Unnecessary bill creation of net charges on post paid connection

But when i checked my data usage it is showing 367 Mb data which is much more than their claim. Also they have not forwarded...

Worst behavior by the vodafone. whenever i complaint about my requirement they use to provide some numbers(*121# & *111#) and they will aske me to check for the offers. in the same way i checked & there was a offers stating that 2gb of 3g internet pack for rs. 251 or 249.. and unfortunately i followed the same thing... by having confident on RESPECTFUL VODAFONE i didn't check my available gb balance.. but, when i interacted with vodafone...

My Vodafone number is rejected for PORT OUT by Vodafone 3 times, for no reason, always they are sending reason "Active Order Exists". I want to complaint this to TRAI and DOT. As per the regulation if operator is not doing the porting out DOT/ TRAI can impose a fine on the operator for 5000 Rs. Please look into this ASAP, my number is [protected]...
