I bought a vodafone sim. With this sim 93 rupees balance and 50 mb net was free. But 50 mb net did not come. I have called 3 times in company. But they are unable to satisfy me. I am very unhappy with this service. Please take action fast on this complaint.

Dear Vodafone Team,
With lots of reluctance and a heavy heart, I am writing this letter to you as a final resort. This letter is regarding a formal complaint against one of our employees named Jibbi joseph working at KORAMANAGALA STORE. Am really surprise to see such behavior& his attitude has been dismissive, he was very RUDE to me when I approached him for help & he claimed that he is manager.
His work ethics seem to be poor as he has paid no heed to the query that I had. Inappropriate behavior On the 15th of May 2014.Such incidents make the company prone to carry bad name in the market.
I suggest, If possible have a personal meeting with him, and please find out if he is suffering from any personal issue.
I wish your urgent attention in this matter as efforts from my side should not go in vain.

    Vodafone Mobile Network — Cannot solve problem

    Hello,
    Me have been using vodafone service since Dec 2006.I cannot call in to customer care.When i call in to 111 or [protected] call directly go to recharge service..This problem have been existing for more than 4 month..I gave complaint many times in Cst care by using another number.did not solve this problem yet..me expect a solution as soon as possible..

    As a customer me expecting an bonus offer to reduce call rate & Local & Natinal SMS rate at the same time...

      INTERACTION ID[protected]:28 AM SANDEEP KUMAR Kindly help me regarding your executives who are every time giving me different information for the same problem ... i complaint before for the network issue in MAHARANI BAGH .. but the tat is of June 14 that too was given me after long fighting with the executives ... 1.The resolutions are not provided .. 2.complaints are not raised 3.wrong promises are done regarding back end/senior calls for the problems. 4.wrong tats are given 5.no records are kept of the calls from the back end department 6.every time i call for the problem i have to start all over again.. 7.people are not giving appellate authority and nodal officer no. 8.there are calls on Sundays even and when i complain for the same people deny that there can't be any calls as its not a working day.. but today MR. Sandeep told me that billing department is available 24X7 so they can call on sundays i do not know how much is the truth in Mr. Sandeep's statement.. i complaint today regarding the extra usage of internet .. sir please tell me if the speed is not there and i am not able to properly use 300 mbs of data in a month(for which i have complaint many times), how it is possible that in 4 hours the i can download 300 mb data ??? when i called last time i was advised to call and raise a complaint when i receive the bill for the month. now that i have called the complaint was not raised and was told that u will have to pay that you have used .. 1. why the complaint is not raised ??? 2. i think you can see the records that the customer has been complaining for some issue.. you people are not raising a complaint instead saying "as you are our valuable customer, we are offering you a new connection" Don't you this irritates the customer ?? i am not a friend of yours that you can crack a joke with me.. the worst part is that i have to delay the payment so that my complaint is raised and a proper tat is given, because of which i have to pay extra 100 Rs. !! last time the delay was for the same reason. stop looting the customers kindly clarify at the earliest and if you are not able to kindly give me the address /mail/phone no. of the person who can help me i hope to get a resolution this because i have tried to document the incidents that has happened.. deep prakash [protected]

          Hi, Vodafone is very wierd and acts based on factors you must have not heard of. If your payment is overdue and not able to pay as you are out of station with limited access, it will add another 20 Seconds IVR to pay your bill and then followed by bad reception all the time. Once the payment is made, the network comes back to the original form and there is no issue with it. I am just shocked to see how this works and i am not the only 1 facing this kind of a issue.

            My mobile number is [protected] . I took number portability and changed my network from idea to vodafone only because I wanted 3G services . But I was highly dissapointed with the services at vodafone . Mr Anuj Goswamy at the Malviya Nagar, New Delhi, vodafone mini store promised me a plan of Rs.175 a month for 1GB Data .But I was not given what I had been promised. After repeated phone calls and visit to their store for over two weeks also nothing was done . Everyday false commitments were made that it will get activated in a day or two but nothing, nor was I informed about the unavailability of any such schemes . I feel cheated and harassed .A lot of my time was wasted in just following up with Mr. Anuj about the activation of my Internet plan, with no intimation from their side. This makes me regret my desicion to port my number . I now feel idea was better, with a very honest team . At vodafone what is promised is not delivered .Extremely bad experience . Will not recommend anybody .

              The following are issues being faced with - [protected] and [protected] 1) My issues in all my past emails remain un resolved for over 6 months now. 2) No supervisors on the night shift to answer responsible. the call takers have no clues and are rude. 3) I have not been able to use my cellphone inside my house for over 6 months, I have to leave the premises to answer or make a call. 4) Suggestions to install a signal booster at my place of residence while the issue is being fixed have been ignored. While i remain unable to make or answer phone calls within the comfort of my house. 5) Mobile number portability will ensure an end to all the problems I face with Vodafone, especially since Im also being refused a signal booster. 6) If being a customer for over 10 years now, Im being treated to such bad service, I dont understand why I should stay ? 7) No one seems to be able to help me with the email address of the nodal officer for Hyderabad.               Im being asked to wait till June 19th for a resolution, while I suffer without any signal in my own house.

              Signal booster is being refused by call takers. No supervisors available, no alternatives being provided till june 19th.

              Must i suffer till 19th June with no signal in my house. The only talk of the most recent complaint lodged and not of since how many months have passed since raising the issues.

              VODAFONE INDIA is quick to delete the same feedback on facebook, why not provided resolutions or alternatives just as promptly.

                I converted my number from postpaid to prepaid in 2010. I received a cheque of Rs.273.61 which was the extra amount paid to vodafone. Details of cheque : Date : 24 feb 2010 Ref no. [protected] Lot no. 37 Cheque number : 055621 I could not encash the cheque within 6 months. After that, ever since, i had been going to vodafone store (lajpat nagar, New Delhi) and a number of complaint request generated but never i got the new cheque. I still posses the original cheque. In my last visit to vodafone store i spoke to Fahad (lajpat nagar, New Delhi) I am tired of visiting the vodafone store and calling customer care for this. Request to seriously address the concern. PS - I need the new cheque in my name as previously the number was in my elder brothers name who is no longer in india

                  Hi, I am having a Vodafone Post paid connection [protected]. I found a dispute in April 2014 bill and I raised the concern through Vodafone store and through Customer care by calling 111 but the issue is not resolved. Issue : I am having the plan of Rs.299 which gives me 600 minutes Local free, but Vodafone started charging me from 500 minutes. Whenever I raise a concern, I don't get a response or issue resolve from Vodafone. I have attached an image. Please calculate the Local call Duration from 25.03.2014 till 16.04.2014. The total will come as 492 minutes whereas the charging of calls should start after 600 minutes. Vodafone Customer Care don't listen to my issues instead of that they try to convince me that I am calculating it wrong. I think by this way Vodafone cheats the people.                       I lost my mobile with vodafone prepaid connection(sim card) i went to S.R.Nagar Vodafone store 3 times in 3 days in full of rain. They didn't give proper service and not rectified the problem sim was not activated. Finally I asked them customer compliant/suggestions book on of their employee told not available here. After that I wrote a compliant on white paper gave them and asked them acknowledgement they gave the Xerox of that without any signature or stamp. I said please put stamp or signature they simply said we don't give that kind of acknowledgement. After that I called to customer care centre and explained all the story from that side also not came proper response.                             I have bought a Vodafone 3G dongle connection No - [protected]. But after getting the connection I experienced a very low speed which is even lesser than the 2G speed. I complaint about the same to Vodafone customer care and Nodal officer via several emails and reminder dated July 31st, Aug 3rd, Aug 11th and Aug 28th but there revert was that they will take around 6 months to resolve my problem.

                            I am continuing to pay the bill for 3G connection in spite of experiencing lower speed. Either I get the speed for which I am paying or Vodafone charges me at the rate applicable for slower speed.

                              Sir, I am Sachin Mishra and i have vodafone connection for post paid usage and my number is [protected], in last month bill there is an amount of Rs. 107/- which is for net charges, but i have already subscribed their net pack for Rs. 125/-+ ST but they are saying this for extra usage of 0.45 MB and your downloads. But when i checked my data usage it is showing 367 Mb data which is much more than their claim. Also they have not forwarded the bill on time and my due date is 6 th or 5th of everything but this time i have recieved the same on 7th May which is unwilling from their side.                                 Worst behavior by the vodafone. whenever i complaint about my requirement they use to provide some numbers(*121# & *111#) and they will aske me to check for the offers. in the same way i checked & there was a offers stating that 2gb of 3g internet pack for rs. 251 or 249.. and unfortunately i followed the same thing... by having confident on RESPECTFUL VODAFONE i didn't check my available gb balance.. but, when i interacted with vodafone Mr. prabhakaran confirmed that i received only 1.5 gb of credit... i asked the reason they stated that the plan is changed. They pathetic part is they are very easily stated that they have not updated in system thats the reason i couldn't get the details in the given numbers. I demanded the explanation. But, THEY WERE VERY RUDE & NOT even willing to take up the complaint. They were not worried about the cm position at any POINT... Still i don't understand how can they say that they won't take it as complaint at all.. when i paid the money to get the service, they are talking in a way that i am getting a free service without paying money... But, Main problem is, believing this number services i shared the details to my office colleagues and they recharged for some 1 gb plan, but received only around 600+ mb as internet.. i raised this also with them but they didn't agreed... THEY WAY THE EXECUTIVE SPOKE WAS VERY RUDE... They gave one number stating as enquiry number(for name sake only[protected]... i don't want to leave this matter easily.. i have already wrote in consumer forum.. pasted in twitter & fb... shared with my friends also... vodafone has to respond to this...

                                With lots of reluctance and a heavy heart, I am writing this letter to you as a final resort. This letter is regarding a formal complaint against one of our employees named Jibbi joseph working at KORAMANAGALA STORE. Am really surprise to see such behavior& his attitude has been dismissive, he was very RUDE to me when I approached him for help & he claimed that he is manager.
                                His work ethics seem to be poor as he has paid no heed to the query that I had. Inappropriate behavior On the 15th of May 2014.Such incidents make the company prone to carry bad name in the market.
                                I suggest, If possible have a personal meeting with him, and please find out if he is suffering from any personal issue.

                                      I am a billing customer my bill of 2643 Rupees, when i called up vodafone customer he told that I had exceed my Internet limit & when I asked that guy why I didn't message from vodafone saying my exceed my use, he was arguing my saying you must got the message, while i checked my cell message there is only one message from vodafone on my Internet on 16th April Saying I have exhausted the allowance in Internet Pack on my cell number .To continue to browse at 2p/10kb at 3g Speed till you reach capping limit of Rs.850, when i called customer to activate my booster plan I was been told it cannot be activated on my number as I have to reach limit of 850 & then i can activate booster plan. So what is this, you people want to just eat money and make fool out of people as they don't check there bills & just pay money I mean 2400.They are just fooling people and removing money, there customer care employees just take callers for granted, If you dont message for their services they will call you 1000times to reply back & if you have activated any services, we like fools have to call them & ask if our services are activated are not. This vodafone people just treat their customers like dog.

                                        I have paid the charges I owed to Vodaphone but I am not sure why I still got a bill for this month. I requested for a disconnect of the services on Jan 20th. Service request number[protected]. I am not sure why this simple issue cannot be resolved. Also, I am just following this up as I am not a person who would not pay her bills and skip. But guess these companies are better off with those customers as they don't treat the loyal customers well!!
