The disaster service of Vodafone outgoing call was stopped wen i contacted Ur customer care... n i said that i was out of station so i could nt make the payment.. ur customer care Mr Sanjeev Koley said that as u was in roaming so we could nt able to conatct u.. if i can get a msg from vodafone for the pending payment thn y cant a call?.. ur customer care people are so very ill educated that they don't even understand the process to be followed... n i[censored]r customer is saying...that being a regular person in making payment on time wat is the use of being associated with vodafone..i[censored] get such pathetic service, its better that we should deactivate this..i must tell u after sending so many msgs to ur customer care executive to activate the service .. for the hard copy of a bill which has still not activated n Mr Koley is giving big big words..if such of a executive vodfone has 2 deal with the custmers is terible. the company dont understand the customers issues. wn i asked to transfer the call to the senior person who handels such issues, , as per my Koley asking me give me a reson to tranfer the call to my senior..THIS IS WAT VODAFOBNE CUSTOMER CARE IS

    Dear sir, with due respect i am to inform you that vodafone gprs is no longer accessible with my xperia x10i though i had done recharge with rs 199, i.e unlimited gprs/month for phone n computer. The last recharge had been done from my vodafone no., [protected] on 25th february this year. But the aforesaid service was no longer accessible from 26th february . No proper reason had been heard from the vodafone gprs help desk.instead, they are assisting with same old childlike guidance, cleared my browsers' cache cookie n providing the same old settings. Therefore, sir, i am requesting you to kindly take firm steps against the uprising nuisance n deliberate negligence of the company, named. Yours, roquibul.

      I am using my vodafone number [protected] from last 4 years.I asked for number portability few days back and got a call from extension team to renew my plan, but did not get the same package that was promised to me.Then i again called costumer care but they were very rude to me and when i asked them to transfer my call to their team leader, they refused me to do so.I am very depressed with the cause and need an urgent action against them.

        I have purchased a postpaid Sim card (Number - [protected] ) on 26 February, 2014, which has not been activated till now and the person from whom I have purchased named Anil Yadav (Number - [protected] ) not responding, today (3rd March, 2014 ) when I called to another Vodafone customer care number I have been told that my documents have not been received by Vodafone. and because of non activation of Sim card and such types of suspicious activities, It seems that there is some cheating or fraud with me, very tensed and suffering a lot of problems, and I am feeling that have made a mistake purchasing the Vodafone sim.           Let me introduce to you, I am Dr Atul Dogra and having post paid connection with Vodafone from last 5 years or so. It is to bring to your kind notice the problem I faced with Vodafone connection from last month. I was out of India from 10-17 Jan 2014, on 15th Jan I received a email from Vodafone that mine billed + unbilled amount isRs. 10966, and mine credit limit is Rs7200/- and requesting me to make payment for further facility. I came back to India on 17th morning and mine outgoing as well incoming calls were barred and I received a email that mine billed+ unbilled amount is Rs. 16402 and on 24th Jan, mine credit limit is increased to Rs 9000. At present mine billed +unbilled amount is Rs. 19033.78 + 2.01 as of today. I have the following concerns on this: i) I used my phone from 10-17 Jan (on International roaming ) for 2-3 calls and rest was used on wi-fi, and I know very well that mine Data Pack was off. So please don't give me this excuse ii) I raised a complaint to vodafone on dated 23 Jan with complaint numbers [protected] and [protected] and further on 8th Feb with complaint number[protected]. Till today I have not received any response on these complaints which is ethically wrong on behalf of Vodafone. iii) When my billed amount was 10966 which is above my credit limits how can it increase further to 19033 when all services were nonfunctional on my phone (no Outgoing sms or call) Tired of making calls on Vodafone and having no response at all, finally I visited Vodafone store on 20th Feb and gave a copy of the emails and asked them to address it. They showd that mine major expenditure on internet charges and i told them that this is wrong. They guided me to write email to nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com and they will revert back to me . I wrote them mail on 27th Feb and till today no response. I request for an intimidate help on this, otherwise, I have to take some hard decision which I am avoiding to take as me and my family are using postpaid Vodafone connection since 5 years and I don't want to spoil the image or your group. It would be good for me if you help me on this regard, otherwise I will have to take this to court .             I was using this number for more the 5 years, and iam very old customer, i don't know

            How this number can be deactivated, i was on abroad and this number was used only for incoming calls
            From my house, and this number was alive and all the caller tunes advertisement calls and other
            Unwanted calls are been received from this number, but there is no calls from Vodafone
            Regarding deactivation from customer care and
            I have recently recharged with Rs.100 on 24-feb-2014, for outgoing calls
            And outgoing calls also has been done after this date.

            But on 25-feb-2014 they simply sent one sms stating that please give you ID proof to nearest shop on the same day. And immediately my number was deactivated, I was very much disappointed, by this I know
            All operators are recirculating the old numbers to the new prepaid customer this UN fair, I don't expect this type of thing from Vodafone..

Please let us know a suitable time between 9:30 AM to 6 PM from Monday to Saturday(except for public holiday) to assist you better. You can also visit your nearest Vodafone Store with your original ID proof to collect a duplicate SIM card.                 Hi, I have been your customer since 8 years and look forward to the same loyalty. My number is [protected], I use your self help service a lot and this only has created the problem. Last night my Internet pack got over so followed the steps to activate a new 3g plan using the *111# Self help procedure. Upon sending the command i received the reply "INVALID MMI CODE or USSD CODE CONNECTION TIME OUT". So I tried again and the same error came, I tried 8 times and then i left assuming that if the transaction is not successful it will revert the money back. Today morning when i woke up i found 5 messages from Vodafone that my Internet pack has been activated 5 times deducting a total amount of Rs. 485. I called up your customer care but they were unable to solve the problem and said since the request was sent 5 times so it got activated that way. You can check my usability per month is the pack 300 [protected]@ Rs.95. So I request you to either to revert my money or extend the validity of net pack to 4 more months. Looking forward to a positive reply.

                    This is regarding to my Prepaid number [protected] . Earlier this number was Vodafone Postpaid number and 1 year back I have converted this number into Vodafone Prepaid number. Whenever, I have to call to Customer care they are not able to distinguish my number i.e. postpaid or prepaid because this number is exist in the postpaid as well as prepaid database system. From 1+ year, I am using this number as prepaid number and I requested many times to vodafone to update their database and sent many email to 'appellate.[protected]@vodafone.com'; 'vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com' and 'nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com' but they didn't done anything other than replying to emails. Also log a complaint regarding this issue but didn't get any resolution. Today also, I have called to customer care and I still I am facing issue of prepaid/postpaid. They are transferring my call from prepaid to postpaid and vice versa because in the system my number is showing as Postpaid and not Prepaid. Regards, PRS

                      I have applied for ownership change for Vodafone number and after reply from customer care that my background check is positive and I am eligible for ownership change, the process is not completed for next 5 days and after enquiring from customer care I am getting different responses. As some one will tell that your status is positive, someone tells that your documents are not completed, I have visited Vodafone stores for 3-4 times after positive status check but no positive response from their side also. They will tell that we have placed your request again and will be done in 48 hours. Some representative will tell that it takes 48 hours some will tell 72 hours and latest I got a response telling 5 days for this change after status is positive. The customer Care Call will cut down in between, they will tell you that their system is not updated, they will have no Information or Incorrect Information with them. Really pathetic and very poor services from Vodafone.

                      Bad service continues here also from Vodafone. Asked for 24 hours and later that I am getting a response that next reply from them will come after 4 days. Really worst service I have ever seen in my Life. Everything is positive as per documents and background check as per them but still can not explain what is the issue and for this thay want 5 complete days to tell me the issue. Really worst .

                      After so much of effort finally ownership has been changed for my Vodafone number [protected]. But after the Ownership change I am not able to login to My Vodafone online. I am not able to check my details, make payment nothing because of this issue. Again hopeless from customer care services and had to come to this forum again.

                      I have started the email conversation from Vodafone to get my issue resolved starting from 09-Mar-2014 and still the issue is there. 41 mails have been transfeered in the conversation but no results. Service Request[protected] and[protected] are created but no one knows what happened to them. Customer care are not sure how to help on this and they suggest to check with email support and email are not answering correctly other then foolish reply from them. they are taking one month to resolve a login issue on My Vodafone Portal. If the issue is not resolved I am not going to make any payment or any extra charges as I am not able to Login. Issue conversation and screen shot of issue is attached. I have tried 5-6 times by resetting the password by clicking on forgot password link but after changing the password and logging with new password the error is as attached in screen shot 2 and after that the error is as screen shot 1

                        M submitin complaint of vodafon store and vodafone customer they doning un professional behaviour. 25th of feb my postpaid to prepaid request form submit by me on vodafone store then ghey told me your number will be migrate within 24 hour but after 36 still my number is not done. Because till my request not entrr in system. in vodafone store i have seen girls and boys staff passing lines in between.                             Also after couple fo days i got sms 3g connection got activated . I have never/ever given request to vodafone to do all these.

                              The internet charges in my bill for January 2014 have been generated wrongly. I have been charged more than 1500 for internet charges alone for January 2014 whereas it is clearly mentioned that the maximum amount charged for 3G would be capped at 1050. Please note that I even visited the vodafone store in Ascendas IT Park today and an executive named Arun tried to analyse my bill and even he was not able to understand why have I been charged 750 rs twice. It seems that 750 has been double counted. The MI_CAP_750, MI_CAP_650 and MI_CAP_1050 discount has not been properly applied. Only discounts 1050 and 750 seems to have been applied in my bill. Please analyse the bill and give me a proper explanation on why the internet charges have been charged twice. Initially in the first section there are plans of 1050, 650 and 750 charged for the whole month and at the end only 1050 and 750 had been deducted. 650 also should be deducted. Because the individual rents for each of the duration is also charged. I have raised this case to Vodafone and got a call from an executive named Varsha yesterday who also accepted that a discount of 750 is missing, but all of a sudden I got an email yesterday evening that the case is closed and the bill has generated properly without any adequate response. It is so frustrating with vodafone and they are generating some random numbers as internet charges. It i clearly said that the maximum charges would be capped at 1050 for a month on internet charges. But mine add up to more than 1500. I am not going to pay the bill unless I get a proper response from some one. If I don't get any response by tomorrow, I am going to surrender my connection.

                              It is clearly evident from Page 3 in the Discounts section that for MI_CAP_750_30d_PROMO_3G only an amount of 0.01 is applied instead of 750. Apart from this I am also charged for 3 different packages for the whole month - 1050, 750 and 650. Also another additional amount of 751.84 is charged. Apart from all these I am also charged the rental on a per day basis for the 31 days for internet. Even the vodafone executives in vodafone store (Ascendas IT Park) are clueless regarding my bill when I show it to them. They finally accepted that 750 discount is missing and raised another complaint from the store itself. Still vodafone simply closed my case without giving any proper response.

                              It's been more than 24 hours and I still haven't got any response from you. The main pain point here is that the outgoing is barred for my connection and I have great inconvenience because of this and I am forced to take a new connection from some other service provider only because of this. So, even if you take your own time, please make sure my outgoing is not barred.

                              Another issue is that you will have to waive the late payment charges as this is not my mistake that you have taken more than 10 days to respond to my query and have generated the bill wrongly.

                              Please take proper action.

                              I received an email from an executive named Shravan stating that the discount amount is 842.70 without any explanation at all. I don't know how Vodafone arrived at this arbitrary number.

                              The exact amount to be reduced is not 842.70 and it is supposed to be 650+750 = 1300 (plus taxes). Please find the explanation below.

                              I should not be charged even a single penny for internet charges apart from the monthly rental of 367.74 (details can be found in the bill being charged pro-rata basis on page 3). Apart from the monthly rental for 3G usage of 367.74, I have been charged 1050, 750, 650 and 751.84. All the four amounts need to be subtracted. But only 1050 and 751.84 are discounted in page 4. Hence the exact amount to be subtracted is 650+750 = 1300 (plus taxes).


                              Kindly do the needful and also activate my sim card immediately as the outgoing is barred now. I am really frustrated with Vodafone cheating me by generating a fake bill. If I had not been careful enough to check the bill, you would have cheated me 1000s of rupees for last month.

                              If the issue does not get resolved by today, I am going to change my connection to another service provider. Even after telling you so many times my outgoing is still not activated. Also, please make sure the amount adjusted reflects in the January month bill itself. If you say it will get reflected in some future month bill, I won't pay the bill.

                              What the hell?? No one called me from Vodafone. I clearly told the executive who spoke to me on Saturday, that if the issue doesn't get resolved by Monday I will change the connection. Please close my connection as of today. I won't need your cheating service any more. You guys are fooling the customers really well. You never call me and tell me that you have called me. You also have accepted you have cheated me 847 rupees for the month of January when it actually is more than 1300 rs. You have accepted that you have cheated me in the first place irrespective of the amount for God's sake. I have had enough. As mentioned above, please close my connection as of today and I can't pay a single penny.

                              Your executive called me today and she couldn't give me a proper explanation regarding the additional 650 charged apart from the internet charges being charged in a pro-rata basis and she just cut the call while I was talking. You guys can't explain my bill details and also are treating your customers so rudely. Very unprofessional way to treat your customer. Still you guys haven't activated my outgoing calls.

I have escalated this issue so many timesto Vodafone and but no action has been taken so far. Instead of resolving my issue, Vodafone is daily calling me to pay my bill andI am daily explaining my issue to them but no action has been taken so far. Iam escalating this issue for last 10 days but nothing has been done. This isreally not appreciable. The issue is that I had requested vodafone to activate the internet plan withmonthly rental of 98Rs free till 2GB( Please find below mail highlighted inyellow as a proof) on my number [protected]. But vodafone has activated 95Rsfree till 650MB. Due to this wrong activation, I have received a bill of 1145Rsdue to internet usage for more than 650MB. . I have submitted all the proofs to vodafone which confirms that i have requested vodafone to activate internet plaith monthly rental of 98rs free till 2GB . Despite of submitting the proof, vodafone is asking to pay my bill amount 1145rs. This is not at all acceptable. Vodafone has deactivated my number now. This is not the justice I have been given.

                                    Hi all, I am following-up with Vodafone Customer Care representatives since last week on corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com for activating 2G internet plan having monthly charge of Rs.99/ Customer-care give reasons like : 1. that this plan does not exists 2. this plan is not valid for your mobile number 3. this plan has been modified to Rs. 699/month 4. this plan is discontinued for all corporate customers etc. My colleagues, who have the same corporate plan like mine, enjoy 2G internet at Rs. 99/month plan...why is it that the service is not being activated on my mobile??? This clearly indicates that Vodafone is fooling their corporate customers by providing wrong information and not treating the customers equal those having same plan.                                       I recharged with vodafone best offers shown when you dial *111# . I did not recieved the benefit several times . On calling the customer care 5 times and explaining them at length no action was taken. They also did not lodged my complaint and instead gave me assurance to do some background check. BUT NO ACTION WAS TAKEN. When I asked to the operator about how can i submit my feedback they straight away declined and told me that it is against the policy of company. Now I feel that I wasted a lot of time on those scumbags and got nothing but self mockery. They also gave me a zonal office number on which I wasted a lot of money but got no responce . I have got 3 voda connections and PORTING ALL 3 OUT. Today I got call after i sent the port message from agent and his TONE of talking to me was disheartening. WILL NOT BUY VODAFONE AGAIN IN MY LIFE !!
