Vodafone charged wrongly on my cell number [protected] for ISD when ISD service deactivated from plan long back. When I mailed to Vodafone customer service they answer system monitor correctly, all rubbish answer. How come someone get bill for service which not active on plan. I sent them evidence of de-activation but they answered irrelevant. Please help here....

This is a w.r.t complaint launched in December and not yet resolved.
