb. On calling the Vodafone customer care operator I was told that plan was changed but using 121 through GPRS option I got msg stating that 1GB rs 124..                               From last few days I got calls from various people they are stating that they are advocate from Delhi TIE, they are asking me to pay amounts Rs 7295 in SBI account(still they don't give the account details). They called from [protected], they are not giving me any details & abusing me over call.

                                I have a Post paid vodafone connection for past 2 years. I have requested fro new Micro sim for the same number and received it from the Kukatpally Branch Hyderabad. Even after 24 hours the SIM was not activated. Again I visted the store and they gave me a new sim saying there was a problem with old one. Again the NEW sim was not activated even after 24 hours. I called 198 to complain but they said they cannot do anything and asked me to check with sotre. I again went to store for the third time and was given new sim saying old one was having issues. This is the Third SIM they gave and said it will be activated in 1 hour. Its been 24 hours and still the SIM is not activated. When I call 198 they are not taking any complaint nor giving proper response. They are just disconnecting the call or keeping the call on hold.

                                  Hi, Wrong bill has been raised on my number and a charge of around Rs. 2046 has been imposed for 0.98 gb data usage . I have taken a Plan in which 1 gb data 2g usage is free and the same has not been considered while raising the bill . On 28 th Apr I also get a alert that I have used 800mb and 200 mb is left ...so how this all changed happen in a week . Please revise the bill and raise the correct bill . Regards, Rohit Mohan Verma

                                  Please note, an amount of Rs.2, 046.82/- has been accurately levied in the bill dated 5 May 2014 towards the GPRS usage.
                                  Further, there was no data pack active on the said number hence the data usage has been charged at 2p/10kb.

                                      Dear Sir/Mam, ON 14 OF March 2014 at 9.41 i have done online recharge of rs 29.00 from paytm.com. In the vodafone website it is shown to be 3g data pack. when after some time when it was not activated, i called up the customer care to confirm about the status, i was told that if you do the recharge online of Rs 29.00 pack, it is for the 50 min std pack and Rs 29.00 pack of 3g is only available on paper voucher. (it is no where mention in the web site since i checked the website before doing) After some time i went to the retail store to make another recharge, i found out a poster of vodafone stated Rs 45.00 pack for 150mb valid for 7 days. I asked for the recharge and it was done. After sometime when my data pack was not activated, i again called up the vodafone care, i was again misguided. This time i was told that it is tariff pack. The poster you saw was a old scheme. There is no where written in the poster when the scheme will end and if the pack is not available why it is put up on the retail store. i ask the vodafone people to return my full money as it is of my no use.

                                        I would like to bring my complaint it to your kind attention, summarizing the total incident: I was a prepaid customer bearing mobile No.[protected] for the past 4 years, On 10 May I visited Vodafone Showroom SR Nagar to convert my prepaid to Post paid plan. I selected 399 Plan and rendered the necessary documents (Voter ID card etc), also paid the charges i.e. Rs.300. I was told that I would need to do a tele verification once I receive a SMS. I also did my tele verification on the same day and the executive confirmed that the tele verification was successful. While the SIM should have been activitated within couple of Hours after verficiation, but it did not happen. Again on Monday morning I did televerification once again for the same SIM, but nothing happened and waited for whole Monday. So on Tuesday (13 May 14)I called customer care ( spoke to Mr. Ahmed) where in he confirmed that Televerifcation is updated and all the details are updated but probably due to technical snag in SIM it is not getting activiated and asked me to visit Vodafone store. I was annoyed when hearing that and I said that I don't want to continue with Vodafone anymore. I called the SR Nagar executive from who I Purchased the new plan, but they did not pick up the call. Later they called me back and said that there is a problem in the SIM which was delivered to me, so requested me to go to nearest store and get a replacement of SIM. Since I was at office I could not go in the morning hours, I went to Madhapur Vodafone store at around 7.30 PM and collected a new SIM, and was advised that the SIM would get activated within an hour. I specifically asked if there is a any need for televerification, but the answer I received was "No need, as televerification was done already". Now I am writing this mail on Monday (14 May 14) 1100 hrs, still my SIM is not activated, Despite I made Televerification once again today morning. I again called the customer service [protected] ( which is chargable) and spoke to the customer care executive, he stated that televerification was not done or unsucessfull, so you need to do it again.. I am grossly surprised how many time I need to do a televerification, yesterday the Customer care executive said, , eveyrhtingis updated it was only a SIM issue, now again the other executive says that no verification was updated the records... I am totally disgusted, even after 5 days my SIM has not been activiated despite my 2 visits to Vodafone store and numerous calls to 117 and Customer care. with the technology in hand, do we need 5 days to activate a Post paid SIM even after furnishing genuine details. Forgot to mention even people from Vodafone have come to my house for Address verification also, still I am unable to use the new SIM. Please do the needful, I need my SIM working within couple of hours. Sorry to say ...I repent for being a Vodafone customer for 5 years..
