I’m using Vodafone# [protected] from the year 2012 and I have
added two numbers in friends and family plan. They have removed two numbers
also from this option with out any prior information and I called compliant
number (198) and spoke with two person who is from support team [Jeganathan
& Hasim (I'm not sure about 2nt name)] they given wrong information and behaved
very badly.
I have made this call twice on Sunday (April 06, 2014) 11:30 PM IST.Please find below brief explanation reg their response;They
have removed these two numbers long back but I didn't notice, last week
I recharged with the amount of Rs.350.00 and it became Rs218.00 now
then I came to know they removed those two numbers from my friends and
family list with out any information. When I called Jeganathan &
Hasim they returning question on me that this issue happened because of I
didn't notice for past three months and behaved very badly. Also
Jeganathan given wrong information to me for escaping from this problem,
he said this scheme released only on Feb'13 how you able to use it from
last year. But i'm using this scheme from the year 2012. And they said
they can not transfer this call to any of their higher authority, they
will not response. This is the very bad way to get response
from such a famous telecommunication services, I will not suggest anyone
to go for this vodafone services.
