today 22nd march 2014 at 11.40 a.m. i have recharged my vodafone number [protected] with rs 5 from my main account balance. within a few minuts i rechived a conformation sms that my internet pack with 25 mb free balance is activated. then i tried to access internet but i was failed. then i tried to connect to customer care to get some help. but they could not help me and after some attempt now i am unable to connect them. they deduct my 5 rs and also 5 mb free balance but they did not give me their services. i still can not use internet in my 3g smart phone with using vodafone connection.

    On January 30, 2014, i have received a call from Vodafone Customer Service about checking the feedback of service. I have asked about my plan of services that i am into. They told me that my connection is on the 399 plan. I had asked for a copy CAF (Customer Application Form) as i have a doubt my plan which i have opted for. I have requested this on the 1st Feb 2014 and on the 15th when i have followed about my complaint there were no traces of my complaints registered. Subsequently I went to Vodafone Stores T NAGAR and given a written complaint with proof for my CAF. I have got a call on the 19th Feb from CC and i have asked again for a hard copy of the CAF. But so far they have not called us back nor sent me the copy of CAF. Since Feb 2012, i have been a customer for Vodafone and have not got any default against my account. My efforts to reach Relationship Managers, Nodal Officers over phone, SMS were in vain. By 12.15 pm, today (21st March 2014) i have spoken to one Ms Selva Mary, CC executive and i have mentioned above all the complaints and given time for them to call back. I have told them that i would file an online complaint in the consumer forum. complaint number[protected]. In the meanwhile, on the Feb 18, 2014, the customer care service teams were trying to reach me at 11.15, 11.45 and 12.20, but i have not received any calls from them. On 19th Feb 2014 (7.08 pm), i have got a blank FEEDBACK SMS about the call quality without the name of the person. Kindly register this complaint and i have every right to have my copy of the CAF. I have not paid my bill this month and till i get this copy, i will not pay. I have told them not to disrupt my services till it is resolved. Also From the Day 1, i have registered for DND but i used to get lots of Text Messages and i have escalated to the Vodafone CC but of no use. Not a single call from the CC team has ever tried calling me about this. Harassment and getting annoyed with their services and feeling like right royally getting cheated. I want to make a point that the Customer care team should be genuinely address the grievances of their clients and should not take them for granted. None of the Escalation officers mentioned in the Chart have ever responded right from Relationship Managers, Nodal Officers etc. It is a clear violation of Customer Service Level Agreement. What would happen to a layman who is put into this kind of agony if his plans are auto-changed as it happens so often whenever they escalate the prices and plans. The Customer Service team just for the sake of calling people, they call for the call quality.

        Compaint regarding my no [protected]. I received so many call by ur executive n d no are [protected] [protected]. To pay the bill. Which was due rs 3580. As said by ur executive to pay 3000rs as soon as early, rest will get discount.after payment. ..my no still not activated. N now ur executive is saying to pay rest amount. .then my no will activated.i am not getting any discount n d fake commitment is given by vodafone executive. N d no ihv already mention above.           My vodafone no [protected]. I have been using this number from 2009. But Vodafone has been harassing me in one way or the other... Vodafone is activating unwanted 3G Data plans and charging rentals for the same. Vodafone is also selling customer numbers to tele-callers for money!!! When i raise a complaint against these tele-callers, vodafone has refused to raise a complaint!!! I have reached even to nodal officer but of little help!!!

          I have received 20 calls and 28 messages in one week and Vodafone is not ready to register any complaint against these!!! Vodafone gives some stupid excuses that either data is incomplete or number doesn't match etc... Vodafone is a big fraud company which is selling customer data and privacy!!! How do telemarketers know exactly same data as with Vodafone???

          I want to approach consumer court and seek justice and bring Vodafone to justice!!!

            Dear Consumer, I am the customer to vodafone using [protected] . I am using vodafone provided mobile application to recharge internet package as well mobile recharge.i did my recharge on 14/3/2014 . But there is a problem, when using vodafone application, as per the plan description " Enjoy 300MB of 3G Browsing!, Market Price : 102 Your Price : Rs 51, Rental Discount :Rs 39. 78 S.tax : 11.22 FREE MB valid for 30days . They have clearly said, there is a rental discount for Rs 40 and 300MB 3G data. But neither rental account nor discount added to my account. Please resolve my issue. Screen shots attached.             Today [20/Mar/2014] vodafone care representatives called me. Explained about the plan. There is misunderstanding about plan [GPRS Bonus 102 ] and amount [51] . Finally she clarified with me. The vodafone put back my amount Rs 44 to my main account balance. Thanks for vodafone and consumer complaints efforts resolving my issue.

              I use vodafone number [protected] and have had a credit limit of more than 3000 per month as its my business phone no . The services are disconnected and still I got a bill of 1300 rs which I am not willing to pay as the connection was even not there no incoming or no outgoing call. I have suffered so much loss because of call barring. Earlier I had done settlement of 4000 Rs with Vodafone to which Vodafone agent said he will get the services resumed, However, check got cleared and the services bounced back to barred and since then Im not able to use the services and unnecassirily getting Bills. After this I have contacted this agent so many times but never got any response his no is [protected] My contact no is [protected]. Kindly address this issue on immediate basis its very sad to see the customer complaint being taken so casually. Nidhi

                My friend Shilpa took vodafone number [protected], on behalf of her writing this complain,

                I requested vodafone to activate 2G data plan on my number on 25/11/2013
                And got confirmation from them that my services has been activated and will be
                Effective from 29/11/2013 ( i have written mail) . i started using the data services from 30/11/2013. i
                Received a bill of 188 rupees and i paid it without checking any details. On
                5th December 2013 i received a bill of amount 337 and due date to pay was 23
                dec 2013, suddenly on 8th decemeber my services were barred, i called the
                customer care and they said your outstanding amount has crossed your credit
                limit, i said how is it possible, they said you are using net pack so bill has
                crossed the limit as your credit limit is only 500/-, whatever net amount has
                been charged gets discounted from the whole bill at the end of the month, i
                said ok and paid the bill, the very next week again my services were barred, i
                got shocked and panic, i called the customer care they again said your
                outstanding bill has crossed your credit limit, i said what is going, why it
                is happening, he said because you are using internet, i said but i have
                internet pack activated on my number he said there is no pack activated on my
                number( i have written mail from them though regarding confirmation of my net
                pack activation). i understood there is some big gambling they are doing with
                my number and i started having email conversation. i wrote them regarding this
                they didn't replied properly, then i complained Nodal officer, nodal officer
                wrote me that 188 rs was the net charge they have charge and they will waive
                off in my next bill, i asked them to send me complete bill details, but they didn't bothered and told me that they will send the bills only on my registered email ID [protected]@gmail.com, i never created this email ID in my whole lifetime, god knows from where they gave birth to this email id, i asked them repeatedly that this is not my mail id but they said there system is showing this. They said my 188/- net charges have been waived off and i have to pay 892 something amount which pending. I got shocked, i asked them again and again on how this is possible, how come i get 892 rs bill, i paid complete bill on 8th december, they have barred my services for almost 12 days, how come i get a bill of 892 ? i am using the same plan on my other number and i get maximum 350 rs for the whole month and here i got 892 for 4-5 days? finally after long fight they gave me bill on 13th march 2014 ( Bill period from 29th november 2013to 5th february 2014). On 5th february i wrote to Nodal officer and appellate officer to disconnect the pathetic services as i was tired fighting for my rights, i wrote them to end the service WEF from 5/02/2014 which is the last date of my billing period.

                the bill which i received from vodafone shows a net usage of 777/- in january, and they said i need to pay this charge as my data plan was activated from 23 january? what nonsense is this anyone can explain?

                i have written mail that my data services has been activated since 29th november 2013, and vodadone is saying i need to pay the 777/- charge as my data pack has been activated on 23rd january. i netiher requested them to do anything special, i just asked them i have raised a request on 25th novemeber for net activation and it got activated on 29th novemeber, i am using net because i have written mail from you, on what basis you are charging me this? i never asked them to stop my net services. this is their fault, the sent me mail that activation has been done and physically they didnt do it and now they want me to pay for their mistake, they are troubling me since 3 months for their mistakes, inspite of giving me something in return to nonsense pain they have caused me, they have started threatening by calling and saying to pay the bill otherwise they will send people to collect.

                Does any law and order exists here?

                i have all the mails in my mailbox from their appellate and nodal officer, even they are not helping me now as they need their payment to be done to cover up their mistakes.

                i have saved all their mails in a seperate folder kindly help as threatening is increasing day by day.

                    Hi, I purchased Vodafone World Calling Card for Rs. 2500 on 5-Feb-2014 at 10.46.47 AM and transaction reference number is: MCIT[protected]. The transaction was successful and i received the WCC PIN number via email and SMS. When i tried to use the WCC i got a message that the Card is blocked and contact customer care. When i called customer care they told that they cannot see any such transaction and contact local store. When i visited local store (Tirumalgiri, Secunderabad, AP) (10-Feb-2014) they took all the details and said within 24 hours your issue will be resolved or money would be refunded. Issue was not resolved and i visited the Vodafone store again on 21-Feb-2014 and spoke to the store manager Manoj, he said he will speak to his team and get this resolved and contact me back within 24 hours. I waited till 2-Mar-2014, there was no response and when i called the store manager he said give some more time and he will call me back. On 3-Mar-2014 when i called him back he said the offer is not valid for Andhra Pradesh and he has raised it with his Marketing team. When i asked for the complaint number he said he will register one and give. So he registered the complaint number [protected] and on 5-Mar-2014 i got a call from the confirmation department to check all the details. After that the confirmation department officer told that the money will be refunded in next 24 to 48 hours. And on 6-Mar-2014 they closed the complaint without refunding the money back. I called again on 17-Mar-2014 and i asked for the complaint number, the Customer care executive started asking for all the information again, when i told i want to speak to supervisor i was kept on hold for 15 minutes and then supervisor started asking again the same information and gave the same story that she will forward all the details to the concerned team and wait for 24 hours. Even after me asking to open the old complaint number they have not opened and infact told me that you can go ahead and register complaint anywhere. I would request consumer complaints team to help me in getting my refund back. Thanks Vijender Jain [protected]

                      Vodafone numbers [protected]. • Local number of my brother ( [protected] ) for which I have been charged as per ISD charges of messages. This happens to me second time one in Jan and another is in Feb month. Customer care informed me that due to double zero before number make it ISD however I never use double zero. Something is wrong with your system kindly check and revert incorrect deductions. • And also incorrectly charge in the month of Feb for Internet download whereas I am not using any paid application. Same was discussed with Deepa (Nodal Officer) in the month Dec 2013 and confirmed by her that these charges will not be coming in my bill in future and reverted me Rs.350 which was wrongly deducted in dec bill. However I was wrongly charged by Vodafone services . Kindly assist me and get my bill collected. I m not getting any positive response from Vodafone Team as I m follow with since long time. And Indented resolve my issue Vodafone people block my Mail Id ([protected]@gmail.com).PFA mail for your reference.

                        I had a Vodafone numer [protected] . Due to some reasons I was not using that number from few days . Two week ago I started the number and its was working properly but after 3 or 4 day it got blocked. I contacted customer care but they told me that it is not on your name. I have the sim issued to me while I purchase the number and sim no. also i.e EH[protected]. I have submitted id on the name of Tarun Wadhwa s/o Hans Raj Wadhwa . H.no 186 Rajiv nagar, sector 18 fbd.. i have made complaint regarding this on 08/march/2014 to nodal officer of vodafone On the next day a person from vodafone called me and said you visit our vodafone store and you get the sim of same number . they issued the sim but its not activated till 09/march/2014 On 10/march/2014 I visited vodafone store again and request them to activate my number in postpaid conection if its not possible to issue in prepaid. they again issued the sim and took Rs250. as securityamount. On 14/march/2014 i called to store manager and they told me that its a premium number, and its cost is Rs25000. and we are trying to get it for you. All a sudden they have changed the monthly plan and removed my data plan services and charged me for using the data services. He is trying to get money out of people for the sake of fake work visas and job offers to USA.                                 I have one vodafone post paid sim for data use whose number is [protected]. Since last 4 months I was not use this sim for any data uses. But they are showing in my bill my usages charges download charges apart from monthly rental. Although I got 2 GB Data free for every month. I was giving many complain to them over telephone as well as directly to their MINI stores but they are ignoring it. Kindly help me.

                                  this is jeevan agarwal. my contact no. is [protected]. i called customer care of vodafone for special plan enquiry. he inforned me about 84 plan of 90 days. so he said sir you font have sufficient balance so do rechare and call us back we will proceed it further. so i recharged of 320 rs. than again i calld bck dey said me we cannot do from here . u need to get 84 rs recharge done again so as to activate this service. out of this i was nt planning to recharge of 320. but tgey said we will deduct from your main balance and start your service. so i was ok and did 320 recharge or else i would hv opt for smaller recharge pack. but than total recharge i made was 320+84 extra and i did 403. which was out of my capacity. is ut there way to juz mke consumer fool by making them do extra amount reacharge so that they can make nd increase there revenue. i request u to please take a serious note against mr. arvind the one with whom i had a talk. so that they dont make other customers fool who dos not have option to sue them through consumer media forum. you can call me on[protected] for further enquiry. my email ismd is jeevan.[protected]@gmail.com. thank you

                                      i got simply scrap and pathetic answer on my below query. Despite of being told to VF not to have any data plan activated since more than 6 months, it was still there and charged. Simply absurd and pathetic of vodafone. =========== Hi, I have been using this # since long and in this month I am seeing below charges, wherein I has already requested multiple times to “DEACTIVATE” all web/GPRS related services on this number. But still seeing below charges. Request you to kindly reverse these charges as appropriate. I DO NOT EXPECT any proactive enablement of any services until I give a confirmation for that.

                                      Please note, Vodafone live service is a zero rental service, which is active on every Vodafone number also we confirm that same will be charged only when you use it. Further, we have deactivated the Vodafone live service w.e.f. 11/03/2014 as per your request. Basis the same an amount of Rs.70.36 has been correctly levied in the bill towards the GPRS at 2ps/10kb and downloads as per the content in bill dated 05-MAR-14.

                                        I am a HCL Corporate customer Issue for the no [protected] I have raised an issue last month regarding unknown internet downloaded charges. Where I am not downloading anything and still I am getting charges 1. Last month itself I told. Don’t make any company charge my vodaphone account. 2. There is no intimation from vodaphone that you are going to deduct amt for so and so company. 3. There is no direct no or customer care no for the downloaded company. I am repeatedly telling you to stop charging my mobile bill for any download charges. This month I am charged 297rs(3 downloads within 30 sec). If you see my record I never download these kind of stuff and If I need to I use my credit card or net banking. This look like a spam and vodaphone also supporting it by adding into my bill. Where I haven’t not authorized these kind of transaction. So plz lookinto this and make sure this charges are reversed and in future pit a restriction that no one can with deduct any amt through my mobile bill Issue for [protected] When I got jan14 bill on feb, I called your customer service on 8th feb to check my month datausage rent, which is 199rs for 2GB but I am using and 1 to 1.5 gb and I got only 123 rs. I asked your cust service rep if my usage charge is less than the rent paid why should I go for the rental plan rather than I go without the rental I will be paying less. He said as the internet prices are come down as per your usage you can go without the rental plan. So I asked to remove the datausage rental and I surprised to my datacharge for the month going upto 1800rs. I have asked you people then only changed the plan. Plz check and reverse the charges for last month data usage. Note: I have spoken to 198 cust complaint where they said they can’t take these complaint as they don’t have rights and asked to send mail to you. I also activated datausage 199 plan this month for the no [protected]. Plz call me if you need any further details. I am a vodaphone customer using [protected] for more than 5 yrs.
