M submitin complaint of vodafon store and vodafone customer they doning un professional behaviour. 25th of feb my postpaid to prepaid request form submit by me on vodafone store then ghey told me your number will be migrate within 24 hour but after 36 still my number is not done. Because till my request not entrr in system. in vodafone store i have seen girls and boys staff passing lines in between. Bloody unprofessionals mother[censored]er iagar vodafone ke koibbhi employee ya department ish post ko dekh rha hai then call me [protected] i will tell you what is problem In vodafone

    I have been complaining about range problems at my residence located at Vaduthala, Ernakulam which is 4km away from the heart of Ernakulam city(Kochi). I had given complaint to customer care team several times but no one has turned over to find a solution.       without informing me they have increased my mobile data connection rate from 99 rs to 199.

      Also after couple fo days i got sms 3g connection got activated . I have never/ever given request to vodafone to do all these.

      It is very unfair on vodafone to do all these hidden billing tactics.

        The internet charges in my bill for January 2014 have been generated wrongly. I have been charged more than 1500 for internet charges alone for January 2014 whereas it is clearly mentioned that the maximum amount charged for 3G would be capped at 1050. Please note that I even visited the vodafone store in Ascendas IT Park today and an executive named Arun tried to analyse my bill and even he was not able to understand why have I been charged 750 rs twice. It seems that 750 has been double counted. The MI_CAP_750, MI_CAP_650 and MI_CAP_1050 discount has not been properly applied. Only discounts 1050 and 750 seems to have been applied in my bill. Please analyse the bill and give me a proper explanation on why the internet charges have been charged twice. Initially in the first section there are plans of 1050, 650 and 750 charged for the whole month and at the end only 1050 and 750 had been deducted. 650 also should be deducted. Because the individual rents for each of the duration is also charged. I have raised this case to Vodafone and got a call from an executive named Varsha yesterday who also accepted that a discount of 750 is missing, but all of a sudden I got an email yesterday evening that the case is closed and the bill has generated properly without any adequate response. It is so frustrating with vodafone and they are generating some random numbers as internet charges. It i clearly said that the maximum charges would be capped at 1050 for a month on internet charges. But mine add up to more than 1500. I am not going to pay the bill unless I get a proper response from some one. If I don't get any response by tomorrow, I am going to surrender my connection.

        It is clearly evident from Page 3 in the Discounts section that for MI_CAP_750_30d_PROMO_3G only an amount of 0.01 is applied instead of 750. Apart from this I am also charged for 3 different packages for the whole month - 1050, 750 and 650. Also another additional amount of 751.84 is charged. Apart from all these I am also charged the rental on a per day basis for the 31 days for internet. Even the vodafone executives in vodafone store (Ascendas IT Park) are clueless regarding my bill when I show it to them. They finally accepted that 750 discount is missing and raised another complaint from the store itself. Still vodafone simply closed my case without giving any proper response.
        Hello Vodafone,

        It's been more than 24 hours and I still haven't got any response from you. The main pain point here is that the outgoing is barred for my connection and I have great inconvenience because of this and I am forced to take a new connection from some other service provider only because of this. So, even if you take your own time, please make sure my outgoing is not barred.

        Another issue is that you will have to waive the late payment charges as this is not my mistake that you have taken more than 10 days to respond to my query and have generated the bill wrongly.

        Please take proper action.

        Hi Vodafone,

        I received an email from an executive named Shravan stating that the discount amount is 842.70 without any explanation at all. I don't know how Vodafone arrived at this arbitrary number.

        The exact amount to be reduced is not 842.70 and it is supposed to be 650+750 = 1300 (plus taxes). Please find the explanation below.

        I should not be charged even a single penny for internet charges apart from the monthly rental of 367.74 (details can be found in the bill being charged pro-rata basis on page 3). Apart from the monthly rental for 3G usage of 367.74, I have been charged 1050, 750, 650 and 751.84. All the four amounts need to be subtracted. But only 1050 and 751.84 are discounted in page 4. Hence the exact amount to be subtracted is 650+750 = 1300 (plus taxes).


        Kindly do the needful and also activate my sim card immediately as the outgoing is barred now. I am really frustrated with Vodafone cheating me by generating a fake bill. If I had not been careful enough to check the bill, you would have cheated me 1000s of rupees for last month.

        Hi Vodafone,

        If the issue does not get resolved by today, I am going to change my connection to another service provider. Even after telling you so many times my outgoing is still not activated. Also, please make sure the amount adjusted reflects in the January month bill itself. If you say it will get reflected in some future month bill, I won't pay the bill.

        What the hell?? No one called me from Vodafone. I clearly told the executive who spoke to me on Saturday, that if the issue doesn't get resolved by Monday I will change the connection. Please close my connection as of today. I won't need your cheating service any more. You guys are fooling the customers really well. You never call me and tell me that you have called me. You also have accepted you have cheated me 847 rupees for the month of January when it actually is more than 1300 rs. You have accepted that you have cheated me in the first place irrespective of the amount for God's sake. I have had enough. As mentioned above, please close my connection as of today and I can't pay a single penny.

        Your executive called me today and she couldn't give me a proper explanation regarding the additional 650 charged apart from the internet charges being charged in a pro-rata basis and she just cut the call while I was talking. You guys can't explain my bill details and also are treating your customers so rudely. Very unprofessional way to treat your customer. Still you guys haven't activated my outgoing calls.

            This is to inform you that, I was facing an issue regarding the bill of 1145Rsgenerated for my number [protected]. I have escalated this issue so many timesto Vodafone and but no action has been taken so far. Instead of resolving my issue, Vodafone is daily calling me to pay my bill andI am daily explaining my issue to them but no action has been taken so far. Iam escalating this issue for last 10 days but nothing has been done. This isreally not appreciable. The issue is that I had requested vodafone to activate the internet plan withmonthly rental of 98Rs free till 2GB( Please find below mail highlighted inyellow as a proof) on my number [protected]. But vodafone has activated 95Rsfree till 650MB. Due to this wrong activation, I have received a bill of 1145Rsdue to internet usage for more than 650MB. . I have submitted all the proofs to vodafone which confirms that i have requested vodafone to activate internet plaith monthly rental of 98rs free till 2GB . Despite of submitting the proof, vodafone is asking to pay my bill amount 1145rs. This is not at all acceptable. Vodafone has deactivated my number now. This is not the justice I have been given.

              Hi all, I am following-up with Vodafone Customer Care representatives since last week on corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com for activating 2G internet plan having monthly charge of Rs.99/ Customer-care give reasons like : 1. that this plan does not exists 2. this plan is not valid for your mobile number 3. this plan has been modified to Rs. 699/month 4. this plan is discontinued for all corporate customers etc. My colleagues, who have the same corporate plan like mine, enjoy 2G internet at Rs. 99/month plan...why is it that the service is not being activated on my mobile??? This clearly indicates that Vodafone is fooling their corporate customers by providing wrong information and not treating the customers equal those having same plan.                 I recharged with vodafone best offers shown when you dial *111# . I did not recieved the benefit several times . On calling the customer care 5 times and explaining them at length no action was taken. They also did not lodged my complaint and instead gave me assurance to do some background check. BUT NO ACTION WAS TAKEN. When I asked to the operator about how can i submit my feedback they straight away declined and told me that it is against the policy of company. Now I feel that I wasted a lot of time on those scumbags and got nothing but self mockery. They also gave me a zonal office number on which I wasted a lot of money but got no responce . I have got 3 voda connections and PORTING ALL 3 OUT. Today I got call after i sent the port message from agent and his TONE of talking to me was disheartening. WILL NOT BUY VODAFONE AGAIN IN MY LIFE !!

                  It is being noticed for quite sometime that Vodafone network is not working properly in our site office at Rajarhat address: Basina : Daspara, Bishnupur, Burtolla More, Bus Route 211. Rajarhat, Kolkata- 700 135. Lots of disruptions occur while communicating. Most of the time network is not there.

                      Hi, It is showing emergency calls only on my vodafone number [protected]. And when i am trying the number from other phones, it is saying "please check the number". When i called to customer care they are saying that the sim card is blocked and i need to re-submit the documents. This will be the 5th time i am going to re-submit the Document. What the stupid service it is. I was having a misconception that vodafone is a good service provider. But now i am thinking why i have choosen vodafone. I dont know what they are doing with the documents.worst service

I don't know who this person is and have no idea behind the intention of his calls. Please I request you to blacklist this individual as he is also making calls to me from another idea number of his.

                            I'm a Vodafone Delhi mobile connection user since 1997, 17years since I joined the network and my number is [protected]. This is the 1st time that I've had a issue with Vodafone which hasn't been resolved. I landed on the 6th of February in Mumbai since that day I've not been able to use my 3G services, I've called my relationship manager approximately 50 times and have done umpteen number of settings on my phone, my visit to the Vodafone store mumbai and after the service guy there tried to activate my services suggested that I change my SIM card, I've changed my sim twice since then 1st I was provided with a micro sim since the nano sim wasn't available but the service wasn't restored, then yesterday again I was provided with a nano sim but still my 3G service hasn't been resolved. It's been 16 days that I haven't been able to use 3G service despite being on the highest plan for which I pay a monthly rental of 650 to Vodafone. Despite being repeatedly assured that someone from the company would call me and resolve my issues, I still have to get my services working. I've tried using another Vodafone sim on my iPhone 5s handset and the internet was working fine on my handset. Similarly I tried my sim on another iPhone 5s handset but the 3G internet service wasn't working on that handset as well. I would really appreciate if my issues are resolved at the earliest.                               Hello Everyone, I was using two vodafone SIM which falls under CUG plan since Apr, 2013. I was regularly paying bills before due date. For the month of January 2014, they charged Rs. 531. In that bill, it was charged extra Rs. 198 on downloads which i did not utilise. Right the moment, i saw the bill, I called 198 to file complaint. But they replied stating it was charged for the usage and did not respond after that. I tried reaching two more customer care people. But i ended up in vain. So, i did not pay that bill for the month of january. Now for the month of february, they had sent another bill with charges and the EXTRA LATE PAYMENT charges also. I am decided to file complaint against Vodafone India. I told them already on the time when i tried to give complaint, i will pay for the services i utilised. But still how they can keep charging continuously. Atleast they should have come for a discussion to end in WIN-WIN situation. Kindly help. My Vodafone number is [protected] Thanks, Saravanan

                                This is regarding Ref No.[protected]. I have an Internet connection with number [protected]. The plan was activated in 2013 and had a monthly charge of Rs. 850/month. The pack was unlimited so that if the data pack exceeds its limit, the speed gets reduced. There was a 3 month advance payment which was done. This connection was purchased from Lajpat Nagar store as it is near New Friends Colony where I live. However, due to Vodafone’s self taken initiatives, my plan was changed on 26 Dec’ 2013 which was now Rs. 650 per month and post the limit of data usage, the data would be charged. To my shock, this request has been APPARENTLY made by me from the NOIDA Vodafone center. I have no idea when and why would I go all the way to Noida to get my data plan changed. Further, another request that APPARENTLY has been made by me, again to change the data plan has been done from the DWARKA store! I have not visited Noida/ Dwarka store ever. These requests have been done by Vodafone by itself and when I enquire about the same from the Lajpat Nagat store, they say that one of the customer care center will contact me. However, nothing has happened so far. I am extremely disappointed and gives me extreme stress to visit the center again and again. Vodafone keeps sending me an e-bill. The bill had been wrongly generated of Rs. 4700 for the period of December- January. When there has been no request of change in plans made, how can you change the plan. Further, I have not visited the Noida/ Dwarka center so how can they change my plan??? This is extremely shameful for a company like Vodafone. If you feel that I have visited the center, kindly provide proof for the same- you have CCTV recordings done. Kindly look in to it. I have no reason to visit any of these centers. The customer is at the disposal of Vodafone and its whims! I am completely being harassed. Please look in to the matter immediately and reverse all the wrongly put charges and plans.

I have made complaint at vodafone store on 18 Feb having SR no [protected] but my concern is not solved.I have mailed corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com continuously, but my my concern is not solved. Issue is: Vodafone gives alert message for Data consumption usage if certain consumtion level crossed. but there is delay in data consumption alert mesasge . vodafone store executive told me that my 1GB consumption was over by 3 FEB but i got alert message on 4Feb 9.52 PM . so i have assumption of i have not crossed 1GB usage n keep using. but due delay in getting alert message my usage got ovecrossed and they charged me 2p/Kb for extra data usage.this is vodafone negligence, I have shown that message to store executive as well when i visited vodafone store on 18 Feb. he said i ll get refund in next bill cycle. but on 20Feb, got mail from corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com saying they will not provide refund. I own Rs 537 from vodafone.Please take action against vodafone.They are charing extra amount from consumer
