I am Dhiraj Sonagara working with EPIL my mobile no. [protected].
In january 2014 bill I was charged for the messages that I have not done.that too 14000 messages and that too same no.

this no. was flashing on my phone with following message

u cannot comment this status since it has been removed to reply SMS to [protected].


even I had complained to Vodafone customer care after that flashing was stopped.
but I was handed over bill mor ethan 17thousand rupees.

    REQUESTED SIR,

    I have taken a new vadafone postpaid canection with plan STD 249 AND DATA PLAN CHE_PO_ MI3G650FU, ON 10th FEB 2014.
    but my data plan has been activated after two days on 12/02/2014, and all the charges of my data from 10/02/2014 to 12/02/2014 added in my unbilled amount, so please the amount deducted from my unbiiled amount and reduce the data from my data plan.

    please solve my problem as soon as possible and reduce my unbill amount.

      I was using the Vodafonenetwork with my brothers name since last year. I wanted this no. to transfer on my name. So I went to Vashi Vodafone center on 24 Jan 2014 with my brotherand submitted all the relevant documents required. Our query was Attain by Mr.ALAM Also we purchases new SIM card Rs 350. He promise that the new SIM will be activated in 2-3 days.So I waited till 29 Jan 2014 Wednesday No response from the Vodafone.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> So i called customer care he ensure that mycomplaint has been registered and they will call you in 24 Hrs. But there wasno call from them for next 2 days. So again call customer He advise the samething that my complaint has been registered and they will call you in 24 Hrs.This time i got a call fromCustomer care representative and his solution was that i should again visit Vodafone Main Center, Vashi. So i again visit Vodafone Main Center, Vashi.on 8th Feb 2014. There i meet Mr Alam but he was in hurry for his lunch so i explained my issue to another representative MrSHAHID. He ensure that he understand my problem and said i will resolve it on priority on same day. But myboth the SIMs are deactivated last 2days but still the new card is inactive. I am calling Mr. SHAHIDfrom last two days but he is not receiving my call from any other Number. I VERY FRUSTATED NOW ANDHOPE MY COMPLAINT HAS BEEN TAKEN ACCOUNT HERE.

            Hello..
            I was using Vodafone 2G Internet from past 2 years. and it was the best
            2G net provider for my area..
            about 15-16 days my area's Internet speed just worst..
            Previously I was getting 256kbps net surfing speed and my download speed
            was 30-32KBps.
            but from 15-16 days.. my surfing speed is 40-45kbps and my download
            speed is 4-5KBps every time.
            I already reported 3 times to their Customer Care, but they are just
            giving ridiculous solutions.. like clear your history and your cache..
            switch off your phone.. etc etc..
            I have 3 Connection of Vodafone Prepaid for my 2 phones and 1 PC [using
            modem]. getting same speed in every connection..
            so i just asked my friends.. they are also complaining that they having
            the same problems.
            and main thing that Vodafone tower is just 200 miter from my home. so
            definitely my network strength is high.
            So.. Kindly please check our area's net service.. I want the speed back.
            Else I am going to port to Reliance soon. :(

              everyone is facing the same problm . previously while using net their was H sembol now it gets converted to only E.dats means u r only on 2g.previously its get atomatic converted to 3g so speed was higher.company has stop now such type of service.i have also complaint so many time buy its no use.ao beter change to other network.

                  Hi I want to register a Complain on Vodafone My Name is Rajesh and my Mobile no is [protected], I am using Vodafone Service since 9 Yrs and I have activated SMS Plan couple of years ago and I been sending sms to all my friends, This Month Vodafone has billed me 4200.When I called Customer Care they said the plan has, I asked I must have informed by Vodafone regarding the change in plan, The Exe said I have been informed by SMS(Which they have never send me any SMS), When I called Customer Care for further information they said they have sms me in Aug then he immediately said no its October 30, I asked him to connect the call to his Boss and I spoke to his TL he said they have sms me in November, There is no clarity from the Customer Care when they have send me SMS, Due to Vodafone mistake I been billed 4200 for No reasons.I wrote a mail to customer care as directed by the exe I did for which they asked me my mobile No i have replied them but there was no response when I called the customer care they asked me to wait for 48 Hrs I did but still I did not get any response, Now I have paid 4500 Including Rs 100 extra as a TIP to Vodafone as I am shifting to other network now, I know Vodafone will be least bothered to give me Fair bill or they will not even retain a customer I Thank Vodafone for all the Efforts they make to fool Customers Regards Rajesh

                    i am Amit Gupta having this vodafone number [protected] iregistered in the name of Nazirulla khan want to bring it to your notice that i have been charged for the data usage this month.
                    i already have a plan of 2gb 2g data @ 99 rental activated on my account, i went through the itemised bill of this month i.e. jan 2014, and found that my consumed data is just 1.4 gb which is less than 2gb as per my plan. still i have been charged for the usage below 2gb.

                      The payment charged to me is very high i.e Rs 7274/- against my plan of 250/- for 1GB ; How it can be more the max limit of Rs 650/- for unlimited plan. Also i have advised to set the credit limit of Rs
                      800/- which was revised unilaterally from vodafone side to Rs 12800 /- which is
                      highly undesirable. It was done without my consent. As per them email was sent. But email addressed registered with vodafone was incorrect. Confirmation would have been sought from the user before
                      revising the limit to prevent such unpleasant billing to customer.


                      Lot os email and telecon has been exchanged and now they are using abusive language and threathening to send legal notice and collection agent at home.

                      Why the credit limit revised unilaterally


                      How bill can exceed the plan having unlimited usage of 650 /- be not

                      No it is not addressed. You have taken unilateral decision. How the charges can be more than the other plan limit of Rs 650/- OR credit limit of Rs 800/-

                        Hi, My mobile number is 994xxxxx40. Last 2 month, I have charged extra for itemized bill which I never requested. After they charged first month, I deactivated the service on mid of Jan-14. But again last month I got the half the amount where they are saying it was charged on prorata basis. But the bill is generated on only 31st of Jan. I don't whom to report. If I call center, I am not proper respone? Please help. Regards, Raj

                          As customer I want to make a complain against your people those who are in collection . Every time I have been getting a call from company side that your payment is due. Till date your collection agent has been coming to my office and I was making the payment . Every time I got a call from company I sad please send your collecting agent and get the payment collected . From 25/01/2014 till date no one has visited to collect the payment . Today without any information today morning my outgoing was debarred . Without any prayer information how can company debar . Today I called up tool free number and complained . I was given a number [protected] and was asked to talk to him and get the payment collected. I called at the number and requested him to get payment collected . Again a false assurance was given that before 12 p.m I cannot get the payment collected but after that I will get it collected. It was not done .i called him up at 1 p.m again called him up again a false commitment. Was given that cheque will be picked between 4 to 5 p.m . It was again not picked up. Now the number [protected]. Please look into the matter and address the problem else I will be forced to go to consumer forum under customer harassment .                           I need to be informed about action taken by company against people those who are responsible for giving false commitment . Please do the needful because my out going debarred I was mentally harassed and lost close to rs 5000 . Take action at the earliest and let me know else I will be forced to go to consumer forum and Regularity authority.

                            Myself Sachin V. and mobile number is [protected]. Before three months I purchased Vodafone number. The call rate is 1ps per 1 sec till 02.02.2014. Now vodafone care is mailing me that "We regret to inform you that currently pay per second offer has been discontinued from your prepaid account. Hence, you are getting charged as per base tariff. Further, we request you to kindly recharge with bonus card for Rs. 62 to avail the all mobile calls at 1.2 p/sec and landline calls at 2 p/sec, in national roaming outgoing calls at 1.5 p/sec for 180 day validity." They are now forcing me to do this kind of recharge every month to get pay per second call rate. Please look into the matter.

                              Hi my number is [protected] and have recently converted my services from prepaid to postpaid. The company has subsequently barred my services stating that they could not verify the address. On complaints to customer care they say they are helpless and the the vodafone store is of no use. The executives only say i will try helping but there is no help.Customers are only fooled on the name of customer care which is actually of no use.

                                This is in reference with my vodafone no. [protected], lot of people call me for bill payment of Rs.1098 which stands outstanding as per your records. I would like to bring to your notice that I made a payment of Rs. 2000 after getting waiver of Rs. 800 and this payment was collected by your field executive Sakesh Kumaar after discussion with Sangeeta from your recovery department. She assured me that this Rs. 800 will not show up in further bills but I received a bill amounting Rs.1098 which included those 800 which was waived off and additional 200 which I never used because my outgoing was barred due to non payment. Everytime someone calls me and starts with the same script and ask for payment and I keep discussing the same issue with everyone but no action has been taken so far. I am not going to make any payment, I think I have done the biggest mistake getting associated with you for so long.You people dont understand what customer retention is and what you know is calling number of times and saying the same scripted words.

                                    This is Rahul Joshi and i am using Vodafone prepaid Sim card since many years, but i have never used any of value added services except SMS and Internet, company deducted my Rs. 90 in 7 days( from 26th of January to 2nd February.) which was for any value added service which i have not started in my phone. And customer care executive also refused to take any of complaints.
                                    So i don't have any to way to complaint about this issue.
                                    Please proceed this complaint as early as possible.

The charges deducted towards the same are accurate and we are unable to pass any waiver.

                                      I have shifted form post paid connection to prepaid in December and was told that the security deposit will be refunded in terms of a cheque to my billing address. But nothing was posted and I have yet to receive the cheque. I have contacted vodafone many times and all the times the employees of vodafone contradict each other.                                         I am Gagandeep Gupta and i am writing here to highlight that Vodafone India is charging its users by unfair and unethical ways. I am a postpaid user and bought Unlimited 3G Data Plan (650 Rs) which clearly says that after 3GB usage my speed will reduce but i wont be charged. Vodafone india is saying me to pay 250 Rs over and above the Plan.I have already written to vodafone india FB page but they are still not trying to understand my problem. Their sales person told me while selling this plan that this is the unlimited plan and now these are saying that my plan was not unlimited in 650 Rs.
