Hi, I have been using Vodafone services for so long. Last year I moved to Bangalore and took a Vodafone number (+91-[protected]) with Corporate plan. I was moving to Delhi permanently and wanted to continue with services of Vodafone, so I contacted customer care and requested them to retain my number (i.e. [protected]) in Delhi as well and change my circle to Delhi. I got the response that since circle is being changed, so full number can not be retained in Delhi . however, they gave me offer to have my last 5 digits of my number retained with a Delhi circle number. They made a false promise and now they are not ready to give me my last five digits of my mobile number with my new number of Vodafone, Delhi: (+91-[protected]). I am highly dissatisfied with the services of Vodafone, Karnataka who gave me a false promise and misguided me. I want to have last 5 digits of my old mobile number, i.e, (88851) with this new number. I request you to take immediate steps to stop misguiding the customers on customer care if they are not capable enough to help us. Tushar gupta.[protected]@gmail.com

    Sir, I got a call from vodafone on[protected] for coverting my prepaid number to postpaid. They gave me the sim next day & i gave them all the documents required for activation. Now my prepaid sim is stopped & postpaid sim is wrongly activated. They have entered some other name & address in my mob. No-[protected]. They are so careless & irresponsible. Therefore, my number is not activated. I am calling again n again to them but nothing has happened. I request you to take some strict action against them immediately so that my postpaid sim gets activated. Please help. Thanks Varun kapoor [protected]

      I stay at Pune, Maharashtra. I was having Idea connection, but I decided to move to Vodafone because of company's corporate plan. I decided to port three idea numbers to Vodafone. Vodafone representative Mr. Balaji (Swarget store, Pune) came to my office and collected documents and given me 3 vodafone sim cards. He told me that porting will take around 6-7 days. Meanwhile, I got some calls and sms from Idea regarding porting. After 8 days, I got sms from Idea and they stopped their service for my number. Then I inserted my Vodafone sim card into mobile. There was no network for my mobile. Mr. Balaji told me to go to nearest Vodafone store. When I went to nearest Vodafone store, they told me that this is invalid sim card and your number is mapped with some different sim card. All the three sim cards which Mr. Balaji given were invalid. I bought 2 sim cards for my parents and parents were out of town. They could not do anything as both sim cards were not working. I request Vodafone, please stop cheating with people. Your mistakes are creating big trouble for people.

        Sir myself is Deepak Kumar from Sitalpur babutola which is in Saran district of Bihyar. I am facing a lot problem due to vodafone network fluctuation and poor speed of internet. Even right now I am in New Delhi area named Dallupura, pin code is 110096.Here also i am not being able to use the proper speed of internet, usually it hangs while using internet.Instead of living in New Delhi, I am using twko Vodafone no.of Bihar here.Please solve this issue of network in these stated area so that i can use my no.smoothly.               I have a Post paid vodafone connection for past 2 years. I have requested fro new Micro sim for the same number and received it from the Kukatpally Branch Hyderabad. Even after 24 hours the SIM was not activated. Again I visted the store and they gave me a new sim saying there was a problem with old one. Again the NEW sim was not activated even after 24 hours. I called 198 to complain but they said they cannot do anything and asked me to check with sotre. I again went to store for the third time and was given new sim saying old one was having issues. This is the Third SIM they gave and said it will be activated in 1 hour. Its been 24 hours and still the SIM is not activated. When I call 198 they are not taking any complaint nor giving proper response. They are just disconnecting the call or keeping the call on hold.

                Hi, Wrong bill has been raised on my number and a charge of around Rs. 2046 has been imposed for 0.98 gb data usage . I have taken a Plan in which 1 gb data 2g usage is free and the same has not been considered while raising the bill . On 28 th Apr I also get a alert that I have used 800mb and 200 mb is left ...so how this all changed happen in a week . Please revise the bill and raise the correct bill . Regards, Rohit Mohan Verma

                Please note, an amount of Rs.2, 046.82/- has been accurately levied in the bill dated 5 May 2014 towards the GPRS usage.
                Further, there was no data pack active on the said number hence the data usage has been charged at 2p/10kb.

                    Dear Sir/Mam, ON 14 OF March 2014 at 9.41 i have done online recharge of rs 29.00 from paytm.com. In the vodafone website it is shown to be 3g data pack. when after some time when it was not activated, i called up the customer care to confirm about the status, i was told that if you do the recharge online of Rs 29.00 pack, it is for the 50 min std pack and Rs 29.00 pack of 3g is only available on paper voucher. (it is no where mention in the web site since i checked the website before doing) After some time i went to the retail store to make another recharge, i found out a poster of vodafone stated Rs 45.00 pack for 150mb valid for 7 days. I asked for the recharge and it was done. After sometime when my data pack was not activated, i again called up the vodafone care, i was again misguided. This time i was told that it is tariff pack. The poster you saw was a old scheme. There is no where written in the poster when the scheme will end and if the pack is not available why it is put up on the retail store. i ask the vodafone people to return my full money as it is of my no use.

                      I would like to bring my complaint it to your kind attention, summarizing the total incident: I was a prepaid customer bearing mobile No.[protected] for the past 4 years, On 10 May I visited Vodafone Showroom SR Nagar to convert my prepaid to Post paid plan. I selected 399 Plan and rendered the necessary documents (Voter ID card etc), also paid the charges i.e. Rs.300. I was told that I would need to do a tele verification once I receive a SMS. I also did my tele verification on the same day and the executive confirmed that the tele verification was successful. While the SIM should have been activitated within couple of Hours after verficiation, but it did not happen. Again on Monday morning I did televerification once again for the same SIM, but nothing happened and waited for whole Monday. So on Tuesday (13 May 14)I called customer care ( spoke to Mr. Ahmed) where in he confirmed that Televerifcation is updated and all the details are updated but probably due to technical snag in SIM it is not getting activiated and asked me to visit Vodafone store. I was annoyed when hearing that and I said that I don't want to continue with Vodafone anymore. I called the SR Nagar executive from who I Purchased the new plan, but they did not pick up the call. Later they called me back and said that there is a problem in the SIM which was delivered to me, so requested me to go to nearest store and get a replacement of SIM. Since I was at office I could not go in the morning hours, I went to Madhapur Vodafone store at around 7.30 PM and collected a new SIM, and was advised that the SIM would get activated within an hour. I specifically asked if there is a any need for televerification, but the answer I received was "No need, as televerification was done already". Now I am writing this mail on Monday (14 May 14) 1100 hrs, still my SIM is not activated, Despite I made Televerification once again today morning. I again called the customer service [protected] ( which is chargable) and spoke to the customer care executive, he stated that televerification was not done or unsucessfull, so you need to do it again.. I am grossly surprised how many time I need to do a televerification, yesterday the Customer care executive said, , eveyrhtingis updated it was only a SIM issue, now again the other executive says that no verification was updated the records... I am totally disgusted, even after 5 days my SIM has not been activiated despite my 2 visits to Vodafone store and numerous calls to 117 and Customer care. with the technology in hand, do we need 5 days to activate a Post paid SIM even after furnishing genuine details. Forgot to mention even people from Vodafone have come to my house for Address verification also, still I am unable to use the new SIM. Please do the needful, I need my SIM working within couple of hours. Sorry to say ...I repent for being a Vodafone customer for 5 years..

                        Hi, My name is Nitesh Rajvanshi and your MNP customer. I applied for MNP connection with your network in one of your branch in Raja Park, Jaipur. and one of your representative Mr. Kumud commit me that there is no need to verify yourself by your own presence in your address if your landlord verified yourself and say yes, but when verification person came at my Rented house and verified my details, then how your executive stopped my services (Incoming & Outgoing), they told me that your presence is required at the time of your verification, it means your commitment was wrong and you make me fool because you want to sell your postpaid connections. One of your other employee in circle office Gaurav tower, Jaipur Rajasthan Ms. Komal give me rude answers against my complaint. that's great and i really like your customer service, finally i write a mail to you Sir kindly solve my complaint.                           I bought a vodafone sim. With this sim 93 rupees balance and 50 mb net was free. But 50 mb net did not come. I have called 3 times in company. But they are unable to satisfy me. I am very unhappy with this service. Please take action fast on this complaint.

                          With lots of reluctance and a heavy heart, I am writing this letter to you as a final resort. This letter is regarding a formal complaint against one of our employees named Jibbi joseph working at KORAMANAGALA STORE. Am really surprise to see such behavior& his attitude has been dismissive, he was very RUDE to me when I approached him for help & he claimed that he is manager.
                          His work ethics seem to be poor as he has paid no heed to the query that I had. Inappropriate behavior On the 15th of May 2014.Such incidents make the company prone to carry bad name in the market.
                          I suggest, If possible have a personal meeting with him, and please find out if he is suffering from any personal issue.
                          I wish your urgent attention in this matter as efforts from my side should not go in vain.

                            Vodafone Mobile Network — Cannot solve problem

                            Me have been using vodafone service since Dec 2006.I cannot call in to customer care.When i call in to 111 or [protected] call directly go to recharge service..This problem have been existing for more than 4 month..I gave complaint many times in Cst care by using another number.did not solve this problem yet..me expect a solution as soon as possible..

                            As a customer me expecting an bonus offer to reduce call rate & Local & Natinal SMS rate at the same time...

                              INTERACTION ID[protected]:28 AM SANDEEP KUMAR Kindly help me regarding your executives who are every time giving me different information for the same problem ... i complaint before for the network issue in MAHARANI BAGH .. but the tat is of June 14 that too was given me after long fighting with the executives ... 1.The resolutions are not provided .. 2.complaints are not raised 3.wrong promises are done regarding back end/senior calls for the problems. 4.wrong tats are given 5.no records are kept of the calls from the back end department 6.every time i call for the problem i have to start all over again.. 7.people are not giving appellate authority and nodal officer no. 8.there are calls on Sundays even and when i complain for the same people deny that there can't be any calls as its not a working day.. but today MR. Sandeep told me that billing department is available 24X7 so they can call on sundays i do not know how much is the truth in Mr. Sandeep's statement.. i complaint today regarding the extra usage of internet .. sir please tell me if the speed is not there and i am not able to properly use 300 mbs of data in a month(for which i have complaint many times), how it is possible that in 4 hours the i can download 300 mb data ??? when i called last time i was advised to call and raise a complaint when i receive the bill for the month. now that i have called the complaint was not raised and was told that u will have to pay that you have used .. 1. why the complaint is not raised ??? 2. i think you can see the records that the customer has been complaining for some issue.. you people are not raising a complaint instead saying "as you are our valuable customer, we are offering you a new connection" Don't you this irritates the customer ?? i am not a friend of yours that you can crack a joke with me.. the worst part is that i have to delay the payment so that my complaint is raised and a proper tat is given, because of which i have to pay extra 100 Rs. !! last time the delay was for the same reason. stop looting the customers kindly clarify at the earliest and if you are not able to kindly give me the address /mail/phone no. of the person who can help me i hope to get a resolution this because i have tried to document the incidents that has happened.. deep prakash [protected]

                                Dear Sir/Madam, I want to complaint against Ms. Jyotsna Sandhu Vodafone South Limited. Plot No C 131, Eltop Industrial Area Phase 8 Mohali 160071, India Tel[protected] for not giving proper Mobile services in Sector 44 B Chandigarh what they do is unregistering the Network from the server in Sector 44 B and making excuses by saying that the site has been removed by the Authority.Please take a legal action against the Concerned person of Vodafone as soon as possible.Thanks With Regards Puneet Pal Singh

                                  Hi, Vodafone is very wierd and acts based on factors you must have not heard of. If your payment is overdue and not able to pay as you are out of station with limited access, it will add another 20 Seconds IVR to pay your bill and then followed by bad reception all the time. Once the payment is made, the network comes back to the original form and there is no issue with it. I am just shocked to see how this works and i am not the only 1 facing this kind of a issue.

                                    My mobile number is [protected] . I took number portability and changed my network from idea to vodafone only because I wanted 3G services . But I was highly dissapointed with the services at vodafone . Mr Anuj Goswamy at the Malviya Nagar, New Delhi, vodafone mini store promised me a plan of Rs.175 a month for 1GB Data .But I was not given what I had been promised. After repeated phone calls and visit to their store for over two weeks also nothing was done . Everyday false commitments were made that it will get activated in a day or two but nothing, nor was I informed about the unavailability of any such schemes . I feel cheated and harassed .A lot of my time was wasted in just following up with Mr. Anuj about the activation of my Internet plan, with no intimation from their side. This makes me regret my desicion to port my number . I now feel idea was better, with a very honest team . At vodafone what is promised is not delivered .Extremely bad experience . Will not recommend anybody .

                                      The following are issues being faced with - [protected] and [protected] 1) My issues in all my past emails remain un resolved for over 6 months now. 2) No supervisors on the night shift to answer responsible. the call takers have no clues and are rude. 3) I have not been able to use my cellphone inside my house for over 6 months, I have to leave the premises to answer or make a call. 4) Suggestions to install a signal booster at my place of residence while the issue is being fixed have been ignored. While i remain unable to make or answer phone calls within the comfort of my house. 5) Mobile number portability will ensure an end to all the problems I face with Vodafone, especially since Im also being refused a signal booster. 6) If being a customer for over 10 years now, Im being treated to such bad service, I dont understand why I should stay ? 7) No one seems to be able to help me with the email address of the nodal officer for Hyderabad.                                       Im being asked to wait till June 19th for a resolution, while I suffer without any signal in my own house.

                                      Signal booster is being refused by call takers. No supervisors available, no alternatives being provided till june 19th.

                                      Must i suffer till 19th June with no signal in my house. The only talk of the most recent complaint lodged and not of since how many months have passed since raising the issues.

                                      VODAFONE INDIA is quick to delete the same feedback on facebook, why not provided resolutions or alternatives just as promptly.

                                        I converted my number from postpaid to prepaid in 2010. I received a cheque of Rs.273.61 which was the extra amount paid to vodafone. Details of cheque : Date : 24 feb 2010 Ref no. [protected] Lot no. 37 Cheque number : 055621 I could not encash the cheque within 6 months. After that, ever since, i had been going to vodafone store (lajpat nagar, New Delhi) and a number of complaint request generated but never i got the new cheque. I still posses the original cheque. In my last visit to vodafone store i spoke to Fahad (lajpat nagar, New Delhi) I am tired of visiting the vodafone store and calling customer care for this. Request to seriously address the concern. PS - I need the new cheque in my name as previously the number was in my elder brothers name who is no longer in india
