[protected] at rs 2350 which was by vodafone executive rishi singh and i have a settelment letter as well which is the proof of the settelment which i have already paid..but service of my another no. with same id [protected] has been deactivated and vodafone is not taking any action regarding my concern

    Hi, It is showing emergency calls only on my vodafone number [protected]. And when i am trying the number from other phones, it is saying "please check the number". When i called to customer care they are saying that the sim card is blocked and i need to re-submit the documents. This will be the 5th time i am going to re-submit the Document. What the stupid service it is. I was having a misconception that vodafone is a good service provider. But now i am thinking why i have choosen vodafone. I dont know what they are doing with the documents.worst service

I don't know who this person is and have no idea behind the intention of his calls. Please I request you to blacklist this individual as he is also making calls to me from another idea number of his.

          I'm a Vodafone Delhi mobile connection user since 1997, 17years since I joined the network and my number is [protected]. This is the 1st time that I've had a issue with Vodafone which hasn't been resolved. I landed on the 6th of February in Mumbai since that day I've not been able to use my 3G services, I've called my relationship manager approximately 50 times and have done umpteen number of settings on my phone, my visit to the Vodafone store mumbai and after the service guy there tried to activate my services suggested that I change my SIM card, I've changed my sim twice since then 1st I was provided with a micro sim since the nano sim wasn't available but the service wasn't restored, then yesterday again I was provided with a nano sim but still my 3G service hasn't been resolved. It's been 16 days that I haven't been able to use 3G service despite being on the highest plan for which I pay a monthly rental of 650 to Vodafone. Despite being repeatedly assured that someone from the company would call me and resolve my issues, I still have to get my services working. I've tried using another Vodafone sim on my iPhone 5s handset and the internet was working fine on my handset. Similarly I tried my sim on another iPhone 5s handset but the 3G internet service wasn't working on that handset as well. I would really appreciate if my issues are resolved at the earliest.             Hello Everyone, I was using two vodafone SIM which falls under CUG plan since Apr, 2013. I was regularly paying bills before due date. For the month of January 2014, they charged Rs. 531. In that bill, it was charged extra Rs. 198 on downloads which i did not utilise. Right the moment, i saw the bill, I called 198 to file complaint. But they replied stating it was charged for the usage and did not respond after that. I tried reaching two more customer care people. But i ended up in vain. So, i did not pay that bill for the month of january. Now for the month of february, they had sent another bill with charges and the EXTRA LATE PAYMENT charges also. I am decided to file complaint against Vodafone India. I told them already on the time when i tried to give complaint, i will pay for the services i utilised. But still how they can keep charging continuously. Atleast they should have come for a discussion to end in WIN-WIN situation. Kindly help. My Vodafone number is [protected] Thanks, Saravanan

              This is regarding Ref No.[protected]. I have an Internet connection with number [protected]. The plan was activated in 2013 and had a monthly charge of Rs. 850/month. The pack was unlimited so that if the data pack exceeds its limit, the speed gets reduced. There was a 3 month advance payment which was done. This connection was purchased from Lajpat Nagar store as it is near New Friends Colony where I live. However, due to Vodafone’s self taken initiatives, my plan was changed on 26 Dec’ 2013 which was now Rs. 650 per month and post the limit of data usage, the data would be charged. To my shock, this request has been APPARENTLY made by me from the NOIDA Vodafone center. I have no idea when and why would I go all the way to Noida to get my data plan changed. Further, another request that APPARENTLY has been made by me, again to change the data plan has been done from the DWARKA store! I have not visited Noida/ Dwarka store ever. These requests have been done by Vodafone by itself and when I enquire about the same from the Lajpat Nagat store, they say that one of the customer care center will contact me. However, nothing has happened so far. I am extremely disappointed and gives me extreme stress to visit the center again and again. Vodafone keeps sending me an e-bill. The bill had been wrongly generated of Rs. 4700 for the period of December- January. When there has been no request of change in plans made, how can you change the plan. Further, I have not visited the Noida/ Dwarka center so how can they change my plan??? This is extremely shameful for a company like Vodafone. If you feel that I have visited the center, kindly provide proof for the same- you have CCTV recordings done. Kindly look in to it. I have no reason to visit any of these centers. The customer is at the disposal of Vodafone and its whims! I am completely being harassed. Please look in to the matter immediately and reverse all the wrongly put charges and plans.

I have made complaint at vodafone store on 18 Feb having SR no [protected] but my concern is not solved.I have mailed corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com continuously, but my my concern is not solved. Issue is: Vodafone gives alert message for Data consumption usage if certain consumtion level crossed. but there is delay in data consumption alert mesasge . vodafone store executive told me that my 1GB consumption was over by 3 FEB but i got alert message on 4Feb 9.52 PM . so i have assumption of i have not crossed 1GB usage n keep using. but due delay in getting alert message my usage got ovecrossed and they charged me 2p/Kb for extra data usage.this is vodafone negligence, I have shown that message to store executive as well when i visited vodafone store on 18 Feb. he said i ll get refund in next bill cycle. but on 20Feb, got mail from corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com saying they will not provide refund. I own Rs 537 from vodafone.Please take action against vodafone.They are charing extra amount from consumer

                        sir i purchase to vodafone numbers in december 2013 from neem ka thana vodafone store (m/s balaji telecom) in the name. [protected]- nisha gupta [protected]- rohit gupta sir both connection are purchase in same plan 250 b in which call rates are as followes 600 local minute free 100 sms free after that v to v = 30 paisa per minute v to o = 35 paisa per minute but in the connection of rohit gupta ([protected]) the rates are not charging as the plan in that connection the call rates are as followes no local minuts are free 100 local sms free v to v = 50 paisa per minute v to o = 50 paisa per minute sir i called to costumer care and local vodafone store(neem ka thana) many times but there is no soloution of this matter. so plz look in the matter and solve it

                          Vodafone - Micro - SIM Card - Micro-Sim Card is not getting activated for my mobile no. [protected] I was issued a Micro-Sim card from Vodafone Mini Store (Koimbedu, Chennai) at on 17 Feb 2014 and I was told by Vodafone executive of the store that it will take 2 to 3 hours time to activate the card and at best, Already, more than 16 hours has passed and in between, I contacted VODAFONE Customer Care at least 3 to 4 times and every time, their representative not telling the correct status of my activation, they asked me to contact vodafone store, even the vodafone store exe not attending the call, I find that VODAFONE customer care people also in a helpless situation as I am.                             i m from delhi m also among from the vodafone customers, i wanted to take a beneficiary plan for my family as postpaid even i searched these thing in all over third party association and all, And i got call for the same regards a lady called up me and took me towards a very good plan in the less amount, they sent an executive for the next step and i paid 250/- they convinced me for the number activing in 3-4 days, And, now today almost a week has gone but the number have nt still active, i felt bad on thier service very first time and i would be no more longer with this service by thier fake commitment and througing out me as bad experience, thanks and reards gulshan kumar delhi

                            Hi everyone, Vodafone has started a new scheme they call their customers, saying you are eligible for postpaid offer, charge money and number is never ported to postpaid. Their person will keep on saying you will receive call for verification, thinking that customer is fool. It's pathetic on the part of the company, they are trying to make fool out of their own customers, how clever of them. For this they have appointed third party channels on their behalf. What these partners do they call you saying we will port your number to postpaid.They will come wherever you ask them to come, be it mall anywhere. They just want your money and they will hand you a sim which is never going to be activated. Than you have to chase them endlessly. Once they get your money they don't know who are you. They just want your money and they will hand you a sim which is never going to be activated. Than you have to chase them endlessly. Once they get your money they don't know who are you.                             Don't Buy vodafone postpaid plan they are cheating and collect 250 INR in advance that is never return because while you visit vodafone store they saying this bill is not genuine. You will never return your 250 INR back in your hand.

                              hi, I am vodafone customer with mobile no. [protected] and purchased a recharge voucher of Rs255 ie 3G data pack with validity for 1 month . It has been 15 days since i have recharged and I almost daily call customer care to activate 3G on my simcard. The customer care assures me they are looking into my request and will activate 3G within 24 hours, but it goes all in vain and 3G is still inactive on my mobile. Hence i request you to urgently look in to this matter Thank you

Why should i pay for something i do not request?. Please get this corrected. Firstly i think that if vodafone wants to activate any data plans they should take the permission of the user first and then go about doing such things.                                     Hi Vodafone Customer Care, I have two complaints: 1) My Vodafone Cell No. is temporarily suspended due to incomplete billing address when i asked for international roaming activation. When i was in India this no. was working till i left India. 2) My International Roaming was not getting activated. Customer Care was asking for Rs. 10000 deposit. But i never paid any deposit when i travelled abroad earlier. I have been using this no. for last 10.5 years (except Nov. 13 to Jan 14..these 3 months i had transferred it to corporate account but submitted all required documents and got this no. activated on my personal account). My name: Manjiri Kulkarni My Vodafone Cell No. - [protected] (Circle - Mumbai) My Billing Address - 5, Saurabh Society, Sant Namdeo Path, Tilak Nagar, Dombivli (East), 421201 My Mail ID - [protected]@hotmail.com Currently i am out of India. and my No. [protected] is suspended due to insufficient billing address. I am very old customer of Vodafone since 4th October 2003 and ever since using this no. only. If required i can send you my bill for Nov. 2013. I was not able to register since it needs receiving password through sms. and my international roaming was not activated. I had transferred this no. to corporate for just 3 months (November 2013 to January 2014) in last 10.5 years. and submitted all the documents to transfer back it to my personal name on 28th january 2014 and my no. started working when i was in India. But International Roaming they are asking for Rs. 10000 deposit. I travelled abroad previously with this no. with international roaming activated but never had to pay a single paisa deposit. Why now? i have been using for last 10.5 years and it is updated on all Banks, Internet Providers, Gas, Electricity bills etc. websites. Please let me know if anything can be done to activate this no. and activate international roaming when i am out of India.                                       PFB the email send to Vodafone and Appellete authority Hello, I have just spoken to Abhishek on 198 regarding my 64Kbps speed. May I remind you that I have first Subscribe to 1GB data plan worth Rs; 250/- and then on 10th Of Feb 2014 started using Plan of 2GB worth Rs. 450/- activated on 9th of Feb 2014. My speed reduced to 64 kbps on 11th or 12th. Spoken to someone on 198 and as per him I should have been receiving call within 4 hrs and issue would have been rectified. Till date no call and issue is at it is. Again spoken to today (Wow Experience) Abhishek and as per him I will have to use 2GB plan worth Rs. 450/-(Mind you this for 3G) at the rate of 64Kbps till 2Gb.. Wow what a company policy.. Paying and using 64 Kbps for 3G plan... Seriously... I thought I should better quit this company.. Called to retention team and Spoken to Sabina.. She was so wonderful that as per her I have crossed the limit o[censored]sage and as per her I have used 2500 MB data.. Tried to explain her that on dialling *111# I am getting used data till date around 1500 MB. Still Showing the same... But as per her I was wrong.. Ok she was from vodafone and was Super Smart and Intelligent, so I said ok I am wrong. and you are right. Then I asked her then what happened to my other 1GB plan and she was mum.(As Expected. Even I knew she will disconnect my call now.My biggest Mistake Pointing the right thing.. oops I made mistake). And then as expected she put my call on hold. And guess what my call was dsconnected.. Yippeee .. these agents whether supervisors or retention team are the same. I knew if I am going to point out right thing my phone will be disconnected again. Again called call transferred to retention team. Someone picked"aahh hmmm Hello aapki baat "Dont Know" se ho rhi h" Yar number band kr do mera" Call disconnected... Again called spoken to I think Deepak... Finally he processed my request.. Did nt received Survey Otherwise I would have given him 5Marks. Out standing.. Wonder what he is doing In Vodafone... A humble request to you Vodafone Care"Please do not play with emotions of the customer. We are totally frustrated by your service..."                                         I would like to inform you that i want to change my mobile network through MNP from docomo to vodafone. So i went to vodafone store at banking circle gandhidham(gujarat) on 27.01.2015 and submitted the form they told me that my sim will activate within 7 days but after 10 days my sim still not active . i went to vodafone store today 05.02.2015 . they told me again that my sim will active after 7 days. What is this nonsense answer. After 10 days they answerd me wait for 7 days more. Its reduculas.
                                        Please solve this issue as soon as possible.
