Dear Sir, My vodafone number [protected] stop working without any prior notice from vodafone. Sir, I want to know why my number is disconnected. The responsible authority does not give any satisfactory answer. Sir, I want our Security and Balance refunded from the company. Kindly look into the matter. I shall be very thankful to you.

Dear Sir/Madam,

My Vodafone number is [protected] & Its registration has been failed on 05/04/2014. I migrate from post paid to prepaid on 20/3/2014. After 15 days running of my prepaid number they deactivate my number. When I ask what was the reason for deactivation of my number [protected] some said due to non-usage when I called nodal office they said that on my ID proof there are more than 6 numbers running. When I ask vodafone executive on live chat they said that I can run maximum 9 prepaid numbers on my id proof. Rs 37 is balance in my prepaid number([protected]). When I ask will this balance be refunded they said the balance will be refunded only to the number that is running on my id proof . But I don't have any number that's on my ID proof . But they said that on my ID Proof there are more than six numbers running on my Id proof. I don't know why they are telling this. Please Reply

    I am Parichay majumdar, From kolka, bose garden, i am Using a number [protected], 01 march i have lost mobile phoned and applied for the same number in vodafone store. At mini store of dunlop .they have stared the connection and after couple of days as i am trying but cannot call.i have balance of 80 .00 rupees. As a result i have gone to ask them but they are telling that It is due to their failure termed HLR.and I asked for the solution they told me that if i Want to start the outgoing call then i have to take a new sim card for that i have to submit once again my photocopy of id and address proof .and 50 rupees. Now For their fault why I would pay

      I’m using Vodafone# [protected] from the year 2012 and I have added two numbers in friends and family plan. They have removed two numbers also from this option with out any prior information and I called compliant number (198) and spoke with two person who is from support team [Jeganathan & Hasim (2nt name not sure exact)] they given wrong information and behaved very badly.

      I’m using Vodafone# [protected] from the year 2012 and I have
      added two numbers in friends and family plan. They have removed two numbers

      number (198) and spoke with two person who is from support team [Jeganathan
      & Hasim (I'm not sure about 2nt name)] they given wrong information and behaved
      very badly.

      I have made this call twice on Sunday (April 06, 2014) 11:30 PM IST.Please find below brief explanation reg their response;They
      have removed these two numbers long back but I didn't notice, last week
      I recharged with the amount of Rs.350.00 and it became Rs218.00 now
      then I came to know they removed those two numbers from my friends and
      family list with out any information. When I called Jeganathan &
      Hasim they returning question on me that this issue happened because of I
      didn't notice for past three months and behaved very badly. Also
      Jeganathan given wrong information to me for escaping from this problem,
      he said this scheme released only on Feb'13 how you able to use it from
      last year. But i'm using this scheme from the year 2012. And they said
      they can not transfer this call to any of their higher authority, they
      will not response. This is the very bad way to get response
      from such a famous telecommunication services, I will not suggest anyone
      to go for this vodafone services.

        I am a Vodafone customer who uses your network more than 2years, from past four days I am not able to access the Internet.I need a valid reason why I am not able to use my Net Pack, I have paid money for Net pack an then too I am not getting services for which I am paying .
        Moreover your Customer Care People have no courtesy of picking up my call, I am not fool to call you people thousands times, Nor you people are entertaining me . Cause of your poor services I am facing problems, I am not able to access my mails.
        If your customer care is not to help then for what are they use off, to just sit on chairs and transfer the call from one department to other .
        If i don't get details of why my Internet is not working, I won;t think twice to port my number...

If your SIM is damaged, please replace it & charges for the same are Rs.25/-. However, if your SIM card is default you can get it replaced free of cost.

          I have applied for Vodafone Postpaid connection with "199 super talk" plan for voice calls and "155 2G mobile data" plan for internet, through Vodafone Store, Howrah, West Bengal on 10th March'2014. The executive at Vodafone Store offered me 4/5 numbers to choose from and finally provide me the no.[protected]. Problem: 1 This number was used by someone else previously. On 20/3/14 ireceived one sms from vodafone pertaining to summary of vodafone bill dated 15-7-12, which is in no way related to me or my connection. Numerous sms & phone calls were also received at my phone from unknown numbers. On complaint at Vodafone Store, Howrah they changed my number to: [protected] on 27/3/14. Problem:2 This number was also used by some one else earlier as again on 28/3/14 one sms is received from Vodafone pertaining to summary of vodafone bill dated 06-MAR-13, with which i have no connection. On complain the executive advised me not to worry about these sms and assured me that my bill will be as per my usage and my opted plan only. Problem:3 As per my data plan I am entitled to get 1GB free internet data and free talk time as per talk plan. But my data service was stopped on 26/3/2014, on the plea of exceeding credit limit. I have used only 500mb approx only at that point. I visited the Vodafone Store on 27/3/14 and they insisted on payment. I paid Rs.300/- on 27/3/14. The service was restarted, but again on 28/3/2014 the data service was stopped on the same plea. Again i was to pay Rs.150/- to restart the service on 29/3/14. But alas ! again it was stopped on 30/3/14. I have only used 900mb data before the service was stopped. Problem:4 Vodafone has stopped my outgoing call facility with effect from 10.42 hrs dated 04/04/2014. I have live chat with the Customer Care today about these issues, but they insisted on g payment of Rs.1672/- atleast to resume the service. As per Vodafone my bill date is 6th April'2014.           Kindly note, the Rs.155/- data pack benefits have been configured for online discount i.e., discount shall be included in un billed usage from today onwards. Also, in case you choose to avail the data plan in future the same offers 1GB 2G data free. Post the free usage surfing shall be chargeable at 2 ps/10kB.

          Further, in case of any downloads, charges shall be applicable as per the charges mentioned in the website and MMS charges are Rs.3/MMS.

              I am Mohd Naseer my mobile number is [protected]. I lost my mobile week ago so i went to vodafone store situated in darya ganj there is a representative name "KASHIF" last one week he is misguiding me instead of helping. I asked him on very first day that i need duplicate sim in prepaid because my number was prepaid but he didn't give me that instead he said that i cant get duplicate prepaid number i asked him several time actually i insist him please give me duplicate number but he denied all the time so just because as he said that i cant get prepaid number he forced me to get postpaid number i told him that there is something around 300+ rupees in my number but he didn't listen to me he just focus on his postpaid number selling target. and he charge me 250 rupees more for postpaid number. but after that when i got the postpaid number i called to the customer care and he said that u can easily get prepaid sim just giving him 25 rupees then after that i went to the vodafone store I told "KASHIF" everything but this time also he didn't listen to me actually this time he mentally harass me i have been there for an hour or more he said go to this go to that guy there is one more guy who make me fool his name is "NITIN" this time he said you can get the prepaid number but you have to come on "sunday" I postpone all my pending work because of him but this time also he make me fool he didnt give me the prepaid number he said "today is sunday we dont have back hand we cant give you the prepaid number" when he cant give me the prepaid number on sunday so why he asked me to come on sunday. but they didnt stop there then again i went there and asked him please give me prepaid number after so much of asking (i would say begging) finally he gave me the prepaid number and said you number will activated in 24 hours but now is been 48 hours and still my number is not activated i again call to customer care and he said that your number is still postpaid he didnt convert your number in prepaid he just make you fool again and give you blank sim. so I just want to ask is this is the way to treat your customer I am using this number last 10 years. please help me and ask "Kashif and NITIN" why they make me so much fool and mentally harass me. I dont have time to go there to your store daily just for a single sim tomorrow i will change my number and i will buy airtel sim because i think they give respect to their customer they don't make fool to their customer. Please help me in this matter I want my prepaid number back with my all balance. and 250 rupees of amount which he forced me to pay. please take an action against Mr. KASHIF. who job there in Vodafone store situated at Darya Ganj

                I am very disappointed the way you guys are working, I have seen my Mar14 bill there was extra charges Rs.98 from my bill for some d2c_mgossip which i had never downloaded. Same sort of issue happened in previous months bill also I had highlighted to you as well then that amount wave off but every time I have write this type of mail to you. Please correct you system to avoid such type of problems in future also waive the download charge amount INR 98 and tax. I have seen so many people writing regarding these download charge complaints what preventive action you have taken in customers interest. if this happen next month also i will switch my mobile operator.                   Hi, Just last month you had generated my bill wrongly and I had to struggle with you people to get the amount of 842.70 corrected. Please find the link below. http://www.consumercomplaints.in/vodafone-india-bill-wrongly-generated-for-jan-2... Now, again this month you haven't applied the discount of 1050 and 750 in my bill for internet charges. You have charged me on pro-rata basis for the whole month and again also charged me 1800 extra which is double counted. This comes to more than 2000 with tax. I went to your vodafone store and showed them the bill. They have taken a complaint request and have again accepted the discount of 1800 have not been applied. I wanted to change my connection from post paid to pre-paid because you guys are cheating me every month and I have to struggle for 10 or 15 days and talk to 10 people to rectify your mistake. Now I am not able to do anything before clearing your mess up. I don't know how you guys are doing the same mistake again and again and cheating loyal customers. I am really fed up with you guys. Please rectify this error immediately, or else I am going to cancel your connection immediately and can't pay the outstanding amount as it is completely vodafones mistake and I can't wait another 15 days without making any outgoing calls.                       Dear Sir\Mam Write Now I am using vodafone postpaid num my name sumit dev nath and my mobile [protected] but 57 rps more chargeble on bill date 21.02.2014 to 19.03.2014 billing period i was already taken net pack 255 rps for 1 gb and extra pack 100 pck rps get 300 mb on last i visit vodafone centre but they dont response properly i[censored] dont deducted this amount otherwise i port this number on airtel u know m very tired calling on customer care centre but they dont response so plz take a quick action of my complaint

                        I am Customer of Vodafone since last 6 years, but now i have no network in my mobile and the following message showing "SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED" .some of people in customer care is very very bad and not respond properly, they require max of 2 days to complitt this processor but they taken more than 20 days (still day ) still now the problem is not solved, my no. is 9866157...

                          I got Useless reply from vodafone. Note: Still now no person come and check network issue. I got a call from technical department person, ([protected]) three days back he said I will come to your location very next day. I called the number on next day, he replied please cancelled the connection and goto other network. Today I got one more call from vodafone [protected] she asked extra 10days to resolve the issue. I am using this mobile number for oncall support in a leading bank. I am staying chennai city (Pallikaranai) That's very funny reply got from vodafone "However, your place of residence falls in an area, which we cannot cover in the immediate future." . Team please take necessary action. If i want to go consumer court also I am ready.. because no one treating/looking this complaint.                             Hello, My Father is using a No [protected]. He had plan ADV RENTAL 1199 Half Rate. We didn’t notice but Vodafone revised call charges 2 years ago without any prior notice. When it came into our notice, we made a complain to Vodafone care. Everytime we were told that a senior person will call you. Whenever someone called he mentioned he don’t have authority to take any decision in this matter and his senior who have authority will call you. This cycle continued for a week and they ask for time of 4 days to resolve and said you’ll get at call till 6ht march. Again the dates for resolving issue revised to 8th and 12 th March. We didn’t received any calls on 2 nos we’ve given and we were told that call went unanswered, I can say for sure we didn’t received any calls in between. Then I called to your Nodal office, your executive told me that please send an email which contains details of previous and new rate charged to you. It wasn’t my job as you have everything but I send an email to nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com on 20th march from [protected]@gmail.com. When I didn’t received any email till yesterday, I made a call to your nodal officer. She said mail has been send to you, when I asked what for specifics she said she can’t reveal. She arranged a call back which I was supposed to receive in 2 hours but I didn’t get till now. When I called today at Nodal office, your executive told me I can check in system that you send a mail to us but we haven’t send any response so far. When I asked for reason she wasn’t able answer. Then I asked to speak to Mr. Jitendra, She said He is in meeting. When I asked for a complain no, so that I can take up the issue, she said it’s not possible. When I insisted on same, she simply disconnected. Can you believe on this? This was way outrageous. I didn’t expect such a same behaviour from your executive. This is how you treat a customer who is using your services from last 7 years, you enjoy insulting them?? From Last few weeks kind of response I got from Vodafone is totally unprofessional and unethical. Thanks!! Regards, Atul Singh

[protected] n it's running 8 days n then aftrer they stopd my sim incoming n outgoing since 6 days with out veryfication n although i submited 2nd time dox before 4 days n they still tell me in process n not started my no... i went 4 time in vodafone store last 4 days but there is no result i want my sim start instantly... i dont want to suffer more... i m very angery for this register my complain n action on instant... my contact no :- [protected]

                                    Hello am using vodafone sms rate cutter they never mentioned that chargers were sms charges are applicable from mid nite 12 to 2 i.e. 00.00 am to 02.00 am bt all they mention is free sms is for 24 hrs... i spoke to executive they said they cant repay then company should have mentioned it as 22 hrs offers, kindly do the remmeds

                                      I have purchased Rs 1999/- for 3 month plane with dongle from Vodafone store Kalyan. Now I got bill within 1 month of Rs 647/- and they told me you have used 2G plane. I don't know when this device used 2G connection and when 3G. But point is when you have taken 1st class pass and if the 1st class train is not available or if you go by 2nd class then you will be fine for that. ref vodafone bill no:[protected]. for proof

                                        I am being harassed by Vodafone for a fictitious charges of Rs. 360/- I had a sim that was used in my Internet dongle and I used it for almost a year. Always paid on time. In November I wrote a mail to disconnect the same after which I was bombarded by calls from their Retention department who kept asking me to continue the card for two months without paying anything, not even taxes. I refused but the lady, Ms. Mabel said that she needs to show on record that they are trying to retain customers, and its ok if I do not continue after the free period. I reluctantly agreed, however, I still disconnected in a weeks time since the service was very bad compared to me new Internet plan. I had paid up everything prior to disconnection. Now they have cooked up theses baseless charges of Rs 360/- as taxes for the 1 week that the sim was not disconnected. This is my first complaint and I have already written to them that they need to stop harassing. If they continue, I shall file a case against them in the consumer courts of Mumbai.
