Today (06 May 2014) I completed an online recharge for a Rs.124/- Bonus Plan. As per their website, https://shop.vodafone.in/shop/directRecharge.jsp, the Bonus Plan for Rs.124 says a 1GB 2G/3G data usage recharge will be done valid for 28 days. [protected][protected][protected] Bonus Card 124Enjoy 1 GB free mobile internet MRP (Rs) 124.0Recharge/Bonus card Bonus CardTalktime (Rs) 0 (Equivalent mins) 0 Benefit Enjoy 1 GB 2G/3G free mobile internet Validity (Days) 28Access Fee (Rs) 110.36 Service Tax (%) 12.36 [protected][protected][protected] After completing the transaction I got an SMS that a recharge has been done for 650 MB (706 including my previous balance) and valid for 21 days from today.I called up their customer service and told them about this discrepancy. To which the person very coolly replies that there is a "technical problem" with the website. The Rs.124/- plan is actually valid for 21 days and only worth 650 MB internet data.I argued asking them how much time does it take for a company like Vodafone to update its website and do they realise it is criminal to give incorrect information like this online. Again a very casual reply saying, we are receiving other calls about this also, those "genuine" (I quote) customers have accepted this explanation and are moving on. WHAT kind of an irresponsible, uncouth and rude reply is this, are they insinuating that customers who accept and shut up are genuine and good customers, while those who complain are crap? How can a company of VODAFONE's stature make such a casual mistake??? If this was some other country, I could have easily filed a suit against them for taking my money based on a false notification on a public website.     dear sir, since my posting of internet problems regarding very low speed on march 03, 2014, here, no improvements had been brought under notice in my foresaid Vodafone no., . its very painful to see that the net speed on my Kolkata Vodafone prepaid no., [protected] is not the same as it once was ( currently enjoying only 8-10 kbps against 80 kbps promised speed before exhausting my unlimited data pack, i.e, R's.196).today I have done recharge at 9-10 am sharp, transaction id : Rchrg of MRP Rs196.0 on 6-May-14 successful.Tlktime rcvd Rs1.64, STax Rs21.56, AccessFee Rs172.8, New Bal Rs10.22.TransID RM[protected].Dial *111# for a/c info. not only the above annoying problems but also there is sudden alterations in the company 's fair use policy. upon crossing the limit of 2gb data the company allowed every user to enjoy the net at 40kbps speed data transfer till the expiry of the pack for one month. now it has changed with following notification from Vodafone. upon reaching 3 gb the speed is notified ad 20kbps, and when reached 4gb, its, 10kbps. please sir, check for the above statement whether it is correct or forcibly brought into us. again, it shall be very praiseworthy of you, if you kindly accelerate into this matter of slow internet experience though not promised. thank you. roquibul

        i am using vodafone mobile network, i check mobile internet offers in *111# it have RS.124 for 1GB data. so, recharched RS.124. but it have only 650MB. I call for customer care, it says change the offer. so, only have 650MB.

              My Vodafone number is rejected for PORT OUT by Vodafone 3 times, for no reason, always they are sending reason "Active Order Exists". I want to complaint this to TRAI and DOT. As per the regulation if operator is not doing the porting out DOT/ TRAI can impose a fine on the operator for 5000 Rs. Please look into this ASAP, my number is [protected]

                From last 2 months Vodafone ( Punjab) representatives are harassing for Payment of Bill ( [protected]) that I already had paid On Jan 15 2014 of Rs. 1980 to them. (Proof of Message payment Confirmation and Next bill Copy where payment was Confirmed is with me). And I had already sent to VOda fone also.On 2nd Feb 2014 they sent me message of Wrong Payment deposited in your Account Rs.1980, After 10 days more on Feb 12 they said Rs980 or 1000 was deposited in your Account against wrong payment of 1980 and payment was Credited by Voda fone. After All this Drama I sent mail to Vodafone for disconnect my Number. I can't understand what is the scene and there representative also don't want to explain matter . They always call for money and Legal threatning.
                Todya Threatning through [protected] this no. But when I asked for details. They Dont know any thing. Only they know that is threatning.

                I agree to pay every single rupee to Vodafone. if they prove money was not deposited by me.

                Other wise Sir for harassing me through legally and by there representative. They will have to pay 100 time of amount.

                  I got a call from an unknown number but could not pick it up then. After some time I called back in d same number and a male voice answered and we cleared it that it was a wrong number. Since then I was getting calls and messages repeatedly from his number [protected]. I blocked it and den from another number [protected] he started message me. ThiS has been very much irritating. Please help.

                    i have seen a AD in a newspaper i.e daneek bhaskar that you can earn upto 35000 in a month ..so i called up and then they told me to deposit 1000 and mail the receipt to [protected]@gmail.com and i did the same and then they again told me to deposit 3000 and mail the receipt and when i told them that i cannot deposit the said amount then they said that they will not refund 1000 and so i have to deposit the amount and again they told me to deposit 6000 more and i told them that i do not want to work with you, then they told me to deposit 4000 and mail the receipt with an application that why you do not want to work with the company then only your money will be refunded and now also they are telling me to deposit 7000 more if i want my monry to be refunded . iam mailing you one of the receipts of bank .

                      My prepaid number is [protected]. There are unauthorised deduction of balace of Rs.35/- in between 28/4/2014 to 30/04/2014. When i complaint in regard of this representative said u have download some pics on the same side i haven't download any thing and when i ask him to refund my balace he is refunding me only rs.5/- and for the balance amount he refused and told me we cann't refund your balance because 24 hours elapsed after deduction and we have to follow some regulations. And when i told her to transfer my call to her senior represntative twice my call rejected. I want my refund.

                        Sir, I have been mentally tortured by Vodafone. They are billing me for something which I have not asked for and despite of multiple email conversation, they are not ready to take it back. Please see the summary of my issue below - On 12th Mar'14 I have been told from one of Vodafone Customer name Gaurav that there is good 3G plan for me and I have given the following request email to activate it . "I have spoken to vodafone cc Gaurav and he suggested me a very nice plan for my no, that is vodafone special plan 1599. Could you please activate the same on my no ASAP. # [protected] Rajesh Shukla Benefit of the above plans as told by Gaurav are : 5000 local+std minutes 1000 sms 5 GB 3 G data " I have clearly mentioned the benefit of the plan, However I don't think they have read my email properly and activated the 1599 2G plan which I don't need, now I have done multiple back and forth email communication with them to put my previous plan back and reverse the money and charge my with regards to old plan. However, they are neither changing my plan to old plan nor reversing the money back. It has been close to a month now, and I have not got any resolution on the same. Request you to please take some action on the same. If you want I can forward my email communication that I have saved in pdf format. I am not able to attach it here. My mobile Number is [protected].

                          I have requested thrice in Vodafone office at bajaj Nagar, Nagpur in last two months for prepaid number of portability and also put twice online request for portability. But office said they don't have prepaid card of portability since last two months. Even when I got call from Vodafone office, the was just intentionally cut down. I realized, Vodafone is not interested in portability, then why makes fake show of portability. Please guide me.

                            I do the No portability from Idea to Vodafone for my mobile no [protected] in the month of March-2014 and I am using apple I-Phone. During my application, Concern executive has made mistake and right checkbox for Blackberry services for the amount of 899+service tax which I have never used in my life. I come to know during the first bill in the month of Apr-2014 that Blackberry services was activated wrongly. First I had deactivated blackberry service and talk with customer care for wave off my blackberry service charges. I made payment for my bill accept Blackberry service on right time. My conversation with Vodafone customer care service the concern person told me that your complaint is booked and amount will be waved of during next bill which was cancelled without my intimation. Suddenly yesterday my all outgoing call other than Vodafone is blocked. I talked with executive who has taken my application. They accept their mistake and sent mail to Vodafone corporatecare.[protected]@gmail.com. After many mail conversation with corporate care they forward my mail to concern team and my service request no is 63964988 and give time limit for 2-May-2014. In short Vodafone team like mental harassment to customer through stopping of outgoing service for to payment bill for their team member mistake. I have 9000 Rs credit limit although they have blocked my outgoing service.

                              They are Fraud Company,
                              Vodafone have Charge the STD Pack Rs. 49 Double Time in Bill (27/4/2014) and also not give benefit of it.
                              Still My Complaints is not solved,
                              One more Great Harassment by your company,
                              Like I want to Change my SIM from Post-paid to Prepaid, But Your executives are saying that u r not allowed before 6 months,
                              WHY?
                              U r harrassing customer by bonding them for atleast 6 months,
                              One more thing like MY due date of paying April Month Bill is 15-MAY-2014, But refund of overcharging is adjusted in next billing.
                              And in next Bill they again don't give STD benefit, THIS haressment is infinte and I m not allowed to change my plan from PREPAID to POSTPAID. WOwww . WHAT A GREAT SCAM BY Company
                              The problem is solved and I migrate from Vodafone to AIRTEL,
                              Thanks to Vodafone for such a worst service.
                              There store manager are so rude to speak .
                              Realy thanks vodafone for doing fruad with customer by overcharging in Post paid Bills,

                                My family is on vacation at Kerala, South Chittoor (Near Panchayathu Well); Ernakulam which is hardly 5 KM away from heart of Ernakulam City. I am working in Mumbai. Both o[censored]s are having two vodafone connection each. But unfortunately, due to weak signal, I am not able to communicate to them. Most of the time no signals will be there and very rarely poor signal will be shown.                                   It was really such a frustrating service from vodafone postpaid.

                                  My due date for paying my vodafone postpaid bill is 23rd of every month. And I have paid my last month bill before the due date..

                                  Today the date is just 27th and my outgoing has been barred without any proper reason.

                                  I have received a message from vodafone before it got barred stating that " I have exceeded my outgoing limit and there may be possibility of interruption in my connection"

                                  So I called the cust care and queried about this. The girl who spoke with me told me that it is message that was wrongly send to me and other customers.

                                  She commited me that my outgoing will not be interrupted.

                                  But withing another couple of hours my outgoing barred.

                                  Again I called to Cust care. An harrasting lady Ms. Famila from Coimbatore picked the call and spoke with me like a bull . She is not even ready to listen what I am telling. Teach her how to handle the customer's and how to beahve with the customers.

                                  She was fully eager in finishing her call within some time limit.

                                  My open questions to vodafone :

                                  > When I am paying my bill every month properly within the due date, what is the reason to interrupt my outgoing call????

                                  > Why the outstanding amount grows like anything and finally after bill generated it comes down to normal amount.
                                  Is this to hurt ur customers ????

                                  > Why the sales man not explained us about this Wrongly calculated Outstanding (Un logic ) amount ?

                                  I am not going to leave this as such.

                                  My outgoing has been enabled only after I made a payment of Rs. 370.

                                  My Credit limit also increased only after I request after making the payment of Rs. 370

                                    To activate international roaming I recharged my mobile no [protected] with INR-1684. The amount INR-1684 deducted but international roaming not activated in my mobile phone.As per Vodafone website, if one need international roaming, then have to recharge with INR-1684. To get international roaming I recharged my mobile through online Internet banking on dated 29/03/14. Instead several request Vodafone neither activated international roaming nor refunded my money.

                                    I recharged my mob no [protected] with INR 673 on dated 28th March 2014. I done the recharge my e-TOP to activate international roaming. Vodafone not provided me international roaming, moreover harass me.I am still waiting for my money to be refunded.

                                      I am using Vodafone connection for last 9 years. I was a very satisfied and happy customer of Vodafone. Now I am facing problem for network. Call drop is regular feature in my connection, and 3G is not working in everywhere in Kolkata. This is really a big problem for me. Looking for por stability, but no other good company is there with 3G services.
